2. They have really good products at really great prices. I would say this is one of the best dispensaries in town when it comes to the most bang for your buck. The decor is nice but not pretentious. The staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy to make sales. One of the best dispensaries I basically only go here now.

4. This place rocks! Kinda a crap location though. It’s on a very busy street and tucked up in this corner. Once inside the place is awesome! Super friendly staff and just a great feel. I usually go to the OG closer to my home but wanted to check this place out. They had twice the options at the Hawthorne store and just all around less crowded and noisy. I had an issue with a cartridge I bought from here and they with no question helped me out in getting a new one that worked properly. I’ll definitely come back when on that side of town.

20. A little different than the Hawthorne location, in a good way. Same fantastic group of folks and awesome deals on some great flower. Missed out on the 10% off first time visit. They truly do offer exceptional service and not to mention everyone is super friendly and welcoming and love the atmosphere they display. Tristan Melanie and Ashley have super cool personalities and always make my experience more enjoyable as everyone else does! I always come back and will never visit any other dispensary but them!

This place sucks. used to be my go to now they just do the bait and switch tactic with leafly acting like they have their in house strains on sale but when you get there they’ve always seemed to have just ran out but then they offer you the bullshit strains on sale that are outsourced through other farms and their terrible. Do some work and take five minutes from your day and update your menu on leafly if you guys really aren’t pulling the bait and switch game, smh….

56. Dunno what kind of establishment would allow employees to put out product they literally seem to no nothing about. I mean if I go into a store for a loaf of bread I’d hope someone could tell me the difference between french bread and sourdough if for some reason the knowledge did not already exist in my head.

65. By far the best place around!! I first started going here because my original dispensary closed for moving earlier this year. The staff here is top notch; everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Not to mention they got a great taste in music! Shortly after my first trip, I was back for more. Looking for something to help with pain and sleepless night, they had the perfect recommendation. You can’t beat their prices or quality, the specials keep me coming back for more. On top of all this awesomeness, they are fair. I had a cartridge that leaked from the top and had some particulate in the oil….they offered to swap it out. They suggested a different brand, apologized for the leaky one and I was on my way. You guys are great, I recommend you to everyone. Keep up the great work, I am one happy customer 🙂

70. Newest location just opened up last week near my neighborhood. I’ve never been to their other locations but I’ve been shopping around a lot since soooo many shops have opened up the past months. didn’t take me long to know I’m sticking with these guys. awesome strains grown well and locally, even the specials are of top shelf quality, service was great, no elite stoner attitudes you get with a lot of places, just chill people that love what they do. New York hooked me up with a $15 8th of some awesome bubby kush that would have easily been 45 in any other shop. they’ll know me by first name in no time!

120. I have been waiting months for this location to open and last Friday it finally did! This is a great location and they have plenty of products for sale. As would be expected, the employees were super friendly and happy to be there. I’ve been a customer with the OG since they opened last April, and can honestly say this is the best dispensary in town. It’s pretty exciting to see the OG grow and become the premier dispensary in Salem, if not the state.

132. Had a heck of a time getting a cartridge that worked properly. over the course of 2 weeks, I had to make 6 trips and exchange 6 cartridges to get 4 working ones. they were awesome about helping us get new ones and didn’t hesitate to do so.

149. Far and away my favorite dispensary. All of the cannabis that I have purchased here has been fresh and absolutely primo in quality. The bud tenders are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All have been great, but the guy with the short blonde dreadlocks is particularly knowledgeable and helpful. I actually live much closer to the Hawthorne location but I prefer this shop on Commercial Street. Everyone who works here has a real passion for the product. One other thing I should say about the OG Collective is that they frequently stock cool and unusual strains such as the elusive Orange Velvet, and the majestic Tora Bora. Note to management aEUR” thank you for that!

158. I usually don’t review anything unless the experience is fantastic or horrible. This experience was fantastic! I saw their prices on leafly and thought “wow, with them that low, they must not have good bud.” Boy was I wrong! They have all of their current strains listed with pictures on the wall and what the type is (sativa, hybrid, indica). They then had jars of the flower ready for you to view and smell. They have the grams already packaged for you (they are true to weight) and ready to grab what you want or need. Let me say that their flower is absolutely gorgeous! Seriously, all their flower is top-shelf looking! Oh, it gets better. If you’re a veteran like myself, they give a 10% discount to vets. The ladies behind the counter were all very friendly and were able to provide information on strains from either personal use or from the other customers. That right there lets me know that they listen to the customer which is huge! Bravo! This place is clean, smells great, very nicely decorated too. Their prices are bar far the best ive ever seen too! A+, two thumbs up, 10/10.

179. It had a bad bud tender on Sunday morning 12/10. Went in for a specific item they advertised on Leafly but when we went out of way to go get it they were out. No choices for the medical affects I was looking for. Sold my husband the same name but different grower. It had less the and was twice as expensive. Never back here again when there are great bud tenders other places
