MMJ strains are not available online nor tested. Staff is nice. Feels more like a recreational marijuana store rather than a MMJ dispensary. High prices and mediocre quality of MMJ meds.

The location is unmarked and the building is so run down and nasty feeling. The bud tenders are nice and the bud is decent. Pretty pricey but the only dispensary in yuma. Hope they get some competition soon so things can change for them.

I came from Avondale to visit some family in Yuma and stopped by here. I didn’t even look at all the strains because they varied from $10-20 a G and for memorials day all were $10, so I picked a $20 gram and it definitely wasn’t the $20 gram quality I’m used to seeing. it wasn’t terrible just not worth $20 & I can get the same strain in phx for $10 without a special. also I don’t know if they have a first time patient deal but I didn’t get anything except what I bought lol

Excellent customer service. Pretty decent selection of flower but it’s pricey. Concentrate selection is limited. I thoroughly enjoyed the Dark Blue Dream and the Lemon OG. The 10% new patient discount helps to ease the pain of having to shell out for the expensive flower. I’ll be back for my free pre-rolls.

Good hometown feel, great customer service and rather knowledgable. Their strain selection can be hit or miss. On average 4-7 strains, juxtapose that with a established center that provides 15-25 strains. Overall it’s a good place to go if you need “good” not “great” cannabis. I do feel that they under develop the buds though. It’s very rare to find good quality packed buds.. But that comes with experience

I arrived, walked in for the first time and found a very unusual set-up. There was no separation from the lobby and dispensary floor, no security and no set procedure for a first-time patient. The menu was very limited, the flower over-priced and I wasn’t allowed to examine it. That said, the quality was good, but I didn’t receive the discount I was promised. Thwy are the only dispensary in Yuma, and the could use some competition.
It’s good to have something available in town, the buds are always amazing and the staff is courteous.

They ran some great deals and you could tell by how busy it was.
The guy I got (white ,shaved head and tattoos) was super nice . He was able to answer my questions as a first timer.
I went back a few weeks later on a normal day. Very low wait time and good deals.
The guy ( this guy had dark hair and glasses) was very helpful with question I had about vap .
As I was cashing out this time I saw a sign sayingaEUR if it’s your first time … aEURoe . I asked the guy about it and he apologized that the missed me the first time and they would fix it the next time I came in,because at this point I had already paid.

I emailed them to ask about out-of-state medical cards. They never returned my email. Went in to see the place. Kind of an weird set-up. You have to sit on benches and wait for someone to come out and talk to you. So I waited. Security guard came out from the magic door and abruptly turned me away. Apparently, you have to have AZ card. So, my money has to go to AZ before I can buy anything in AZ. That’s fine. But you could have answered the email and not embarassed me like that. He did not explain the situation well at all. Just turned heel. Not cool.

What started off as being unsure, has grown to change my mind. Whether we get to the root issue of the pain I am in or not. This is the customer’s point of view after being in the service industry for 36 years. Do not look at the negative feeds about the store and what else is on these feeds. Because in my opinion, Kori is the best at getting back to me, helping with ideas, comments, personal reviews. Changing things up when I struggle. In a lot of nerve induced pain daily. So comments on pricing, the looks of the store do not offend me or make me go away. Thanks for doing a really good job.

I should have realized the place wouldnt be great when i saw the offer for free medicine for a 5 star review on here… The quality is hit or miss, half the time it’s too dry, too stemy, or both. A frequent phrase I hear is “We ain’t got that man” after checking the menu 15 minutes before arriving. I’ve realized even with the price of gas that it’s cheaper to go Pheonix to stock up, and only go here in case of an emergency. Hopefully some competition will open and force them to either close or up there game a bit.

They sell immature keefed buds for $20 a gram. Drive to El Centro. Worst club in AZ, with malicious owners that operate like a mafia. Yuma needs competition badly.

