Best staff, Sam the owner super friendly and great deals always. He and his staff are very kind to veterans (super cool). Their bargain ounces are better then some shops mid to top shelf. My wife Linda and I shop there almost exclusively. They always have a great selection and very friendly staff.

Seriously lowest prices now in the state of oregon in my opinion with the freshest and nicest looking flower around!!! Love how they made the adjustments dur to new laws for their discounts gor OMMP and Vets get a 20% on all purchases!!! Biggest and freshest selection in lane county for medicine other then flower! The ladies and gents here know their stuff. HIGH HIGH HIGHLY recommend taking the trip to glennwood and parking isnt an issue either!!!

First time in today and i have to say well worth the trip. I have a high tolerance and not a lot of income so cheap is what I look at. After seeing that they lowered their prices I thought I’d give them a try. The blue dream od is what I picked up, at 26 percent thc and 5 bucks a gram, and I have to say it’s the best deal I’ve gotten out of the many shops I’ve been to. Like I said before I have a high tolerance and 4 puffs off my one hitter got me lit like I haven’t been in a long time. It’s been a couple hours and I’m finally getting around to writing this lol. Very cerebral and uplifting. No drowsy or tired feelings. The only downside, if you want to call it that, is I had nothing to go and do and all I wanted to do was get out and adventure lol.

This place has a small outdoor selection and brazenly exorbitant recreational prices (double or triple what others charge!). But the pot is very good and the budtenders know what they are talking about. I got a gram of Hindu Kush for $15 (an outrage! but that’s the lowest price tier they had). It came in one of those plastic foil-lined zip-lock envelopes, which I am not fond of, and they printed my name on the label, which is insane. Let me tell you though, that Hindu Kush tore me up. Six hours easy. I couldn’t tell you my own name during the hour or so of the long flat peak, but I was productive and creative for the rest of the time while feeling great, though I did have really intense munchies. In summary, I’ll probably check in on this place after a while just to see if they’ve cut prices, but I’m not sold that this pot is particularly special compared to what I can get for half the price at many dispensaries in town.

Find it funny how leafly lists strawberry cough for 10$ a gram for rec users and yet I was still charged 15$… most all there flowers looked poorly cured and smelled like fresh cut grass.
The bud tender guy was way to lit I think and struggled with any task and question I asked.
The SC was alright and did the job for the most part but dissapointed over all. I likely will not be returning to this location.

Great store front. I like all the receptionists as they are very nice and warming. The medicine here is quite high quality and good prices. The budtenders have always been legit and I walk out feeling happy. I would go back and its up there with one of my favorite dispenaries.

There are actually local bud tenders(you know who they are) who do not partake and yet are still making “educated” advice to their patients. I have experienced this more than once. It’s like going to a winery ran by non-wine drinkers! Not at Track Town! You guys told me what YOU liked. That’s what I wanted to hear and your suggestions were right on the mark.

I’ve been by this location a few times now. Also been to more then a few around town just to see what’s around. They always have the best strains for great prices! I will definitely be making this the only place I go to now. They stopped putting names on the bottles for REC buyers and they charge the same low prices for both rec and med!! The prices on the app are always right too.

This will be my new go-to shop. The bud tender was very helpful and patient since it was my first time in. I am really glad I listened to her recommendation on an outdoor strain and it was far more potent than other strains at the same THC level. The shop has a fun atmosphere and they have many concentrates for med customers too.
This place is really great. It is the same distance from my house as other dispensaries and has cheaper buds. The outdoor blue dream was great.

second time I’ve been here. one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I always check leafly before I head to the dispensary. ttc had some super lemon haze for 10$ a g that I wanted to check out. when I got there I ended up going with some gdp and juicy fruit… a gram each for $30! I couldn’t believe it, but I didn’t check the prices on leafly for those stains so I just went with it. I also asked about a pre-roll… $9!!! so I leave, already dissatisfied with my over priced 2 grams, when I get home I jump on leafly and see the prices listed as $10 and $12. now I’m pissed. I call track town and let them know what happened. the guy tells me those prices are for medical patients only.. that’s all well and good but last time I was in there I was a medical patient. it would’ve been nice if they informed me of this price difference prior to my purchase! when I tell him there should’ve been some kind of warning
on leafly, he goes on to tell me “leafly is a medical site, that’s probably why you’re confused” never again will I visit this pos dispensary.

