1. What can I say – the people and products make the shop and this place is no exception. The staff are all very well versed in all things cannabis and incredibly honest. They have a large variety of thoughtfully curated products which are fairly priced with generous discounts on product specific deal days. Easy plentiful parking – fast check in – no pre-weighs on flower – deep product knowledge – total honesty and only the best of budtenders. Thanks guys – you rock…

2. My wife discovered these guys on the way back from a trip to the Oregon coast. I’m ever so grateful she did. These guys are nice, professional, and the shop is set up beautifully. It’s bright and streamlined inside witch makes it easy to see product and get the info on the flowers, concentrates ETC. We have been traveling from the U of O campus to shop here and will continue to do so. Nice selections, and AWESOME prices. Highly recommended.

3. The man that assisted me, Jason I believe, was incredibly knowledgeable!
   My issue is that I spent 24 dollars on 3 GSC pre rolls and they are unsmokable.
   They are packed so tightly it’s near impossible to smoke.
   Not just one but 2 of the 3. The I’m assuming is the same. Still have it, along with another barely hit.
   Called and no solution was offered.
   Doubt I’ll be making the a regular atop on the way to Florence.

   The location is neat, clean, comfortable, and professional.

   While they don’t have the biggest selection, they do stock plenty of great product, and there is something good for eveyone.

   The employees were friendly and knowledgeable about their products and were more than happy to show us pretty much everything that they had. Wound up stopping in for a second purchase on the way home.

   Bring cash.

7. This place is definitely one of my new favorite dispensaries. I haven’t been disappointed by any of the suggestions that they’ve made for me. The friendly hospitality, quality and price of the bud make it definitely worth the drive.

10. I am a value medical shopper and High Cascade and its sister store Good Karma are wonderful stores with great prices and friendly service. These are my new favorite shops for finding good meds at a fair price. The staff are also helpful and kind I can’t wait till I get to go back and visit again.

15. A few words of advice? DO NOT GO. Unless you enjoy being verbally harassed by staff. Not sure what happened here but it used to be a pretty cool place to go. Are the products great? Absolutely. But seriously, the staff will not make a patron feel welcomed. Highly do NOT recommend.

16. great place. I work in Eugene and love in reedsport I’ve for past here a few times and never stopped. boy that was a mistake I love this place great prices great quality flowers and the people are really cool. I would advise everyone to stop in here you won’t be disappointed.

17. Very knowledgeable friendly staff, and prices you can’t beat. I look for the best bang for my buck before I venture out….and every time I find myself heading out to Venetia. A bit of a drive for me, but worth it every time.

18. This spot has become my number 1 go to. It’s a ways to drive living in Eugene, but the service and experience has always been enjoyable enough to go back. The budtenders are knowledgeable and willing to answer all 12 of your questions. I like that even the lower grade stuff is high in quality, and the high quality herb is priced lower than most places closer to me.

19. I bought the cheapest weed there and it got me high af and that is not common around this area. You usually have to sacrifice quality for quantity or vice versa, but not here. The customer service was amazing and I instantly felt welcomed.

    ALSO they have the coolest decor on the walls and their weed jars have fun original labels.It was a fun experience 🙂

27. Hi Cascade is a great dispensary and one that I’ve visited often. I really love their staff and how laid back yet knowledgable everyone is and they always have great selections and pricing as well. Great little place to stop in on your way to Florence for some beach combing.

30. I have been to most of the dispensaries in the Eugene Springfield area, and this is where I have found the best value. The staff is great! They always have specials, and great deals on good flower. I have been purchasing all of my smoking supplies exclusively from these guys for over the last couple of months. Highly Recommended!

31. It was my first time there, I’ve been to a lot of them around Eugene all the herb there was really good, the 6 dollar stuff was amazing the purple Hindu Kush was one of my favorites at 19% for 6$for (Rec) and the blueberry cookies is to die for ,definitely will go back !!!!!

33. Hi. I’m a med patient who gets 3-4 muscle spasms a day. I also am a chemical engineer that works in a concentrate lab. I know a lot about cannabis. I have looked at all the herb in all the shops in about a 45 mile radius. (No joke.) Hi Cascade is above and beyond the rest, largely because of their high quality in-house selection. I have gotten two ounces for ~250 multiple times – below what many offer for one ounce. Same quality, better price – as Hi Cascade did the research to make their product the most affordable for their customers. If you want to continue overspending on product, I’d recommend any other shop in Eugene. If you want to go home thinking “how did I not know about this crazy good product!?!” Check out Hi Cascade. Again, this is coming from a weed nerd with a masters in chemical engineering. You’ll thank me later.

34. You can’t go wrong for stopping by. Small convenient with low prices. It’s such a chill place you can come in your pj’s to get a laugh with the awesome guys who know exactly what you are looking for!

44. This is by far my favorite dispensary ever. The staff is exceptional. They’re always friendly, knowledgeable, and overall helpful. The product selection is of quality and great variety. These guys work hard to keep their customers happy and coming back. We’re loyal regulars since the first week they opened, and always look forward to the same smiling faces in a chill, clean, and quality dispensary. Plus- their daily deals are killer!

50. I have been coming here since they first opened and up until just recently I have been a loyal customer with nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately I will not be going back at this point after I received some of the worst service yesterday. When one of the guys who is familiar with me and what I’m typically looking for treated me like it was an inconvenience to answer the questions I had about the cartridges. When I chose a new brand of cartridge they are carrying he then told me it took a specific battery but didnt even try to sell it. So I then chose another cartridge based on THC and flavor. When I got home and opened the bag I see he gave me the wrong one, no smoke for me last night. I then sent my boyfriend back in today to get the correct one and they gave him a low THC cartridge of the one I originally wanted.A I typically purchase indica’s above 75% and they know this plus the fact that they messed up the day before you’d think they would be sure to take care of their regulars but instead they gave him something that is 68% and to top it off they said I wanted/asked for the one he gave me which is flavorless. I believe customer service is #1 and when you have loyal, repeat customers you treat them right and that is not what I walked away feeling. Everyone has bad days but two days in a row with no regard I am done, I’ll drive into Eugene if I have to

51. You won’t find better prices for premium herb anywhere! Definitely worth the short drive from Eugene. Super friendly and knowledgeable budtenders makes for a great experience overall. Only problem is now I’m spoiled, why pay crazy prices elsewhere when you can get it here for less? Lastly, I love the fact their menu prices include tax! Keep up the great work gentlemen 🙂

54. Hands down favorite dispensary in all of Eugene! The guys down here really know their stuff and are actually passionate about cannabis and don’t ever try to pressure you to buy anything! This is my favorite dispensary of all time and they always have something good that’s affordable. I love how they don’t charge more than $40 for an eighth!! This is my go to spot every time!

56. For me, its better than driving to downtown Eugene and trying to find the closest spot to park. Then pay for more time than you need. So this location is ideal for me.

57. We used to shop here all the time and were always very happy with the products and people working there. However, after today I will have to find another place to take my business. Purchased a windberry cartridge from them for $60 and was told that if ANYTHING happens they would replace it NO MATTER WHAT, as long as we had the receipt and original package, today I found out that is NOT the case, and they have certain conditions to their policy about returns that they failed to mention.

    After spending $60 on a faulty product they offered me a measly 20% off to buy ANOTHER ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I’ve never had an issue until today, and with the amount of money we spend there on a very regular basis made me so dissatisfied that we will not be returning. Not a very smart way to run a small local business in my opinion!

    I hope no one else has this problem!
