Great people and atmosphere very helpful and quick to get in and out, oh and free parking and better prices
awesome menu and helpful workers. waiting area is relaxing. there is a parking lot. there is also a security guard checking IDs at the front door before you are even able to get upstairs into the lobby.
Great inventory and having their stock tied to Leafly makes them totally awesome in my book! I hate how you never know what is at other places. They also have a payment app that you can DL so you can skip the ATM.
dY'” Loved my 1.5 hour trip down here because it was totally worth it. I arrived around 1PM opening day, was greeted by a lot of helpful staff. Was given a cool Maitri shirt, and was taken back immediately.
I think my budtender was Jamal? I feel bad for forgetting his name, we went back and forth talking for an hour. I got the concentrates Strawberry Fields, Brownie Scout, and Kosher Tangie.
The hour wait was due to not being able to find the Brownie Scout, it was hiding pretty good but they found it for me.
They gave me a discount for the wait.
I’m not going to waste my time at other dispensarys if I don’t have to anymore, this spot is legit.
Great atmosphere and layout of the dispensary, plenty of budtenders to help you out, and everyone is easy to talk to.
These folks have raised the bar in the dispensary game here in Pittsburgh. They are my go-to place. Biggest selection of products by far of any dispensary and a full 10% veterans discount.
The staff were incredibly courteous and informative. The free parking is convenient. And I was in and out rather quickly even on my first visit.
On both visits I’ve made so far, the security guard who first greeted me was very polite and explained exactly where to go. And the front desk staff very also very welcoming! I had a short wait (maybe a few minutes) before meeting my budtender.
Hannah was my budtender on my first visit and she was great! She took the time to give me a tour and suggested some strains that may be helpful for my particular condition. And when I told her about a product I purchased at a different dispensary that I really liked, she offered to request it from the manufacturer. Then 2 days later, she called me to say that they received the item! The following day, I went to Maitri for my second visit and was waited on by an equally polite and courteous budtender. While paying for my items, Hannah came over to say aEURoehiaEUR and seemed just as excited as I was that I was about the get the product I wanted!
She and the rest of the staff made me feel welcome and right at home from the day one! I will definitely be going back!
This place is just so lovely. I was originally drawn to investigate this dispensary because I had learned they were locally owned, saw they had a local artist design their interior string art, and saw they were using a locally owned printing company. I was wanting to support these valiant efforts and it should be easy. This place is very professional and yet very friendly and casual. Will be a regular.
I really like this location. I’ve been there quite a few times already & I must say from the moment I am greeted at the door by the lovely security guards it is nothing but welcoming smiles, great vibes, and a professional establishment. The Patient care specialists are so nice and make you WANT to come back and shop there. Shawn was such a big help. Those lips <3 dY~ . I was so complicated but he definitely worked hard to understand me and find what I was looking for. Thanks Maitri Medicinals PGH!

Loved it! I stopped by for the first time at 5:30 on Friday. (Maybe look into some better lighting outside and for the parking lot?) Parking area was convenient and the security guard was super friendly. Everyone I met was amazing! There were some issues with the computers so I ended up being there much longer than I had anticipated. But Gena (I think? I’m sorry if I got her name wrong!) was the absolute best! Can’t wait to go back!
In my personal opinion they’re the best within the city. Their prices are better than any other dispensary nearby and they always have deals day to day for certain products. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They will let you know about products without pressuring you to buy them. I will not shop anywhere else!
Great space. Good energy. Front desk and bud tenders very personable and eager to help and educate. By far the most extensive menu in Western PA that I’ve seen and the prices are fair. I like the selectable info on the strain menu but some of the descriptions not complete yet, so I tend to move on from them. I do find the parking ample, but that 30 second walk from the store front to the parking lot will be a day-only experience for me; to be I feel that way at most dispensary locations where cash-laden consumers visit.
After making the rounds at the previously established local dispensaries, I am going to stick with Maitri Medicinal. Selection and service.
Maitri looks great, has a large selection/inventory but they upcharge on some of the more affordable dry leaf (Terrapin). Leafly didnt have an option to review on price so I just lowered the rating on quality.
What an amazing place! There are a lot of great things to highlight like the massive menu, the design of the dispensary and its location but it’s the people that truly make this place the best in the area. The front desk was very pleasant and moved me along quickly. My bud tender, Faz, was outstanding. He spent over an hour talking with me and answering my questions. Most importantly he was able understand ,through our conversation, what strains were going to deliver the effects I needed. Boy was he right!! My purchase was spot on!!

Absolutely the most beautiful and well laid out dispensary in Pennsylvania. Reminds me of some of the greats back in California. Not only was the staff extremely friendly and extremely helpful but it just felt so comfortable and so perfect this is absolutely going to be my go to spot