They sell grams for 10 a gram but those same strain i can pay 79$ an oz and 5$ grams of kosher kush and other strains so jamestown figures that sould charge double the price and who ever has access/ medicaid will drive you to phoenix for free straight to any disensary in az and youll save between 60$ or more phoenix arizona natural remedies and desert rose are just 2 where you can get free disensary insurancr prefers you to say pharmcy medstar will take you just call your medicaid or access

Absolute worst dispensary I have ever been to. This establishment does not care about patients and only has strains that are $18 a gram and up and terrible quality. Have found seeds multiple times in my flower. It is consistently dry and it seems as if everything they give you is shake. I do not appreciate 18 dollar grams of shake that just give you a headache. The building is disgusting and whoever owns This spot has clearly not put any money into improving the dispensary. I know many others feel the same way I do. Jamestown either needs some competition or needs to be closed down. It’s much more worth it to just drive out of town and get quality products that you don’t feel like you’re wasting your money on. This spot should be a ashamed of itself to even be considered a dispensary. If you would like to see for yourself an example of what exactly a medical dispensary should NOT be like, pay a visit yourself and find out

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and I can say that I’ve seen nothing but improvement over the past year or two. I absolutely love the staff. Steve is awesome. I’m a flower girl so I can only attest to seeing the improvements and additions concerning other products.
The quantity of different flower strains available has increased, which is fantastic for those who like to switch it up and try the different strains. The quality of flower varied for a while but my last few trips have been nothing but great quality. I enjoy seeing the lower priced strains. In the past it was more beneficial for me to make a trip to Phoenix to stock up but now that’s not the case.
I really enjoy seeing the physical changes being made to the dispensary. The privacy is appreciated. The atmosphere of the show room is turning out great. I liked seeing the flower on display; however, I would have liked to have been able to lift the lid and smell the product. The waiting room still needs improvement in my opinion. It’s too dark. If lighting is a problem then style the room accordingly. Hippie or Zen it out to make it more welcoming. String lights along the walls and rafters.
Here are a few things that I would personally like to see change. All suggestions are based on my personal experiences and preferences. I frequent several different dispensaries and I’m always trying new ones, because who doesn’t like first time patient specials or frequent flyer specials?
– Cushion the benches! Comfortable seating is important for a lot of your patients.
– Become more media friendly. Post updates on FB if you are allowed. Send out daily emails or texts to advertise your specials.
– Offer more deals like BOGOs, bulk deals and frequency specials. Create a rewards system for your loyal repeats.
– Now that you’re checking people in up front, have your bud tender come get us by first name, and only first name. Patients shouldn’t have to keep track of who is next and privacy is important in smaller towns like Yuma.
– Continue staff training and education on your products. As medical marijuana becomes more accepted and used, you see more and more first time patients that need guidance and assistance in determining what product is going to meet their needs.

Clementine – A: Probably the best Clementine I’ve had in 2 years of AZ medical shopping. If it didn’t have a label I would swear it’s Sour Diesel. Great for breakfast lunch or dinner. Very good rolled or coned. A little harsh in a dry pipe but very nice in a cold water pipe.
Sensi Star – A+: It’s a kiwi-rind mixed with tea tree-like aroma, very clean, tight well trimmed buds. Indica yet energetic. You can feel it in your ears. Great for free-form garage projects and backyard mechanics. Good for thinking movies but careful as adding sugar and sweets (movie snacks) can trigger couch lock easy with this one. Great for water pipe and straight pipe.
Harlox – B: Great for the all-day smoker, high CBD benefits very noticeable with this one, I recommend blending it with a high THC strain of your choice and take your normal to the next level. Smokes good rolled or piped

For a non-profit business they are acting like “pigs at the trough”. Where does the money go? It’s sure not on inventory, creation of a menu, analysis of product, amount of flower for sale, customer service, new products. Then charge outrageous, way above market prices. The result is driving patients to Wellton for great service, and market prices and superior selection. You are shooting yourself in the business “foot”. lets hope for improvement.

They never update the menu on Leafly. They often give the wrong meds. Very mediocre quality of flowers. None of the employees are very knowledgeable about the different strains. It’s such a waste having this dispensary here, that it forces many of the medical users in town to turn to the black market, or go out of town for their meds. This dispensary needs to go away and let a business open up that is interested in serving it’s patients.

