3. Great staff. They seemed super ready to help me. The store is beautiful. I wasn’t really impressed with their flower selection though. Also, the shop feels a little museum like so it’s awkward when talking to your friends.

6. Service was amazing – bud tender was readily approachable, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about cannabis. Atmosphere/interior is beautiful, definitely one of the more beautiful upscale boutique dispensaries. Having said all that…… dude, the flower sucked 🙁 I purchased a gram of Agent Orange and a joint and honestly was so underwhelmed…. didn’t even finish the joint. The gram of Agent Orange was dry and tasteless. Granted, flukes happen to the best of us and I admit I did just try one gram of one strain that they were offering. But at the prices they are charging, a one-time fluke is a rather expensive lost opportunity….

9. I am super disappointed with my most recent experience here. I was sold a faulty product by an employee here off of advice that was given to me by that employee. When I brought this to their attention not only did they not help me at all, they were very rude. A female employee took my products to the back room, smoked it and then proceeded to tell me I was wrong. People pay more money to shop at this dispensary, so if professionalism and customer service isn’t what I’m paying extra for, then what is it? I was treated like I was lying about what I was experiencing which was a very interesting experience. What do I have to gain by bringing my premium, unused product back on a nice Friday afternoon.. Needless to say. Won’t ever return here and will encourage others not to as well.

10. Oh boy…. I don’t like to give bad reviews but wow, the guy who helped me was real nice, his name was Cody, and all but it took him a 1/2 hour to weight the flower I bought. He broke the stems off for me which was nice, but he dropped flower on the counter, the floor, all over his shirt, on the scale, some fell off the scale that he weighed already and he did not put it in the container. He also did not have an ounce size container and so he crammed it into two smaller containers. Than for some reason his scale wasn’t working right so he had to start over weighing it on a new scale. I’ve been an Ommp patient for years and have not had this type of experience before. I just hope when I get home and smoke this ACDC tonight (I use it for severe insomnia) that it works. He apologized to me several times, than at the check out he was going to charge me $300.00. I told him no it’s $240.00. He looked it up and realized I was right so I paid the correct price, if I wasn’t looking at the price he would have overcharged me as well. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but wow, not a good experience. I don’t even know if I got a full ounce.

11. Little bit pricey, but it has most everything you need in a pot shop…. except for the fact you can’t test the product like every single dispensary out there! Maybe some day we will have that joyous experience to sample the goods!! Lol

13. Another overpriced SE PDX dispensary. It’s for people that like the retail experience more than great ganja at reasonable prices, and are generally afraid of poorer folks. Anyone that buys their $90+ pipes should have to pay much higher taxes.

16. Serra is the end all be all of dispensary experience. Never have I been to store to purchase weed that felt so high end, with service to match!

    I recently bought a Marley Natural oil pen and a pre roll (golden goat) — which they rolled for me once I purchased a gram. A really cool place overall, and they carry the best products!

20. Nice store and staff but I’m not happy with what I got. I paid 14 a gram for some buds that had so many seeds it was embarassing. The lady who helped me was nice enough and the store is pretty but it feels sterile and I think that I paid way too much. The prices for their edibles are also much higher than other places I go to, even for the same brand. I don’t think I will be back here unless there is a deal I can’t resist.

21. We loved it! Excellent selection of weed & great budtenders who were happy to make recommendations & explain the qualities & characteristics of the various strains. We will definitely be bidding this shop again…& again. With regard to the environment, the shop is a little different from the average Portland weed shops. Serra has elected a more boutique environment, from the ambiance you notice upon entering to the lovely bag they give you when you leave. BTW: their prices are competitive with all is the others. While it is a rare gem where the soccer mom or business person would feel right at home, it is warm & welcoming to every client.
    Hopefully, you don’t let the boutique description put you off, because you’d be missing out. The decision to create the esthetic of this shop is genius. It appeals to a customer base that might be uncomfortable in the more laid back shops…where I feel most at home….but I will also be a Serra regular.

22. Um, they DELIVER. Also, I call a lot of dispensaries looking for a very specific non- THC pure CBD tincture.. #1, they had it in stock & #2, they were really kind on the phone. Waiting until noon to order for delivery, but I can’t believe such a thing exists.. So happy about this place.

23. It’s lit, fam. Short wait for the small group ahead of me to leave. Spacious and comfortable, I could not feel summer inside. I was on my way over to another shop from my place, and saw this one. I figured I could save a few blocks of walking if they sold rec. I paid a little more than at some other places, but everything was top shelf and the convenience of location made the price reasonable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’d still go back if I didn’t have as many nice things to say, just because it’s around the corner from me. Go on in.

