12. I used their extraction services. I brought in rather fresh material to process. The return was only 11.5%, roughly 2.5% less than the 14% promised. Also came out a lot darker than I had expected it to. I thought it would come out lighter because the material was so fresh. Also, I’m curious to see the terp test to see why the terps didn’t come through from dominant flower of the batch. 12 Day turn around, with a test provided so that part is pretty awesome.

14. The best Dispensary I have experienced so far in Portland. Fantastic selection of indoor/outdoor, concentrates, edibles, drinkables, etc. The dispensary is very clean, well lit, and professional. The staff as well are top notch, compassionate people. Prices are also very fair. The Mango and Blackberry Kush are my favorite herbs they carry. The cookies and candies are delicious and effective as well! Even if you’re close to a different dispensary, if you can, I’d highly recommend going here!

22. I have been getting my meds here for about 3+ months now and I am always satisfied! They have a great selection of flower; my favorites are the mango, blueberry, and blackberry kush (bomb indica dominant strains!). I like their BHO taffys and cannabutter cookies to help me sleep when I need it. Overall, they have a good selection of flower, concentrates, and medibles. Good service, clean store, friendly people.

27. I used to run by this place before it was open and slated to be called Portland Oil. I didn’t make it in until this summer and was initially disappointed in the potency of the product. I picked up two grams of shatter, one I can’t recall and the other was Great Balls of Fire x KL Pie. Both tasted great, smoked well, but just didn’t get the job done how I wanted at 82.17% THC.

    I’ve stopped in a few more times since and I am becoming more and more loyal to their products and location. My most recent purchase was their Confidential Cheese – it tested over 85% and it most certainly lives up to its potency. The prices here are hard to beat and the staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. While it won’t replace Rip City as my home dispensary, it is my go to for shatter in the neighborhood.

29. Tried their in house Clear Path Tangie cartridge. Gotta give it two stars. They hype it up pretty good, but not much flavor and the buzz is so-so and quite short lived. I am pretty familiar with various brands of cartridges and whatever their clean and clear process is it is no big deal and not worth what they are charging. fwiw

33. Fantastic shop. Not the broadest range of medicine, but everything they do have is all very high quality. The staff is very kind and generous with their time. Shop is very clean and neat and more like shopping in a nice jewelry store. Added bonus is that they are in NW! Only negative is the location of the shop is a bit hard to find on your first visit. Pay attention to signs, and remember that they are on the 2nd floor.

    None of us have any idea what you mean. Look at the rest of the reviews. There’s no weird vibe. Whatever personal insecurities you have – don’t take it out on this dispensary. They work hard at serving the community with excellent medicine.

    Last but not least – if you actually asked who the owner was – you’d not have written this blind review.

42. Worth a visit just for their unique house-made carts, Portland Extracts also has probably the nicest budtenders I’ve ever met. They’ve just been through a remodel so the space is light, airy and inviting. I grabbed some of the WYLD CBD gummies, which came highly recommended, and will definitely be back!

52. My go-to local shop. They have a clean and well-lit showroom staffed with attentive tenders. Their foyer feels more like a physician’s office than the entry to a speakeasy. The whole environment is relaxing, subdued and classy–perfect for a stressed out dude like me. Their selection of flowers is excellent. Oddly enough, I’ve never tried their extracts, so I can’t comment on them. Their prices are reasonable, and I always see a few good deals when I go there. Parking in the area is tight and their storefront is a little plain, but those are minor quibbles. This is one of only a few shops that I actually look forward to visiting. Always a positive experience.

53. Best dispensary in Portland and that’s putting it modestly. Awesome buddtenders. Super nice dicore. Great product (edibles, flower, shatter, and cartridges) at an unbelievable price. I only wish I had known about this place along time ago. They also carry a really good selection of glass/rigs and pens. With all that said the one thing that keeps me coming back is the costumer service. All the buddtenders are always friendly and on point with their service and knowledge of product. Jadey especially has the ability to charm the spots off a Cheetah.

58. I would like to give this place a good review because I’ve been impressed with their live resin in the past. However, today my caregiver went in to pick up several grams of concentrates and the employee first got the order wrong, my caregiver had to come back to exchange for the proper product, then realized they ended up over charging us by about $25. We were told their advertised prices were a mistake and they refused to honor them. Can’t say that we’ll be going back if those are their business practices. Sorry Portland Extracts, not impressed anymore.

Looked online for reviews and this shop came up, I figured since they process in house they would be a good stop, but no, as I walked in the receptionist was very friendly but once inside I was taking a look at their extracts and asked if the budtender who was taking care of me knew which top shelf concentrates were nug run or trim etc.. The budtender had to go ask someone, and then came back with we don’t know, and to me that is absolutely horrid for the employee to not have that information accessible, they then told me they sort the top mid and low shelf concentrates by thc percentage, I will not be shopping here again and won’t recommend it to anyone

62. Once you actually find the place (it’s upstairs above the mexican restaurant on the corner) alls good from there. Nice & friendly staff, both up front and in the back. They had a good selection of good medication.

    They had good edibles- tried the cheesecake balls which were awesome. Their hours are not very convenient for someone who does not live in the area, and their prices are higher than others we’ve seen.

    It was laid back and quiet when we arrived, and staff provided good suggestions so we were happy.

