1. I came in yesterday to buy a cartridge and a battery. I am new to this and was very nervous about coming in as it being my first time in a pot shop! Ricardo was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have. He got me set up with an open vape cartridge Banner. Honestly i love this thing i feel so relaxed and in such a great mood, I wasn’t anxious in any way, I am so very with the level of service i received thanks again Ricardo!

2. customer service is terrible. I have had several occasions in there that lacked serious professionalism. lack of knowledge about bud and pricing. sometimes don’t even bother to try and look it up. when store is busy there is lack of organization with check in and customer order as well as budtenders stealing weigh stations from eachother. lots of goofing off with eachother while attending customers. I would like to see a fun but more professional atmosphere. I’m tired of having no confidence that they are handling my transaction correctly.

3. I really like the atmosphere when I walked in. It has a cool 70s basement feeling to it. There are records, magazines, and other awesome things out in the open. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for service was the menu. It was difficult to read the prices. Other than that, which isn’t that big of a deal, I thought it was an awesome shop, and I will definitely go back.

5. So far to date the best in oregon city. been there 3 times. So far the best. time to mix a salad and enjoy the night. thanks every one at E.L. you will see your bumper sticker on my truck soon.

   The prices are really good and the people are nice and intelligent on product.

8. It is a great dispensary and its close to my house. Talk about convenience. Ok so i went in with a freind and i picked up an eighth for 20 bucks. It was good stuff. some Jack Herer and some Tangie Cookies. bustenders are nice and freindly. nice open style store.

9. The ambiance is certainly not for everyone. If you’re a “groovy dude” or a “dope chick” this place might be for you. But, unfortunately, not my vibes.

10. I LOVE this place. I prefer edibles and they have a fabulous selection at great prices. what I like most is that you can get edibles that have specific strains. You know what you’re eating. Most places have generic edibles that only tell you the THC and CBD amounts. I no longer buy my edibles anywhere else.

17. This place rocks! They always play great music and the staff are very appealing, generous, and patient. The location is very convenient, I can get my herb and get home. I don’t feel rushed, they check me in, I tell them what I want, and they get me there. The old school theme they’ve got going on is far out, and the prices are awesome considering the convenience, location, and overall quality. Love and good vibes all around.

22. I have visited twice now. Both times have been great. The first time they were busy but, acknowledged me right away and made me comfortable to browse while I waited. Today I had time to chat with a gal that worked there. She was very helpful with finding a strain for my needs. I LOVE the wake and bake discount! Everyday!! I will be back and highly recommend

24. This place is quite weird no attention to customer service the staff act like it’s dress up Day common if your going to dress like Harry Potter at least offer serious black strains. None of the budtenders had any education of what the strains where. Clearly they were all primed robots. Every one of them kept pushing the most expensive strain when I asked about its genetics they didn’t know all they could say was “here smell it. The bud itself was garbage shakey buds mixed with sugar leafs. Finally the prices are absurd. Don’t waste your time here

    Nice store, open floor plan, very friendly and knowledgable Bud Tenders. Several specials, plus Grand Opening swag, and a good variety of flower.

31. This place is DOPE!! Im big on weed been smoking a long time. Been to just about every dispensary in pdx and theres no denying it is the best of the best. Service and crew are cool as it gets and super helpful, the flower and oil is top notch and prices are unbeatable. Not even trying to talk it up. Go see for yourself.. you wont be dissapointed!

33. Ok I have to retract my earlier review of the dispensary. I was angry and aired my grievances loudly. After being in contact with Electric Lettuce and explaining my issue I was exchanged and more than reimbursed for my trouble. These lovely people went above and beyond my expectations to make me happy. I cannot begin to express how thankful I am to receive such high quality care. I will be back! Again and again! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! You know who you are and you’re wonderful!

39. Not impressed. Cashier didn’t even know basic pricing and didn’t bother to look it up. No confidence in someone who isn’t confident in what they are saying nor bothers to confirm what they are saying. I left without purchasing. And can you please get ride of the stupid neon signs in your windows!? Believe it or not we are a nice community and the application of your artistic vision feels more trashy than classy.

40. Very convenient location-easy to find (the big neon signs are great!). I’m digging the hip, retro theme and funky music….their style stands out from any other dispensary I’ve been to. My Bud-tender was very helpful and hooked me up nicely. I think this is my new go-to, I definitely want to come back and check it out further!

