Honestly this is one of the best spots in the city. They have the largest selection of good concentrates I’ve seen anywhere and their flower is generally really good as well. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. If you haven’t been here yet it’s definitely worth checking out.
Hands down best selection in town on flowers and extracts. I don’t see any reason to go anywhere else! All top shelf quality at the same rates as the garbage you see at most other shops. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to boot.The Dogwalker is the bomb! I’ll be back for sure!
I feel well taken care of everytime I visit THC. They have an excellent selection of everything you may need to stay pain free and lifted. The staff is very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions and point you in the right direction to address what ails you.
The owners are very hard and dedicated workers who put themselves into the shop and personally invest themselves in the medicine and your well-being.
Bonus: they also have the swag to keep you decked out and looking sharp while you medicate.
After being a long time customer I will not be back. THC has used the recent shortage in concentrates to greatly gauge consumers, the prices are outrageous. Other dispensaries have not responded this way. I stopped in two weeks ago and they only had three types of dabs and the budtender was annoyed. Very short with me. These guys usually have some of the best shatter around, but it is always cheaply packed on wax paper.
This is one of the coolest stores in pdx. They have an amazing variety of top notch strains, edibles, oils, etc. I only wish I wouldve brought more cash with me as there were so many tasty looking strains I wanted to try! The atmosphere is awesome as well as a very friendly, knowledgable staff. This is the best dispensary I have been to in Portland. I highly recommend this place if you like good, quality herbs!
Very good place for concentrate selection! Always stocked. A variety of flavors. My only concern is about that half the time I’m there the staff is fantastic but mostly the other half seems like it’s a mission to make you uncomfortable and to pick fast. This I don’t like. I’m ommp and have been for years. Next time I will call before to make sure my good tender is there..

The past few visits the bud tenders helping me were very stand off-ish and I felt I had to pry the little information I received out of them. Seemed like I was interrupting there conversation. Usually one of my main stops but not so much anymore.

Love THC! My husband and I have been going here for a couple years now. I always think it fare priced. Always have great quality, and always has at least on deal going on. We’ve gone to quite a few dispensary’s , but none of them compare to THC.

Love the prices, hate the crap you guys do to patients! We as patients should have access to all the flower. I look at your menu and all the best flower is on the REC side, for a higher price. I might go back if something changes!!
Saw the green cross driving down the street and decided to check out the new store. Glad I did. Great zen-boutiquey vibe. Very nice budtender. All the strains were top quality. Looked great under the big handy magnifying glass on the counter, Great aromas… Top-shell all the way. The lollypops are great too… Will be going back for sure.

I really enjoy Treehouse Collective in Portland. I live in Corvallis so it’s difficult to drive up there bi-weekly but the medicine is worth the drive. If you like BHO, they have a good selection. I’m not sure if the oil is tested for contaminants, but it looks/tastes good and clean. Overall, Treehouse is a great collective with a great staff.

There Bho section is the only place in Portland Oregon where I come to for my concentrates . Why because they have standards unbleached parchment paper all there shatter is dewaxed made by great extract artist and labled accordingly very professional look and feel to the shop I love that place there flower and edible selection is 100% on point to go there for surrrreee!!!!!

Drove from milwaukie because their menu says they had tangie for $24 per eighth. Get here and they only have prerolls. How hard is it to update your menu?
First time in and first time I’ve felt the need to write a review. The medication not only was a great price but awesome quality. The budtender was straight forward, knew what he was talking about, and had a great attitude. I live in Troutdale but I’ll make the drive!

Love this place! Awesome deals for first time and returning patients. There’s no stairs and the place is pretty accessible. Wheelchair users may need some assistance, but it’s easy to get great help here! This family of dispensaries are some of my favs. Top 5 for sure

This is the best dispensary I have come across so far. The selection of shatter was like no other place I’ve seen and they staff seemed super duper knowledgeable. There is so,etching special about this place that’s all I have to say.

This is a very clean location where you can likely find the freshest products from a lot of top tier processors / standard variety processors. Sky is one of the few budtenders I’ve had the opportunity to work with here, and shes incredibly knowledgeable on strains, and medicinal effects for the body. I wasn’t hating, just a bit shocked by the new prices. Been going here for two years and it was surprising to see the new prices, especially without any warning. Considering how much money I spend here weekly it woulda been at least nice to have received some sorta heads up.
I’ll admit there aren’t that many other places with quality bud at a similar price, everyone seems to be raising their prices. But its still frustrating to pay so much for an OMMP card and then now that the Rec. market is open, the Med. patients are paying more than before. For this trend I can’t blame TreeHouse, but I think Med. patients in general are surprised to have seen their prices go up after the opening of the Rec. market.
Having said all that, TreeHouse is still my favorite spot and I wish them all the best.