    1. No price difference between Med and Rec.
    2. Very fast to get into. The receptionist was telling me to go on in before I had my ID put away.
    3. The budtender a young girl with glasses answered all my questions and made a recommendation of 2 strains. I got Pineapple and I am very happy with it.
    4. I had a question about concentrates and my budtender took me over to another person who new the answer better.
    Definitely 5 stars

67. I bought a gram of oil here today for 710 and was excited to go home and try it. But after getting home and opening the package I noticed that the oil did not look anything like the gram they had on display, as it was much darker looking. I didn’t think much of it until I took a dab. and immediately got a headache and a pretty disgusting taste in the back of my mouth that I have come to know as the taste of residual solvent. I Googled the lab that did the analysis and they are a very new company that has sprung up within the last year so I couldn’t find any information on them, but it seems as though this gram needs to be retested.

68. As an Oregonian smoker, I know all too well the seemingly endless amount of options for the consumer can at times feel overwhelming. Where’s the best bud? What are the best prices? How do I know I am getting a good deal? Trying to answer these questions when there is a pot shop every 15 feet can become daunting to put it lightly.
    But Portland Extracts has been able to stand out in my eyes not just by their presentation, but by the quality of their customer service as well as their products. The ladies who have helped me the last 2 times have been a delight. Offering their honest opinions and undivided attention in a attempt to get something to best suit my needs and never once making me feel like a burden for being a bit indecisive. In my defense it is hard not to be when the bottom shelf flower rivals the top shelves of many other Portland pot shops. I mean really, I’d go in every day if the flower they provided wasn’t as effective as it is. A $30 1/8 from most places lasts me 3 days tops, the ones at Portland Extracts lasted at least double that. And you shouldn’t doubt their extract options, the hint is in their name. With house grams starting at $10 or $15 bucks you don’t really have a reason not to give them a shot!

The concentrates for vape pens they make in house are better than the ones you can buy anywhere else, they don’t clog. however whatever method they use means they can really only offer sativa dominant strains for some reason, I wish others and especially high CBD were available. but still these are solid. I wouldn’t buy anything else here.

    also, CHECK YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE YOU LEAVE! on 2 occasions they gave me the wrong thing.. all their stuff comes in the same nondescript white bag. the first time I got all the way back home and had to go back. the second time I learned my lesson and checked in the lobby before I left. but in both cases the employees didn’t seem very apologetic or offer a free pre-roll for messing up. I mean that’s not required but it would be nice and I feel pretty annoyed.

93. For extracts, this place has high marks. Patients are treated really friendly, Ive tried many concentrates off the menu and all satisfy the palate. Flower is decent but pretty spendy. Theyre price ranges for oil are economical however if you are a patient.

95. Honestly we are very disappointed. We traveled 25 minutes to pick up flower and oil from Portland Extracts only to find out they were closing 4 hours early at 5pm without any notice on their website. We arrived at 5:02 hoping to buy christmas bud gifts for our friends and planned on spending well over $100 on oil and flower. We knocked on the glass because we could see 2-3 employees inside and only one guy looked over, smiled and mouthed “we’re closed” then looked away instantly. They didn’t come to the door to explain why they were closed 4 hours early. What is especially frustrating is we called at around 3pm to ask some questions and they did not mention they would be closing early. We drove down to a different dispencary and spent over $150 somewhere else. Their loss I suppose. We won’t be back. This was a Dec. 26 visit so Christmas was not a factor.

112. I have NEVER given a review on Leafly and am not one to really ever give reviews, but I am completely compelled to write a review after my experience here.

     THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!

     I had never been here before but only went because they were open at 9 am and had a good amount of stars (which take those stars with a grain of salt). This will be the last time I ever go here.

     One of the 2 flower strains I was interested in was only available in prepackaged ounces already and I did not want that much. That is all they had and were unable or did not want to break into smaller quantities so that was a no go. I told her this is not the best strategy to sell as not everyone wants an oz. and they just lost a sale on that.

     They had the 2nd flower I was interested in. I asked for 1/4. They actually had that in smaller quantities. I was not totally paying attention as I was looking around and was rung up and then given 5 plastic bottles for 7 grams. I thought that was weird but just left. Came home to find I got 1 container that was 3.5 grams and 4 containers that were 1 gram each. It was so weird to me. I realized it was ALL prepackaged as I got the flower out and it was totally dried up.
     I called them back to make sure this was correct and told it was. I told her it the flower was all dried out I bought and I suggested that the real way to keep and dispense the flower and keep quality good and not dried out would be to keep it in glass and weigh out what people want. She hung up on me.

     So I want to warn people that literally all their flower is prepackaged in plastic containers or plastic bags just sitting there and drying up waiting for people to buy them. This the worst way to sell and store flower. Then breaking it into 1 grams in each container with tons of air…

     GO here is you want DRIED BAD FLOWER.

     – DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY FLOWER.

     – DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE, A STORE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS, THEIR STORE, THEIR CUSTOMERS (AND WELCOMES SUGGESTIONS)

     – DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT & DON’T WANT WANT A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF PLASTIC FLOWER CONTAINERS

Their charming, intelligent staff will make sure that you get the best flowers, concentrates or edibles around. The White Widow is featured in many dispensaries in the city, but UC’s crop is the best, and their Mango may be one of the most flavorful and potent strains, period.
