Menu: Working with Pennsylvania marijuana providers, RISE aims to provide a robust and reasonably priced cannabis selection to their dispensary customers. I will edit this later. The experience was wonderful; the prices were terrific. My favorite new dispensary also happens to be the closest to me, so aEURoeYAY!aEUR
UPDATED w/the important details:
-easy to find
-clean, brand new parking lot
-relaxing “’70s rec room” vibe decor in waiting lounge (warm, inviting)
-fast service during weekday hours (I don’t ever get to enjoy the waiting room at all lol)
-friendly, helpful staff through whole process from entry to exit; the staff are *ALL* just so nice here; I love interacting with them all so far
-the sales floor has a chic, hip jewelry store vibe
-WIDE selection (relatively speaking in PA)
-LEAST EXPENSIVE of the three central PA dispensaries I go to or equal with one of the other two
I liked this dispensary right away because of its convenient location. I didn’t have an appointment, and wasn’t at this dispensary before. The pharmacist saw me immediately and treated me very kindly (I luckily visited at a less busy time of day). She took time to explain some things that I didn’t know, answered all of the questions I had and helped with product recommendations. The staff at the door and inside were extremely friendly and helpful. The person who helped with my final product selection and purchase was extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped me to choose which products I’d discussed with the pharmacist might help me most. I definitely will be heading back to Rise Steelton again!
This is warm welcoming dispensary. They go above and beyond for their patients I had a problem with my card and Carrie worked 2 days to get it straightened out

The vibe and service here is fun and professional. The store is one of the best looking stores I’ve ever seen in any state and I have see a lot. I love that it’s only 4 miles from downtown Harrisburg. It’s my go to shop in Harrisburg and is worth the drive from other areas as well.

He got some very nice products (a bit pricey, but that’s mostly likely all the taxes:-( – just wish they could make it more affordable…
Had a horrible experience here at this location. Both with the pharmacist, and the door man. Both were rude, and not only that but you can get the same products for cheaper at Organic Remedies and it’s the same stuff and brands. Lol I feel bad for the people that go her cuz they’re getting ripped off.
Awesome store with very helpful employees. Only complaints are the limited quantity of supply and high price for certain items, but with the laws and regulations in PA being so new, it is clear the stores do not have much control at this point in time. Looking forward to seeing the growth of the company!
I love this place it was my 2nd visit to a dispensary and when I pulled in there is a police officer in the driveway 1st thoughts were do I turn around and drive away I got out and got an a conversation with him turns out he was really cool dude I got inside sat down with one of the ladies I’m sorry I don’t remember names very well she was very knowledgeable and help me figure out which path I want to take Then she let me to the back room where I had the best Bud tender Dude was really chill and help me with all my stupid questions and was patient with my Novice approach I love this place I wish it was closer to me But that doesn’t matter I will still to make the trip And I look forward to making it a regular thing
For a dispensary that only sells medical, the variety of products that change on a daily basis is outstanding. I watch the menu everyday like a hawk. I receive emails frequently every week, which I love! Most dispensaries make you hunt their menu down on their website. The staff is friendly. The security guard looks like The Rock lol. The design of the retail area is pretty badass. I definitely recommend this place!

This place was great. Very friendly, made you feel welcomed as soon as you enter. Atmosphere is very comfortable, but professional. Pharmacist was very helpful, as was the budtender….great products, from concentrates, vapes, tinctures, flowers too, and a good selection. Will be back, even though I live 60miles away. I am new to the medical marijuana treatment of chronic pain. I was using prescription opioids to manage my pain BUT my medical insurance would no longer cover the amount of opioids I needed on a monthly basis.
I established my initial appointment and was treated with dignity from day one. To the staff at Rise Steelton, there is no dumb question and they take all the time YOU need to make sure you understand the benefits of this treatment.
When I went into the actual dispensary area, I again was felt comfortable about everything I might have questions about. Again, this is totally new experience for me. If I remember, Eric, was the gentleman who helped me with my selections, awesome man! I returned later with an issue I was having with my cartridge battery and both Eric and I learned a technical issue to correct the problem.
So very happy I chose Rise Steelton and will continue to patronize them for all my needs.

Staff very friendly. I am new to this, but desperate for pain relief as I’m out of options and my doctor stopped all opioids and my QOL has tanked so much since. I had done a good deal of research in advance and sought opinions from others, but I still had A LOT of questions on what would work best for my particular needs. I scheduled an appointment and was taken in a timely manner. There was no aEURoeyou are a pothead just seeking to get highaEUR viewpoints there. The benefits of the various types, strands, percentage of THC vs CBC and how they would affect me were clarified. I’ve been stressing out over the amount of information out there and not fully understanding everything, but they were EXTREMELY patient in answering questions and giving me tips on what they felt might help me the best at first. Prices much more reasonable than I expected. I am confident they will continue to help as needed and if I need anything tweaked as I seek the best solution. Thumbs up. Highly recommended!

Today was my first time ever at a dispensary and I can say I am glad that I chose RISE and the Steelton staff. I met with the pharmacist who listened to my concerns and questions with genuine care. After we were done I was able to go back into the dispensary and go over the products I was interested in with an employee. Both staff members were absolutely amazing. They also just had a drop in price on some of their concentrates and a great deal to get a free vape after purchasing $200 in concentrates. I love this location and if I am ever in the area again I will be sure to stop by. I look forward to visiting the Carlisle location next!

Wow, what a great experience. I didn’t even know anything about CBD until I came into this facility. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable about medical marijuana. There are so many different types of this medicine and the pharmacist was able to educate me further and tell me what I need. Thanks
