Having been a loyal customer of green planet for a long time, i was upset at the way in which i was treated during my recent visit to the green planet. the debit/credit system was down first thing in the morning, and so they charged me an additional 3.00 to use the atm. i understand that charge is not directly for the the green planet but for the atm company. when i mentioned how i thought since they do advertise having a debit credit card acceptance and the system was down that irt would be nice if they they waive that 3.00 fee since its a inconvenience for the customer. the budtender Lissa was EXTREMELY rude saying they dont advertise that they except cards (not true) and went on and on about how GP doesnt take that 3.00 fee and was just flat out rude to me. I was in shock when i left. i always have gotten good service here but for some reason i was met with zero understanding. wont be going back anytime soon.

Unfortunately Green Planet’s cartridge policy is pretty limited and not flexible. There are many other shops with much more flexibility and ability to help you out in obvious situations, would NOT recommend.

Had an awesome visit last night. Ben was so helpful and took his time showing us different dab rigs and pieces for the rigs. He was so knowledgeable and helpful during the process. My husband and I love this shop.
Went on leafly and saw that they had 1 gram of a Live Resin so went to go pick that up. I didn’t notice it was only half a gram until I got home. I called and they told me to come back in for them to look at. Once I got there, the lead or manager, or whatever he wants to call himself, was quite rude and went on to say that it was a mistake, they had never sold full grams of it and that they had fixed the mistake in there system. As we said I was expecting a full gram he just, in a very rude tone, repeated the “never selling full grams” speech again. Couldn’t even offer me some free papers or something for the inconvience or even an apology, which would have been better than anything. Worst place ever. Do not go. Very rude and like to waste your time.
I really enjoy the quality of products available and especially the staff at green planet.
Anything from picking out a vape cartridge to flower and edibles, the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable which helps me have an enjoyable experience each and everytime.
So I went to get some dabs, this is my go to place. There’s 2 choices of Oregon genetics, green packages. So the budtender asked the white widow, I said the one with highest thc. Well I didn’t check it out till I got to my car. It was a cbd strain. So I walk back in the store, before the door closes behind me the guy that helped me left the counter and went straight back and got the manager, as if he knew. So before I am helped again I wait for 5 minutes before the manager comes out, already knowing what I’m there for. Arguing with me saying they can’t exchange products, while the guy that helped me is behind him saying I said white widow, two people at one time I’m dealing with. Well Marcus eventually gets going on exchanging a marijuana product for another marijuana product, which is illegal. Makes me dig receipt out of trash in there store. Then the final exchange, made me feel bad, taking the label sticking it in my face, saying this is g13 not white widow really in a demoralizing tone. I called him out on it though, and he gets shaky and says its because he has to show the cameras so I don’t do this again. The biggest factor is that Marcus is the manager. For you Marcus, for the future on how to do your job, the customer is always right. When I walked in the budtender should have greeted me and apologize even if he is right, then went got the manager. Marcus you then come out apologizing for the miss convinence, tell them no we can’t exchange products because of the law and send me on my way. Not put me down and break the law.

Green planet is always super friendly and rotated between discounts on a daily basis which is super cool. This is definitely the place to go for edibles, cartridges, and oil, but from what I’ve tried personally, their flower is a little hit or miss. The only real complaint I can give this place is that they don’t add the tax to the listed prices for you so your order is always gonna be like 10% more than what the price is listed as. But still definitely a place worth checking out!

Today my faith was renewed in humanity with a quick visit to this location. I don’t use those words randomly. I came in today and was treated like absolute gold. My bud tender was Lissa, and she was so genuine and caring. It was fairly busy and yet she took extra time to let me count out change (totally embarrassing and haven’t been in this position since I was 17.) It was no big deal to Lissa, she made me feel at home and was so compassionate. I almost cried in line due to her kindness. In the past GP King City has had some ups and downs it seems with customer service. No more I tell you, the customer service here is second to none. I would highly recommend visiting as soon as possible and ask for Lissa, she’ll take extremely good care of you!!

