At Ultra Health, it is our mission to provide safe, high-quality, reliable, affordable medical grade cannabis to our patients. Our high-quality medical grade cannabis is grown in a state-of-the-art greenhouse located in Bernalillo, NM.

Great. Lots of help and knowledgeable staff. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The staff is UNBELIEVABLEY RUDE…They know they got you by the balls because you need the medicine, and they always treat the patients like the dispensers needs protection against THEM and not the other way around. Today I was kneeling down to look at some product with one finger on the counter, and the disgusting nasty SALES CLERK ( Emphasis on sales clerk) rudely tells me not to lean on it as if I was standing up putting all my weight on the counter as if I was about to topple the whole thing. I held my tounge about being specially trained working for the military, I have beyond normal and highly advance motor skills and cognitive function…that counter wasn’t going anywhere and I’m insulted that she found a reason to be rude to me, cause it seems like that’s what she’s looking for. If I didn’t need to go there for my medicine, I would never show my face in that dump again…which is illegal to do to someone cause I have no other choice. If they ever make me feel like they aren’t willing to dispense my medication…I will not only press criminal charges, I will sue. They also need to be keenly aware they are NOT better than people, I’ve had WAAAAAAAYYYY more important jobs than them so get off you high horses and learn to treat people with dignity.

I’m not sure if I will go back.14 bucks a gram is to expensive for unflushed and uncured bud!.The medicine is inconsistent.You would think a company this big would have top notch growers but the medicine is crap.part of growing is also flushing and curing the bud it’s a waste time growing it then rushing it to the patients unflushed and uncured.maybe you need new growers or tell the ones there to step up there game!!!.
I liked it here! The location is ideal. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Feeling comfortable is important to me and I feel that at Ultra Health. I’m never disappointed with any of the strains and enjoy the convenience of the pre-rolls. I’ll stop in again next time I’m in town!

The bud here is way overpriced and not properly flushed cured or trimmed. I got more leaf than bud from here and even got a rope/string(looked like the string from home depot) that was tied around the stem. Edibles here aren’t very good either, the candy was melted into one huge chunk. Wax had a few air pockets as well. The worst part here is the atmosphere, there was no one up front except a few customers who felt like cussing at each other. I felt like a fight was going to break out. Next the person who did show up just slide me the usually paperwork and walked off. I finished it and waited about 15min for her to return. I personally will not come back to any ultrahealth location, since ABQ location seemed to be just as rude.
Went here for the first time the other day and will not be returning. Walked in and was not greeted so I handed them my card and told them I was new. Got a cheesy gift bag. They had not updated the menu and were out of almost every strain I was interested in. I chose a strain and when she weighed it out it was half shake and tiny buds. When I mentioned the quality for the price she was charging she got a major attitude. Poor customer service combined with mediocre flower means I will not recommend.
