1. So it was my 1st time ever in a dispensary and I had a wonder young man named Stephen he was very knowledgeable and curtious. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Me and my friends will definitely be back

2. I’ve been to several dispensaries in the Reno area and Sierra State Relief is by the far the best. The atmosphere is my favorite part. There are multiple tables set up with the different strains and they are clearly marked for the type of strain and effects. This allows for a more relaxed feeling because you can take your time to decide what you want to try. Then ask questions when you are ready. The prices and quality are also excellent. I highly recommend this dispensary and I will be a repeat customer!!

4. I am visiting from North Hollywood area and went to Silverleaf it was close to The Nugget Casino and I picked up some GSK honeycomb very good service and clean product with good purity. I placed an order today for some Gorrilla Glue #4 wax the product is very good except that butane is used for the wax overall an excellent friendly staff. I will definately return for a nice hybrid shatter before leaving town.

6. Great place, so nice and clean and fast. Visiting from San Francisco and really appreciate being able to get my meds. The intake process was smooth and didn’t take that long. I recommend printing out the forms and filling them out before you go to save time, they have them on the website. I got several grams of different strains to give them a test and the quality was great except on the J1. The issue here was instead of getting some nice chunky bud it was more like air buds off the bottom of the plant. It smoked ok it just seemed like I had a hand full of shake didn’t have much flavor but it did relieve my anxiety. All in all great place good product. Thrifty Thursday’s are a good deal 5 grams 50 bucks or 2 1/8ths for 90. When I’m in town I will be back!

14. These ratings are based entirely on my last visit, up to this point, I’d have given them 5 stars. I just went to Silver State Relief in Sparks, NV, to return 2 vape tips that say “no atomizer” when I put them on my IStick TC40 battery, which by the way I’ve never put it over 9 watts on one of these tips, nor do I ever put it over 14 watts on my nicotine vape tip. They both were still full, and never worked, yet the gentleman who helped me said “We will return these this time, and I’m putting in your acct. to not return anything again. We don’t guarantee them unless you use a stick battery.” He took them in the back, came out and said, “You burned them up, I can taste the burnt.” Really, so now I’m a liar!!!! I said I’ve never been told this, don’t you think you should tell people this? He said, “We don’t know what people use.” Well if that’s the case, why not tell people, only use a stick battery? I’ll tell you why, they don’t want to take ANYTHING back!!!!!

18. Okay, let’s just say it – Silver State is way, WAY ahead of everyone else. From the super quick and easy check in (they scan your ID! Nothing to fill out! Even on first visit!), to easy to access location, great selection and the most knowledgeable Budtenders I’ve come across outside of Denver. Do yourself a favor and ask for Chris. But no matter what you will have top notch service and great suggestions from any Budtender. Go here!

19. Superb! Best in Washoe County too! But, I’m all but positive that someone misread the label on the seed package at the growing facility regarding your “Reserva Privada.” That happens to be a trademarked seed brand division of DNA Genetics. This is also the origin of your strains Chocolope, and Kosher Kush.
    I’m thinking this probably is their “Holy Grail Kush” as I’ve had it before and it was virtually identical to this batch. Check it out for yourself! Anyhow, you guys are getting proper reviews for your awesome progression in the local medical cannabis scene and it’s so fitting! Thanks for keeping us well medicated without overcharging us for our needs! First choice always; SSR!

20. This dispensary really disappointed me! It was the last of the (now four) dispensaries available in Reno/Sparks/SunValley that I have visited. I am used to friendly bud-tenders who take the time listen to your needs, and perhaps offer suggestions for me to try. Unfortunately I did not get this here. My bud-tender was too busy talking with coworkers to be bothered by my questions, and did not offer any suggestions for pain relief. At least I know where NOT to go!

    I guess you could consider the prices a bit steep but I’m not much of a fan of dealing with the black market and facing jail time…so I have no issues with their prices.