I must say I didn’t have the best experience at THC, the flower I took home was very dry and crumbly, and I felt the pricing was kind of high for the product. I felt rushed by the staff even though I had questions and felt like they kept pushing me for a bigger sale. Felt a little uncomfortable and don’t think I will be going back.

used to be my “place to go” with the best prices in town. Now, since the new tax on rec. use, the prices make little sense to me. Most places offer the same prices for Med. and Rec., and add the 25% tax for rec. THC raises the prices on Rec. and the charges the tax as well. Check and see for yourself. I like to look around for a good deal, and it’s been a while since I’ve found a reason to shop there!

After their atm broke and they do not accept debit, I was asked to walk around the block to use another atm. When I returned I told the owner that I felt it was very unprofessional to not have a way of accepting payment at which time I was told he did not need my business and told me to “get the f*ck out!”

Found this new spot right in my backyard. So glad that I did! This place has great herb and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. It also has got a really cool vibe, very Amsterdamish. I got some of their chemsour and it was stanky and tasty. I have told a couple of friends and they all love the place too. I used to go to collective awakenings, but these guys selection and prices can’t be beat!

I was referred to this place by a friend who use to work here. Very chill, environment, with a nice selection. This was my first dispensary experience, and I was treated very well. The staff are very informative for first time patients. They gave me a nice pre roll, and a free edible for being a first timer. Good experience over all.

I’ve been to THC so many times and I’ve never once been disappointed. The reimbursement rates are outstanding and medicine is top notch! This is the only collective I will go to no matter if I pass five other collectives up to get here.
Treehouse used to be my favorite spot to get meds as quality comes first for me. Now days they have made strains exclusive to the recreational customers that should also be available for medical customers. Especially CDB strains which commonly are needed by medical customers and obviously not a recreational smoker. Also, Top shelf strains such as Sunset Sherbert only on the Rec side. Seems to me the Treehouse ownership forgot who put them in business in the first place. The Medical Patients. I won’t go back until this is fixed. No more recommendations from me either. 2 thumbs down.

Best dispensary in Portland!!!! I’ve had my medical card since 2009 and have been going to TreeHouse Collective for years. Since legalization, concentrate prices have flown thru the roof. I no longer go to any dispensary. However, when I see a new product I want to try, such as the RoseGold distillate by DirtyArmFarms, I instantly check the menu at TreeHouse. 95% of the time they will have the most popular extracts in the state, the other 5% of the time is cause they are bought out haha they’re the best!!!!

One of the best dispensaries for concentrates. Their concentrates selection is all top grade. Even the cheaper grade shatter is very beautiful looking. They have a huge selection of conentrates and a nice little selection of top quality flowers. The staff is always friendly and helps me whenever i got questions. Once you step through the door you forget you’re on Sandy Blvd. Suddenly you’re in a softly bright and open room aEUR” and I would swear I was inside a mushroom if I didn’t know better aEUR” and the vibe is efficient in a relaxed and non-rushed way. The staff was kind, relaxed and all-around nice. The budtender was knowledgeable, as well–we had a good conversation about sativas and she told me about several I’ve not yet tried.
I purchased some Durban Poison (the grower was Eastwood, the batch from July), which I like: resiny-when-pressed nugs and orange-red tendrils. A very excellent and productive high, and great for ramping down anxiety. My mood hasn’t lifted very much, something I have experienced with other Durban Poison.
As well, THC works with lots of Oregon growers, and supporting local and regional business is important to me.
So aEUR”recommended, a good shopping experience.

Staff was a bit ablaze for my taste, but not unhelpful. They had a few products that I ended up liking a lot and haven’t seen anywhere else since.
I’ve driven by THC several times and thought of going in but never have. That’s changed. Great shop. Very nice tenders and excellent variety of products. I went in for some edibles and was satisfied with the selection as well as the tender’s knowledge of what was in the case. I ended up with some Lady Green Canndy and Nuggie Bites. Both deliver exceptional buzz without tripping out. They also had on display a variety of flowers and I chose what is now my personal favorite, Jillybean. Love it! I’ll be back!
the store is very aesthetically pleasing but once you get inside and realize the layout isn’t great, not to mention the fact that they are overpriced on everything. the budtender wasn’t very helpful or knowledgeable for that matter. I’d avoid this place unless you want to drop your whole paycheck for half the product and get home to find out its bunk.

