5. as medical, I generally tend to be pretty picky about what I buy. I honestly haven’t bothered trying any of their more expensive strains because the bottom shelf stuff tends to be a pretty awesome deal. all but one of them that I’ve tried were pretty good and had at least 19% thc, and the blue Magoo they had for $4 a gram got me high as f*ck so I have no complaints. I feel like the longer they are open the more knowledgeable their staff get, they pay attention to comments people make and ask questions to get a better idea of what they are selling. overall, good place to go with super cheap bud.

7. This store is the only store I go to now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The weed is top notch as well! I always take advantage of the $5 grams because they always have a Indica option that is frosty and strong which is my favorite. I used to shop exclusively in Eugene, but phresh start is a hidden gem. I always recommend it for people who love good weed but wanna save some cash. 🙂 I love you guys!!

11. Been to a lot of different shops in the area, and figured I would stop in and give this place a try! First of all, the location is very nice and inviting on the inside! A young lady (Heather) helped me, and was very patient in explaining the different CBD products available. I ended up buying a couple items I hadn’t tried before (per her recommendation) and they were FANTASTIC!
    If you want a great selection of products (CBD products especially!) and a knowledgeable and friendly staff, I highly recommend checking out Phresh Start!

13. I’ve only gone in there 3 or 4 times but every time the staff has been awesome! The selection kicks butt and I always leave happy. My absolute favorite part is how I can get in and out fast! They just seem to have streamlined the marijuana purchasing process by eliminating checking in and having everything pre-packaged!

38. I love this place and have since the first time I went in. They have great prices, hella friendly staff, clear and easy to read pricing, and the shop itself has a very welcoming feel to it. Plus, a sparkly purple floor! 57. you know that euphoric moment….like right when you walk into the dispensary, and you just KNOW its gonna be a good day? yeah that just happened. I am totally in love. this place has great vibes, so welcoming and friendly! the owner greeted us at the door and she just is soooo sweet, she even offered us free cookies and coffee! So I mean, just the lobby sold me…..but then we went to the Budroom, and the little cherubs came down with their French horns and a golden lights shining and I found myself the most beautiful $55 half oz. oh god, I can’t tell you how nice it is to get some great quality with great price….its usually one or the other….but did I also tell you how great the ladies were? wow. it only took me about 5 minutes to get what I needed but then I spent another 10 chatting with the ladies, they were just SO RAD! I can’t wait to go back, seriously. If you haven’t been there, you’re missing out!

I’ve bought Periodic Caramels from here for the last 6 months, a couple times per week, but they hiked the price up by $3 per caramel, from $12 to $15. I could understand a $.50 to $1 increase, but $3 is a ridiculous increase. Now, you will get $0 from me. Enjoy your $3, I’ll find somewhere else to go.

63. Dudes. This is your dispensary right here. Billy will never lead you astray when it comes to what’s going to meet your needs, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. You can browse at your leisure and ask questions without getting looked at like you’re new or something’s wrong with you. They always have quality products, from Hush (my favorite) dabs to epic flower (the Kraken is *noice*, highly recommended), these guys have it for you. The cost is appropriate for the quality of the product, but you’ll probably agree that you’re getting the sweeter end of the deal. Seriously, you should finish reading this and then get down there. I can say with confidence that I’ve never been disappointed by my experience at Phresh Start! Oh yeah, don’t forget to take some non-perishable food to donate for a little extra discount!

    Phresh Start, however, stands out beyond the rest.

    They have a very open layout, with quality products. It’s easy to read the details about each of their products which I love because I am the person who reads every ingredient.

    They offer a plethora of cbd products, in particular a CBD dab, which I’ve been looking for and didn’t know existed until their INCREDIBLE, ABOVE AND BEYOND employee, Chase showed me. He is the real reason I came back after my first visit; I was looking for a specific strand they didn’t have and he gave me some solid advice. So when the time came I went back and gave them a shot. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly – even though they are always busy.

    I’ve enjoyed the various strands they offer, and they will continue to be my go to dispensary.

