7. I walked in hoping to make a donation for a days worth of medicine.

   I walked with hopes of getting strong edibles or some really relaxing and pain melting flowers.

   A day’s worth of edibles at my required dosage would’ve cost me over $100. Not gonna do that when I can provide my own needs at under $20.
   Onto the flowers, oh great, another tier system.
   They only had two strains worth asking questions about (was pleasantly surprised to learn that those were the only two grown by them) and those were top tier, donations were above $20 bucks.
   When a dispensary is growing their own supply, and charging that much, I ALWAYS WALK AWAY.
   you should too.

8. Amazing customer service and very comfortable. The employees are very knowledgeable and make you want to visit again. There’s a tier system that make good bud affordable. I got the Rare Dank which is a tier 3 and was very satisfied. Can’t wait to go back and try top shelf. I’ve been to every dispensary in Flagstaff and High Mountain Health is hands down my favorite.

16. I’ve been visiting this store for some time now, and every single time I go in my visit is just fantastic. The staff is just wonderful…very knowledgeable and friendly. The receptionist is warm and makes you feel immediately at home when you enter.

    The prices are very reasonable, plus they have an extremely generous point system. The quality of medication is unsurpassed and always Grade A. Just visiting the good people here always brightens my day immeasurably, and I will continue to visit in the future.

17. It was my first time going here today and it was an all around great experience. The caregiver I had that had helped me was extremely helpful seeing as it was my first time in a dispo, I was a little worried and overwhelmed by everything in here but my caregiver was great. She made me feel welcomed and as if I had been going here for years. Definitely recommend going here for any future patients who are curious about their first time!

    the last time I went in there they bud tender made a small mistake and I overpaid by 10$. I went back in after seeing the mistake and they fixed it very fast and were super nice about it. they gave me a credit on my account for the difference. overall very nice and caring staff!

There are some truly great and compationate people working here, but the holier than thou attitude of some ruin it. Plus their product has gone down hill and pricing is high. Customer service training is a must for the facility.

70. This is a great dispensary, I was a little doubtful that at first they were out of my price range but they always have 3 different strains at 10 a g! Their staff is awesome and you can tell they all work really hard. They have strains they grow themselves and guest strains however the strains they grow are the best. I never go in and receive more stems than buds like at some other dispensaries. They also have a great selection of edibles and wax, at really good prices.

I grabbed green crack, tangie, and gorilla glue #4 and thought all tasted great and gave a great feel for my pain. I appreciate this place taking the initiative to start such a great and affordable line mystix and wanted to let you know you are doing great! I also prefer a off brand battery opposed to the jupiter and these cartridges fit just perfectly and didnt have any issues. I have called the staff to answer questions regarding this product and threading over the last 3 days and each and every person was able to help answer my questions and give some great advice and different options as well. overall a great experience. They literally carry just about anything you could ever want, including accessory items for enjoying cannabis in whatever way you please! Huge Edible selection, and the Aunt Ellie’s brownie my budtender recommended was delicious, and the Sativa strain extremely satisfying. When it comes to flower, these guys know what they are doing, and have a beautiful and large selection of quality flower. I tried the Mickey’s OG Kush which was a nice day-time sativa and the Super Skunk for after work-out/ before bed. Staff was all extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and personable; a place you MUST TRY if you’re in Flagstaff or passing through!

I doubt their famous GDP is tested at 29% because the strongest strains in the world, tested at the 2012 cannabis cup, are only between 20-25%. I would like to see real testing results.

159. This use to be my go to location but since they have raised their prices and changed their specials it’s better just to go to the valley if you can. Dry bud and the shatter is never yellow/clear which anyone knows is the mark of high quality.
     $8 grams and yellow/golden shatter can be found at cheaper prices in the valley. Follow me to learn where the best is!

Also, it is the most expensive place in Arizona to get your meds, and there are quite a few places where you can get much better quality, at a much better price. A note to the rookies, examine your meds, you may find some interesting surprises.

365. They are the only dispensary that I have visited in the state that charges your GRAM ALLOCATION( 2 1/2 ounces or 70 grams every 14 days ) 2 to 1 for hash and 4 to 1 concentrates. This is bad for medical patients that need to dose 100mg plus per day. IE cancer, MS etc. This HIGH MOUNTAIN POLICY could effect a patients ability to complete the prescription requirements for consistent treatment. I will not go back to this dispensary again.

My only issue with them is they won’t let me combine my discounts for being both a veteran and a student, and you can’t use your military discount with their special daily deals. That’s unfair in my opinion, I should be honored as a veteran at all times despite whatever daily deals they choose to give out. Also, last time I went, they didn’t give me the points I was supposed to receive for reusing a container from them. However, there flower is always extremely good and there pre-rolls… oh my GOD!

On another visit I asked to see if it had improved and got a salesperson who assured me their stuff it was not as I said (but was unwilling to show it). Overall, customer service is spotty, and the place has the feel like it is exploiting people to maximize profits. For that reason I recommend going elsewhere, and will not return myself except for specific purchases.