After watching quality quickly drop at other locations it was nice to find a home of high quality products. I’ve had to throw away flowers from other places because of how harsh they were. I got three varities from Tracktown. everything smokes great and was grown well. The guys are passionate about their products. Just want to remind the guys don’t forget the discounts you publicly offer!
Really like the look and feel of the dispensary. Wasn’t overly thrilled with the flower options, BUT they sell the Mango Juices with THC and CBD, that work really well. I will be back again folks. Thanks for stocking this product. Cheers!
Just drove from the other side of town, all your sites say you are open, I’m watching your employees come and go in your parking lot yet you say you can’t provide me with service/medicine today. Shady way to operate guys, I’m very disappointed. When patients need medicine we provide it, we stay open late for specific patients schedules. I work at a dispensary and I’m appalled. Won’t bother trying to stop by again, you guys clearly don’t care about our patients!

Why the hell does this place only have 4.6 stars?! C’mon now.
I know, I know, it’s smack-dab in the middle of hillbilly central. To some people, that can be a deal-breaker. But, damn if these aren’t the best prices in town being sold by some legitimately ethical and compassionate human beings. Don’t judge a pot-shop by it’s surroundings; TTC may not be some fancy cannabis boutique, but it’s blatantly obvious that TTC’s main priority rests with the patients whether they are OMMP official or not. Inside, the shop is clean, fragrant, and covered with lovely local art. Service is super friendly, informative, and welcoming. I felt like my patronage was legitimately appreciated. Also, charging prices as low as $6 a gram (even for strains with 22% THC!!) speaks VOLUMES about the character of this particular shop. Even if Track Town Collective isn’t located within the most picturesque part of town, it’s extremely accessible to the chronically ill and chronically broke. They open at 9 AM for goodness sake, how many other shops in the area prioritize patients like that? Not very many. Once you actually step inside the store, it’s equally pleasant as any other dispensary in Eugene. In fact, it’s all the more pleasant because I didn’t feel like a number or an inconvenience. My medical condition along with my budget were both taken into consideration by the lovely gentleman who assisted me in choosing the best strain for my ailments. The flower he referred me to is killer, by the way. OSP, FTW.
In closure, don’t be a snob, embrace common sense, support this business. I know that I will.

I have been to a lot of dispensaries in the Eugene/Springfield area and this location has to be by far one of my favorite. The prices are really reasonable as well as a really friendly staff.
I have found some great things at Track Town; some tinctures and other things that I haven’t seen other places. The shop is very clean and comfortable. The people who work there are really friendly and informative. I have learned a lot from the budtenders at Track Town, and I always go away feeling taken care of.

This is hands down one of my favorite shops. This was my first time in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of their game. The selection is large, especially if you are an edible fan. I would definitely recommend.
Wow, WTF, this place was like one of the nicest places I have been into and the selection was great. I even found some straight sativa which is helping me through a hard time. Prices were comparable to other dispensaries in Eugene, and I would definetly go back when I am in the area.

I think people are thrown off by the fact they’re in glenwood but being in that area allows them to sell bud for cheaper because of the place it’s in. Has decent bud, worth the price. I have never used cannabis anything before, but I suffer from Chronic pain, so I thought, I’d give it a shot. I did several months worth of reading and studying, but I was so nervous. My mom and I came in together, and we were greeted by a friendly face, who checked our IDs and escorted us in. In the back space, we were greeted with another friendly gentleman, who answered all of our questions. I felt safe, taken care of, and listened to. 10/10 would recommend.

I keep coming back every week for the specials. Sat. $20 eighths. Great selection. Try out the new Elephant Jelly Cartridges. Over 80% THC and the flavors taste exactly what they say. I got raspberry and it tastes like raspberry and gives a great punch. Lots of parking. Easy access. Bud tenders knowledgeable and very helpful.

