1. sadly it’s just not able to keep up with other sources and/or stores in the area. great in a fix, but expect to be ready to pay top shelf prices for mid range quality.

3. I liked it’s obscurity and good prices and the staff has always been very pleasant to me. but as time has passed the quality has dropped significant. stopped coming here as often. hoping someday they’ll make a comeback. you can do it, y’all.

4. Great little spot. Easy access and parking. Wonderful atmosphere with a very polite and knowledgeable staff. I think its a family business. Mango Kush was excellent. Super Lemon Haze was very energetic.

6. Really did not care much for this place. No where to park and very small (kinda reminds me of someone’s dark basement ) The staff was very friendly though! That’s about the only thing good about it! Very tiny selection and not very good quality.

7. Shady looking shop with a guy selling vape parts on a foldout table outside of the door. Cannabis looked extremely low quality and loaded with stems. Bad selection of edibles and extracts. I took all this in stride and decided to give them a chance. I bought a vape pen cartridge which stopped working 2 days later. When I went to return it the lady working told me shortly “no returns” and pointed at a sign on the wall detailing store policy. This is not common practice at most dispensaries in the Portland area. I have returned multiple cartridges to other stores with zero problem (most dispensaries will tell you to keep the packaging just in case it doesn’t work and you have to return it). In terms of product, price, decor, and customer service This shop is hands down the worst I have seen so far in Oregon. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on cannabis products elsewhere.

8. This by far has to be one of the worst dispensaries I have been too. I am a medical patient who enjoys flower. I was severely disappointed with not only the selection of flower but the display method. I went to open one of the display containers and spell the flower and all I could smell was tobacco. Most of the other containers smelled like they were previously used for spices. Come on people you can’t even spend $1.00 per container from the dollar tree. Then on to their prices. What a joke? I asked for a pricing and the store owner indicated the price per gram was the only price they have. She indicated she could not give any quantity pricing because she would not make any money. Well thats funny every other dispensary in Portland Metro area gives a quantity discount. Flower was poorly trimmed. Looked like a 5 year old handled. End of my rant. I WILL 100% NOT REVISIT THIS LOCATION NOR WILL I RECOMMEND TO ANY OF MY MEDICAL OR RECREATIONAL SMOKING FRIENDS!!!!!

9. Crazy large selection and great quality of your buds. (They must have good growers) This place is not at all commercialized.This store rocks. I can’t wait until Oregon opens up extracts for the general public. You guys are doing something right if you can make me a long term customer. I recommend checking this store out.

10. This spot is pretty bad compared to other shops in the metro area. Not a visually pleasing set up. The flower quality is poor especially for the price on some strains. The Budtenders were very nice but had little knowledge of the products and were not medical patients themselves so they really had no clue about the oils or edibles. For medical patients I wouldn’t recommend this spot for good medicine. Too many good medical dispensaries out there to be shopping here.

12. Unfortunately the best thing I can say about this store is they have a nice staff. The buds are sub par and over priced. I have also had them make math errors more than once. It’s also in an unfortunate location.

13. My go to local spot. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the product is quality. Decent selection. Parking kinda sucks but I actually like the “under the bridge” vibe. And who cares if the quality of product is there, which it is.

15. The quality here is non existent. Worst flower I’ve seen for sale in all dispensaries statewide. Brown, outdoor, b grade, and way overpriced for what’s offered.

16. I’m always a little on the fence about this place– Everyone talks about the bud being slightly lower quality than most places around, I found that to be true too. But the big note on that is that the prices are incredibly fair. Just down the road I can get a prettier bud for $16 a gram but that’s an insane price to pay for something that used to be $6 per gram just a couple of years ago. You’d find that same strain here for maybe $10. The prices and friendly staff make things affordable and easy. I used to have medical but lapsed this year because I couldn’t deal with the $400+ you have to pay per year to renew. So the tax hike really gouged me when finding good medicine. Coming here, their recreation prices are so reasonable that I don’t mind the slightly less quality in the bud. I do wish they’d pick out those stems though.

I have never had a problem with this place I’ve always gotten just what I asked for never once was the staff rude or vulgar (like a few places I’ve been to) damn good prices for 1/8’s and single grams and I’ve only been here a handful of times (so far) but I’ll definitely keep coming back hell even the $15 shake I had was the bombdiggity keep up the good work guys

18. First time in I wasn’t sure what to think, but after entering I realised this is an awesomely unique shop. ” A diamond in the rough”. Among the high priced outfits out there, this facility has managed to keep their prices much lower than most for excellent quality (dawgwalker, slhaze, Sky goo), great selection, their atmosphere pleasant, and their staff professional and courteous. Well done to the staff for being so knowledgeable and accommodating my wants. I would highly recommend this place, product, and staff to all for their professional family ran business and their sweet Portland vibe! I will be a regular customer. Cheers!

20. I love the staff here. They always make my day better when I see their friendly faces. They have a great selection of WHO? cartridges with a huge selection. Always extremely cheap prices for great bud. The owner has to be one of the nicest people ever.

