1. When you walk in you are greeted by tasteful decor, a dank aroma and even smiling staff and security. Pleased by the Customer service from a sweet budtender who helped my pick out some topical creams and buds. Thank you Nuwu!

2. Came in to check out Nuwu. It’s a giant, barely mediocre dispensary. The selection is so-so on flower at best. but with no cannabiotix, no matrix, no Polaris, no nature’s chem, and no mr good chem, the only top shelf left is remedy and desert grown. Mid grade premium weed at best.
   It says on the site they buy a lot so we pay less……I’ll pay more for better quality any day.
   There were exactly 0 edible items in the store for medical patients. Meaning nothing over 100mg. The two staff members that I did interact with, while friendly, had extremely limited knowledge. I had asked about edibles, as I was looking for medical. She couldn’t tell. She gave me a printout to look myself….
   At the end of the day, it’s not the size of the dispensary that matters, but the quality of the service and product. On those fronts they’ve failed, but barely. Based on that though, with the other 40+dispensaries in Las Vegas and now Henderson, there’s no reason to return. Cool. Saw the biggest dispensary, now my only thought is….
   The largest dispensary, for what? old big for nothing lookin…..

4. I think this place has some quality stuff for a decent price. I’ve asked a few questions but I didn’t get much information when it came to effects. I like the deals though and it’s mostly been very good quality for the cost.

6. I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’ve had a great experience or a terrible one. This review is strictly about the products I’ve received from this establishment. I purchased several half grams of Acapulco Gold Rosin from Green Leaf Farms on May 6, 2018. Upon inspection of the product, the product label, the labels printed and given to me by this dispensary and the receipt, I noticed that the dates for when the product was actually produced do not match up. The label on the product states it was produced June 27, 2017. The labels given by the dispensary list it as May 27, 2017. Also, I’m disappointed that I would be sold multiple packages 3 weeks prior the one year best if used by date of May 27, 2018.

7. Nuwu is the greatest marijuana store in Vegas. Right when you walk in waterwalls 200 feet of counter space and great employees. The prices, selections 500 products and service is the best in town.

   2 blocks from Fremont street easy on and off the highway. The only drive thru for marijuana in Las Vegas.

The matrix shatter is really good price as well I just didn’t like the consistency of the dosidos I got but o can’t knock the dispensary for that. For people who are saying it’s the Walmart of weed stores are kinda right it’s huge with a great selection but it’s not like Walmart cuz they have really high quality stuff for low price so go!

38. I made my first visit to Nuwu this morning. I was delighted with the experience. The store is spacious and well laid out. It’s a standalone building with plenty of parking in their own dedicated lot. It’s easy to get in and out, and easy to find with their excellent signage. It’s convenient to downtown Las Vegas, just a short jaunt straight down Main Street from the Fremont Street Experience.
    The staff were friendly and helpful, from the security staff to the check-in desk to the budtenders to the cashiers. I really appreciated the fact that the budtender quoted me the out-the-door price with all taxes and fees for each item. This is very helpful in making your purchases.
    The selection is good and the prices are completely reasonable. I’m a retiree on a fixed income, and consequently I’m a value shopper. I was pleased to find a very good deal on a strain that meets my medical needs while fitting my budget. I did also indulge in a purchase of prerolls of the hard-to-find Tangerine Dream and Skywalker strains. All in all I highly recommend this dispensary.

When I picked out my products I was quoted One Price, but when I was paying It ended up being something different with a price difference of over $20 dollars!!! The price I was quoted I was told included ALL TAXES & Was Supposed to be the out the door price!!! The best thing about this place is the staff, but I’m really disappointed about the discrepancy in price!!! The product I received was just ok!!!

Very customer friendly, you can walk around and look at all of their products without someone “waiting” on you – if you know what I mean… Some of these dispensaries are very salesy and some are in the business to offer great products and an amazing experience to cannabis patients and rec users. If you want a great selection of glass, vape batteries, and accessories, along side the marijuana product itself, this is the place to go. They have it all and will answer your questions. CBD selection is great as well. The best part is you can walk and browse while chatting up the patiently waiting budtender, asking questions, while you decide. If you don’t want to go inside, you can look up their online menu on their site, put an order together, and pick it up in the drive thru. If you haven’t been here at least once, you need to go. Everything is priced exactly as you pay, no end of sale tax add on. If it’s marked $17, you pay $17. Not $17 plus 18% tax (8% state, 10% recreational.)

     The customer service has always been over the top. Questions about the chemical makeup and which strains help specific symptoms or pain can be answered here by many of the budtenders. If one budtenders isn’t able to confidently answer a question they will call on a peer for advice which is something I enjoy seeing, especially in a work environment

     Occasionally the herb I have gotten can be dried out which can be frustrating, but much of that falls on the grower, not the dispensary.
     One other frustrating thing can be sometimes they will no longer carry popular strains, while other dispensaries have it in stock. (However I’m not sure what the supply vs demand is for different growers and how much can legitimately be distributed to the different dispensaries for sale.)

