19. What great costumer service! I had an issue while singing up so I gave them a call. The guy who answered the phone, Dillon i believe, Was able to help we out in jsut a few minutes and I had my meds within an hour and a half without dealing with traffic!

22. Super quick and simple, got a text saying order was approved short time later I got another text saying it was on its way. Wasn’t sure if I was still going to be home so I called Supurb to for E.T.A they said the drivers route says within a few minutes and next thing I know I’m getting a call from my driver saying they were here. A+ patient care and customer service.

23. Supurb has been great to use. I’m really liking Muv for their rotating deals. I’ve been happy with everything I’ve gotten from them. Today I ordered 2 new vape batteries for delivery and only 1 came. Before I contacted them about it, they called me and are sending the other one out. Great service, quick and painless!

40. Just moved out here from California so I’m pretty keen on the delivery game. But this is one of the cleanest most simple services I’ve ever used! Takes a few minutes to get approved then your good to go.

42. I have been using this service for a few months and it has been convenient. Today however the order had take over and hour just to go from being processed to going with the delivery driver. I tried to call Supurb and ask about this and was greeted by a voicemail. Eventually I did get the text and 2 hours after I had ordered the driver Bryan had called and asked for directions. I merely asked where was he was as I had not fully understood what he said and he took and attitude with me and asked if I wanted him to just cancle the order. I could not believe he reacted that way over a question. I will no longer be using this service due to this.

45. i tried supurb acouple months ago and had to order more to reach free delivery but since then theyve added muv dispensary which has 30% muv stuff (crumble half gram = $10.50 DELIVERED!!) on mondays…. pretty cheap for the quality and convenience. GLAD I CAME BACK!

55. Love using this when I’m stuck somewhere without a ride but more importantly when I’m out of bud. Their always on time, friendly, and have quality products.

56. was hesitant at first but super simple and easy to use. Depending on where I am, work, school or at home Supurb finds me the closest dispensary and yes, they do deliver.

59. I wasn’t feeling well and ran out. Signed up real quick online, approved in about 5 minutes or less whatever it was it was fast, made my order, delivery was a little slower than I expected but no big deal to me. One of my items wasn’t available so the bud-tender called and decided on a different item that turned out to be rad. The delivery guy was nice. My order was correct. The items so far are all good quality. For sure I’ll use this service again.

60. Site seems nicely designed, but a little laggy on mobile. Got approved the next day, even though I registered at 6 in the afternoon. It advertises and mentions in their faq that it should take minutes. I tried chatting to see what the hold up was (on the day I registered) and they didn’t even respond till the next day either, and I had already gotten approved, so all late! Tried ordering something today, got packaged in minutes, but kept being packaged for the next hour. By which time I decided to cancel. I work overnight and go to school in the morning. After school I have a limited amount of time to go to sleep then wake up at 8 in the night to go to work. This service will need to work on timing across the board and getting drivers to truly be an on demand delivery service. The wait for the delivery wouldn’t have been an issue if I wasn’t so busy, but whichever way it was inconvenient when I could of just done a Leafly pick up like I usually do.

67. Heard about Supurb, signed up and never used it. Checked my email yesterday and saw an email featuring a daily deal for BOGO 8th. Ordered my first delivery and and kicking myself for not using it sooner. Saved me time, money, gas and all the anxiety of getting pulled over on my way home from the dispensary like usual. Will be using this again and recommending to friends!
