Wow what an amazing dispensary, we first visited this dispensary on 06/16/17 we were very happy with the knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff that took the time to understand my wife’s needs which makes for a much nicer individual service. We have been back 8 times and have never had a disappointing visit. She is happy with flower product that Verdes is producing. And if they are out of her favorite flower, they bend over backwards to get her taken care of. We enjoy the news letter, so be sure sign up for it. And try Honey Bananas or Harle-Tsu to start your day and for lunch check out long bottom leaf, finish off your day with a little Rare Darkness.

3. Best medicine in town! Great location and atmosphere. Renea is a great manager. Joan and the rest of the customer service staff are simply the best! They offer fresh tea and coffee everyday and are more accommodating than most of the dispensaries in the area. I would ignore the review underneath me. They must just be salty because all the staff here are always outstanding! I definitely recommend this place hands down!!

4. A staff member who is in a position that deals with a patient’s emotional well being caused a deterioration in his health by her interaction with him. This is a unique field and needs to center around the physical and mental health of the people they are serving.

5. I love this dispensary! I had the BEST first-time experience at the Rio Rancho location, with a really sweet and informative blonde woman who walked me through the strains available and their prices. I think her name was Christiana but what I do remember is how amazing and helpful she was my first visit! Totally safe, clean atmosphere but also laid back. I visit this dispensary on the weekends and the Albuquerque location to catch my favorite employee during the week! I would rate this the best in town because of her, she’s great and so patient.

6. Love the location, and it has high quality items. Their edibles are delicious and their staff is knowledgeable in what they are selling. It makes me happy when I see them bust out a book to double check themselves!

   I used to be a Minvera regular, but the location and the staff has won me over.

12. The entire staff is very friendly and takes the right amount of time to help. I can always ask many questions and get great answers to my medical specific needs. The overall selection of quality bud is never short of amazing (Except on sale days or following!). The THC levels can be the highest in the area from my experiences which makes the price worth it even when not on sale!

15. Love this place! Glad they opened one closer to me. The other one was kine of far and I would make the trip all the time and now I’m super happy this one is here I always come here now. staff is super friendly and they remember who you are and what you need and like. When they get new stuff you might like they let you know but are not pushy. Awesome e I recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a good experience!

17. Verdes has something special that makes it not just my favorite dispensary, but one of my all-time favorite places of business.

    I consistently walk out of Verdes with a smile on my face aEUR” and not just because I bought some weed. The employees seem to be happy while working, and are consistently friendly and pleasant to chat with (in an authentic way, not a more typical aEURoeplastic-smile customer serviceaEUR kind of way).

    They’re knowledgeable about everything I’ve ever needed to ask about, and have gone out of their way to exchange purchases I had minor issues with, on more than one occasion.

    The atmosphere is clean and professional, with no trace of a seedy head-shop vibe to be found.

    Oh, and yes, the cannabis products are very high quality. The THC levels of Verdes’ flowers are consistently among the highest (if not THE highest) in the area, and when you take that into account the prices are very reasonable. There’s even a stamp-card reward program to encourage repeat visits.

    I’ve never had a bad experience with other area dispensaries, but visiting Verdes is like a really great trip to an Apple Store. Top marks for making a visit to the local dispensary more than just a weed run, but a great experience.

21. Will not visit again. The prepackaged flower did not weigh and was heavy in stem. I sent email indicating my displeasure and no response. I called and was told somebody would get back to me. Never happened. I’m on disability, a vet and with limited transportation options for now and cannot afford to waste medicine money. It’s too bad because the counter staff was excellent and the facilities seemed okay. However I would not recommend at this time.

26. This was my first time shopping in NM. I spoke with a very knowledgeable man (who’s name escapes me at the moment.) I took a couple pre-rolls and a couple grams to try out, and a salve for my free sign up bennie. I love the Boy Scout Cookie. Wish I’d gotten more. Will be looking for its return. Great shop. They have a very balanced approach, a nurse on staff, open and friendly.

29. This dispensary is a prime example of how a shop should look and operate. I was greeted when I walked through the door. I spoke with Colby and he was most helpful. He listed to what I needed and then gave recommendations for my pain management. The variety was outstanding, the shop was clean and tidy. I will definitely be shopping here for medical cannabis needs.

30. Centrally located in Rio Rancho. Plenty of parking at their facility as well as the surrounding area. Great store set up with a mega tv screen posting the day’s flavors and inventory. Staff (Laurie) was super helpful with the new patient sign up. Received my card the other day and immediately came to the Westside Verdes for the quality of their buds. Got my free pre roll of Kryptonite (Indica) for signing up then 2gr of the Skunk 1 for purchase. I was in and out the door quickly. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
