13. Very different from some other places. I’ve usually seen it weighed it in front of me, but here they sell various weights already packaged.
    The prices are just a little higher than I’m used to, and they don’t honor the senior discount until you’re 65, but they’re so close it’s worth it for the convenience. Not to mention, this place has a very nice atmosphere. Love all the wood!
    Service was fabulous! Friendly and knowledgeable, and they don’t stand behind a counter! That was kinda cool…

14. I just moved to King City from Hillsdale area so I was eager to try a new place as the ones by my old apartment were boss. Checked in and there were about 7 people in the waiting area, I’m like hey this place is poppin it must be good. She informs me the wait is 17 minutes and specialist would be out to specifically take me back and walk me through products. That’s nice and all but who the fuck needs a tour guide? No wonder the wait is so damn long! I was committed but i saw 4 people leave while I sat there. I wouldn’t recommend this place on the wait times alone.

18. Very disappointed with Chalice locates in king city! Been coming here sense they opened and will not be coming back. Quality of flower is below average although there prices are still very high compared to others. Dry, old flower!! Look at there harves dates!!! Very old flower! They send you back into there product area where you stand around forever before bed g helped… this started as a great dispensary now I’d much rather go to one of the other nearby dispensaries!!! Place has gone waaaaaay downhill in every aspect!!! Super disappointed 🙁

22. Visited a few times over the last month. The location is a bit awkward in terms of parking and access but unless its rush hour or they are super busy its not a big deal.

    Quality products, I’m a big fan of their pre-rolls although they are a bit on the pricey side given the weight you get for each. They also have pre-weighed out containers instead of weighing everything in front of you; certainly helpful if your in a rush, but isn’t what I’m used to.

    Staff are generally friendly and helpful, though once or twice I encountered staff members who seemed less than enthusiastic.

    Overall, I would definitely recommend stopping by. If nothing else to check out the beautiful counter and cabinet work in their shop.

23. Prices are not on par. Beautiful building and great customer service, however I really did not like the pre packaged flower….. Out of about 20 strains, I only found 2 that didn’t smell moldy…. Won’t be going back.

24. Way over priced, dabs are 50$for .5g that is insane! I went to get a new cartridge for my vape pen and he went on how he didn’t like vaping because he couldn’t “get there”. Unfortunately the cartridge I got has been hard to pull from, not able to get a good pull from it yet, it was the chalice brand. I like the recycling program but that means I have to go back and at this point we probably won’t be.

25. I really enjoyed this place. I have driven by several times, but never stopped in. I was really impressed! Chalice is clean, well lit and the staff is really friendly too. Everyone was helpful, but we enjoyed chatting with Sam. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had some great suggestions for us. Thanks Sam!

38. I visited for the first time this weekend and had a great experience. Edward helped me pick out a strain and I have been loving it, so he definitely knows his stuff. He and everyone else was just so personable and welcoming!

39. Beautifully designed and decorated store; really makes you feel like you’re walking into something more than just your average dispensary. The receptionist at the time, Christina I believe, was the perfect blend of clearly being a flower child while still being totally professional and helpful. The back is set up more like a retail type sales system where they have a bud tender assigned to helping only you pick out what is right for your needs. Prices are more than reasonable and overall was an excellent experience compared to those dispensaries that feel like a pharmacy. Will definitely be back. Would recommend.. 10/10.

48. My first time here was probably the worst buying experience I have ever had,and I have been going to dispensaries for 6 years. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who is looking for good quality bud for they’re buck. For starters I went in this morning as a first timer thinking that I would get a first time deal or welcome gift nope I was wrong (when you can’t even get a first time customer deal you probably should look real good to see why or go somewhere else). I purchased 5.5 gs 2/gs being indica barely 20% and the other eight a hybrid at 22%,not only was the quality of the bud mid-grad (17-23%) it avg. out to $12.75 per. gram coming out to $70 and it wasn’t even a full quarter. Very BAD prices. Watch out for the 2 gram minny,i went to green planet and was able to get 0.3 grams without a problem. Nothing wrong with the reps here but trust me you can get better deals else where. Just remember no re-funds once you walk out the door. On the upside i did talk to the manger whom offered me 20% off next purchase which was nice.