Once again as promised, here is another update. Manager Jasmine called to personally talk with me. We spoke concerning both of my issue. First the 10% senior discount on Sundays on the $10 grams. I will let them share that with you, but two thumbs up. Next, the miss hap with the wrong product. All is good. We both understand shit happens. Two thumbs up. Again, the product has gotten much better, thanks for that as well. Customer services is complete.
It was my first time visiting here as I’m with extended family for the holidays. The service was great and I felt very welcomed when entering and going through the full process. The only thing that would change would possibly have the interior or waiting space updated to some degree. While I do understand the building is older, the waiting area seems as though I was sitting in either someone’s garage with a random desk in it, or in an abandoned house’s living room. The actual area where the transaction takes place is a lot better than the waiting area however! Other than that the service was great and even though it was busy they were professional and hand elder the crowd well. Will be visiting again.
I honesty think the staff there is very helpful and friendly,I also recommend getting the 15$ .5 g of the hybrid crumble.

BLUE WIDOW- INDICA DOMINANT (Blueberry/White Widow)
To start: Buds smell of an amazing berry aroma, was impressed.
Very smooth, flavors filled my mouth and tickled my nose which is always a good sign and were quite enjoyable.
Did not kick in incredibly hard, it was more of a gradual uplifting mind and body buzz.
Mind is clear and sharp, would recommend as both daytime and nighttime treatment.
Body feels very loose and relaxed, but not doped or medicated feeling.

They basically won the lottery by getting a license in Yuma for this dispensary. Jamestown has always been an afterthought to the dispensary of the same name in another city. Selection is skimpy, prices for flower are the highest you will find in the state, quality will not match the price you pay. I bought “shatter” and was unable to see the product before buying it. Mistake on my part, but being 30 for half a gram, I figured how could I go wrong. It was absolute garbage. It was black not even Amber or thick. I wouldn’t put in my body on my worst day, much less as an alternative medicine. When I took it back I was told that it was too bad I did not like what I bought, was not offered any kind of refund, or store credit. I told them to keep it and use it as a display to show patients what they were buying, so they wouldn’t get ripped off as well. The employees looked shocked as if they had never expected that people expect safe, controlled medicine from them. They looked confused about what to do and said nothing. Jamestown has no reason to improve prices, to improve selection, to run specials or even try and improve customer service. They have a monopoly on the entire market in Yuma. Anyone with real medical issues would have to turn to another dispensary or go out of town due to high priced, low quality Meds. I say they just get rid of the place and let the grow your own rule take place. This place surly isn’t providing quality, afforadble medicine to the community, so what’s the point? I honestly keep waiting for Ashton Kushter from Punked to come over the counter every visit to be like oh gotcha, this was never a real dispensary. The ONLY thing you can rely on here in a LAST CASE scalenario are the edibles that come from reputable companies. Overpriced yes, but even Jamestown can’t screw up keeping an edible refrigerated.

The first problem is you’re paying too much for a half gram of wax compared to anywhere we could just start a road trip up to Phoenix where it’s $30 a gram you’re taking advantage of people here in this city your prices are horrendous and bud is not the same quality as somewhere that isn’t here in the middle of nowhere we need a real dispensary here with fair prices

How they have yet to be shut down really surprises me. Can never tell you levels of thc in flower, if they know, they never write it on your order. Everyone saying knowledge is high here, must not know much about the plant itself… WAY OVERPRICED. Had to call 3 times in one day to confirm that I was getting the correct info , to no surprise I got an ” I don’t know” a “Yes only 5.00 off” and a “Yes half off” Do not be fooled, they are simply there to sell, nothing more but that, so they will tell you what you want to hear to ensure your hard earned cash is in their pocket. Search around, many, MANY other places with 100% organic, AWARD winning growers and strains, actual knowledgeable staff. Shame, shame, shame.

I’ve been there a couple times. horrible service, place is dark dingy and gross, poor selection, the discounts a joke they add the tax after the veterans discount and so you only save $3 or so. quality of the product isn’t very good, prices are super high compared to the rest in the state. this dispensary is about profit not patients. I’ll spend the $40 in gas and drive to Phoenix once a month to get $140 oz of quality product. I will NEVER recommend this dispensary to anyone.

