great atmosphere, only a few draw backs; the lack of stock and the difficulty in determining the flower as far as being a sativa, idica or hybrid.
overall it’s a good staff and nice place.

I’ve been coming to this place for a month now and I must say it’s the best to go to in Las Vegas the staff is great the product is also great if your in Las Vegas you have to stop by make sure you have your recommendation and ID. they also accept out of state patients
I am a first time new patient and this was my first stop due to the awesome first time deal. I was immediately put at ease when I walked in the door. Chris was so helpful and easy to talk to. The waiting area was very clean and visually appealing which I feel is a factor that needs to be thought about in any business.
The process was quick and efficient and I will be returning here for sure.

The atmosphere is very hip and relaxing and always has good music and a great vibe. The display cases are set up really cool and are some of the best I’ve seen in Las Vegas. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Definitely a cool place to check out if your in the area!

I cannot help but be biased in calling my favorite “go to” anytime (open 24 hours a day now!) THRIVE N.W. Las Vegas. Not only are the prices & product top notch but just as importantly, so is their staff. I called one night after 1 am (they have happy hour for the “late night crowd” starting at 1:00 am and ending at 4:00 am-20% off!) and spoke to BRITTNEY. Wow! I have called my fair share of dispensaries before but never have I received such a wealth of information regarding concentrates and the difference between kief, crumble and shatter. Brittney spent time over the phone with me over the phone, answering my questions and chatting. Not once did Brittney sound rushed or put out by my lengthy list of questions and comments! Another outstanding employee who also deserves huge kudos is JACOB. No matter how busy or how long of time since Jacob has seen you, he always remembers your name & face. Their outstanding staff makes me feel like I have come home again. Great work guys!

Excellent location in NLV! First time in and had a wonderful experience as a new patient. Very discreet and professional and knowledgable staff. Gus and Jeremy were more then helpful with decisions on flower and glass pieces. Flower quality was superb and exceeded expectations for a great price especially with the 25% discount for first time patients. The staff was great from walking in the door to leaving everyone was helpful and informative. Brooke was absolutely amazing and the front staff was such a hoot. I continue to be thrilled with Thrive. I had purchased a Yocan concentrate vaporizer, and I couldn’t get it to work. I took it in, and Brianna determined the battery was dead. They were out, but they replaced it with a newer model when they came in! Brianna and a gentleman whose name I don’t remember showed me EXACTLY how to use it. Yes, returning faulty merchandise CAN be a fun experience. I love this place, and I love these people!

There is so much good to say about this new dispensary. Chris met me at the front door and was super pleasant and friendly. He put me right at ease since this was my first visit. He got me through the process fast. Next I met David. I told him what I needed and he made some suggestions well within my budget. I must admit, the Blue Power and Jedi Kush are everything David told me they would be! As I was leaving I met a woman who was impeccably dressed and I knew this was a lady of authority. I commented on the taste of music and she let me know it was her taste. I told Elaine the style playing induced a sense of peace and welcoming. We spoke further and I told her of my purchase. She invited me back again and shared a topical ointment with me. Again, spot on. I will be getting that soon! On the way out everyone acknowledged me again and I felt like a VIP. Thank you, Elaine, David, and Chris!

So far the wait is taking forever. I’m being patient but over 30 minutes is a bit much for not being busy and there’s 2 people in front of me so I’m guessing 45-50 minute wait. There is a lot of staff that is friendly but there seems to be one person ringing up customers. I like dispensaries that get you in and out and this is taking forever. I won’t be coming back.

First time going to a dispensary and have only tried the medication a few times…15+ years ago. My biggest concern was not knowing the culture or what to expect. The people at thrive were super nice, didn’t laugh or smirk at what I’m sure seemed to be very novice questions, and so far I’m pretty pleased with the results from my meds. Will definitely be back.

This place appears to carry Cali greenhouse bud but are literally half the price of other dispensaries plus they have harlequin, and a bunch of good ogs like tk. They have about 20 strains and so far delivery service is such a better value out here. The quality of growing is a little under the competition here but since they have better strains its better for the patient. Thanks!

Drove across vegas for nothing. Listed address on website for commercial isn’t even open. Waited 45 minutes to get to the back. Bud quality was garbage at Cheyenne as well as sold out of anything worth buying. Why spend 45 on .5 gram of wax here when other places sell an entire bomb gram for 40? 25% off first time patients, but wasn’t even worth spending a dime. Entire experience was terrible.

Dispensary runs specials to bring in patients then tries to switch since they don’t have the product. I rely on menu products and prices posted by dispensaries and I feel quite put out when I walk in and ask for a menu item they say sold out right away (4 days ago). I now have an alternative in the north or I will drive the extra four miles to go downtown. Fool me once.

My wife and I have been visiting Thrive for a month now. We have been to 4 other disspenseries and have not found the quality of patient service. Thrive understands the importance of personalized good patient service.
Quality of flowers and concentrate are very good. The $60 price on wax is a little too pricey in my opinion. But they make up for this with very good Honeycomb for a good price.
Service is nothing less than top notch. Thrive really cares about their patients and it shows. Don’t believe the reviews about bad service. Those are probably “fake” medi “patients” just mad because they do not get their way. Thrive takes extremely good care of all its patients.
If you are a CBD patient make sure and get the CBD Capsules. Very good for general joint, arthritis, achy kind of pain.
Atmosphere is good. Waiting area is comfortable and wait times and very low. I’ve never waited more than 5 mins. I would and will recommend Thrive to everyone I know.

Thrive is a new dispensary in North Las Vegas and the best I’ve visited in Nevada.
Why? Staff for one. Elaine assisted me on this visit. She was charming and friendly, but more to the point, knowledgeable about the product on a level that made me appreciate the meaning of the words “bud tender”.
Also, the facility. Located on west Cheyenne 3 miles from the I15, it’s easy to find and access. Located in a nice business section with plenty of parking. This is a big deal for me as I have to drive from Mesquite and hate dealing with Las Vegas traffic, tiny strip malls and funky little storefronts.
Finally, excellent prices. No gouging. The prices at this store are $5-7 lower per gram that the competition.