25. I have been to every Dispensary in the Reno/Sparks are and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is always helpful and goes the extra mile to really make sure you are treated well as a patient. The quality of flower used in the pre rolls is always top shelf and the house concentrates are always on point.

26. They have the best prices on flower for like a hundred mile radius & the screens show you how much everything costs after taxes. Very cool. The selection is great, full of some familiar names & some unfamiliar as well but all equally as bomb. As for the staff, they’re all friendly & as knowledgeable as needed. 34. Well since Silver State seems to want to delete my review I’ll just post it again, and post it more than one place. I have been coming to Silver State for awhile now and I liked it a lot. But last week I was in and I noticed that they have divided there guys from there girls, they do different jobs so I was kinda feelin that was weird. But then I heard some of those guys talking about the tips they make and realized that they also end up getting paid a lot more. I mean your prices aare alright and most he bud I get works but how can I support a place that doesn’t support women? If asking that question is bashing and gets deleted again then I don’t need to shop with you anymore anyway.

35. I have a great experience every time I step inside the doors of SSR. They have knowledgeable and courteous budtenders; today I was helped by Kyle S. He helped me pick out buds by their terpene profile to try and match the effects that I wanted and he was spot on with his recommendations. The only time I have ever been disappointed leaving Silver State is when they sell out of a flower too quickly because they can have some pretty popular strains. The quality, service, selection, and location is why I go to Silver State 95% of the time I need cannabis products.

36. Silver State relief is the best there is.. I’ve went to other dispensaries arond Vegas (planet 13 etc) but nothing comes close to this store. The product is AMAZING. Service is the best around and the prices/selection can’t be beat. These guys know how to take care of you and make sure things are right. Happy to be a customer.

38. Out of all of the local dispensaries I’ve been to, this is by far one of the friendliest I’ve been to, with wonderful and personable friendly staff. My cashier Kiera was a wonderful budtender, so chatty and positive and was amazing to talk to weed and life about! She was also super pleased by my selection of weed asked for, which was Blue Dream, Durban Poison and Island Sweet Skunk.

    I’m definitely coming back on my next payday and/or refill of my ‘medicine’, wonderful staff!

Every time I come in, I am greeted with a smile and the bud tenders are more than willing to discuss and explain the pros and cons of all the strains based on what I am looking for. I appreciate the fresh new strains coming in on a regular basis.

41. Silver State Relief is the most professional, quality dispensary in the Reno/Carson area. As Nevada’s first medical dispensary, they’ve got a few more notches under their belt than “the other guys” in town, and offer compassionate service to all their patients in a timely manner!
    With a daily special every day of the week, birthday specials, and discounts for first time patients, seniors, and veterans, you get the most bang for your buck here!
    My favorite strains here so far include: White Widow, Larry OG, Fire Alien Super Skunk & OG #18.

The cannabis from their personal grow facility is top notch – Lovin’ the White Widow & that’s one of my all time favorites. Super fun & SUPER affordable.

They were good until the flower quality went bad I used my loyalty points today because I don’t thing I will be going back there when I mentioned to the bud tender about the bad try buds he just rolled his eyes that shows how much they really care about there product and quality and patients and/or customers.

    Amazing space and atmosphere – inviting, fresh, clean and arranged in a consumer friendly way. There are display tables accessible to shoppers, you simply walk up and take a wondrous whiff.

    Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Every question I had – and I had many – was answered with care. Eric, the budtender, was courteous and had fantastic recommendations and held a nurturing energy while helping me choose my medicine.

    I also feel that I got an incredible deal on the products, that I spent a relatively small amount of money on a quality purchase and great experience.

65. This is the BEST dispensary in reno, hands down!! Their customer service is amazing. I had trouble with a disposable vape and they were kind enough to offer me a different vaporizer with zero charge and then they proceeded to explain to me exactly how to use it so it would work better for me! Anytime I have an issue, it is promptly handled and always respectfully!!!! Great people, great prices and the herb is always BOMB!! I truly can’t say enough great things about this place. 68. This shop is big, modern, and clean. Separate sides for retail and medical. Some products not available for rec customers, that’s kind of cheesy. That aside, when I’ve been there I haven’t had to wait, and they have had completely satisfactory products available. Cool that they have a head shop too.

