1. I had NO CLUE what to expect going into Columbia Care. I made an appointment so I could get the most information as possible; without wasting other peoples time. I have a complex medical history along with chronic pain. Dave was awesome! He listened to my concerns, steered me in the direction I should go in. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well. They are very polite, professional and friendly. The staff takes their time with each client. I never feel hurried or pressured.
   (The only downside I would have about Columbia Care is they run out of product frequently. I have been going there for just over a month and had to go back for meds twice.They are nice enough and put it aside for me and call when it comes in.)
   I would definitely recommend Columbia Care to anyone who requires medical marijuana as a health alternative. dY~

2. I was there the very first day they opened, got tons of information and they answered all my questions. The staff were more than helpful and so nice. I was amazed on how secure the facility is, clean and how knowledgeable the staff are. How can you not love being taken care of. Now, I am overwhelmed with all the products to choose from. This is trial and error for me, finding the ones that suit me best, but they have been more than patient with me. Some products go quickly, but they do keep up on the orders. I do have one suggestion for one manufacturer, think of people with arthritic hands.

5. Blue Cheese please! This place is great, today i got a strain called Blue Cheese, it smells great, looks great, tastes great and doesnt overwhelm you. Definitely a favorite of mine.

7. Nice Shop, Great Medications in Scranton. I have been in literally 100’s of shops in California, Colorado, Michigan& Nevada over the past 8 years of being a legal consumer. Our local shop has all the goodness of everything out west, this is a great addition to Scranton. Keep up the good work.

22. This place is absolutely wonderful. The staff is exceptional with patience and knowledge.

23. Keystone Canna is such a better dispensary. This place refuses to post prices or carry terrapin products. I am forced to drive an hour and a half with a disability to get $37.00 1/8ths and 40 cartridges. They own both the dispensaries in my area, so I’m unfortunately stuck with this company. Keystone Canna and Keystone shops never run out of stock like this place and also post prices and carry terrapin products which are the only affordable products. Desperately wish a better dispensary would move in to NEPA and create some competition for this place

25. The staff are amazing and the products are too… they do their best to keep well stocked and are very helpful with any questions or concerns.

26. This was my second PA dispensary to shop at. The experience was pleasant and the atmosphere was very nice. Their security guard and secretary in the front were friendly as well as the remainder of the staff. However, I did feel that the visual displays throughout the store offered me more insight than any of the staff. The information being relayed was generic at best and it seemed no one really had a true understanding of this wonderful medicine. When dealing with experienced cannabis users, you must know something beyond the difference between CBD and THC.

    Overall the product quality was not bad but the prices were nothing to get excited over.

28. Everyone is extremely compassionate and informative. They are always there to help. I have had constant daily pain for 20 years. This has been a lifesaver. The staff is super helpful and they’re no judgements made. Everyone there just wants to help. Thank you for your kindness, you have changed my life. God Bless

Sadly enough, I would have to agree with the last review posted stating that when it comes to the experienced cannabis users you ABSOLUTELY need to know and understand more than just the basic google answers for the differences in CBD and THC which I did not even feel any of the staff here actually understood that aspect, it was more so they were scripted on only the basics of what they could read from the medicines package.
    The sales associate that helped me out at the counter seemed to lack very basic customer service skills and slim to none if any product knowledge at all.
    (No, sorry.. concentrate is not for adding to your food dY$?PS)
    It would be nice to be able to actually have an intellectual and competent conversation with someone experienced who actually understands the medicine in full form for once!

    Overall I enjoyed the product I bought, but did not enjoy the lack of product knowledge and energy displayed by staff. If you’re behind the counter aEURoepatient advocatingaEUR you should be able to do a little more than sit there and look pretty on a register is all I’m saying.

36. It is very convenient but they do not have a good selection of leaf products. The staff is not really knowledgeable about a lot of medical needs, they refer to Leafly sheets. I would suggest they carry more product besides cartridges and read up on treatment options.

37. Was a rough start. Having to flash my card in public just to enter put me off but, I kept an open mind. The girl at the desk was incredibly nice as was the place itself. The sales staff however seemed miserable to be there and didn’t seem to want to be bothered with questions. The place is so big but only carries a handful of items at a time which I can’t comprehend considering only a few miles in the other direction there’s a dispensary that is always stocked with multiple strains with different ways to administer them at a time. The staff really gave off bad vibes. I’m not sure that I would return here.

38. The quality of the products is amazing. The prices on the other hand are very steep. I’m hoping that as more dispensaries open, the prices will drop. I found Colleen to be very helpful and DJ the most knowledgeable about the product lines. My experiences keep getting better, and a lot if it has to do with the level of customer service. So, thank you aoeOEdY>> I will most definitely be returning!

40. Great place. I drive up from Wilkes Barre to go here. Now that they are up and rolling there’s a GREAT selection of all forms of cannibis. Prices are the best around. Definitely check this place out you won’t be disappointed.

42. Love the knowledgeable and friendly staff! Whenever I have questions, there is no hesitation in their answer. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to offer price deals for capsules. For example, $70 for 30 capsules, $85 for 80, and $100 for 100 capsules. I use this method of delivery for a host of medical problems. It really works! My problem is that the best effect is gotten when I take one capsule every 6 to 8 hours a day, 0instead of just at bedtime. But, I cannot afford to replenish the doisage in nten days at $70.

44. Great place beautiful and welcoming when entering the Staff are kind and knolledgeable the only downside is they cant keep Flower in stock almost 2 weeks it’s been empty. Not sure if it’s there suppliers trying to force the sale of oils or the fact that the supplier is sending most of its supply of flower down to the bigger cities. Either way i have to take a ride to Wilkes Barre if they dont have flower i dont like the oil or pens. I live 3 blocks away but cant seem to get much in the way of flower from this Dispensary. Today again empty.

47. What a fantastic place. They talk you through your first visit with a pharmacist and get to understand your pains and strains. give you suggestions on what direction you need to go for relief. Outgoing, understanding, and just all around nice people. It’s the only place I’ll go.

48. First time at Columbia Care yesterday for the first day of flower and I was really impressed! Such a really nice atmosphere inside with nice wood accents. Really clean, calm and welcoming! It smelled amazing the second you walk in the door. All staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful! The selection of flower blew me away!!! I was recently in Colorado and could not believe that there was a wayyyyy bigger selection of buds here than at any of the dispensaries I went to in CO! They also threw in a free T shirt for first day of flower and had nice snacks and stuff all over inside for people. I will definitely be back and really look forward to the Wilkes-Barre site opening soon and plan to go to that one regularly since its much closer for me. Thanks Columbia Care!!

50. I decided to give this place another try when I was in the area. Still seemed chaotic, even when the line is short I feel like I’m waiting forever. I was also pretty disappointed when the girl didn’t know anything about the terpene I’ve been focusing on. Also heard who I’m assuming to be the manager say some pretty mean things to customers when I’ve been there, everyone else seems very nice though. Surprised Scranton is always so busy, I’ll stick with Wilkesbarre dY’dY1/4
