84. I only recently found this dispensary when I saw them running a holiday special on Leafly. I drove there from my home in Florence, just to check them out. My first visit was essentially for p/u, however. The young man who waited on me was so kind and bumped my first time special to my second visit, as my full purchase were all BOGOs. What stood out about this place was how very friendly the staff was, even despite it being a madhouse in the lobby at the time.

    My second visit was today…again for BOGOs. I was waited on by Greg, who was incredibly knowledgeable about strains and products, as well as on new medical findings regarding cannabis. I wanted something in the order swapped out after he had just added everything up and printed out the stickers, and was afraid to ask, as I ordered a lot of product. But Greg was happy to re-do the order for me, and was so kind and courteous, even when he had to ring up my large order again. It was also nice to hear from a budtender how medical cannabis benefited them, and it’s comforting to know that your budtender can relate.

    I felt like I was treated like family. Even the security guards are helpful and so friendly. This place runs some amazing BOGOs!! I think this may have become one of my top three favorite dispensaries, based on product quality, service and price. This place is worth the 75 minute drive from my home. Thank you!

If im not mistaken. She made my experience a great one because she made recommendations for what I needed and I was not disappointed. I got a couple different 8ths and both were amazing! I don’t know why I didn’t come sooner. I guess they are also under new management with a name, and a bunch of my friends told me about it, so that’s why I checked it out and I will definitely be back. 😉

127. My first time visiting, staff was very friendly. I got back very quickly. I got a 1/4 of snowdawg and a 1/4 of cherry skunk. These were priced at the lowest tier, but it’s been a struggle to even finish them because they have such subtle effects. I will have to try their top tier to find an acceptable quality, but it may be a while before I try again.

They go above and beyond the call of what there scope of requirements are. So much so I’m disappointed when I go to other places. I went in today to metro meds for a $65 ounce…later on this evening (bout an hour ago) I went and got bag and went to put my medicine (flower) into the cintainer that i like to keep it in (because if the way it fits in my safe box that locks w/a key) and i noticed that one container was full and the other was only about half full….(I hadnt touched it yet bag was still stapled and everything) so i weighed it out (which i have NEVER done from ANY dispensary) and to my shocking surprise its 19.6 grams! An ounce is 28 grams people! So A) I paid for an ounce got 3/4 of an ounce B) its docked already on my allotment C) the chick that “helped” me was ADVISOR K OR KATIE….(mu receipt for my cbd gummies says advisor k my container label sats advisor Katie) the chick the dealt with me at the counter was not the same chick who weighed out my medicine….now they already closed AND i have to drive 45 min at least to get there from where I live! I just might NEVER go back there again if they dont make this right! (which sucks because I really like their deals. But my hysband and I (hes a medical patient too) are super pissed customers! LIKE so pissed! my 2nd time visit!

372. We drove all the way out from East Mesa to visit this shop for the first time yesterday. We arrived 10 minutes early. When we drove up, there was a line of employees and customers sitting outside. Apparently the key-holding manager didn’t make it, so we were all stuck outside. One of the workers called and the owner showed up to let all 12 customers in. It was only about 15 minutes after their opening time. Being a first time customer, I was a little bothered by this and the example being set. Despite all that, they did a great job once we got in and kept the customers happy. The owner didn’t just open and leave, but stayed behind the counters to help. That was awesome. He came by personally to apologize and tell me he was sorry. Gave me a free pre-roll and moved on to the next customer. The bud tender was so gentle and sweet. In the end, they made it right and the owner took charge and showed face.      There are several stations for interaction with MetroMeds budmasters. The stations present plastic boxes of weed that you can handle. The boxes have a perforated vent so that you can smell the sample, and a built in magnifying glass to visually inspect it.
     A large selection of edibles is displayed behind the stations, and there are lots of pipes and bongs for sale as well.
     The budmasters are knowledgeable and helpful. The whole setup is clean, professional, organized and safe.