41. This place is authentic! Electric Lettuce celebrates its boomer heritage with fascinating museum quality memorabilia casually displayed throughout every corner of the store. I got a real kick recognizing so many items from my earlier time stream experiences. AND that’s just the atmosphere! Really delightful!
    Electric Lettuce’s selection of cannabis goodies is complete, superbly selected and exhaustive. I was particularly impressed with their selection of High Desert PURE cartridges; which to my mind are the best designed vape cartridges on the market today.

    I’ll be back!

43. I love how this spot is a big open room and is always so clean. Within ten seconds I always get a super friendly hello from staff. They have a good/large selection of flower plus lots of other goodies. Gina with the awesome hair helped me out today & got me everything I needed dY’dY1/4 see you soon guys!

47. I love this place. When in comparison to the dispensarys Ive been to in Salem/Keizer, this place is way better. The staff are chill, helpful and they dont make me feel awkward or uncomfortable. The only thing I dont like is that the prices dont include tax so really, if you want a $14.00 gram, youre really gonna be paying closer to $17.00 and thats frustrating because it makes it hard to select what i want within my budget. I paid 8 dollars (closer to 10 bucks after tax) for a gram of Golden Cobra and the next day it went up to 12 dollars a gram (before tax)…otherwise, a great place to get good pot. Love the atmosphere. I shop here regularly…

48. I’m really into concentrates and for Oregon City, best place I’ve found a variety. Thank you Wes, Max and Joanna for being so friendly… even giving me some sample edibles. Thank you for being friendly faces every time I come in! Oh, the live rosin for a half gram was pretty good stone-y as well. Thanks again!

50. I’ve made this my only place I buy from. It’s close to my home and most always has what I need. If they don’t they have something very close.
    This last time I bought Girl Scout Cookies*. This strain is awesome.
    I highly recommend coming here and sign up for the rewards program. The program really help me cuz some day money is tight. it’s a nice suprise to be able to get a little extra.

51. Great experience! Very friendly staff, their menu is up to date(most dispensaries,not all are not) extra bonus (little glass pipe and lighter) after purchase. I don’t live anywhere near this place, but if I did. it would be my go to place. I felt valued as a customer.

But every person you talk to knows what they’re talking about and helps based on what I’m looking for and I even like trying what they suggest.

53. Deny service ten minutes before you close? What a joke. They claimed they just close @ 9:50 now. If that’s so, how hard would it be to update your hours online or put out an update or tape a new sign on your door? I was going to spend $80 tonight and now I’m not spending another dime at this place.

58. Awesome place. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The shop has a laid back atmosphere which makes you feel at ease and their products are all quality.

59. Friendly staff, the flower is really hard to see with the layout, although it is a nice place visually.
    Was disappointed with the small select of product (even on Leafly, they have 49 total products) and that they only have ONE sativa option for flower.

    Maybe I’ll come back, but hard to when a place a few blocks away has so much more, for so much less.

    The staff, amazing. That isn’t lost on me. Buuuuut you’re need product.

61. I absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere of this location. It was a neat, bright, and nerdy setup. Tyson was very super awesome with helping me find exactly what I needed and introduced me to different products that he recommended. I will definitely be returning.

62. It is convenient & nearby, and has a fun but relaxed atmosphere. My budtender, Tyson was very helpful. I have a tight budget and Tyson fixed me up with 2 different kinds of flower, one with CBD in it. The final result was on budget, a full 3.5 gms, and the result was aEURoegroovyaEUR. It’s a great place.

64. Ricardo, Jon and Steven are hands down THE MOST WONDERFUL AND PROFESSIONAL budtenders I have EVER encountered! I’ve been to more than a few recreational states and they are my most favorite. After moving from a big city like Las Vegas they have given me a place to come that is comforting, inviting and knowledgeable!!! What’s most wonderful about this place is that from marketing to cultivating they have a personal touch and connection to all products! Not just products either they have a continuous commitment to all patients and customers! I showed up for a second time and Ricardo and Steven REMEMBERED ME!!!! Thanks for giving me a place to go and feel welcome in Oregon guys! This is the ONLY place I bring family and refer friends too hands down as long as I’m in Oregon you guys have a loyal and faithful customer!

66. Location alone puts this near the top of my list for favorite dispensaries, with super easy access and ample parking. Was totally blown away when I went inside; what used to be a grimy old Pizza Hut has been radically transformed into a big, open, airy space that not only has excellent bud but nice gear as well, tastefully decorated like a vintage boutique. Crazy friendly staff, great selection of flower, and competitive pricing. Will be back over and over.