49. This is a review that’s long overdue, but our first visit was in October. Edward helped us out. It was only my second time in a shop (first time here) and he made me very comfortable! Very knowledgeable, quick, and all the products were in stock. He was very patient with our questions, and let me say, I question a lot! Such great service that we drove out here for a second trip! Over 20 miles out of our way. Yesterday, we were helped by Sam, and he was a great help. We came in for something that was out of stock and he helped find great alternatives! Thanks for awesome customer service during both trips!

55. Beauty is only skin deep. This is how I’d describe Chalice Farms-Tigard. She looks pretty on the outside but once you see what she’s all about on the inside, she isn’t as great as you first thought. First, there’s the 2 gram minimum which wouldn’t be so bad if they allowed you to smell/look at the bud before you bought their prepackaged flower. Also, the prepackaged flower I got was a couple months old and basically fell apart when I opened it. I can say the bud was decent but I wondered how good it would have been had it actually been fresh. The budtender knew very little about any of the strains and in fact when I asked him about terpenes he looked at me like I had two heads and had no clue what I was talking about. The store is big. So big in fact that it looks empty and as if they have little to offer. They would go a long way by offering 1 gram buds and no prepackaging. Oh, and educating their staff wouldn’t hurt either.

56. My wife in I just moved to Oregon and this was the first dispensary we came to. It was a really nice and welcoming environment and the staff was very friendly. However, I thought it was kind of sad that the only thing the guy helping us could tell us about the different strains was whether or not it was indica or sativa or hybrid. I know the difference between them and didn’t need to be told what they were for every strain that we asked about. With that said I just started smoking again recently and would like to have some input on each of the strains (aside from whether or not it’s indica and sativa) and what the effects are for that specific strain. For me that is kind of the fun part of becoming a weed connoisseur. I’m not 16 anymore just trying to get as high as possible, so it would be nice to have someone kind of guide and inform when I’m making a purchase. We ended up buying some edibles which were pretty good and a vape cartridge (chalice farms Hybrid 1/2 gram). I’m pretty disappointed with the vape cartridge as it tastes like a cashed bowl and is extremely difficult to get a pull from. The guy helping us told me that their vape cartridge wouldn’t work without there Chalice Farm battery ($14) so I bought one of those too and it doesn’t even produce enough power to make that cartridge produce smoke lol. The vape cartridge did end up fitting on the battery that I already have, but still have to take a pretty vigorous pull to produce even a little smoke (like 4-5 second pull). The cartridges I’ve had in the past pull smooth and taste great so I was a little saddened I’ll probably be smoking this hybrid cartridge for the next couple weeks and it tastes like bunk. I really wanted to like this place and maybe I just had a not so good experience with a not so good strain, but not sure if we will be going back. Again, the staff is super friendly, just wish they were a little more informative for some uninformed people like us 🙂

58. This dispensary has got it all right. Front desk person is always welcoming and recently even made sure I knew about the new senior discount. Wait time is minimal. Back room is limited to a small number of customers, each with his/her own budtender so it is quiet and without the noise and almost chaos of some dispensaries. In some you have to listen carefully for your name to be called or you might miss your turn. I will return to Chalice again and again.

59. The layout of the store is nice and convenient location! I wish I could have bought less than two grams, however, the strain I did take home, was very good! I would recommend this place based on atmosphere and quality.

    OLCC is dragging its feet on issuing Rec licenses and doing so has given Chalice and a few other dispensaries a short term monopoly.

66. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable and really helped me out. I was looking for a rub for some relief for my sciatic nerve and they were able to tell me about all of their products. Low inventory on edibles, they should have thought further ahead for Christmas time.

I waited for nearly 15 minutes before I was called in by a budtender… if it’s remotely busy plan on waiting a long time… Not sure hwy it’s setup that way. my preferred dispensaries are set up in a more customer friendly atmosphere… The selection is OK and the people were nice but the prices are way too high… $25.00+ plus tax for 2 grams?… And no specials that I know of… I can get 1/4 of high quality bud (25.4% THC last purchase) on special from other establishments… Unless they change the way they run it, and find a way to lower their prices, I would not recommend it.

