5. This was my first visit and I was really impressed! The reception is friendly and has a really modern and clean design. All of the available items were described in detail and check-out was a breeze! I’ll definitely be coming back!

6. Great staff that go out of their way to inform and help. Early going products are very expensive and wait times can be an hour or more. Their products are good quality with good accompaniment of lab and other details. Again, staff are fantastic.

10. Amazing store. First time visitor and I was welcomed immediately at the lobby and helped by a great lady. Explained the whole process. Then went to a counselor inside and was explained even further. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Didn’t try to sell me the most expensive thing and gave me recommendations according to my needs. Checkout was smooth and simple. I’ll visit this location exclusively.

13. Extremely professional and helpful staff! There was a line at opening time on a Friday. The security guy said after lunch is usually clear. A decent selection, but I thought the edibles were limited. The prices seemed a little high, but I can only compare to other states. Overall it is a solid dispensary and the closest one at this time. Being halfway between Butler and Pittsburgh, I’ll probably go to the city location next time. They have a wider selection.

14. This is a really nice facility, and I love all the friendly knowledgeable staff.

15. This place could be great but has a horrible design flaw. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and the product and assistance is top quality. My complaint is making sick people stand outside in the elements. I even had a guy behind me in line smoking a cigarette. I have a compromised immune system and this is not a safe environment for me to be in trying to get medication. Further, once you are in there is no option of a restroom without getting back in line outside. It’s terrible.

16. The staff are wonderful. They work hard to help you find the appropriate medicine. The product is good quality. My only gripe, which is just a problem with PA being so new to the program, is the prices.

I love this dispensary… You can always depend on quality products & being treated with kindness & respect, however I do have 1 issue with the dispensary that can definitely afford benches & a tarp for when you’re standing in line for an HR outside in the hot sun & rain(I’ve done both)…the security guard is nice enough to bring his own stuff from home (which is very nice of him,but not his obligation) that’s the only problem I keep seeing… I stop here 2-3 times a month & there’s always someone there who needs a place to sit down cause ALOT of the people are elderly… That’s the only problem I have seen dY’dY’OEaoe

23. Only dispensary I’ve ever been to. I’m from Butler County so I’ve come home. The Hartley family are awesome & all staff are knowledgeable and exceptionally trained! Im impressed! The location is conveniently located & privacy is valued. I’ve made at least a dozen visits since the month of March to CY+ in Butler Pa. I’m planning on going in tomorrow and hope I don’t miss out n my wish list like last time. Although I found the perfect strain for me while there and hope they still have it. I’m not reviewing it or everyone will want it and then I won’t be able to get any. Haha

    However I’ve recently had to force myself to only make 1 trip per week & stock up. All they had on the online menu was stuff I’ve had over….and over….and over again. Low & behold I arrive and purchase my order only to see a paper menu with 6 other wax choices I would’ve rather had.
    When I asked why these weren’t listed, they claimed something is wrong with the website.
    The program they use most states use, there’s no excuses.
    I really hope they aren’t just listing ones they want to get rid of faster or had them on the shelves longer.
    New strains is the number one deciding factor when I need medicine.

28. Very pricey! Almost double the cost of other states. Not a large variety of product. There is a total 22 strains. All of which have a low CBD percentage. First visit was less than an hour. I did feel pressured into buying a strain that was not the best fit for my disease. Then you leave with your little brown bag out the side door.

29. Great dispensary, super staff and very cool place. Love the look and feel. The staff was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Selection was better than expected and quality was excellent. Look forward to many more visits. So happy this has finally arrived in PA.

34. My first dispensary visit ever and im so glad I chose this company. From the minute you walk into the door you feel very welcome. The wait was no more than 10 minutes at most. I met with Jim who is very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right products to best fit my needs. The establishment is beautiful on the inside. I highly recommend this company. Absolutely incredible. They have a customer for life.

35. I visited this dispensary today for the first time.
    This location is very clean, very friendly, and the employee who helped me in the dispensing area was very kind, patient, and courteous.

    There seemed to be plenty of options for different types and delivery methods of MMJ; they appeared to have much more than some of the other local dispensaries are offering (per their online menus).
    My only complaint here is that this particular CY+’s online menu never seems to pull up correctly for me, whether using a laptop, phone, or tablet.

    They call your name to go back in to the dispensing area (as expected), but they do so very quickly!
    You name is also called again when your chosen items are ready for pick up and payment, and again, your name gets called very quickly. Things seem to move along here quite nicely and efficiently.

    Lastly, as far as cost goes, I. have no basis for comparison at this juncture in my MMJ journey to relief, but I didn’t thing it was too bad.

37. This week was my first visit to the CY dispensary in Butler. The staff was great, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products that they had in stock. I did not have much knowledge about medical marijuana before my visit to the dispensary. I now am fully comfortable and excited for the pain relief that the products have given me.

38. Love CY+! I’ve made about a half dozen trips there so far and I’ve not had a bad experience yet. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and always in good spirits. The whole process is customer-centric, they provide a comfortable waiting area, their website is very user friendly both on PC and mobile device, the staff know their product, and they stand behind their product. Consumer issues are handled efficiently and fairly and they try to expedite the process without rushing. Keep up the good work.

39. The overall experience at Cresco Yeltrah is top notch. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The product selection keeps growing & it’s nice that it’s online now. I will definitely be back!

45. I think it’s been great! I know people are complaining about stock and price but it’s just at the beginning stages! I have to be grateful for the progress being made after a lifetime of pain! Yes it’s helping! The people have been wonderful and I’m thankful for the process.

46. I’ve been extremely impressed with the quality of Cresco products. I’ve sampled products from different states and Cresco exceeds the quality I’ve had in the past by far. Not to mention, the dispensary is awesome! Super friendly and knowledgable staff.