I wish I could tell you his name, but I didn’t bother to learn it. Overall, good for a first time patient special but that’s it.      The quality is a 2 because I bought edibles which had no effect at all.
     I had just obtained my medical card that day. I waited all day until I could finally get a chance. Yes I was very inquisitive when I got there but I had spent 2 weeks researching BHOs, Non Sols, & which cartridges were my best option. I came in looking for Vegan Buddha or Timeless. I will say it was not Rozies’ fault (bud tenders name) also I did not know you guys were such a quaint spot. The parking lot was so packed my girl had to go across the other side to park. I mean it was my first ever dispensary visit that I had ever been to. I was rushed I will say that. Yo to be honest, I didn’t even get my hybrids or Sativas. This visit was not a waste of my time either, I learn of Drip from bud consualtant.
     Sadly the deals we drove out for weren’t as great as I thought though. The same night I found two dispensaries that were selling Drip for 5.00 dollars less. I paid for blackberry,punch,Louie, $45.00 x 5. for my Drip carts. After that I explained I was looking for really strong high energy edibles. I bought infusion gummies and let’s just say 4 gummies at once did nothing for me. I feel like yo I paid something silly $22.50 for gummie worm snakes that I could get in the hood back east on a 2 for 1 rack. Seriously debating on keeping this as a loss, learning, or giving this place another chance. Lastly, I did get an email back pretty fast about questions I had in regards to Drip.

I’m used to Lunar Nugs that are sticky and hard to smoke. These were like kiefed up buds dry and burned up super quick. What a waste of $$ for what seems like just high grade weed. Reloading bowl after bowl because it burns up in one puff. I’ll trust the shops attached to a warehouse in the hood. At least they know how to make decent moon rocks elsewhere.

700. I will say this for the few times I have been there I’ve had wonderful service with the staff. Until I met the one short fused guy who seemed as if he hated his job. Everyone else is laided back but that guy wasn’t pleasant at all. I hate being rushed. I spend a lot of money there every time I go and that time I almost couldn’t spend anything. Then a short time after that I decided to try out the pre-order online. When I got there to do my pick up the girl at the window tried to give me a price that was $20 more then it should have been. So I questioned it and she told me I was wrong. I had to go out to my car grab my phone and show my order to her. She claim it was almost $15 tax I was being charged. I refused to pay till she put the order in again. She then said it was an error with the system however looking the the receipt and my order she put the wrong things on it so she had to start over again. Instead of her apologizing for the issue she place blame on me and everyone else including the system. That is unprofessional! On top of it all I got dry untrimmed flower in that order but I was too upset to go back in and make a fuss. I was completely unhappy with that. Now I have trust issue with pre-orders. I will continue to go there because I have had more good experiences then bad. I give chances and they do have great deals. My intention here is to inform you of these issue so you can work on that. Over all I would recommend this place. I had a great experience yesterday. The girl I worked with was very informative and patient. Thank you for that.

     I was a NP, didn’t get greeted, helped my self to a clipboard as i set down my ID and mmj card. another NP comes in after me, and she gets taken back before i do. I originally came in cause of their NPS BOGO deal I saw on leafly saying BOGO for 1 gram 8th or a quarter. DID NOT SAY FLOWER ONLY (wish i could attach a picture) so when i got back there I was innitally disappointed because i dont smoke flower really but brushed it off cause it had been 25 minutes and i needed to go to school. (As well as the women who took me back didnt even looked like she worked there. and offered me no tour.) I asked if i bought a gram of shatter($44-50) if they could give me a free 8th ($28-42) they were not willing to work with me at all, so i left with nothing. I dont think it was unreasonable request and if they are gonna let someone drive all the way to their store and leave with nothing because THEIR advertisement was misleading, pretty crappy. MANY MANY places have said ‘flower only’ those words would have saved me a lot of time and headache. not to mention i wasn’t able to get anything until the next day because my school didn’t end until 10pm. I will not go back to this place.

