1. I love Reef! I came here for my first time, the $25 eighths are great! And for being a first time customer I got a free eighth. Can’t beat the prices, service, and bud. I will definitely be back and will let my friends know to go here.

5. Shopping here was worth it, until they jacked up the prices. They used to have $5 pre rolls and today they charged me $8. I wouldn’t mind the price change if the pre rolls were of a greater quality. When you’re smoking them you have to constantly keep turning it back on, they’re very harsh, and if you save half of it for later, it’s even harsher and harder to turn on. I’ve tried other pre rolls from different places but this place has the worst ones. They were worth it when they were $5 but not anymore.

6. Tucked nicely on MLK and Cheyenne, it’s very inviting from entering. Kelly was my budtender super nice and made sure I got discounts and freebies I didn’t know I had. Definitely my first spot to hit when the paycheck deposits.

8. armed security. which is a plus given the area. Building is clean and appealing. inside is well set up and kept. Restroom was clean and no one blinked to offer it when I asked.
   staff was super friendly. The guy who helped me went way above and beyond to make sure that I was buying things to help me. I am not seeking a high but rather to replace pain meds I am forced to live on. THC makes me paranoid and so don’t like it even a little. He showed me how CBD and hybrids will help with that and even talked me into trying less expensive things to make sure sure first as to not waste cash if they aren’t right so I can switch it up. Was a super cool dude. I wish I remembered his name.

11. This is THE REEF location that actually caters to MMJ patients! The staff is super friendly and extremely informative. If you are an MMJ patient, you will be catered to immensely. Love you guys!

12. My husband and I are from out of state and tried this place for the first time. The staff here was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Brittany was very friendly and helpful and Miles, the supervisor made us feel welcome as first time medical patients. He gave us a great deal and clearly explained what the strains help treat! Very happy with our visit here and will be returning when we come back to Vegas!

13. This location has very professional Budtenders 4 the elderly. Not just knowledge, but patience.
    KAY,a nice young Lady helped me understand my options. Her kindness encouraged me to purchase some new items, and that worked out well for me.
    It was very late, yet she was quite pleasent.
    P.S. Security also great.

34. Generally good experience, good buds with a variety for all to choose from, decent prerolls that actually burn properly. Only problem was the failure of the employees to inform me on bag fees and turning in 5 bags for a “free” black label preroll, and the failure to even hint they have a customer loyalty program which I had to ask for myself after my 12th visit, that would be extremely beneficial if I had points starting 12 visits ago. Absolutely packed afternoons/midday. Overall one of the better dispensaries.

Shocked at lack of friendliness, compassion and general demeanor. First and last visit. Too many other choice’s to ever go back and “bother the staff”.

78. I’ve been coming to Reef in North Las Vegas since they opened as purely a medical dispensary. The staff are friendly and knowledge. The prices have shot up sky high now. The prices are 25-50% more for medical patients. The selections of black tryke are now down to 1 or 2 on the menu. I’ve been back twice in the last two weeks. One time I waited 5 minutes which was fine. The next time I waited a half hour with the recreational patients. Please look at expanding your selection of Black Tryke products to maybe 5.

86. I’m really impressed with how they have handled medical patients in the midst of the recreational grand opening. I got there and prepared myself 4 the long line wait. And not even 5 minutes into my wait in line a security guard came up to me and escorted me to the front of the line. This meant then world to me considering my medical conditions. I was mistaken… Reef Dispensaries means quality. I was greeted by a very friendly guard at the door who politely asked for my ID, I happily obliged due to his demeanor. Then I was sent into the back room by ANOTHER armed, very friendly, guard who directed me to a terrific and knowledgeable budtender. I purchased an 1/8 of Stardawg for 32 dollars after tax. The flower is top shelf in my opinion and the buds are dense and sticky icky! I give Reef a 6/5!

    Great selection of strains and helpful staff. Great security and processes. Was served quickly.

    Only thing I would like to see improve is their selection of edible. Not really much to choose from.

100. I’m always going here for my vape pen and my flower; I really have to say this is my favorite dispensary. Very polite and professional staff, good security too they are always nice. 124. Mandarin Mint, I just happen to walk in and catch this, thanks to concierge. Mandarin Mint crystals are visible without holding it up to the sun, sparkles like glass. The burn is super clean I’m a choker but I can burn a couple bowls without blowing my lungs out. The smell and taste is true to its name very pleasant. I covet my little stash like troll, which means no matter how badly I want to share it with, ….I’m not that confident that I’ll run into her again anytime soon. on it now lol

Luckily the manager (I’m sorry I forgot his name) was very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and went out of his way to show me what deals he could offer. In addition to my new patient free half gram of concentrate, I got an excellent t deal on the hashtag shatter and got some tips on how to better store shatter. Also, he told me they have a 72hr exchange policy if you are ever unhappy with product! That sealed the deal and Reef north Las Vegas is now my go to choice!

     The improvements, overall made since my visit just days after opening, are all excellent.

142. it was a good experience while I was there cool people on both sides to talk with I got the pre-rolled sour banana sherbert. it was the poorest rolled blunt/joint I’ve ever tried to smoke it was so loose I had 2 hold 1 end shake it! it ended up much smaller when I finally got it packed enough 2 smoke! I’m so bummed!! I’d go back but they’d think I was just trying 2 get free stuff & I get seriously offended if I’m called a liar I’m many things but that’s not 1 next time I’ll just get a gram & roll it myself!

