   The folks who greet you are friendly and prompt, the facility is clean and well lit, relevant literature is abundant.

   They stock a wide variety of products with reasonable prices, offer discounts for first time customers and have a decent referal program as well.

10. This used to be my favorite go to place, but now, with recreational, medical patients get screwed. Person was rude on the phone, menu not updated, because they are too busy, and they run out what you need, but try to sell you something you don’t need. Not doing this to get high. Doing this for medical reasons and now I am in a race with people that just want to get high.

11. They accept cards which is incredible!! No need to stop for cash anymore! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the budtenders knew their stuff. They’re a new business so the stock was hit or miss on some things but that’s totally understandable and they were very up front and willing to do substitutions of grams if 1/8s or 1/4s weren’t available. Nice selection considering how new they are! Prices are what you’d expect nothing outrageous and I like that they don’t require you show your Medical Marijuana ID three times. The receptionist at the front was friendly and not behind glass so you don’t feel like a criminal going in. Definitely recommend this place I will be going back for sure!

12. I am a repeat customer. Mike, Lashawn ( I’m sure I spelled ur name wrong, sorry), and the rest of the staff, including the delivery driver, are always so patient and helpful. And they are also always willing to work with my budget so I get the most bang for my buck. Luckily they usually carry my two favorite strains, SkywalkerOG and GSC. But even if they didn’t, they’d still be my go to dispensary just for the customer service alone!

14. normally come here alot came in about 2-2 and a half hours ago picked up a quarter of the mother’s milk for medical patient the sticker with the percentage/pakage Dan and all other details peeled that part back to find out I was sold $100 og from desert bloom not the mother’s milk I originally was purchasing

Wow what a super nice group of people I came in about a week ago and it was my first time visit there the flower was great the kief was great they gave me 20% off because it was my first time there and at the end of all this I was 1 doller and 9 cents short on my order and the lady took it out of the tip jar never wow now that’s some nice people

19. They had a decent selection. Very friendly staff. However, the employee helping us didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I would ask questions and she didn’t seem to know the answers. I ended up purchasing an item that didn’t work with battery. She should have known that. I probably could have provided more info. Wouldn’t be too bad if I could look up on here but they didn’t allow cellphone use. I’ll give them another chance but that’s it.

20. This place cares more about the products they offer instead of their somewhat plain storefront appearance. And that’s fine with me because you can’t smoke a fancy couch or imported Italian marble flooring. Their prices are very reasonable and their selection is excellent. One of their workers (Chris) was informative, knowledgeable, and able to match my needs with the correct products. I’ve been involved with the cannabis industry since day one (1996 in California) and can usually tell when a dispensary employee understands the inventory that they sell. I highly recommend this place, and by highly, I mean highly.

24. This was my 1st time in, very busy but only a 2 min wait til I was in the back check-in the merch! JETSETTER OG!!!!! Unbelievable prices and the staff is amazing!!!

25. I have been to numerous dispensarys around town but Top Notch is my favorite one because they have great prices and selection. Other dispensarys are over priced and run out of product or just don’t have a good selection of products to choose from. I have never had any problems finding what I’m looking for here and I’m always satisfied with the prices. The only negative thing I don’t like about Top Notch is the long wait times and they close too early in my opinion. I have waited close to an hour just to be let back into the showroom before and I have never had that problem with any other dispensary but at Top Notch I expect to wait atleast half an hour so I bring entertainment. Top Notch is close to Henderson so I save gas going here as well. Overall Top Notch is one of the best dispensarys in Las Vegas.

26. Wish it was a bit bigger, only con I can think of…. prices online are out the door for mmj just make sure it in stock… sales go fast !

27. I went to Top Notch for the first time. The people who work there and the atmosphere were great! They gave me 20% off my first purchase. AND, they give 15% off for all other visits which is their senior discount. Great selection too. This is my go-to place from now on!

31. Excellent dispensary with knowledgeable, experienced (30+y/o) employees who clearly apply their customer service skills and professionalism from previous careers. This was my first time visiting the dispensary and I went with Fortune Cookies, Grape Stomper, and Flora Vega. Excellent quality, packaged in sealed ziploc- style bags, comes in double seal plastic bag.

33. Only nearby place to get cannabiotix so I’ll come here even though they have no respect for the time of their customers and the budtenders just stand around waiting for you to tell them what to do instead of moving things along. Great product terrible customer service.

36. Really chill atmosphere, dispensary that actually tells you process for their establishment!!! Great budtenders, knowledge,not rushing or pushy. Also layout is awesome actually feels like a shopping experience, interactive unlike any other shop Ive been to here in Vegas. Upfront on cost, and strains values. Will be back plenty new favorite lil spot.

38. i was a first time customer just a few days ago. I decided to give this dispensary a try since they are only about a mile away. i was absolutely thrilled with the quality of my product, customer service and price. lashawn is who took my order over the phone. she was very helpful and nice. the delivery was quick and on point. oh and did i mention they take debit cards! talk about convenient! this is my go to spot from now on out.

    Charge $1 for a bag (free 1st visit), bring one back to avoid it each re-visit.

    # of strains available varies greatly seems, and website you use might not be accurate, on the + side they had 3x the # of stains IN-STORE, than the website I had used showed.

    In the area, their prices are better than most!

    Parking lot in front could use its lines re-painted!

41. Don’t look at the menu because they won’t have what you want. This place is a big disappointment.

42. This used to be my home shop but after returning from a two month trip I noticed the prices on my usual products had increased 25-40%. I’m really disappointed but that as it was my primary reason for making the trip…. reasonable prices. I can visit stores that are closer to home, where I don’t have to wait as long, that have same if not higher quality products for the same price.

44. I drive all the way across town just for this place and pass by all the rest along the way. It’s true what they say about the best things come in small packages because Top Notch may not be the biggest store front but they stock a large selection of everything. Staff treats me with a “Cheers” (showing my age) like atmosphere and are extremely knowledgeable. I always feel at home there. Thanks Top Notch!
