9. have been shopping for several years, stopped on 7/20 asked for problem free carts, bought two. one worked fine the second would not draw from either of two batteries i have that work with other carts. took back 7/22. no satisfaction was told i need special battery, would have been nice to have been warned when i bought defective cart. beware of what you purchase.

When rec first went legal i was super impressed with the quality and selection. awesome blue magoo, and the closest thing to legit silvertip ive seen in oregon. Since it is the closest store to my house i have went there several times. It seems the quality of the rec has went down drastically since, and all of the good strains/ samples are on the med side. Been pretty disappointed the last couple times. Also i think the staff could be a little more educated on strains. When i asked about their clone selection they said they have Jew gold, and i asked if it was the same as kosher kush. I love the kosher and would have gladly bought it even though it was over priced. They told me it definitely wasnt the kosher kush even though i was positive they are one in the same. I did a bit of research when i got home, and surprise! jew gold is another name for kosher kush.

26. This place. Seriously. Their concentrate selection is INCREDIBLE and the quality is equally amazing. But what is so great is the service.

    I was a new patient, so I spent a bit more time with the budtender, Marie, just getting to know each other, etc. I made my selections and got all checked out. Was walking to my car when Marie literally chased me down to let me know that, as a new patient, I was entitled to a free pre-roll. I of course went back to choose one.

    This dispensary is one of those places that, once you found it, you’re mad you didn’t find it sooner. Best place in Eugene for concentrates. You’ve gotta go here.

I originally tried them because of their pricing (which remains the best in town) but now I come back for the service and experience. You just feel totally at ease and completely happy doing business with Next Level. I live 2 blocks from another dispensary but I still walk over a mile, just to get to Next Level Wellness. All-around excellence.

I swear south Eugene is spoiled, having multiple top quality options for flowers and concentrates… My quest for the best flowers in town continues at Next Level Wellness, a bright, clean and safe environment in which to appreciate high quality medicine. The wait is usually not more than a few minutes and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful (offering to laminate my card for me, etc..). In the back, I found the room to be very well-lit, with lighted scopes for up-close inspection, productive and educational one-on-one interaction with the bud tender and of course twenty or so varieties of flowers, of which I tried the Obama Kush, GSC and Grape Ape. All were of excellent quality and the standout would probably be the Obama, a true Kush fans’ delight. All at 10.00/g or less! NLW is one of a very few number dispensaries that I regularly visit, great job!

60. Been on the hunt for the best club in Eugene lately and I may have just found it! Place has a great atmosphere and fantastic staff, knowledgable and friendly. Came to see the selection of top-shelf flowers and I was not disappointed. I was pretty much window shopping and wasn’t in a place to buy but the guy helping me was nice enough to send me away with a free gram of my choice anyway. He even mentioned another dispensary here in Eugene that he thought I might enjoy if I’m looking for the best flowers around! What great service, can’t wait to return.

64. It has gone downhill since recreational landed. I have been going here for over a year, and I knew everyone who worked there. That is not the case any more. It was my last day with a valid card until I could renew it, and I was let into the back, but was then made to wait for 20 minutes. They used to give medical priority and make sure each patient left happy, not today. After being ‘cut’ in line three times and a long wait, I was finally helped. The guy behind the counter didn’t let me know until I’d made my choices that I was over the limit. That since I only had my caregiver card on hand, they would only let me act as a caregivee, even though I’ve discussed at length with the old manager and many of the old employees my mail situation and how I cannot get a physical copy of the card. this does not make me not OMMP. I told him this, and he shrugged and basically said he didn’t care. This is my medicine and they care more about keeping oil on the shelves for rex users. Not coming back.