My initial visit to THC was due to them carrying a couple hard-to-find strains.
The meds were good quality and the selection on their Leafly menu was up to date.
I did feel that the shop was missing warmth and friendliness; but solid for a quick in & out errand.
so I went to this place for some GDP and what I got was 2 different strains of flowers. I was not happy to see this. plus it was not that great tasted like crappy out door green. other then that the service was good. the parking wasn’t the greatest too.
Very friendly knowledgable staff.Beautiful flowers. I explained my medical needs to the clean cut dudes and they recommended two excellent stains specific to my need. Mars OG worked exactly as described for pain and the Pineapple was perfect to put a bounce in my step. These guys are new and I highly recommend them.

This dispensary is top rate and provides top shelf products. I shop at two other dispensaries and make donations for about 3-4 ounces per month along with medibles and some BHO. I am so impressed with the location, I felt safe parking and the waiting area while small was comfortable and my wait under 10 minutes. The staff are proffessional and knowledgeable. They are ready to provide advise as to flowers which best suit health issues, anxiety, etc. Additionally the products are displayed with the customer’s view in mind. Each is easy to view, eltronic maginifiers are available and the business also rewards customers with specials, free gifts and discounts for veterans and or those on fixed incomes, etc. I will be a long time customer and hope the business remains committed to top shelf products, customer service and a safe environment to shop for your medications.

5 stars all around – the selection is seriously good dank, you cannot go wrong with Eastwood. I’m a Nelson & Co Organics snob but I wanted to try something different and was not disappointed. The bud tenders were very knowledgeable, explaining the pros of each grower and where they shine, such as terpene profiles, indica leaning effects in sativa dominant hybrids and even made great recommendations to a stoner of 25 years.
The prices are also competitive, I don’t live close enough to this shop to come every week but I would if I did and will try to at least come once a month because the shop was that amazing. Keep kicking ass Treehouse Collective!

Treehouse is my favorite dispensary in Portland proper. The Eastwood grown flower is always fantastic (best Cookies I’ve had in Portland). Good selection of concentrates as well (love the Philburn). They also have a rewards program that I wasn’t even aware of for a while that gives really solid discounts. Staff is always really friendly, great atmosphere as well.

This is the absolute best shop I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable, the staff is very knowledge and the atmosphere of the place is very chill and relaxed. No pressure at all. This was my first trip there with my medical card and was overwhelmed at how nice the staff is *and* I even received 2 free edibles and a pre-roll! Been a long time patient here and had to leave a review after seeing a few other comments about their new prices. This is still the only spot I keep coming back to and hands down best dispensary in Northeast. The prices for their top shelf medical flowers are still cheaper than anything else I have seen for similar quality, and they are one of very few shops with so many actual top shelf strains.
For $70 quarters and $250 ounces, I have not found anything else that compares to their top shelf, which is what I am looking for most of the time. When I want to save a few bucks, they still offer $55 quarters for quality buds and have specials on Wednesdays I believe.
Best concentrate and edible selection as well, and always get great service! I always ask for Zach the budtender because he knows my needs lol. Thanks to the treehouse for all they do for patients, and please ignore the haters!
THC had become my First Stop. The quality is good, the prices are fair and the budtenders are friendly & knowledgeable.
However on my most recent visit there was very loud very crude rap music blasting in the waiting room. I suppose I’m old and out-of-date but this is not something I’m willing to accept. I don’t plan to go back.

Hands down the best dispensary for someone like me (I medicate primarily with concentrates). I really cannot speak as to the flower or edible selection as I generally do not pay attention to those things most of the time. I can definitely tell you that of all the places I have been, this place has the best combination of selection and price I have seen. I love to go there and stock up with like 15 kinds of super delicious concentrates in any consistency, including really strong CBD concentrates for the cheapest I have seen. I return to Treehouse even though it is located very inconveniently for me (totally across town from my house) because their prices are worth the trek across town.
First time back since they reopened on Sandy Blvd. Beautiful decor, clean, open and airy, high quality bud, some unique strains not found elsewhere. Happy to have then back!

This place has the best concentrates in town. I’ve never seen so many kinds anywhere. Not to mention that they were all suggested donations of $25 a gram! Way better donationss than anywhere else I’ve seen. Flowers were all top shelf and at $200 an ounce it again felt like a steal. Go here and save yourself some money and get from the very best!

i just think anyone who had your previous batches of dogwalker and get this new kind expecting the same effects will be very disappointed. i still have a little of the previous batch to compare and they are way different.
i understand people have varying tastes, but customers need to know which is which, because i love the old dog walker but wouldn’t want to be stuck with any more of this new batch even though you guys like it so much.

