The first day you could tell there were a lot of kinks to work out. Took a long time to get what you needed, but the quality of the product is good and the staff was friendly. I fully anticipate they only get better from here. Overall a good experience.
I think this is a joke. what government facility is only open for 6 hours a day? I mean at least eight at least. last sale has to be at 6 that’s the same thing for every store but except stores close at six people were inside shopping so get that make a purchase. in hours between 12 and 6 I mean are they too much of stoners to open up any earlier like normal Americans in six I drive over an hour to get here do they not consider the fact that I’ll be stuck in 3 hours of rush hour traffic through the heart of Akron? this place is a joke and needs to be set up better. any normal pharmacy is open at about 7:30 a.m. and doesn’t close until at least 9 a.m. because they know that their patients have to work for a living. unfortunately this is one of the only few that are open but just needs to change or I do not see this being the number one place to go. more like a last resort
Overall a nice experience.
Yes, pricey, but quite sure prices will drop once more product is available and more dispensaries are open.

The physical store and the people working there are great. It is a beautiful store and the people are unbelievably helpful even dealing with all the craziness of the launch pf the program. Ohio of course pulled an Ohio and screwed up the entire program. $50 for 1/10th for every strain is absurd. Who would ever pay $500 for an ounce? Other stated are pulling in millions of dollars from medical sales and good old Ohio is making virtually nothing so far. I won’t be visiting this or any other dispensary in Ohio until the prices drop and the selection grows.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I drove from Columbus since it was the closest one open to me. only negative was long lines.
Very nice and friendly staff, went around 1pm and took leas the. 30 minutes to get through the whole process. Bud was good but the price was high for the quality, i expected this however because it was the aEURoefirst batchaEUR. Excited for edibles and oils
The Ohio program is a complete failure do not give you are money to these dispensers. Patients go to Michigan you will find true relief at a reasonable price.
Nice little shop. Still working out some operational snags (long patient check-in lines, products not listed in point of sale, etc), but staff support and friendliness exceeded expectations.

Things I like:
~Great and safe feeling outside of the city location (other dispensary locations are in a not so good part of a city)
~Friendly and knowledgeable staff
~Professional and beautiful store appearance
Things needing improvement (I’ll quickly assert, some of these things are controlled by the state and not the fault of the dispensary. I don’t know which).
~Price is quite high, about double the street price (I think this is regulated by the state).
~There are a lot of customers in the store or lined up outside who are forced to pay cash. It would be good to see some more obvious signs of security officers. It’s not unsafe, it’s more a feeling of unease by me as a customer in line.
Last, two things the store could improve upon are the short hours of operation and a more open communication of their product/pricing. At present, Canton is the only dispensary in operation for hours around. Being open into the evening, like until 8 or 9pm, would be a great way to reduce the lines and to help those who work during the day. Showing prices and varieties on a website would be helpful.
Overall, a very good experience.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. Signing up didn’t take long and wait times were no more than ten minutes once inside the store itself. I’m pretty new to handling cannabis flower, but it seems to be of high quality. Definitely potent. My small complaint is that they were sold out of vaporizers, though one employee gave me the address of a nearby store selling herb vaporizers. My BIG complaint is that bud here is crazy expensive. $50 for 2.83 grams, which is the only quantity in which they sell. Hopefully the overpricing will change once more dispensaries open in the area. Canton is almost an hour drive for me, but with the limited options, it is worth the trip for now.
Super friendly. My bud tender (sorry I forgot her name) was so nice, extremely helpful. Her recommendations were spot on for what I need. It’s definitely worth the over hour drive!

A nice clean place however much too loud for the ill. After waiting on line 2.5 hours I was lead into the store to be swamped with loud music, a multitude of voices and echo. Instant migraine ! Not good. Turn down the TV and tunes and get some noise buffers we are sick after all or we would not be there.
It depends on who you get as far as the staff goes
The quality, is, ok
The prices are gouging
They push you through when busy
Spend toooooooooo much time with new patients, who end up eithier not buying or qualifying
Are not treating customers like 50 more dispensaries are opening soon. The first few days they discounted the meds, but they can’t do that now?
I recommend driving to Michigan, if unable, and are forced to go here, make sure they understand your dis satisfaction
I’d be more impressed with a streamlined process, than with plastic plants…

I think you can blame the state of Ohio for so long, then you have to wonder maybe it’s not the state?
The customer service and speed are great! They keep getting better with each visit, and their menu is expanding nicely. The reason the prices are so high and why they can’t post a menu is due to the continual early stages of the Ohio Medical Marijuana program.
Love this place, I have made a few trips there since they opened and I can say the lines are not so long anymore in my experience. The last two times I went I was in and out. I suppose this is because they opened some new stores recently. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The main down side is the prices are terrible. The only other thing is nothing but flower is sold right now until March 1st I was told. I noticed the menu keeps shrinking, hopefully there will not be a drought soon.
Was here on opening day, while there was a ton of people trying to get their medicine. While a little overwhelmed by how many people there were, I think they handled it really well.
You could tell they were doing everything they could to help as many people as they could in one day.
The staff here was very knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. Will definitely be back.
I went for the first time on a Saturday and it was jammed full. I was told that all that I needed was the print out from the state. Not true, when I finally got to register, they couldn’t scan the print out, so they asked for the dr’s name. It was in my car. I had to go get it and go to the end of the line which was even longer than the first time. They could have given a head of the line pass for the 2 minutes that it took. Very frustrating
after reading about the high prices….I will continue to drive to Ann Arbor. its only 45 mins longer drive. Quantity and price are much more reasonable.
The facility is very nice, however it took almost an hour for waiting in line. As for the pricing, it’s 48-50$ for just 2.83g not even close to an 8th. As for the prices they should drop. It’s just because this is all new and all you can buy is 1/10th of an ounce which is 2.83g. For edibles, oils, and tinctures, they won’t be able until March or April. Overall it’s a great environment just very pricey.
Once you make it past the waiting lounge it’s super impressive.

They are not going to put up a menu because if you were to see these prices you would not drive out of your way to get robbed of your hard earned money. The owner has plenty of time to respond to people that give good reviews but can’t take a day to set up anything online. It would speed things up for everybody if you would just properly update your menus so people don’t have to waste time finding out everything when they get there.
Beautiful facility, the employees were a pleasure to deal with and the product quality is top notch. You can tell a lot of love went into these plants. Im looking forward to going back and reccomend this dispensary to anyone wants a true high end experience. Thank you!
I visited on opening day. As everyone knows yes the wait was long, but to be expected. The staff did everything they could to try and take care of the patients. Now the for the product. The quality of the buckeye Relief meds was fantastic! The lemon dosi is probably my new favorite strain. Thank you for the great service and product. I will definitely be back. look forward to checking out the Akron location wen it opens.