I’ve been here, at least, once a week for the past 3 or so months and never really left disappointed. That is, until yesterday, when I came in for the special on Sensi Star. When I arrived I was told that they ran out and they only had $15per g one’s. Which weren’t impressive. So, I opted to buy a more expensive one. Only to wake up this morning to find that they have another special for a strain at $10 per gram. It just seems disingenuous to say you can’t do that deal anymore, but turn around and do it the next day. I’m sure there’s more consideration when it comes to your pricing and whatnot, but in the case of an individual shopper, who’s visibly upset, don’t let him buy a subpar $20 g because you “ran out,” then do the same deal on a different strain the very next day. At least tell me to come back tomorrow or take care of the customer right there and then. While we’re at it, a new brand of wax cartridges is sorely needed. Both brands you carry, truly, suck. Lack of competition, unfortunately, has left your dispensary lazy and lacking in many areas. Innovation, variety and customer service being the most obvious. That being said, I’ll get off the soapbox. I’ll still shop here because, well, it’s the only dispensary in town. But, you should strive to be more than that.
It’s ok, not the best not the worst. Prices for flower are ok. Pricing for cartridges on the other hand are way to high 65 there compared to 30-40 anywhere else. If there were more shops in Yuma this would be the last place I would go.

This is the worst dispensary I’ve ever been in! If I could give zero stars I would! The flower prices are outrageously high, and on top of that the quality is terrible! Taste’s bad and doesn’t work! They use to carry The Clear for their oil but have stopped carrying it in favor of carrying their own brand, which tastes terrible and doesn’t work either!! Edibles are a joke, Cannablis and Yilo are good brands, but Jamestown is always out! The rest of the edibles taste bad or low potency. This is the only dispensary for Yuma, and I for one am boycotting!! San Diego has Recreational Cannabis now, and is only a short drive away. Phoenix is equally close with better prices and wide variety of cannabis products. I pray Jamestown closes its doors, and a better one comes in its place.

Honestly, for being the only and first dispensary in yuma, they have a lot better flowers AND edibles than what I can get on the street. A lot of people say they are too pricey and too little selection but in my opinion this is a great start. The edibles I purchased were excellent and extremely potent and effective. The flower was also beautiful and fresh and I was very grateful to have this resource when I experienced poor quality buds from the steeet

ive also filed complaints through azdhs for their low quality product & price gouging. last time i bought shatter it was in a silver foil pkg & cant see the product till u open it & it was nasty & had white crap stuck too it from container for ($35 1/2gm) it was in & $20gm for dry ass buds weighted right at 1.0 NO OVER even if its got a 1/4gm stem running through it & its harsh and tasted chemically i didn’t even finish it. they also pick & choose whos post get approved & they dont post my reviews so I’ll try AGAIN

I have been visiting Jamestown Center for a few months and I’m happy so far. My first trip in the staff were very welcoming, and we started trying to find out what would work best for me. I am liking two strains the most. Both the Dark Blue Dream and Mazaar White Shark work well separately and a combination of the two can also be helpful.

Aside from not having a Damn menu, they may have 1-2 good strains the rest is bull, shitty trim, smells like plant matter, not tested, no concentrates, crap selection on edibles, they over price the clearly BUNK flower claiming that “potency” is what they price, even though it smells like plant and is covered in leaves. They don’t carry bho because of its harm(although, when purged correctly the ppm can reach very low levels which is safe for consumption) but they feel great about themselves selling over priced, poorly grown cannabis. Senior patients may not know better and they most likely are smoking or vaping leaves wrapped around small buds, how is this safe for consumption? Do they use pesticides? Do they flush properly? Who even grows this stuff? What are the THC, CBD, CBN percentages?
What are we consuming?
They have been open now for how long, and have yet to figure out how to get all this straight..
I’ve given these guys a couple shots, thinking maybe I went in on a bad day or on a day they were low on product, nope, everytime I went back another utter disappointment.
I won’t spend another penny here.