Great quality products but the customer service is horrible I purchased a few items and they lied about the thc% told me it was higher then what it really was, I shouldn’t just read the package but I thought I could trust the workers for that reason I will never come back.

TreeHouse’s new location is even better than the old one! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge variety of top shelf flowers, concentrates, and medibles. My favorites are the dogwalker, the Blue Magoo, and the Jilly Durban sugarcomb. THC!!!
This place is the best I have been to yet. I appreciate the bud-tenders, they take their time to answer my questions and let me take my time choosing my medicine. The TreeHouse offers a great variety of medicine of flowers, concentrates and edibles. I liked to see that they had more than just Butane hash oil on the shelves.

Bleh, I just found a mite in my Appalachian Kush. The Cinex I bought before that turned out to be 4 months old and it put me straight to sleep. This place used to have high quality stuff at every price point, what happened?
This was my “first” dispensary and it continues to be my most-consistent visit. I’ve never walked out of there with a negative vibe and the open-space setup is cool.
If you’re looking for dab or edibles, I think they’ve got the best options. Budtenders are super-friendly and never seems to be any push to buy. If you have questions, they tend to know any question/answer I’ve asked.

I just stopped in the new location for the first time last night and wow have they stepped it up even more!! The place is way bigger and is even nicer looking than the previous place. They have the best selection, highest quality, and lowest donations for meds, hands down that I have seen anywhere!! Top notch level everything. The staff is super knowledgable and friendly and they don’t make any bs-they know their stuff. This location even has a lot of street parking right outside the door and doesn’t have any crazy stairs. I’ve been meaning to write a review for a little bit. I came in with a bad hangover and Tommy saved my life. His recommendations were very on point and saved me from the hangover. Since then, every time I have been in the staff has been very kind, knowledgeable, the prices are right and they have a good selection of products.
This place has hands down THE best extract/concentrate in town. They do not allow poor quality on their shelves period. 98% of everything I’ve dabbed from here is absolute FIRE and the other 2% was pretty good too.
Their flower selection is also top notch. Even strains I don’t like from there make me change my mind. I drive 20 minutes to get here and right by a dozen other ships I won’t consider. This place is the best dispensary by far I’ve been to in Portland.

Hands down the best dispensary in town! I have been a medical patient for a few years now and have visited many dispensaries. But, no place has been on par with the overall quality & atmosphere that TreeHouse Collective provides. If you are a concentrate connoisseur, you will appreciate the spectacular selection and the beautiful way it is presented. The flowers are top-notch quality and at a better price than any other place I have been to. The staff & owners are immensely helpful, hospitable, and they are always playing the best hip-hop joints. They also have a separate area for medical patients, and I appreciate the privacy this affords.
This will forever be my “go-to” dispensary, and I am happy to consider Treehouse my home away from home.

2nd visit to this Dispensary. I enjoyed taking advantage of the shatter day special and picked up some dY”Y=shatter. The headband wax I got was less than perfect the two pulled from the back were soft and fluffy the two pulled from the display are hard and crispy. Still tastes the same when the fire hits so it’s just an observation.

This particular wellness center is a delight on any and every level. The passion, not only to make medicine available to patients but to help each individual with her or his specific needs, is strong from when you walk into the door and see you first smile at the reception desk. Quality buds, experienced bud tenders and nice atmosphere. The only downside is parking. I received Harlequin and it was superior. Also received some Platinum Bubba Kush and Cinex crumble. Haven’t medicated with those yet. I’ll edit my review when I do. But first I’ll have to see if I can figure out how to edit reviews.
Posted a review a few weeks back about getting shorted almost a full 1/4 ounce. TreeHouse responded quickly and was great about clearing up the mishap when I was in today. Mistakes happen and TreeHouse was incredibly classy an professional in remedying the situation. Recommended!

These guys have become less service oriented over the past 6 months. They really do seem to have a sort of stand-offish quality about them. Not sure why. Right at the beginning of the green mile. The best experience so far. I’ve been to a lot of shops since October and for me as a recreational user, it was perfect. Opened a few minutes early for me, involved but not intruding bud tenders, and I got a $5 discount. Excellent selection with prices that reflect quality. Awesome $25 1/8, .5g and 1.gram j’s(some places only have shorties). Clones too!

