5. Today was my second visit to The Herbary and I’m definitely coming back. First off, they have herb in 3 price tiers which is SO nice for daily aficionados … So far, the quality has been top notch and I’m confident that I’ll continue to find that level of flower here.

   The atmosphere is nice and spacious, the staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even have a customer restroom in the lobby. On both occasions, I was taken care of by a different bud wrangler, ok budtender, with top notch service. I felt relaxed and had plenty of time to make the right selection.

   Parking can be tight, but it is manageable once you assess the sitch. It is totally worth navigating for this gem of a dispensary. I’m already looking forward to returning. Happy trails!

Let him know what you are working with and he will help you leave a satisfied customer. It’s like going to the neighborhood butcher, he makes you feel like you are valued customer, almost like fam. 32. I am a new medical user and have many questions about the strains and availability of options that are most helpful for my symptoms. The Herbary was the first store that I visited and I was impressed with Erick’s knowledge. The only thing that I didn’t like was the store is close to an hour drive from my home. After going to several different dispenseries, I have not found anyone else who is more knowledgeable, helpful and willing to take the time to help me find what will work for me and work as hard to answer all of my questions.
    I returned to this store today and I plan on making it my permanent dispensery. I appreciate the time, energy, in depth information and personal touch this store offers. Erick and the rest of the staff are fantastic!

Being new to the area I tried a few places wasn’t happy with the atmosphere and friendliness or lack of at other places went to the herbary really loved it my first time everyone helped out everyone made you feel happy to be there with no uncomfortable feeling when you needed to ask a question.Tried a couple places after and I’ve been back permanently now and have no desire to go anywhere else. 71. Location is a decent. The quality of meds seemed mediocre at best, the prices were outrageous for medical. Its unfortunate that these “rec” shops forget about the medical patients and program that paved the way. The budtender seemed as knowledgable, The person who Im assuming is the manager kept hovering and interrupting with her fake “nice” input. I dont know if she was trying to impress the customers that were in front of me or behind me, however I found her interruptions extremely rude. The flower selection wasnt enough to win over my first experience. I really had high hopes for this place.

Where others had failed to have the hempwick in stock or simply were not open yet, right then I bet that I could get all three if I went to The Herbery and sure enough I was right! Not the closest to me anymore but of all the ones I randomly frequent (that are all actually very nice dispensaries but would cost me an extra trip to the head shop) these guys stuck with me as being reliable on quality, in stock on the extras and always a great deal available on something if I want one. I figured that was worth a review, good job Herbery!

113. They had a decent blue dream that the bud tender was really pushing on me. It was going well untethered told me it was 17$a gram WHAT!!! I asked about pre rolls he said 18$ WHAT!!! Then he said he would do me a favor and sell me the gram for 17$ and give me a paper for free. That’s a deal. I left. I will not be returning to this location.

119. Interesting store and vibe. Not quite what I was expecting. This is probably the first place I’ve seen that has a cool clone room design. It wasn’t complete with clones, but it will be once its complete. They mentioned they plan on expanding their medical side.

     The space itself had plenty of room. Nice open lobby and the bud room was quite large. Their selection was quite limited and priced high, but the quality seemed legit. Ultimately, I couldn’t find anything worth spending a few extra dollars for. Leave it to Nectar up the street to always have high quality product for a low price.

     I’m still not a fan of signing my life away, on those forms that require to hold them harmless for everything and promise not to sue…. Lame. It appears about 20% of the dispensaries still do this.

     I do like this store. The location is great. Parking is not so hot, inside presentation was good, product is quality, and there is a Starbucks next to it. I say, coffee and herb all day long

121. The only place I go, it’s the one stop shop. You tell Eric that works there a little bit about what you want/like and he’ll grab the perfect weed for you off the shelf right away. They have a super high quality indicas, sativas, and hybrids and he won’t try to sell you on just the most expensive stuff, but give you the what’s what on all your options and point out the best way to go for your price range. They take their time here and you don’t feel rushed if you wanna open up all the jars and check everything out. This place is like a candy store

131. It is messed up when you look on Leafly compare prices and then go to the dispensary and the price is more. This happen at the Herbary, and I have photos to prove it. When in for flower and the price at the counter is $5.00 more than listed on Leafly, like the old bait and switch…then they blame Leafly? So who is responsible and they should honor the price listed. I wasted my time and gas to go there, what a rip off!

     The quality of the product I’ve gotten here has been consistently good with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff have been welcoming and helpful every time I have visited and it is/will be the first shop I take friends to when they visit from other states.

150. The service here was great other than the one bud tender, Erick waaaaay over selling every strand they had. Prices are typical for dispensary but the quality was lacking. I have been here three times due to location and have been disappointed 2 of the 3 times. This last visit I got some Hell OG and the buds were defiantly the last crumbs and pieces they had. Should have been used as pre rolls at that point. The buds in there display were large nice nugs, what I was sold was dried out bits! Very disappointing, harsh taste burnt the throat type weed. Great setup just wished there product was better… Just because a weed had a high thc score or comes from a great strain line doesn’t mean it was grown, cured, and trim correctly! Average smoker will be happy with this store but the true conaseur will be disappointed.

     Everyone is extremely friendly there and will help you through your decision process. There’s a wonderful display of all strands on the sample counter so you can smell,see,touch without having to ask/bug the person being the counter every time.

     Clean. Professional. Good prices. Good selection. They even have a magnifying light you can use to inspect your selection.

     Only downside is it’s a cash only business,however they do have an ATM inside.

     This is THE BEST place to go.

189. Came in for a couple oil carts for my roommate and I, and a new battery to use as a backup. Ended up getting Golden carts and a Select Battery. I asked several times if they worked together and was told yes.

     Guess what, they don’t. Golden carts only work with Golden batteries.

     I went back and tried to exchange the Golden carts for one that did work with the Select battery and the other batteries I have at home (o.pen vape), they wouldn’t exchange them because the carts “aren’t defective”.

     They weren’t going to exchange anything. I had to get the manager and argue that this wasn’t my mistake since they said they products would work together. They finally exchanged the Select battery for a Golden battery at the same cost. (The Golden battery is $5 more). If I hadn’t had to argue just to get them to do this, I might have given 3 stars.

     Ideally, they should have let me exchange the Golden carts for carts that work with my other batteries. Now my roommate and I have to share a battery until we get carts that work with our other batteries.

     If they told me the Golden carts wouldn’t work with the Select battery, I would understand their hesitation. However, since this was their mistake, they should have handled this differently.

     Will not be going back.

I work near the airport and I used to live in SE, as well ass Beaverton so I have been in quite a few dispensaries. I can honestly this is my favorite, by a long shot. Just has a super awesome vibe. Cozy, everyone is incredibly nice and helpful… The lovely Ms. Jensen (Coloradoooo!!) And Eric the BA mutha that seriously knows his trade!! Great guy to gain some knowledge from. They are the only two names I know but seriously everyone is super nice! My only reccomendation to the fantastic staff of The Herbary would be to put a ps4 in the lobby lol. Put 4 controllers out and have it aconnected to play some game online. Probably won’t ever hear another wait time complaint. Oh and have dvds of Bob Ross for all other appropriate times.