I was called back by Eva, (again sorry if I am getting this wrong) where I asked about the edibles. 471. I thought this place was pretty decent. They don’t have any hydro grown, and a lot of their strains smell a little bit soil. Still good thc/cbd content though (they told me they will soon be testing CBN, but I’ve heard that before) That being said, I appreciate the atmosphere. It’s very small and nothing fancy – the places I’ve been in Scottsdale are too nice. They weighed out my eight at 3.7, so that was nice tho. They also have a point redemption program which is nice and I like a lot of their causes (recycling etc), but they are pretty stingy with the points. I got 15$ off my first 10 visits from a dispensary in Scottsdale, and a free gram per eight elsewhere.

584. I was visiting Flasgaff from the Phoenix area and I must say, this dispensary is by far the best I’ve ever visited. More buds they grow themselves than most PHX dispensaries have (although the phx places don’t tell you which buds they trade for), and they quality is significantly better on the flower.

     They had an impressive selection of C02 and Butane concentrates (although I did not try any on this visit), and also a surprisingly large selection of pipes, vaporizers, etc.

     I purchased a preroll and got 10% off for my first visit (wish I had realized how amazing this place is, I would have planned on having more to spend on my visit for the discount).

     The preroll was significantly better than any I’ve tried from Phoenix dispensaries.

663. so i came in for the first time, enjoyed it, but i was severely mislead. i was choosing 1 dispensary for my trip to flag. i was promised the best deal here but once i got in and spent an hour of my time they wouldnt honor the deals promised. first time patient i was told i could do the media redemptions, told i could stack my first patient deal of 10% off ontop of another deal but once i got there the budtender wasnt able to do this. so basically i had to spend about 15$ more than i was told before, i couldnt reddem any of the media rewards i was told to do on the phone and on facebook after messaging the dispensary and following the instructions they told me to. I think because of this i wont be coming back. I equate this to a fast talking street deal. nothing stayed the same and as a firsst time patient i really got turned away from this establishment. you can contact me through the same facebook account we were communicating off of or you can call the number i left on my new patient form.
     also check your scale, what is 4.2 on the label weighed 3.8, that sketchess me out, its like 10% off weight wise.

Dispensaries should have more selection, in fact you are allowed to buy from other dispensaries so why not? Have you ever been to another dispensary or club especially in Phoenix? 672. I wanted to try out HMH because of the prices were so much more reasonable than the local dispensaries. And we were in Flagstaff for other business anyway. We kinda got lost and where about to say “screw it”. But we decided to call…The girl my wife talked to was amazing, she talked us into turning around and coming in. People were great very helpful and accommodating. The bud tender was nice….But did not trim my flowers properly. You don’t stick a mini spear into a container without clipping the smaller buds of the stem and clipping the main top off the stem. I did this with 4 different buds i purchased. The weight of the stems came to 2 tenths of a gram. It’s not much it’s just the idea of doing it right that’s all.

680. I cannot give HMH enough praise without making this extremely long, so I will do my best to summarize. The quality of all the flower I have tried has been great, well hyrdrated, tiered correctly, trimmed very well, and perfectly cured for potency.
     HMH can sometimes can get a bit busy but I expect this to change after the expansion, but this does not take away from the service provided. The reception staff are always very friendly, informative, and professional. The budtenders are awesome at HMH, opinions/information on strains is always well matched to the experience. The staff has often helped me with some deals, suggestions, and overall great experience every time.
     The atmosphere is inviting, comfortable, and the daily deals make it great to stop by often. One attribute that makes HMH stand out above all else is the ability to remember regulars, help with deals, give honest opinions, but retains the professional quality and atmosphere that deserves 5 stars and more!

701. I can’t believe this is a state-licensed dispensary – they actually care! I was a bit apprehensive when walking in the door but what found me is a lot of caring and friendly faces (some from the old Grassroots Wellness Center). Their meds don’t just look amazing (like a lot of state dispensaries) – they have the potency and effects to back them up – the other state dispensaries I have been to have nice looking buds, but when it is time to medicate…. there isn’t much effect. Not that problem here – the potency is the best I have had in the state (including Phoenix, Williams, Prescott area, Flagstaff, etc.)

     You’ll not find a friendlier group of people who actually care and you will not find such potent and amazing buds for this price! Even the $285 ounce Tier 3 option is better than anything I have had elsewhere. The Moby Dick is amazing – one of my new favorites!! Double Dream is simply to die for. Their Tier 3 Headband is better than Headband to be found in Phoenix for $350-$400 an ounce.

I would normally give a great review because the service is great, quality of meds are coming back up slowly and the wait was limited… however I will never drive an hour away again for your Shatterday special- you charge more in flower against the state total than anyone in the state – by a lot! For example: I purchased 1 g of keif- and was charged 8.1 or something close in state total for 1 g of Keif. Supposedly the state requires this, yet HMH is the ONLY one that I have come across … and I travel a lot and visit dispensaries all over the state.

This time the shatter was so sappy I don’t know how they got away with naming it shatter in the first place. Even after freezing it cannot handle it at all. Also when it burns it crackles a ton.. Not okay for wax period. Obviously will give HMH another go in a couple of months but hopefully quality is back to par!

When it goes recreational in AZ do you think we, your patients are going to put up with your sub par standards? I think not. Get your product up to standard for the prices you are charging, Get your staff updated on what CBD is good for, and learn that you are a business not a social gathering and move some patients.