Been going to that location before it was a dispensary. the check in host was cool and very helpful. the budtender was very knowledgeable on Sativa’s, indicas and hybrids. the buds I looked at were very fresh and neatly trimmed. since this is down the street from my job I’ll be going back and I’ll be recommending to familia and friends.

    I bought some top shelf recommend by the budtender. When I got home I saw the harvest date was almost a year ago!! It was so dry.
    Also everything is pre weighed, your flower wont stay fresh that way.how do I know im getting the amount I payed for?

88. I was a first time Oregon medical marijuana patient and I thought I would check their shop out because I had heard such great things. I was disappointed with the way they treat patients and their product. I have been to many Oregon dispensaries and this is the first 1 that does not offer any specials for 1st time patients. There was a 15minute wait to get into the sales floor. This is the 1st shop that has had patients qait behind recreational customers before. They only had 3 options of extracts over $50 a gram for patients. This may be a decent recreational shop for buds but I would never suggest this shop to a medical patient. I did enjoy the beautiful wood work and the look of the dispensary.

91. I absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve been in several times and plan to continue. All the staff is super nice and understanding. I seriously can’t leave without being in a great mood. The first time I went in was right after they opened and was with my mom, neither of us knew what we wanted or anything and they were so helpful and didn’t make us feel like idiots that we had no clue what any of the different strains were.
    I’ve been to several shops around town now and chalice doesn’t have a huge editable selection in comparison but I will continue going there simply because they are so nice.

92. I have been patiently waiting for this dispensary to open. The location is nice for me. Finally it opened and my wife and I went in. We were very impressed with the decor. As we were entered into their system we were told all about the special of the month,”Ace of Spades.” When we went inside we were able inspect the product. There was at least an ounce or so in a jar along with all sorts of other strains. We decided to buy some concentrate, which is what we came for, and then decided to buy a couple of grams of the Ace of Spades especially since they were selling it so hard. NO SALE! They refused to sell us any of the Ace of Spades because they did not have any already weighed out in their pre-packaged, sealed, containers. I will not be back for flower products from Chalice.

    $47 for 3.5gr=1/8oz. That’s way too high for the huge supply nowadays. $8/gr for the top shelf is where it should be.

    I just went in there, I was in desperate need of some Dab, waited 20-25 minutes for my turn to go back. Finally! My name was called and the girl asks what I’m looking for, then tells me they have been out for days. Why wasn’t there a sign posted stating they were out? It’s because all they want is your money. They want to get you into the back so you will spend your money on a different product.

    Overall…Prices are astronomically high, don’t seem to have the products I want and needless to say, I’ll never go back.

95. I’ve only been to 2 dispensaries, but Chalice Farms is the best of the 2. As a matter of fact I will never set foot in the other dispensary at all. What I would like to see though, is for CF to expand their menu list of bud. All in all though, CF is a grade A, top notch place to shop for your enjoyable bud pleasures. Thanks CF.

113. Stopped in tonight because it’s a new location that’s extremely conveniently located. Staff were friendly and the service felt personalized, and the atmosphere was outstanding. Bud selection is really good, and it’s an easy to understand menu, with buds of each variety nicely displayed under glass. Buds come pre-packaged in either 2-oz. or 4-oz. packages, with buds falling into one of two strict price categories, with prices shown already having the new tax included. I would have liked to see at least one or two buds featured in a discount category, since here it all seems to be one price or another, yet all bud is definitely not created equal, and some of the selection is not necessarily qualified to match the others at the lower price tier.

Weed sells at normal price plenty for you to make money overpriced shit like this will make you not compete with multiple other dispensaries unnecessary. 119. As a regular, I really love Chalice Farms quality and service. Last night I was in and forgot to show my discount right before they ran the til. The budtender that helped me told me that he’d grant my discount next time since they just ran the transaction. As he could tell I was bummed. This dude took time out to call a manager and correct the issue. To say the least, I am more than pleased with the service and always love the quallity. Thanks guys!