24. Been here several times and would not recommend doing the same. Beautiful interior, but not worth the price and pretentious atmosphere that Serra cultivates. Will not be coming back.

25. I had heard a lot of great things about the downtown location, so I figured the Belmont spot would suffice since it’s in my neighborhood. Was really disappointed to discover that the budtenders are uneducated about the products they sell. Perhaps Serra would benefit from taking some of the energy they put into creating the aesthetics of the space and funneling it into training for their employees. Hands down the most pretentious dispensary experience I’ve had anywhere along the west coast. Definitely do not see myself coming back here.

28. I’ve been to Serra on Belmont multiple times as well as the location downtown. Usually i’ll go out of my way to visit the downtown location (even though it’s tough to park) since the staff is a little nicer and less “too cool for school” vibes.
    My most recent visit was during the Thanksgiving holiday. Serra was having the best sales that I had seen with 30% off on Wed and Fri. I went downtown to pick up my medicine and was told that they were out of the battery I needed but I could go by Belmont to purchase. No problem. I went on Friday to pick up said battery along with some more flower. I was told I couldn’t purchase more than 1 oz of flower in a day. Even though I was pretty sure that wasn’t true since i’m medical , I didn’t want to argue since I know the laws are changing all the time. I’m pretty sure they straight up lied so I wouldn’t stock up and take advantage of the sale. It’s funny because the downtown shop didn’t seem to have an issue with my buying more then 1 oz . There are too many good shops with staff who know what they are talking about to go to a shop that’s going to treat medical patients this way. Not cool and no thanks. It’s a beautiful shop and def worth visiting the downtown location but be aware maybe not the most honest folks.

30. Beautiful shop, very friendly, knowledgeable service, well curated selection. On my first visit I asked for help selecting a strain and it perfectly matched what I was looking for. I recommend this shop to lots of girlfriends who are new to going to a dispensary.

These guys were great, very clean, very polite, just real down to earth attitude and smiles all around. came in with no idea what I was really looking for and within 5 minutes left with 3 top strains that hit the nail on the head for the moods I needed. 33. Very clean and professional but confusing and disorganized. Layout is great for an art gallery showing off the weed but it’s just not functional for a store. My biggest qualm is are the prices. They do have quality buds but about 2-5% more than almost anyone else. Cut down on the fancy store and gadgets and get us some better prices and this place is 5 stars all day.

35. this location is fantastic! the customer service is phenomenal. I had a small issue with a pipe that I bought and they immediately fixed the issue for me. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. also, all of the bud is extremely well-organized and easy to understand. it’s organized by “feeling”, so you can choose between things like happiness, creativity, relaxation, etc. it’s designed so well- feels
    much more like a boutique than just a dispensary!

36. The bud tenders are friendly, knowledgeable and when I told them why I needed (to curb nausea) they were quick with getting me in and out. The interior is gorgeous.

37. Really fun store! It’s nice and clean. Great display of the product and they have a really cool, simple system that helps find customers what type of flower they want beyond just Sativa vs. Indica. Great selection of products for medical patients! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Evan helped me out that day and I was extremely happy with my first visit. The three strains of flower I picked up were all really beautiful and smoked extremely smooth. I was super impressed with this little shop and will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you for providing Portland with another beautiful shop to be proud of!

    I had smoked a handful of times in high school 31 years ago. Last week I went into the store desperate for pain relief from sciatica nerve pain. Justin taught me a lot about what strain he thought I should try (AC/DC) and its other benefits. He even showed me how to go about smoking it. Thanks Justin! The pain is manageable now.

42. Stopped in here for the first time because they had a particular strain I was looking for. Very good quality and exactly what I wanted. Nice clean shop and very helpful employee more than willing to explain some vape technology to my ignorant self. A little on the expensive side, but I’ll be back when I’m in the neighborhood

44. This was my first visit to Portland. I came into Serra based on a recommendation of the chocolates. April was awesome! She was able to direct me to the CBD infused chocolates, giving me more of a calming effect I was looking for. I ended up going back again during my trip to grab some more. Each of her recommendations were great! Would definitely go back again when I visit Portland again. Very knowledgeable and easy going. Great stop!

48. Serra is by far the most beautifully designed shopping experience in this industry. I would go so far as to say it rivals some of the nicest boutique fashion/decor stores in Portland. They have the highest quality products and best staff and service. They may be a bit on the more expensive side but the premium is well worth it for the consistently great branding, ambiance, service, and products.

58. Not bad products or prices, however their customer service is really lacking. They have hung up on me numerous times and look like I’m upsetting them when I ask to look at another products. With the amount of dispensaries in the area I would definitely go somewhere else.