The ladies at the front are always polite and the gentlemen in the back are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They also have a great selection of flower and it always delivers what it’s promised.

I exclusively come to this location (Located at MLK and Cheyenne) for a couple of reasons. the location is open 24 hours and has a very helpful and easy going staff (Including a super cute blonde who is the nicest person I’ve met). The facility is clean with good vibes and classic tunes playing all the time. security is nice and very helpful (once when it was slow I talked to a security guard for about 20 minutes after it came up we were both ex military) a few staff members seem to recognize the regulars which is always great.

     the only negatives I can think of are that it can get VERY busy at peak hours (but really that’s not their fault)

     also because of the constantly changing menu it can be hard to tell if a certain strain is in stock. leafly has the menu online but it’s not always up to date and the menu on the REEF site isn’t always working.

     thankfully they do a good job at keeping popular strains in stock or getting really popular strains in. I asked about Jupiter OG (as they only had prerolls) and Girl Scout Cookies and low and behold a short while later they had them available to purchase. could be luck. but I like to think they listen to what people are looking for.

149. I decided to give Reef a try, for the first time. Being pretty broke, right now, I saw their free 1/8 deal for new, local patients. Their North Las Vegas location is fairly close to my work, so I hit it right after shift. The lobby itself was decent, but nothing noteworthy. From the time I walked in, it must have been AT LEAST 25 minutes before I was finally called back to speak with a bud tender. For having a full lobby, at a prime time, there was only ONE bud tender. They weren’t able to provide information concerning the amount of residuals in the “Terps” concentrates, which is apparently their brand. When I asked about the THC levels in the flower, unless I wanted a “print out” of the test results, I generally received a range as an answer… “In the 11 to 15 range.” Not being overly impressed by anything at that point, I was surprised to see $5 one gram pre-rolls… But, you never know what you’ll get. Finally, just to get some meds and get back on the road, I settled on 4 of the pre-rolls and my free 1/8, for a total of $17.50, with the veterans 10% discount. At this point, I’m not sure I’ll be back, any time soon.

155. I came here late on this Thursday evening/morning around 1:45am and a young man named Jacob helped me. He was not only very knowledge about the different strains, he took superb care of me in answering ALL my questions about the product. He even went the extra mile when asked how best to spend my extra 3 bucks I had on me and got me to buy some RAW cones for my room mate. I ended up very satisfied and I will most definitely continue coming here because of people like Jacob. I love how much the service staff at the NLV location knows how important it is to treat each and every customer. Excellent customer service, including the security at this location. Everyone there, the other sales people, the manager, everyone treated me above and beyond what I expected out of a dispensary. I recommend this location highly for not only locals but tourists as well, even though this one is about a 15 minute drive from the strip. Mainly because he one by the Fashion Show mall gets super busy. THANKS JACOB! And THANKS REEF AND TRYKE!!! You guys are the very best this city has to offer. Genuine customer service.

156. It was my first time in a dispensary wasn’t really sure what to do and they made the process extremely easy and comfortable. Not only is the customer service on point but the prices are right literally down the street people are charging twice as much… keeping medicine priced right lets me know that they actually care about their patients getting what they need!

170. Every time I’ve been here the cannabis has been AWFUL. Just got some earlier and it was packaged on the 07/28/2017. Nothing to keep the humidity at all. If you squeeze the bud it just disintegrates! No smell besides dried leaf, no buzz, a headache and my throat is on fire. Never again!! Absolute waste of $60 plus a tip. I’ve smoked better brick pack than this!

185. Reef off of MLK and Cheyenne is one of the greatest dispensaries I’ve been. Great budtending service. A specific budtender by the name Izamary has presented me with great choices in terms of terpenes so I have a good smoke with chill vibes. She makes sure everyone has what they need before leaving Reef. I highly recommend this dispensary to anyone at anytime.

     Takes forever to get checked in. Once inside good luck on getting any competent answers about any of the products. The budtender I had when asked a simple question said ” I dont know That’s above my pay grade”

It was my first time there and Lara greeted me with a beautiful smile and guided me through the process of first time patient. As I was filling out the paper work, Mike the security guard started cracking jokes, what a cool dude! Brittany and Phillp, the budtenders,bhelped me find what I was looking for. Be sure to grab that Dour by Berner! Everyone was so rad. KiKi checked me out and was very kind and humorous with me. I will be back again! Awesome meds!

193. Their prices on shatter are hard to beat, but they sell junky cartridges and will refuse to swap out broken ones. I bought two of the same kind (cherry lemonade) and one of them simply won’t work. They refused to do anything about. Don’t buy their brand of vape pen, unless you have over 40 dollars to gamble on a 50/50 chance. If you win, the pen is awesome. If you lose, they will give you excuses about how it’s probably your fault.

I was just at the Reef store by my house up in the north the other day with a bunch of questions about shatter(?), budder(?), vaping, etc. I started to feel a little awkward because I felt like I should know about some of this stuff, but the bud tender, Celeste, was really cool. They have excellent quality products at a very competitive pricing point. They also have a lot that would normally be somewhat difficult to procure. It was relatively quick without feeling rushed and the staff were able to answer all my questions. The only drawback was how crowded it was, however I’m sure this will remedy itself in time.

When it comes to customer service, there is not a bad place to go (I wonder why!) but Alex was not only friendly and knowledgable, she gave me the best deal for my money. Johnny and Brian also assisted me on my first visit and they all really helped me make my decision! It was like I was visiting friends! The facility is clean, organized, and smells great!
