2. My very first visit was rough, Anxiety started before I opened the door, but slowly started feeling more comfortable. Waiting room was comfortable, but could use some sort of patient engagement, so everyone wasn’t staring at their phones. This is a place of freedom from our pain, no longer a prisoner of pills and sadness. Today my PTSD seemed a little less terrifying, and I’m grateful for such awesome staff. Thank you EVERYONE at Nature’s Medicines for helping me escape my prison. BTW, He WILL watch Betelguese!

4. This location is very patient friendly from the time you enter the grocery store til you leave with your groceries. I have had multiple questions everytime I go and without hesitation they are happy to answer with detail and offer additional options and ideas. The budtenders are very informational and good at what they do with the constantly changing menu. The customer service you receive from the front desk is very comforting and welcoming and they also make the effort to talk to you on the way out.

5. Everyone was very kind and friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease! Office is modern and new, very clean!

11. My First visit was excellent. My first dispensary experience period and I was completely amazed at the quality of service. The pharmacist was very informative on the whole process and he made it super easy to understand. I love the aEURoescience of CannabisaEUR. But everyone was super nice and they don’t make you feel judged (as I had at the doctors). Thank you for finally providing me with the only medicine that don’t attack my already weak liver, and provides the proper relief to sleep, work, or just function…

13. Always a pleasant visit. For instance, just this morning I was in and out the door in less than 10 minutes with some super product. Fantastic staff.

20. I’ve been coming here since August of 2018, not only is the staff and management really nice but they know their product. I like to just chat with them, almost like we’ve been friends for a long time. It’s a stress free environment and i really love the interactions with everyone there. Keep up the great work!

21. Great place. Knowledgeable staff. I love the atmosphere except for the HVAC system. It’s so hot in the waiting room and cold back where you purchase products. I believe they are working on this. It’s just too hot for me to have an enjoyable experience at the moment so I’m medicating only w CBD.

    They have different kinds of coffees and teas to drink plus an assortment of snacks for customers.

    I must say I like the pharmacist at this location. Kirk is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to PTSD and chronic pain. I give this a 4.5 stars!! Lastly, Try the RSO and don’t be shy with it. dY$?~dY1/4 You will need a nice gram to try!! 420 all day!!

22. The staff at NM made me feel comfortable, understood, heard & cared for in a way I haven’t in my struggle with cancer. I’m grateful for their attention to detail and genuine concern.

23. I love this place. I’m still New the the medical marijuana community but they answer all of my questions and give great suggestions. Everyone on the gaff is great. I love the new girl with the eyepatch – her personality is so vivid and jolly. The whole place makes you feel welcomed and I always leave with a smile, and that’s truly because they are a great place. Thanks for serving us.

30. It’s been clear to see the improvements this dispensary has made since first opening. You can tell they care about their patients and each individual need. Each time I visit they have improved some aspect of their process. This page on Leafly is just one example of how they recgonize the needs of their clients and work hard to reach them. The staff is very friendly and helpful, getting to your specific individual needs through probing questions. They are also very knowledgeable, understanding the differences in the strains and their usefulness as a medication. Every staff member always has a smile for me and they are quickly becoming my only choice for a dispensary.

31. First visit was very pleasant, the staff are super helpful when it comes to my indecisive nature and helped me get me on my way with 2 different medications that have been working excellent. 10/10 will definitely be back, and have already told friends and family to stop in.

I had a bad Employee and Customer Relationship the first time I thought to my self okay maybe this person is new I well give the person some time so I came back a mouth later got the same person and nope still the same thing troubles looking up items and I asking about products and the person was not that knowledgeable once again on the products.

34. Considering how new this business is, specifically Nature’s Medicine in Happy Valley and generally in the state of Pennsylvania, I would say the folks at NM are doing a fantastic job. Admittedly I am also brand new to the dispensary scene. I’m thrilled to see they have the online menu linked into Leafly. The atmosphere from the waiting room to the counter is very pleasant. In fact, other than sitting at home in my PJs and shopping online, it’s my favorite shopping experience of any kind. The selection of strains continues to improve. The people are very helpful and nice. I highly recommend.

36. This dispensary is very welcoming, and great for first-timers like myself. From the office folks to the pharmacist to the budtenders, everyone is friendly, approachable, and patient with your questions.

    The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing, gives everyone some space while easily allowing for conversation. Coffee and drinks, snacks, Food Network and a fireplace make it an easy wait, if you end up having one (most of the time there’s no wait).

    Pharmacist was knowledgeable and patient, continually gauging my depth of understanding and adjusting accordingly.

    Budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Questions are answered thoroughly, and the team relies on each other’s knowledge and experience.

    Selection could be better for vaping gear and some product diversity, but they’re doing the best they can under current PA guidelines and producers. In time, this will expand.

    Desk folks are compassionate, patient, and flexible. And great at simultaneously handling busy phones, questions from patients, and checking folks in.

    Location is great, as well, right off 99 and down Atherton a bit. Overall, couldn’t ask for a better local dispensary.

37. I just recently got medicinal license and this is a great dispensary. Knowledgeable staff and quality products. They really take the the time to explain the product and make recommendations that are very useful. Highly recommend. The online ordering is amazing! Never had an issue with at all.

Seems to be a lot of price fluctuation among the dispensaries. this one seems to have high prices, Seeing that it is the only one in central Pennsylvania at the moment….this movement is supposed to be about helping people that need the medical marijuana medicine.. not by getting rich off of them by one visit… shop around online their stores in Arizona are a lot cheaper than here in Pennsylvania… just saying.. everybody has a room for improvement. I also have been getting drier product on the flower then I would like.

43. I love going here. The staff is amazing. Considering that I suffer from ptsd and social anxiety, I felt welcomed and well informed. They take the time explain everything and give detailed instructions. Because of their help, I am able to go in public with having panic attacks. They are a blessing.

46. Cannot say enough about this dispensary. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely polite, upbeat and make your experience feel as though you are talking to old friends.. so far the quality of products is good, my only complaint is the one time I purchased the capsules, I do not know if maybe I did something wrong or if they came from the grower like they did, but most of the capsules leaked. They were still very good quality but that’s a bit disappointing. I can’t imagine it was from handling the product in store. Anyway, love the place very friendly, great products except that one mishap but it happens, no one is perfect. I shop here often.

48. Great place, Great people, Great products. I like State College way better than Altoona. Prices are reasonable and they stock a lot of flower products. Prices are reasonable most of the time. I always go to State College over Altoona, pa. They are knowledgeable on the products they offer. You don’t feel cramped inside the buisness. I have been in a few dispensaries in pa and Natures Medicine is the best one I have been in. I’m a Big Fan of your clinic.

52. I am brand new to medical marijuana and to dispensaries and I have to say my experience has been amazing. Everyone that I have come in contact there from the office staff to the pharmacist and budtenders have been nothing but friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable however they speak on a level that even myself as a novice can understand. They truly listen to you and genuinely try to provide the customer with the best experience possible. I am so thankful for Natures Medicine and the employees. The atmosphere is very relaxing and accommodating.
