2. Exceeded my expectation in every areas; The staff is welcoming, service is by far the best in the area. Staff is informative, professional and they make you feel “at home”. I ventured out to other places for comparison purposes and can confidently say I will not go anywhere else…! -Mahalo

3. I wanted to love this place because it’s a convenient location and I sense they really WANT to do well by their customers.

   It would’ve been helpful to have a receptionist-type person there to help with the sign in process. The armed guard is the only person there in the waiting room. I waited for about an hour not knowing when I’d be seen.

   The rest of the staff is very nice and wants to help, however the people who helped me lacked detailed knowledge of the strains. I noticed one of the other staff members (Ryan) who was talking with another customer. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable about each strain and mmj in general. It would’ve been a much different experience if the people I spoke with had the same level of knowledge and poise.

4. A great place to get your meds! Friendly staff. No long wait. I’m usually in and out in 10 minutes. This is my go to dispensary!!

5. Modern location with menus on tv screens. Had to wait for the pages to cycle around so I could see/read the details about all the products. I didn’t ask for a printed menu but I’m sure they are available. I had a great conversation with Dre about the proprietary Ilera blends. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a few laughs too. I picked up 2 strains of Choice cartridges, a Breathe cartridge and the Shine tincture. I’m really pleased with all purchases. The Choice carts are flavorful and potent. A pleasant surprise of quality CO2 products that are competitively priced in the current market (when you get them from the Ilera storefront). Some other dispensaries have almost triple pricing vs the Ilera store. I’m also enjoying the Breathe cartridge’s relaxing/calming effect without an overwhelming high. Bravo to Shine also. 6. Very nice and soothing atmosphere. Taylor was the best and helped me tremendously. First had consult with Tina and she was great as well. The products seem to be helping and the staff answers any and all questions.

8. Went here for my first time over the weekend. At first I was hesitant due to some reviews but I am happy I made the trip. Super friendly staff upon arrival and wow what a selection! One of the main reasons I was here was for the well know Ecto cooler and safe to say I left happy. They are currently running a deal on their LA Chocolate and it is top notch. Quality of flower is dense but well cured and perfectly trimmed. Will be back!

9. I stopped in Monday
   to get a 3.5 of Girl Scout cookie.
   when i got home and opened it, it looked underweight/ short, had a lot of stems and was dried out/ stale. when I weighed this it weighed 3.2 grams when I cleaned off all the stems, stem weight .2. there was no mylar plastic seal on the lid. as you know the seal is not made out of Scotch tape like on this one. tampered with? not legit?
   I called the Ilera Healthcare who is the grower dispensary the following morning when they opened.. they refused to acknowledge or admit that their product was short, they took down my information and told me a manager will be calling me back still waiting on the phone call did I get burned for $65 with storefront drug dealer, I think so and for $65 for a short staled all stems Street 8th I wont be driving 20 minutes out of my way to waste my time or money.. oh and did I mention I’m not the first person to complain about this there’s a guy from month ago, before who commented 0 stars for the same issue, apparently they know they’re cheating you and don’t care.

11. My mother is a patient and I accompanied her and I was extremely impressed with the staff and their knowledge. The Pharmacists are amazing and really care and the associates are extremely knowledgeable in both cannabis and their products. great interactions and really friendly. I am looking forward to becoming a patient just to visit this dispensary. my mother loves the product and they are working for her!

12. Not a huge fan of the atmosphere, but it’s not bad, just not the same vibe as other places. But all employees are real nice. Most have decent knowledge. They have good products, but I think they are still figuring out their oil carts. Some get clogged, some just burn too quick. Some are just fine. Need some more consistency. But they are trying, they’ve changed them once already. They will figure it out soon I’m sure.

13. Bad service combined with armed guards create a stressful environment non-conducive for healing and filled with misinformation. With a bad social media presence behind them, Ilera’s employees also often can’t give any sort of info about strains beyond the numbers available. The prices for the very sub-par, pebble like nuggets for $50/$65 an 8th is absolutely unacceptable. I will never buy Ilera products or visit their dispensary after my most recent experience getting two 8ths of shake and rock hard pebbles.

14. Went here for my first visit to a dispensary. Front desk people were very helpful and friendly. once inside in talked with the pharmacist Tina and she was awesome. Took her time to explain everything to me. They were out of some products but recommend another store to get what I needed. I keep in touch with Tina about my experiences with the products. She is a great source of information for me as I start this process of pain management.

15. Absolutely love this location. Friendly front desk staff greeting you as you arrive. Knowledgeable staff that are kind and patient with their patients. The product available is there own plus others so the variety is always good.

16. Visited this dispensary while out of town instead of my normal location. Blown away by the welcoming the atmosphere the professionalism of the staff the quality and availability. A must visit.