This is the closest place to where I live, so despite its decidedly ramshackle outside appearance, and the fact that it was on the same block where I’ve often seen sheriff department cars and deputies responding to calls in some of the multi-family residences, I decided to see what it was like. Inside to the right is what appeared to be a deconstructed wooden something or other. On the left is a foot-square window and two chairs against the wall. You show you ID at the window and gain entry. I was greeted by a friendly man, David I think, one of the owners all of which have the same last name (so presumably this is a family operation). This is about as non-pretentious a pot store you are likely to visit. About 10 by 12 feet inside, two or three glass display cases with probably half or less of the varieties in the typical Portland store.

    I explained to David that I’d been invited to a Thanksgiving gathering and wanted to bring something that might be new for the youngsters there (those in their 30’s and 40’s) and that they like (yeah, I’m old enough to have lived incarcerated through the time when an ounce of pot could get you sentenced to 20 years in Oklahoma).

    He suggested Dawg Walker (Hybrid-Indica Dominate, THC-29.8%, CBD 0.08%). I’d been vaping the classic Jack Herer ( 19.68% THC) and never tried anything with this much THC. I vaped a 50/50 mix of the two and spend two hours in a pleasant haze listening to music and watching the colors on the TV oblivious to the content. It was an altogether relaxing and pleasant experience – next will try the 100% Dawg Walker…

22. Not a very clean shop. Highly disappointed with the quality of flowers available. Very high prices for their top shelf, which would be lower middle shelf at most shops. Friendly bud tender. Walked out without purchasing anything, which is a first. Won’t be back & would be surprised if this place is still open in a few months.

23. I purchased a vape pin. Used it, plugged it in would not hold a charge. Returned to the dispensary the next day. The gentleman checked out the vape pen said yes it was true it was not working correct, yet the bad part was that I had to leave & return another day when the manager was present. On my 3rd visit to return it the manager asked just how I used it? Then I was told I overcharged it. ( I have owned a few of these pens, overcharging has never been an issue. I now will take note as to charging times.)
    I will admit this brothered me greatly, and I said forget it and walked out. After walking out I collected myself and returned 2 seconds later and apologized the the manager aEURoeI am sorryaEUR his reply to me was aEURoeno your notaEUR
    Upon his unwillingness to forgive me, I exited the premises.
    I have used this dispensary a number of times, I will not return nor recommend this dispensary to anyone.

    Customer service was disappointing.

24. Pretty scraggly weed.
    Overpriced for what you’re getting.
    One joint I bought didn’t even get me high and there was 24.03 THC in it.
    So yeah its crap weed. Crappy service especially when there’s only one budtender and 5 people waiting in the waiting room. Hire better staff.
    And its pretty boring in there.
    Not much for atmosphere.
    Probably will never go back because as an OMMP patient I expect better than this.

26. The budtenders are great, but that is the only good thing about this store. The flower is low quality and the location is sketchy with a weird maze of an entrance.

27. I was in the area and decided to stop in tonight for the first time. The prices were a little higher than what I pay but I don’t think they were overpriced.

    The marijuana was pretty much the same as found in the general area (the strain I got was good but not excellent) but what stuck out to me was the exceptional service. The tenders were extremely friendly and helpful! I would come back anytime just because the staff was so great.

    If your looking for a little guidance on what strain is best for you then you won’t be disappointed.

    I would most certainly recommend 🙂

28. great place with really good deals and super knowledgeable staff. Parking is a bitch and the building is old and a bit run down but none of this affects the quality of the product or service which is top notch!

    they were very disorganized and break apart your flower if its like .2 over very stingy. many other places will give you the bug instead of breaking it up. small selection too.

33. I LOVE this place! It’s a little dispensary with a family feel in an extremely convenient location! They have these big lit signs out front that make it very noticeable when driving down 99 and it’s on a very accessible street so there’s no hassle to get there! Everyone working there is very friendly and always greets with a hello and a smile. Along with that there’s no problem waiting to be helped because they have up to date magazines out in the waiting room (and the smell of the product that comes through the door is amazing which makes sitting there very relaxing. All in all, I love this place, I recommend it to everyone I meet. 10 out of 10!

38. I went in for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. They seemed very knowledgeable about their products and the effects and gave me a great recommendation.

39. A little weird when you first walk in. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Bud was nice. Prices reasonable. Overall decent experience. Definitely doesn’t have the “glitz” of some other places which isn’t a tragedy.

40. Location is what it is and can be challenging but I like flavor, character and those who can make work with what they have. So, in saying as much, if your a pretentious hipster, concerned about the “ambiance”, or parking your full-length NPR sponsored Subaru this isn’t ya place (disclaimer: it’s a joke, I love NPR and Subaru). As an individual who values a warming welcome, amazing people and great conversation, Top Hat is my new spot!!! The quality of flower, dialogue and customer service was beyond anything I have experienced in the past as well as an incentive to become a loyal customer. Btw… that pre-rolled Mango Kush, WOW and for $5.00, THANK YOU and see you again soon.