121. Beautifully done building. Product is great. THC levels use to be around 20% at their highest, now they are more closer to industry standard of 27% on certain strains. Budtenders are well informed. I have gone back quite a few times and each time I only had to wait for a few mins.

123. Chalice Farms is the closest dispensary to my house and so I’ve been there at least a dozen times to stock up on my cannabis. They always have a good variety of buds, all of which are quality. The only thing I dislike about this dispensary is the 2 gram minimum; unless you want to buy a preroll, yr required to buy at least 2 grams of buds. In the past this hasn’t been a huge deal, but recently most of their menu is $35/2 grams which is a bit expensive in my opinion.

     Besides that, the staff is incredibly friendly (remembering my name after only a couple visits) and helpful. I’ve only been disappointed in 2 purchases out of over a dozen and this was mild disappointment at the extreme end of things. If you don’t mind spending the money, Chalice Farms is guaranteed quality product.

125. The atmosphere is great, the bud tender very helpful and up front about pricing. Answered many of my questions. My only complaint is I bought 2 grams of Strawberry Ice a strain I had never tried before. And not only did it smell awful it tasted disgusting. Somewhere between grapefruit and pond water. It was hard to describe it almost smells like an aquarium wet, wildewy smell. Needless to say I only hit the bowl once and am out my money because there is no way I am smoking something that doesn’t remotely taste like marijuana. I did also purchase 2 pre rolls and I was very happy with the product, once I got it out of the funky packaging. If you don’t know which way the package opens then you risk damaging the pre roll. I would return again and try something else, in hopes that it didn’t taste as nasty as that Strawberry Ice. I guess then I will know if it’s the product or the business.

126. It’s a nice facility and they were very willing to let you see and smell the buds. Their prices are higher than some, but it is a nicer shop than most.

127. Chalice is a pretty standard weed shop. Coming from a state that would lock you up for 10 years if they caught you with a joint, it’s nice that you can walk into a shop and browse for weed as if you were picking out a nice bottle of wine. I’ve been to a lot of different places and I have to say, while prices are high and they they have a very aEURoetarget of weedaEUR feel here at chalice, it’s a lot better then having some scummy 21 year old manhandle your bugs with a giant pair of chopsticks while calling you aEURoebruhaEUR the whole time and asking if you like the newest lil pump album. While the prices may be higher, the quality matches and just like tattoos and cars, the cheap shit ain’t good, and the good shit ain’t cheap.

132. This place is super nice inside but not ostentatious. I really liked the cedar smell in the store and it was a perk that I didn’t leave smelling like kush and incense. All of the employees were friendly, helpful and polite. They have all of their product on display and they invite you to smell and handle the displays. I bought some blue dream and it was well cured and packaged. The only things that I would consider a downside are the smaller selection and 2 gram minimum per strain. I like to buy a number of 1 gram samples and try them out before buying more of a single strain.

133. Everything was good except that I wish you would have the same strains you list on your website. It would be nice to have a real time menu instead of an outdated menu. This would save people time because we could figure out what we want before we arrive.

139. I live this place, it’s my go to since it’s so close to home. always plenty of choices of flower, concentrates and edibles. The staff are amazing and friendly. My only complaint is that is is more on the expensive side.. they don’t have very good specials and if you like to purchase a lot at a time there’s not many bonuses or kickbacks like at other dispensaries. But the quality and convenience and friendly staff keep me coming back.

144. Great place. I checked in and was immediately invited in the showroom. I asked for top shelf gear and made a decision based on the recommendation. I appreciated that my needs were exceeded the first time around. I think I found my neighborhood gem.

145. I don’t like the waiting room style dispensary it adds to my wait time and I can’t browse. Pricey compared to other dispensaries. I also don’t like the fact that their bud is prepackaged. Staff was friendly but I won’t be back.

     The place doesn’t look like much from the outside and the inside is rather cute and pretty, the decor let’s you know the prices are going to be high before you ever remove your I.D.