78. This shop has totally got my patronage just through my first visit. The atmosphere when I walked in was quiet and calming. I wish I could give a shout-out to the bud-tender that helped me with what I wanted but, I’m not good with names, just know that they are awesome. I normally get scoffed at when I ask about $5 grams but phresh-start was completely curious. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer from here on. Plus tax is included in the listed price, no more trying to figure out how much tax will be for purchases… Totally F-ing awesome.

80. There are plenty of dispensaries in the Eugene/Springfield area, but this is the one I love! They always have a good selection of flower and top shelf buds for 5 to 7 dollars a gram. Nice selection of edibles too. The budtenders are friendly and knowlegable and senior discounts start at 55 years old. What more can you ask for?

97. I’m fairly new to this realm, however, when I entered the Phresh Start store with my neighbor and friend Charlotte, I knew I was in good hands. The truly caring and knowledgeable staff asked a few questions to find out what I was looking for, and then presented a few of my options, giving me information about each item, then informing me of his personal recommendation for me. I appreciate the pleasant attitudes of the staff. I exited the store with a smile on my face, and the feeling that this is a store I want to come back to.

106. As a complete newbie hoping to replace my depression, anxiety, and insomnia meds with marijuana, but absolutely hates smoking anything, I can not say enough about how helpful these people are. They are always friendly, willing to take the time to go over ALL my options, and patiently answer my bajillion questions. I’m disappointed they no longer have Pennywise cartridges, but I understand they have reasons for not carrying it anymore.
     All in all, super helpful. This will always be my first stop looking for specific items, and so far, has always been my only stop!

109. Worst dispensary experience in two years and will never be returning. I had to check this place out based off its reviews. The product wasn’t too different than most Springfield shops, but the customer service was horrible. I encountered the rudest and most unknowledgable budtenders. The budtender wasn’t able to explain the pricing accurately to me (couldnt tell me why I was being charged more than recreational customers). Tiny shop, no waiting room. Only good thing was a lot of parking available. Medical patients beware, the budtender is always right at this shop!!

     ..I hesitated a few days because I thought I already had my go-to spot, but man I was wrong! Anybody in the Springfield, Eugene, and surrounding areas needs to come here! (..or, don’t, because I’m happy w more for me) dY~f ..but Nah, everyone should be able to share in this awesomeness.

     Yonder Mountain String Band playing on the PA and I say Hey weren’t they here last night? ..and I’m told.. “weren’t they here? Haha, I recorded it! ” ..such a great time meeting and getting to know everyone there! Truly feel welcomed and like part of a family here!

     No huge lines. No rush. Great lobby w free coffee n cookies I think. The actual shop room whatever you call it is awesome, spacious w great layout and great displays you can view your flowers w a magnifying glass and smell. Everything looked fantastic, even the $5 budget flowers are still fire. I got the Sour D and it’s superb! We went back twice in one day and plan to more. Thanks team!

163. it was a pretty well visit yeah the staff doesnt know all the product but who really does with technology now anyways. the prices are ok maybe high on thehigh grade end but as stated by others the lower shelf extracts are good quality for the prices and one of the few who has good selection on kief.

165. I return every third day or there about! It is the must positive atmosphere along with great prices and always quality products. The customer service is best I’ve seen bar none to other shops! I would give this place a 6/5 stars if it were possible I can’t shop anywhere else!!!

172. The people are friendly enough but they are ignorant on marijuana. They sell preweighed pot in none sealed containers twice now have sold me seed riden pot. they then refuse to take it back because I left the store. Not the parking lot but the store it wasn’t 2 min before I walked back in. I’ll never go back

173. Ive been to numerous dispensaries trying to find the right one to call home, i landed on eugene og. Not because i loved it but because it was better than most. Eventually i ended up at PHRESH START and i am very thankful i did. They treated me so fair and kind like i was part of their family. Ive never been to a dispensary where the workers wanna help you so much and just bullshit about product. They are amazing people and know their shit. The customer service is Grade A. Im glad to be a part of the fam. 1LUV!!

Jared was super helpful and I felt like I was talking to a good friend. Im not the biggest talker but I enjoyed talking about the products and just talking about cannabis in general.