     They have a rewards system, vast amount of merchandise, and the best part is the price you see displayed is what you pay.

     Sometimes the music can be a little loud, that’d be one of the only downfalls I’d say.

153. This has been a downhill trip with each successive visit. They boast about ‘buying in bulk,’ and they are still selling flower harvested in August and September, while other dispensaries are selling the identical brand and variety from a much fresher cut. ‘Bulk’ is not good business unless it is priced to sell, yet the variety I purchase for $56 at NuWu, old and dry flower that is months old, is much fresher and only $45.50 at my dispensary of choice, because they value locals, and gives every local a 10% discount. Over the course of a year, that’s nearly $600 savings, and unlike NuWu, the flower is never old and dry. Word on the street is that NuWu will give you a 10% discount if you leave them a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, my experience doesn’t qualify, and thankfully someone finally directed me to better prices and quality at another dispensary.

154. I enjoyed the variety of products they had to offer and recommendations made by the staff. I would recommend to stop by during in store hours which are 9am-12am

155. Of all the pot shops in the country, THIS is a must shop marijuana store in Vegas. Pricing includes tax (recreational) but with a medical card your price will be less. Shouts to Abraham, Marisa, Marquis, & crew; whom all made my NCM visit. Special shout to Amy for answering my endless questions on the phone.

156. Not Las Vegas Strong!
     On my fifth trip to NuWe, I was disappointed to learn they are no longer offering 14g Mother Herb.

     What previously cost $104 for 14g is now priced at $184 even though it is the same product. This is due to having to purchase numerous smaller quantities targeted at tourists.

     I was saddened to hear the manager explain to me that NuWe does not cater to Las Vegas locals but rather to those visiting the nearby Fremont Street Experience.

     In addition, NuWe has failed to implement their Veteran’s discount program as promised during each of my five visits.

     In summary, what first appeared as a promising business with the needs of locals in mind, NuWe has turned into just another nickle and dime establishment looking to cash in quick at the expense of the residents of Las Vegas.

     Access is an issue, NuWe and your tactics are oppressing those in need.

     I write and post this as a cancer survivor, USMC Veteran, and teacher, and request that you rethink the changes you have implemented and or failed to make since your grand opening.

157. Great customer service. Atmosphere very welcoming..All staff very knowledgeable about the products they offer and close to the Vegas strip

158. The bud-tender that assisted us made my wife and I feel very comfortable. Open floor space, fast service and large selection to choose from.

     Fyi bring cash and an exit bag.

159. NuWu has great prices and knowledgeable budtenders. They also have the best cannabis by far. With a wide variety of cannabis, edibles, and CBD, I know you will find what you’re looking for.

160. Before I start I am a MMJ patient with service coming connected disability. Large open space and when it gets enough people talking it echos. Might cause triggers for patients with major anxiety issues. Service by staff was more like a retail store feel, not really personal, no separate line for med patients. I asked about benefits from their strains and I feel their experience is more recreational instead of targeting my symptoms. If I could give them a tip I’d ask them to understand the disabilities that benefits from MMJ and practice service as if their helping patients get the help we need. Remember we’re the ones that got the ball rolling in Nevada to where now everyone can finally enjoy getting high!

161. I liked the drive thru ordered online picked up my order in less then a minute huge selection 1000 products taxes included.

162. good dispensary I enjoyed everything they’re the only thing that they need to work on is letting us smell the product before we purchase, that is a very big thing for us customers. Please work on that NuWu….

163. Before stepping into the store I checked out their online menu and was surprised by how many Cbd products were carried here. From dog treats, lotions, candies, flower, tinctures and even patches! When I came in everything was clear and on display, huge fan of the Select tinctures and vapes.

165. What an amazing store great products, bud tenders and prices. The veterans discount on every product was great the Star Dawg and Jenny Kush were on point. Having been to 10 other stores in Nevada NUWU is hands down the best. Will hit up the drive thru on our next swing thru this week

166. Convenient drive-thru, I like that I am able to come and pick up my goodies without leaving the comfort of my car. Pretty consistent service, they even remember my name why go anywhere else!

167. This place was awesome, off the strip so prices are better. Talked to Alex the armed officer outside the location and he was very helpful. Everyone in the store was very knowledgeable and got me exactly what I wanted. Didn’t push anything on me. First time in a dispensary and couldn’t have been better. Thank you!!!

168. NuWu doesn’t stand behind their product. Wouldn’t exchange or give me my money back an hour after selling me a cracked water pipe that leaked when I filled it with water. Very dishonest business practices. Will never go back there!!

169. Had a great experience using the drive thru was able to be served while in the car with uber. Budtender was friendly and made great suggestions, couple things to keep in mind they ID everyone in the car and cash only. Will stop by on my next vacation!