70. Honestly I’m a little disappointed with this dispensary. The price is good and the quality of the flower is excellent, but the service is lacking. Hundreds of people shop your Leafly menu everyday so its’ accuracy should be taken seriously. The strain I went in for a priced incorrectly and the strain I did buy had (clearly) misrepresented cannabinoid results. Customer service wise, they are well-trained but lack authenticity in their customer engagement. I really want to like this place, their value is great and because of that I will be back again. Overall I think this dispensary has the ability to knock it out of the park and I hope they improve.

The staff in particular is why I come here- they have the correct attitude and that makes all the difference in the world as far as enjoyment of the whole experience of visiting dispensaries- they (all I’ve met) are professional to the point of scientific, yet friendly and open to conversation without being spacey/flakey which is a pet peeve of mine in some other venues. Dispensaries are more than access to meds- they should be a joy to visit for the whole experience rather than just what you go home with. That’s why Next Level gets my vote for best in Eugene. Bonus: the place always seem to get alot of bright sunshine through the 2nd floor windows, which goes well with the sunny vibe in general!

93. If you want to feel like you are in a dab factory in Southern California this is the place to go. The oil is great, not medicinal for my needs, but for just “getting high” it is really decent. I however love flowers and the flowers here are also Socal quality. Blown out hydroponic. I live in Eugene and like my buds organic and sticky. In a weird location, hard to get too if you are at all disabled. It’s a party weed store, not a clinic, and if you go in expecting that you probably won’t be disappointed. I however have real medical issues and did not feel like this place was for me.

She helped me determine a few different strains to try out. I also got the new customer gift and have enjoyed the weekly specials and special events that Next Level presents.

    They have a great assortment of meds, a great selection of flowers and all of my favorites except Jimi Hendrix I was able to buy there. ( Golden Pineapple, Lambsbread SD, G-13, Platinum Animal Cookies, Tora Bora, etc. I saw Maui on the menu once but it wasn’t in stock:< I don't recommend you visit, leave all the good stuff for me! 102. Went shopping at three dispensaries with my friend who is OMMP. REC for me. Went here first because it was rated #6 on Leafly’s November Top Dispensary list. Don’t know why based on our experience there. No smile from the receptionist…Hey you are supposed to be welcoming those walking into your establishment! Upon entering the bud room there are two sides. One REC and one MED. Wanted a strain that was MED only. When I told the budtender that my friend was getting the Durban, he immediately became a bit paranoid suggesting that it wasn’t kosher. Huh? It’s legal, one can give it to another friend. It’s was the least friendly place we visited today. Won’t go back. Many other places in town.

When I finally got to talk to the bud-tender tho… wow! Not sure what her problem was. Bad attitude, bad mood, whatever – I’ve been to a few dispensaries in the area, and this was definitely the least friendly and coldest interaction I’ve had. Not cool, chica! But haven’t seen any on the shelf in well over a month. Had to go to Portland again this week to stock up. Hope to see Walker and WIFI back on the menu soon. The Huckleberry I tried was great and much more preferred over another’s product. Very understanding and trying hard to get the credit machine up and running again for more convenience.

150. Considering this is one of the most reviewed locations in Eugene I had high expectations for this dispensary. The inside of the building is incredibly name but the staff seems disingenuous to say the very least. The prices are all good with nothing above $10/gram but also don’t expect anything worth more than that. The cannabis was all very mediocre and it’s clear to me that this place runs on a quick-turnover model with little emphasis on quality. The most bizarre thing I noticed was that to way you out to exactly 1.00 grams they will crush up your cannabis into dust in their hands – just weight heavy and call it good folks. With the abundant quality of other Eugene dispensaries I don’t see myself returning

151. I originally went in because they had one of my favorite strains (Dosi by the great people at Yerba Buena). I’ve kept going back because they have great products, knowledgeable and kind staff, a chill vibe, and everything I need as a medical patient.