69. I have had my card since about April, and I have never been anywhere else yet. I have had no reason to. Everyone is friendly, and informative. they have great daily deals that you can work around to get the most for your money.
    Many times I’ve thought to try another place just to compare and try somewhere new, but again, I’ve had no real reason to. it’s fast and easy through SSR, and they have a good percentage in their products.

81. This was a great experience. I searched a couple dispensaries and I chose SSR because they had some Acapulco Gold for a great price. I wasn’t expecting much for a bargain weed. (it’s all I can afford). to my surprise, it was fantastic. Every dispensary in Oregon and Washington could take a lesson from you. The people were really nice. I already knew what I was after. The only complaint, which is not on you, is, I ate a whole container of gummies and nothing happened. I was hesitant to purchase them at 20 bucks but, I was about to catch a flight to PHX and needed something in my system. Apparently edibles don’t work on this kid. But the flowers were great. People were great. I would go back again and again. I highly recommend SSR. Thank you so much for accepting out of state medical cards. 🙂

82. Out of all the dispensarys in the Reno/Sparks area this is the best! No long lines. No waiting in line then straight to a counter. Nope! You walk in and can walk around looking and smelling different strains of flower, concentrates and products like candles, shirts, lotions etc. they sing you happy birthday and give you a free lighter and stickers. Very happy relaxing atmosphere. Super good quality and prices vs all the other dispensarys. Highly recommend this place!

If you are looking to be grunted at by a pissed-off door lady, presented poor quality choices and expensive prices, and then being told to take a hike after receiving malfunctioning Cartridges, you’ll love this place. If you want to be treated like a human being, go elsewhere.

84. Do not go to this store! They sold me a faulty product, I then returned it unused, and demonstrated that not only that it was faulty, but it also damaged my equipment. They refused to do ANYTHING about it. Much better places in town with top quality customer service.

90. The folks at SSR are truly THE example of how MMJ should be brought out of taboo and into the mainstream. Needless to say, I was impressed with the clean, professional atmosphere – you won’t find much of the stereotypical 420 imagery you might expect in a head shop. Everything from the reception area to the checkout counter was smooth, with an attention to detail akin to military procedure. They were quick with processing my paperwork to register at the dispensery, and my budtender, Justin, was courteous and extremely knowledgeable about which products are best suited to relieve pain, all of which were in stock and of impeccable quality. The customer service overall blew me away, especially when I was $0.70 short and Justin pulled out a huge “take-a-penny” jar to cover the rest of the cost. The prices may have been a little steeper than I had hoped, but their newcomer and veterans discounts really help mitigate the cost, as do their great daily specials. I’m glad that this is the place I’ve decided to go for my pain management needs – they’ve really taken professionalism and customer service to a new level at Silver State Relief.

122. This is by far the best location that I have been too so far. They had a pretty big selection of Flower ranging from lower quality and price, to extremely potent and kinda expensive, but even the cheaper flowers were of decent quality. They have the bud out so that you can check it out, smell it, and make.your decision before you get to the budtender. My only complaint is that when I first went there they had a paper out on every table that had the flowers THC, CBD, and terpene measurents and even had the prices of each amount, but after that they for some.reason got rid of the papers and now you can’t even get a price or THC % until you get to the counter. Other then that though the Product Quality and pricing is really amazing, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a really relaxed and trusting atmosphere. The parking lot isn’t bad, but I wish it was a bit bigger. This store however is always kept clean, it only smells like flower ( others use incense which gives me asthma attacks), and there has never been a long wait. Generally I am in and out of the store within 5-10 minutes, and I have not been disappointed once.