I’m a novice at this and was overwhelmed at first by the huge selection and variety of products but quickly felt comfortable because Ben was extremely helpful and answered all my newbie questions making it a great experience. Prices seemed good too. Lots of room to shop and look around without getting in everyone else’s way. In short, a great place to shop and get info.

They generally have good selection but this location tends to keep hot items on the menu long after selling out to apparently keep people coming in to try and switch customers to something else that’s in stock. As well, concentrations posted for some menu selections is sometimes not accurate.
Staff is generally knowledgeable but seems to have a revolving door there.

I always check online for the latest offerings at the dispensaries…but every time I go on Leafly for prices at Green Planet, King City, there is no flower listed, at all. Then when I called to let them know, a woman on the phone was rude. Now why would I go blind to a dispensary and what if they don’t have anything I like? Not cool. This issue with no flower listed has happened more than once.

This shop doesn’t offer mix n match 1/2 ounces and ounces anymore?!? No signage anywhere explaining a change. I came to this shop for the ability to try different flowers for my medical condition. Kind of disappointed in green planet. Also, check your receipts, i didn’t get the advertised discount twice now (med patient). Contacted company about discrepancy and never got a response from the company. Seems like they only care about getting your money, not bettering the marijuana community.

My favorite dispensary ever!!! It has the biggest & best selection I’ve ever seen and the store is really well organized. A staff member works with you to find what you need and everyone I’ve met has been super friendly. Unlike some places I’ve been to, the budtenders here always let you smell and get a close look at the buds. Overall it’s a great store with really awesome staff.
It’s also the only dispensary I’ve been to that accepts cards, which is waaaay more convenient than having to get cash.

1-28-19 i came into store got 3 grams of blue dream and got 2 huge ass stems with it. I dont smoke or care for stems in my flower. Not good on budtenders part.

I have been to Green Planet several times over the last few months. They are located in a great location and have numerous products available. While there are nearby competing businesses, Green Planet is open earlier/late, and their selection has more variety.
I will admit though that some of the staff there are far more knowledgable than others. After dealing with most of the employees, I have found that Amy has a lot more awareness of the products than some others.
It is one thing to just smoke/partake and be done. But if you want someone who can provide specific details about the product, ensuring you get the best for your money, you want her experience. She’s usually there on Friday.
I’ve had several other workers simply point out details on the packages, as if reading the label explains the benefits. I understand there is a learning process for everyone, but it goes without saying of your business opens earlier and stays open later, you want to satisfy the customer. In order to do so, all employees should be aware, trained, and enthusiastic about such powerful products. Weed can be a great experience, but it has to be done with care.
I have pretty much decided I am only returning when I know my customer needs will be met properly. Otherwise, it’s easier to shop around elsewhere because other shops show more attention to detail with their employee product knowledge.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are Veteran friendly as a lot of thier staff are military Veterans. The product is top shelf and prices are currently the best within the city I’ve seen so far. The location is beautiful and well organized. If you haven’t come by this place yet you really should treat yourself and save money at the same time! Did I mention they give 10% discount for Veterans? Along with daily deals this place sets the bar for the industry!

Came in to check out some oil by O.G.cannabis. Came in super confused on the layout and confused where or if I was supposed to check in first. Had an employee tell me to just go up to the counter and someone will check your id when they are helping you witch is completely new to me I have never seen a store do that not that it’s bad but maybe have some signs up to help people understand that’s what’s going on. Walk up to check out the oil and wait on someone to help me. That same employee comes up and helps me I ask to see one of the cookie strains he asks me for my id as if I was trying to not show him with a shitty tone acting like I was some kid. I show it to him he grabs the oil opens it up so I can see it and I go to grab it to smell it and he pulls it away all quick and just give me a look like I did something wrong instead of just saying aEURoe oh you can’t hold itaEUR or something along those lines. So with the shitty service from the beginning then the shitty help to find the product at least the employee who actually rung me up was pleasant to talk to about my horrible signature on the back of my ID. Wow! Had a misunderstanding with an employee who made a judgement call, but after a very short period of time, manager Diana was able to really help me out… can’t thank her enough for her efforts. and gotta commend King city green planet for not sweeping a customer’s issues under the rug.