This place is more of a wannabe night club. It is not set up with medical patients or their needs in mind. They are not wheelchair accessible. In fact, they have a steep set of stairs to climb. They have the one color changing light bulb upon walking in. I was afraid I had stepped into a night club. Bass thumping and lights changing color.

I have been going here for about four months they have the best prices that anyone else does you only have to buy a quarter in order to get the ounce price. A lot of other clubs in town make you buy an entire ounce before they give you the full discount they also have a really good concentrate selection all of their flower and concentrates are always really clean really well priced and always available
i came in to check them out and they just watched me. when i asked about the medicine and told them my pain needs they just told me the prices for everything. i will never go back again. They had a huge collection but they acted like they didn’t know anything about it.

Chem Sour: Sour! They weren’t kidding. It has a very tart taste to it in Smoke and Vapor form. Two good sized balloons from my Vaporizer and I’m set.
Dog Walker: Dank, Stinky, and Sticky. I can smell why they call it Dog Walker. But it caught my eye immediately and knew it had to be for me. And what do you? It was! It’s a great strong pain reliever and great for anxiety.
Super Silver Haze: A Smooth classic. I’ve had it from plenty of places as well as Amsterdam. It was definitely top notch.

One of my favorites in town. They consistently have good tasting flowers at good prices with friendly staff. Location is pretty great.
All of the stuff they carry from Eastwood has had a really nice flavor profile, which is something I care about (not all do). All of the employees have been really good at steering me towards the things they carry that I like (and I am picky).
Also, #12 bus stops tight in front of them going both ways. Do it.

I stopped in for the first time yesterday, great location and atmosphere with top notch medicine, the different strains were in small jars on the counters that you are able to check out to make a better decision on what you want, which I had never seen before. I had no regrets on my choice because I was able to compare to all the other options at my own pace. I will be going back

Great place to shop and good prices- provided the right people are there. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. We visited last Tuesday to take advantage of the $5.00 discount on cartridges and 10% every day senior discount. We were given both discounts that day and were told if we came back today for aEURoeshatterdayaEUR, the same discount would apply. So Saturday morning, the owner in attendance chose to only honor the $5.00 shatterday discount, and not the aEURoeeverydayaEUR 10% senior discount (says that on the website anyway). He said that was not the store’s policy to give both. So, I politely paid and went on my way. The difference without the senior discount was $20.00, which isn’t a lot, but fixed income seniors need all the help they can get, especially around Portland. May go back if they straighten things out.
TreeHouse is on another level! It’s hard to believe there’s a shop like this in Portland. There is always an incredible selection of products and they are on the cutting edge of oils. The staff is friendly and helpful and does a great job at explaining the selection. To top it all off – they have specials even beyond the already low prices. If nothing else, you should look around the shop – it’s beautiful!
I was a years-long customer. I had to back out of the doorway today because of another customer had a dog that was being aggressive. When I called to talk to the Treehouse Collective about it I was treated badly by the receptionist guy on the phone. The customer who had the dog was hanging at the counter talking with the reception guy, maybe they are friends?
When I called I asked to talk to a manager and the front desk guy told me he is the manager. I am not sure about that, it doesn’t seem right.
My first few visits here were fantastic. Friendly tenders and quality medicine.
But my last handfuls of visits have really pushed me away. Like other reviewers have said there is a very stand-offish feel from a few of the budtenders. Misplaced anger and acting like you are bothering them by just walking in. If Im being polite and still being treated with aggresion Im not going to come back. I get the feeling that its just a shop full of kids with no experience working their first job. I’d rather take the time to walk up the street to a plethora of other shops were the employees make you feel welcome and safe.
Excellent service with knowledgeable staff for this newby who needs lots of help and has lots of questions. I liked the selection of medibles including soda pop?! :^)

I’ve been all over PDX checking out the different dispensaries we have to offer and these guys are doing it right. They have a huge selection of Meds and all of them are top shelf. Great donation rate as well. I tried one of there “sprays” they just got and it was Amazing! They have different medibles that other places wish they had. I can’t say it with too much emphasis, GO CHECK THEM OUT!
Love love love this dispensary. The whole layout is fantastic. The people are all sweet and welcoming. They always help me find what I’m looking for. I’ve been to quite a few shops in the area and I think I have to say this is my favorite. Happy vibes all around. Thank you THC!

THC is my go to location. Their flower and concentrates are always top notch and the prices are reasonable as well.
Friendly staff, high quality meds, decent prices! Hands down one of my favorite shops in town!