126. This is THE shop. Almost no need to go anywhere else. I think I counted 12 different registers and each had there own personal menu screens. Next to no wait time. If there ever is a line, this dispenery treats it like wood in the chipper. They have a constant stock of what feels like over 20 different type of flower. Every price is reasonable and I feel like other shops need to take note. Silver State Relief is the example, the blue print of what a shop should be. Every time I go to another shop I end up regretting it. I could type up a bunch of reasons why I think this place is so cool and how great I think all their strains are but they don’t even need me to do that. Go to Silver State, all it takes is one trip for their professionalism and product quality to make you become a repeat customer.

127. I frequent three marijuana dispensaries in Reno. I would estimate I have worked with 8 or 10 budTenders in the 3 months I’ve had my medical MJ card and there honestly does not seem to be a standard set of skills that the budTenders have in common. I find that surprising.

     I write this review now to publicly give kudos to my favorite budTender, whose name is David M. at Silver State Relief. I am an older woman who wants pain relief from my MJ or a mood enhancer or help with getting, and staying, asleep. Dave is the only dispensary agent who asked me what I wanted from usage of MJ. I found that quite astonishing since it is the health benefits of pot that opened the door to legalization of MJ. David has good listening skills and made recommendations based on what he learned about me. When I returned to see him again, he asked for feedback about my experiences with what I had purchased since I had last seen him. Great question. He was patient and never rushed me and since the marijuana industry has expanded so much in the 30 years I was sober, I had a lot of questions. Dave encouraged this.

     Other budTenders can be cavalier and I get the strong impression that they push onto you either whatever product has caught their fancy for the moment or what they may have been told to push. One thing is certain: we consumers are going to experience varying services from budtenders while we move through the infancy of the legal marijuana movement.

129. After I got my License, I promptly went to another dispensary! I never made that mistake again. I have been going to the silver state relief regularly ever since! they never fail to deliver on quality and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

     My only issue is that specifications on the online menu/blackbird menu are wayyyy off in some cases. Harlequin and Ultimate Chemdawg 91 are about 5% less than advertised (CBD, THC respectively.)

As a patient, I love that they know so much about the marijuana they carry and what strains are good for what ailments. I am always super impressed how friendly and nice everyone is. 146. This is a well run dispensary. The menu is constantly changing and provides a wide variety of strains to address whatever your particular needs may be. The staff is friendly and professional. The product presentation excellent as well. The only place I can really compare it to as far as over the counter purchases was in Amsterdam and that was a completely different, pub like atmosphere. This is more like a pharmacy, as it should be. Legal cannabis allows me to cut back on the Rx pills without sending my money to drug cartels. They market the place well, check out the daily specials, you’ll save a ton if you time your purchase right!

I wouldn’t follow weed maps because weed maps doesn’t update the menu daily like Silver state Relief does!! besides the service they have one of the simplest websites and menus around and it works on a phone or tablet! They have the best prices on Thursday on all strains! What I like is the stability of some of the best strains and a variety of others that change weekly!! You won’t be disappointed!!

The store was amazing but what really stood out was my bud tender Kyle S he was really chill very knowledgeable and made sure to get me the type of strain I was looking for whole cracking jokes making sure I was comfortable and having a great time in the store I recommend him as a bud tender even if you have to wait a bit. He normally wears a hat has glasses and a beard give him a try you won’t regret it.

164. I writing to address more of a complaint, than a good review. Silver State is convienent for me because of work, but it seems there is some decpetion going on with sales. Last week i went and purchased a pre roll. Most if not all places assume 1 gram pre rolls. Silver State Staff DO NOT TELL YOU when you are purchasing, that you may be purchasing LESS than a gram pre roll. This to me is decpetive and the second time it happened.The customer loses out because of loss weight (which matters to me). I will not be revisiting Silver State, as there are other places comparable that are not deceptive in this practice and activily let you know that what you are purchasing is at least a gram. Its too bad, you all do have some quality stuff but ill spend my money where i can get the most bang for my buck.

165. Really different experience then what ive had in the past here. Ladies in the front were real nice, but the bud I got definiteltly didn’t weigh out to eighth and the guy seemed so pushy to send me on my way.
     Might try somewhere new.