The atmosphere is very cleanly and open and attractive. The check in girl was friendly and welcoming, wasn’t afraid to talk either which is a definite plus in my book. The guys in the back were nice too. The flower selection is great & love the strains but haven’t tried any yet. Super excited they have some old school strains I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Good oil selection too & nice to Kiefs being carried. Only a couple minor things that I wasn’t particularly fond of; slightly bummed that when I got home my lsd shatter was more like an oil in the parchment paper until I froze it, but I do understand my car could’ve heated it up some. Now it’s basically pull n snap which isn’t bad but isn’t shatter. Real Shatter is stable at room temp and doesn’t easily go into a taffy consistency unless heavily played with. I would suggest a simple rename to pull n snap is all, same with the blue crack. Very nice and friendly staff. This was my first time and they got me back to the budtenders pretty quickly. Good selection of flowers. Only negative I have is the difference on pricing from online to dispensary. I did find this dispensary under Recreational facilities and prices were much lower, in the shop all rec flower sold for $15. Maybe place a statement about price difference.
I really like the way they label and price their strains. It is easy to distinguish price levels and and read strain names and composition. Prices are reasonable and the quality of herb good as well. The location is a bit rundown and spare so it’s not the most comfortable or convenient place to shop. I did like the variety of their selection and will check them out again.
It’s amazing I love the place . I’m an everyday shopper almost. Wilson is so helpful and the staff is super friendly and know their stuff.

First let me say that I will be going no where else in town from now on! Sorry other guys!! The vibe and people in this spot are AWESOME! The receptionist was as nice as she was pretty and the tender was excellent. Sam helped me today and I feel like he went out of his way to be helpful, but he didn’t appear to be trying to hard to be… if that makes sense. Overall very informed and understanding of his meds and very friendly. The quality of their flowers is incredible! Every last jar was filled with very well cured, trimmed and maintained top shelf product. Easily the best quality I have had in town! You owe it to yourself to grab a Track Stick… trust me!!!

This is a really good and clean place. The staff was energetic and happy to help me browse all their products.I love a good deal and their prices , including the discounts are awesome. I love the location ,hours, and the bud tender Sam. Oh and the track stick OMG , the Track Stick 2-Man Relay Joint is a luxury item they hand craft that blew my mind!

Track Town is one of the best dps in Eugene The quality of the strains they offer are always on point. The service is top notch. The budtenders are knowledable and helpful. Its a great place to go in and out. Rarely any wait time. I recommend this spot to whoever reads this!

This place blew my mind! They not only carry my favorite cartridges…they carry the whole line! I was in concentrate heaven! It was so well laid out that my eyes didn’t have to dart all over looking for my stuff. The operator…and I could kick myself for not remembering his name…was so personable and listened to what I was looking for. He found the bud that was exactly what I wanted. And the quality of that bud was superior. Now I don’t know what the bud is usually like, but between the high quality and the deals I was given, I have a new place to go. A nice shop with great selection and a wide range of prices. They have knowledgeable staff which for me is very important. I found the bud tender to be both informed and laid back as well as helpful. I Like Track town and if you haven’t had a chance to try their track stick you should.

I Love this place. The people. Sam I Am is the man. Everybody there is super friendly. Always have a huge variety of extracts. Cheap but not “cheap”. Great flower. Lotions for my girl. As the owner of two dispensaries I can say that the last thing Tracktown would want is to be closed. My interactions with the folks there lead me to believe that they will be back serving patients better than ever when they reopen. This is a complicated and heavily regulated business that requires a special kind of person to operate. I look forward to coming in for a visit when you guys reopen. You guys are awesome!!
Great shop, nice staff, but rec prices were a rude surprise. $60 menu price for a quarter translates to $90 at the register, no warning. They should at least note somewhere that there’s a price differential.

I was not very impressed. pre rolls were better than some others I have tried but y’all charge waaaaayy too much for them. that’s basically all I went in there for. I love smoking smaller joints and just have a hard time doing them myself due to some pretty bad carpal tunnel.