Went in for the first time last weekend. The space is really open and well organized. No waiting in a waiting room to be taken to a back room. The staff were friendly and super patient while my wife and I explored some new products. This will become my home dispensary if this level of service continues.

I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close to my house. I found a couple really nice strains, but most of the stuff on the shelf was dry, old bud with no smell. The budtenders have all been very nice, but it seems turnover is high. Especially when it’s busy, the atmosphere is tense. I’ve since found better deals elsewhere. One thing- the selection for dabs was very good.
Pleasant experience. Everybody was friendly, helpful and it was very near closing. Prices were as listed on Leafly and in stock. Been to many dispensaries and this is now on my list of good ones.Going back to check it all out during the day because it is a very large store.

What a great dispensary! The ‘tenders were super helpful, with no BS trying to oversell specials or memberships. I loved that they worked well as a team to answer questions and whatnot. The store has a solid collection of glass and accessories to go with their hearty selection of bud (I didn’t shop edibles or concentrate today).

Not very happy with any of the unhappy people who work there. The green bearded dude is a absolute grump every time. When I go in I spend over 100 bucks every time. I seem to be a burden to him or any of them. Rushing is not cool.

Long time customer of Green Planet. Sadly will not be going back, this dispensary has treated me great for the last 3 months. Last week i went in and was treated extremely poorly by a new employee. Can’t recall the name but the young gentleman with short brown hair was extremely short with me at the end of the night. He implied i didn’t know what strain i was looking for, told me that i needed to either choose a strain or leave because their was other customers waiting. I have never felt as disrespected as i did from that young man. Unfortunately will not be coming back to green planet, hopefully their is some repercussions.

I have always loved this store from the day they opened they became my go to dispensary. Well today they lost me as a customer. Brand new cartridge, I opened it and tested it the day I bought it to make sure it worked. As I always do. Then I started using my other cartridge I purchased that day. Went back to try and use the other one and it didn’t work. Very odd for the brand I got. I took the full cartridge in original packaging into the store today one week from purchase. They tested it. Told me yes, they saw it didn’t work. But sorry, can’t help you because it’s been over 72 hours. Seriously? With a full brand new cartridge you can’t help me? I got some story about how it’s OLCC policy. Well that’s a load of crock. Because I know for a fact 4 other stores in the area will exchange it for you as long as it’s over 1/2 full. So being that green planet doesn’t stand behind their products. I’m done. I’m done recommending them to every friend I talk to. They let me down today.

I really like the selection here and I send a lot of friends because of the prices and variety. The problem is the discounts. They are extremely inconsistent in applying it and will argue it. As a medical patient I have to budget exactly what I buy, so I try to calculate what I need before, so when I get the the register and my total is 10% more than I expect I’m frustrated. Make some blanket polices and stick to them.

Best experience I’ve had so far. Very simple and I don’t have some stupid sales rep bugging me like at chalice. I know what I want, don’t tell me what I should buy. If I have questions I ask and they always answer perfectly. They don’t try to up sell me…. Me and my boyfriends #1 go-to spot even though its not the best commute for us. Love it here.

first time customer. i went in and talked to them about their 60$ ounces and they said no it would be 74$ out the door with tax. i sent my sister in after because i forgot my ID. and they charged her 84$ altogether. and no 10% discount first time customer
This was the first place my husband and I went to when we moved here back in March of this year. We have never gone anywhere else! Everyone there is always friendly and they are very fast and efficient no matter what time of the day i go in. They also have great sales for the holidays throughout the year.

Great customer service. They were very friendly and there wasn’t a long wait. They were more than happy to give me the 10% discount for being a new customer, they did have some good quality flower for $5 a gram and even knew our friend that recommended the place by name which was awesome.

Great selection and staff, I’ve never had to wait to get helped, there are always plenty of employees around, even on a busy Saturday night. The place is huge and very open, which makes it extra inviting. They have a large variety of flower and some knowledgeable budtenders, ready to help.
I smoke a lot of oil and this place has the best selection and the best prices in town. I don’t go to any other dispensary. That goes for both the Milwaukee and the king city locations. Love this place