276. Until the other evening,The Picky Patient Crew had not been to Next Level Wellness, since they moved from their old location down the street. We were so thankful that their new shop is located on the ground floor. The waiting area is out of this world, with so much eye candy that it might hurt your eyes. It was nice to visit with one of the Herbal Connection staff who happened to be working the front desk. So waiting ten minutes felt like 2. We picked up some Eugene Cream Flower and some Purple Hindu Kush shatter. And just like their sister store, the product was very high quality. The Shatter was my favorite, White Label should have won the Dope awards. lol The only issue, these “Picky Patients” had with our experience, was the un trained bud tender who was confused about the laws. We were not allowed to buy a strain we wanted to try because it was in the Rec section. We are confident that the owners will re train their new staff and that way next time, this Picky Patient will have access to all the strains in the shop.

I got 3 types of Durban poison, Woody kush and Golden pineapple all of which were equal to or better than the top shelf bud of other dispensaries in quality (taste, smell, texture & looks) as well as thc content. They had literally given me a bunch of bud from an inferior grow mixed in with one good bud which is what I looked at when I chose it. Most of the nugs were incredibly harsh, no flavor, black ash, complete garbage. I feel incredibly deceived by this behavior and can’t in good faith recommend this place.

474. What happened to your store and the polite staff? I came back, after being disappointed 3 weeks in a row for a daily special, as early as 11:00 am and the special was out. Yesterday, the rudest kid was representing your company. He said the menu in the lobby didn’t mean anything (you stopped updating it) and he talked and talked about big plans for the screen. I don’t care about your screen. I want to see what you have on hand, after I’ve checked Leafly.
     When this kid waited on me, I asked for the $6 special. He said, too bad, we just ran out. I said, what do you have in its place? He said, “nothing.”

     I then said that this is exactly the “bait and switch” I object to. The advertised specials get me in the store, but you run out before Noon.
     This kid then said he did not have to put up with my abuse and walked away in the middle of the transaction. This was the worst customer service ever in a dispensary. Heck, even a liquor store is a better visit.

     I’m an old lady with a limited income who needs meds. Your punk help does nothing to make me recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

     Ask some people around town about the inconsistencies at Next Level. They will tell you the same. It’s not a place if you need medicine.

Probably wouldn’t recommend them since they’re just trying to make money, not supply medicine.

597. AWESOME!! AAA+ all around! My new favorite! After seeing so many I don’t bother checking dispensaries in general but I was referred to Next Level through a friend and was not disappointed! I personally feel no need to look further. I hope their donation prices stay low! While many places overcharge for sub quality it’s basically the reverse here. Lots of quality concentrates on top of spectacular flowers. They also are quite well informed when it comes to horticulture. Don’t make them your primary stop for gardening advice but I’ve had them clarify some herb specific questions while there for flowers if the right person is behind the counter.
     They do happen to be up some stairs though so an OMMP assistant person might be needed if you can’t get up stairs yourself. The staff are really helpful, professional and patient. I really haven’t seen this level of quality for donation price anywhere else in Eugene.

     They have a nasty habit of keeping all their best strains “medical only.” I have never seen this in any of the other dispensaries in town. It quickly makes you feel like a second class customer. If they need to keep some for legitimate medical patients, can’t they avoid putting it directly in your view?

     This isn’t a matter of 1-2 strains either. They have something like 8 really strains right now “medical only.” Most of it looks better than what is available to recreational.

     Exacerbating this problem, is that they are slow to update their stick of leafy and the customer service is sub-par. I say that as someone less attached to this than your average American.

     The final straw for me is when I saw them adding dust to weigh out my gram….come on.

     The only reason Id pop in is because it is in walking distance. Like I said, they do have good product. But I honestly feel compelled to punish them by taking my business elsewhere.

When I said it they had thought I had said $30 instead of $50 so this sort of scared them or something and they got the manager and they told us there was no $30 deal. I then told them I never said $30 and after that the service was terrible from the girl there, I’m pretty sure because she thought we were trying to rip them off….but we weren’t… She was very rude and unfriendly. Even though we got what we came there for, we aren’t going back…