     The bud tender I had was a young guy who knew less about Cannabis than my Mom. I asked if he could show me some Indica dominant hybrids and that must have ruptured a blood vessel in his head, because he just kept telling me they were hybrids in this one section. Great! Which ones are Indica Dominant??? They’re all hybrids! LOL beyond pointless

     The pricing was worst than expected from the lobby. You must buy a 2 gram minimum of flower and the flower is all $17.50 gram. They seem as if they can’t wait to rush you out the door as well. Hopefully they will go out of business soon, to right the wrong that is Chalice

151. when you walk inside you are welcomed by a beautiful exposed wood interior and that delicious cannabis smell. the staff is very friendly and there wasnt a long wait time. the display room is truly amazind with natural wood tables with glass tops so you can see everything they have. the product i purchased was Alien OG THC-22% it was delicious with a nice long lasting high the taste was fruity and the smoke was soft not harsh at all would recommend that to anyone!

154. I have been a loyal customer of this location since their opening, and have never had any issues with quality of product. Unfortunately more often than not I am met with rude and indifferent behavior from the staff. I have spoke with the manager in the past about the issue but I still dread having to spend my money there. Today was just the same, the woman at the front desk has terrible customer service and was visibly annoyed when I asked about the menu. The gentleman who was my bud tender was nice and apologetic for the lack of supply due to new olcc standards, nothing of which I had complained about but was curious about the low selection. I medicate for anxiety and social anxiety more importantly, and this is the only dispensary that makes me anxious to go to. I will from now on go further out of my way to avoid being treated as mentioned.

155. Okay, so I feel bad. I feel bad all of the other dispensaries. They are so far behind by comparison in every aspect. Customer service, product knowledge, consultation, pricing and environmentally superior in every way. Let me simplify this… When you see a shop with sub par staff, product, service and structure. It’s dishonest. They are generating a substantial amount of money. Only it’s not being invested in the previously mentioned values. When you go to Chalice you see the cleanliness and the polite staff and the sweet sweet product and its, integrity and accountability and its someone doing what you hope you had the control and patience to achieve if you started any business. They are setting the standard and it won’t be easy for everyone else to catch up to that.

     Chalice has a nice waiting room with complimentary water/tea, and menus while you wait.
     There prices are a little more considering that it is near the Sherwood area. The bud tenders nice and are really dedicated to helping and answering any questions.

     This dispensary strikes me as a place suitable for people over 25, but generally more suited towards the elderly or card holders who strictly want just medical grade marijuana for pain ((as opposed to the “Baddiewinkle” grade grand-stoners.))

     **I actually ran into a little snag with Chalice upon my first time being in, on a Friday, they were SUPER-busy. They put the products in the bag and handed them to us. I purchased 2 pre-rolls and a chartridge, however, when I got home and took it out of the safety bag, I was about ready to leave a smoldering review on google upon noticing that there was not a cartridge included inside the tube.

     I went back on FRIDAY and management had already left. ((I drove to my usual dispensary and my Father had to fork over another 50$ for a cartridge.)) This particular cartridge came already packaged in the tub like that, and after bringing it to the attention of the manager and staff, they submitted it to headquarters and told me they would get back to me on either tuesday or wednesday. Wednesday hits, and I decided to go back to Chalice to to speak directly to the manager, who after a few moments, and calling corporate, got the O-K to reimburse my father and I with store credit. Thank you management for fixing it!

     Mistakes happen and I am glad the Manager gave us reimbursement, but it took 6 days to fix. Would still go to chalice for the conveyance being that it is so close.

170. I have been a customer of Chalice Farms since their doors in Dundee first opened. I enjoyed the staff and facility so much that once the Tigard location open I quickly found a new home base. I have been to many different dispensaries in the Portland metro area.
     There were few I found to be comparable in price, but not a single one compared to the environment, superior products, OR staff that Chalice Farms Tigard offers!

I smoke for insomnia/anxiety and they’ve always directed me to a strain that’s helped. It’s a little spendy, but you definitely get what you pay for without being put out too much.
