2. needs improvement, but product is very good. I would visit more offen if they improve the service and knowledge of there associates. prices are ok.

6. My first time at Jenny’s. The service was knowledgeable and efficient. It is fast paced but my staff was patient and understanding. I’ll be back!

7. I would go back again. First week after it went legal for recreational use, as busy as they were they were informative, patient and we got a small discount! We will be going back there because they listened to what I need it for and believe me, they were on the mark. Thank you for a great first experience and I will be back for the same treatment and help you so kindly provided me and my husband.

8. Absolutely terrible service. 8 people in front of me and I waited in lobby for an hour and half, then one of the 2 guys working goes on break with a room full of people. I’ll go to another store from now on.

11. 2nd and last time time. only worth it if you’ve ordered ahead. Rediculous waiting room, where they hold on to your ID , has no menus so you can at least get an idea for what they have and prices! I felt like I was at the doctors. just walked out cause I was tied if waited. Go somewhere else!!!

14. Granted there was no wait I wasn’t overly pleased at all. The first thing that caught me off guard was that when I asked about Dixie products and if they carried any the bud tender very abruptly said “Noooo” in a tone like there was something horribly wrong with Dixie products ( which I happen to be very fond of, like everyone else I’ve talked to about them). Whatever- they didn’t have them moving on, I asked if they had any first time patient specials and I was told they didn’t, I said “ah okay cool, most places do.” And he then told me that he would throw in a free pre-roll since my running total was already high. I then asked what the most energizing Sativa they had was and he said Sour Diesel, but said that it was only in pre-rolls so I added one of them to my haul, he then also recommended Sherbet to me as a heavy sativa, it was listed as a sativa and even in red packaging which signified sativa ( green for hybrid and either blue or purple for indica, I can’t remember which). I asked why hardly any of the strains they had were pulling up on Weedmaps or Leafly and he then proceeded to talk crap about leafly and said that I couldn’t trust it and that it was BS.

    Anyway 8 finally finish, pay and leave only to realize he didn’t give me the free pre-roll promised, AND after asking for a heavy sativa, one of the ones he recommended to me was not a sativa at all, it was in fact a VERY indica heavy hybrid. But they have it packed and displayed as sativa and have the budtender selling it as a sativa!

    Ugh. Just recapping the whole thing makes me irritated.

15. It might be smart to update your website. Like having a menu so we know what you have in stock.

16. Workers are total jerks and DO NOT CARE about talking to you. They want you out as fast as possible, but it won’t seem that way when they make you wait in a “line” that doesn’t make a any sense. Saw several people come in after and leave before me and I’m medical. Oh they also take your ID at the door and you apparently can’t have it back until you leave ??????

17. This dispensary blows. Their is no real benefit as a medical patient here, as many other recreational people were helped before me. When I did get to the budtender, he acted like I was wasting his time. Zero customer service from the budtender, the security guard had more personality. Never coming back to Jenny’s.

19. Love this place. Has the best deals and staff in town. Brandon is always welcoming and ready to answer questions. Have never had a problem with price or quality.

20. It was my first time here today. It was a very pleasant experience. I will be goung back.

21. They had a special for returning patients. 15% off purchase today only. I drive over with an exit bag that has their name printed on it and they won’t honor me as a returning patient. I’m required to have a receipt to get the special even though they have record of me buying from them in the past as a medical patient. I also have an exit bag with their name printed on it! I will never return again.

22. Great little hidden gem in NLV. Small but top notch products…even their house strain is reasonable and tasty!

24. This dispensary is about the same distance from me as two other dispensaries, and I always go to this one. Service is good, the people are polite, the prices are reasonable, the products deliver what their supposed. I have recommended Jenny’s to multiple friends.

25. Prices and selection are only OK. Budtenders are hit and miss. Some are good, some have attitudes.

26. As far as loyalty, I return to this dispensary because of its proximity to my home and the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, Jenny’s is slow to update their online menu so you have to wait until you’re brought back to the showroom to discover which products are available.
    While they’re not obligated to offer any discounts or promotions, they do honor a 10% military discount (as badly as I wish they would raise it to 20% to match their competitors)
    All in all, it’s a professional establishment with friendly staff and on average they have a fair selection of product.

30. Felt rushed, person assisting me made me feel like I was an annoyance. Only asked product questions.

31. Driest bud in town and the longest wait. Been here many many times and all you’ll get is flower that turns to dust when you break it up. You’ll thank yourself for picking a different dispensary I promise you.

32. There was no order to being served ppl were just standing around, I had to ask were to go to be served but once served I was pleased, they have good product I will try them again

33. Best location in the northwest central area and it’s convenient. But other than that it’s not a home run unfortunately.

35. good people, good product. if there is something you like I would however phone first to make sure it’s in stock.

36. They let 5 customers in before me that came in after I did. They changed the price on some products which led me to be a few bucks shy. The bud tender refused to adjust the price. He was arrogant and rude. They lost a $110 over $6, and thousands in future business. When I said asked if he was willing to loose a good sale and a loyal customer over this, he laughed and didn’t care one bit. My recommendation would be to go somewhere else. There are lots of dispensaries, no need to give money to jerks.