Place was pretty clean, had to wait per usual however I keep seeing one or two people leave and no one in the lobby was being called. I was finally able to get in and see some product. Thin Mint and Green Crack looked amazing. I didn’t see thin mint on the menu so I recommend stopping in to see what is on the menu if you are nearby. Customer service was ok. they promoted prerolls but didn’t sell any. Not sure if they ran out for the promotion or don’t sell them at all.

My bf who also has his card and I went through the whole oz in less than 3 days just trying to feel something. It was harsh & made you cough like crazy but not in a good way. Like too many other valley dispensaries, the timing and accuracy of their text or email blasts, sucks. Nothing like receiving a message about a deal, hauling ass across town on Christmas day, only to find that the special that had prompted your patronage ended when supplies ran out the day before you were even notified about the sale. I’ll return to this dispensary when I get my hands on a functional time machine, until then I’ve heard these same complaints from others far too many times. Save the bait-and-switch tactics for the teenagers because for many of us, the hours we spend searching for affordable, quality meds are hours we aren’t necessarily guaranteed.

Got the Gorilla Glue and the Lake of Fire. The Lake of Fire smelled like fresh cut grass, as if it wasn’t dried properly before the cure process began. My budtender did not seem all that knowledgeable and made no suggestions. If I were new to cannabis, I would have been extremely let down by the lack of knowledge from the budtender. He assured me that the Lake of Fire would not taste like it smelled. And of course it did. I already knew it would, but really wanted to try this strain, so I got it anyway. Gorilla Glue was tasty and stinky… but pretty light for me. I will give them another shot, but wasn’t floored as a first time patient there.

THE WORST PART is that they weigh out their stuff and throw it in a crappy tube. I have my own digital scale at home and was sceptical about the amount I was given. I bought a quarter which is 7 grams and weighed it at home and it came out to 6.3. I was cheated out of more than half a gram! The strain I bought was Bruce banner. Good strain but terrible service. I am sad to say that I will never come back here again.

Now I drive 5 hours round trip once a month for my meds from a severe car accident I had years ago. I emailed metro meds when I found I was short. I did get a response from someone named Jamie, who said they would have a manager call me. I didn’t get a call. Wednesday I emailed again and again the email I got said “Did you not get a call?” that was the totality of the message. I still have no reply to my emails since then. I am a upset customer and patient and I really didn’t want to have to post about this, it should be an easy fix. I love their products and prices but a little appreciation goes a long way.       This is how a dispensary should he ran and the type of product it should carry. Although I didn’t purchase any of the lower tiers I did look at all of them and have to say they look very good as well . Some had more terpenes than others but all looked very nice and had nice sized nugs.

      Now on to the bud tenders. They are pleasant and fast . The only thing I’d recommend is for them to weigh your product at the station vs having to call out what you order for someone to weigh for them. Even though I wasn’t rushed and looked at all the strains I was still out of there in around 5 minutes and from the time I arrived till I was back in my car was slightly over 15 minutes . This is a must go to location ! just don’t buy up all the blue dream please lol

1599. Very OPEN atmosphere, I felt welcome and appreciated. The Tenders are very helpful and speak clearly so even us hard of hearing can understand.. that’s a HUGE issues with other dispensaries I’ve visited. I will be a regular.

1620. I think this location is wonderful. The atmosphere is great. I’ve had nothing but good vibes and smiles from the staff. Not to mention the coffee is the best in town. I have been to most of the bud tenders and they all have been wonderful. This is my home dispensary.

1623. damn i bought a ounce of lemon cake and i got over 100-200 premature and full seeds in my entire pack…EVERY SINGLE BUD WAS FULL OF SEEDS…unnacceptable i can even bring them in lol i literally had to pick through the buds i would’ve never realized this if i used a grinder good thing i only use my hands…. THIS IS CRAZY 🙁

1630. I truly have a few favs and they are one of them. For instance i can appreciate that they let you know when any flower may be lightly seeded. This shows to me they care about the quality of products their customers purchases and aim to satisfy. Also it’s awesome how they help in the community.
