74. The store was displayed nicely but the employee that was helping me was very rude and seemed impatient and in a hurry to get me out the door. It was my first time in a dispensary in Nevada and it will be my last time stopping at the grove. For a good first time visit I wouldn’t recommend here. I ended up going to Vegas and found a much better selection and better deals. The Pahrump store seamed like they just wanted our money and not to educate or recommend what I needed.

80. Online menu and even the store menu rarely matches what they have in stock when you go in. THC % on menu isn’t always correct, you have to ask the budtender for the correct THC%. But, multiple times the budtender has told me the wrong THC% according to the label, always I’m told it’s higher% than what’s on the label(never had them mistake it the other way around). Was $45 for an 8th now it’s $55, budtender said price went up because THC% also went up, well that was true for about a week then the THC% went back down but the price stays the same.

90. I went last tuesday I believe. I had my father with me who has been smoking pot his whole life and is from Washington. Amy was our “budtender” and we learned so much about cannabis that it blew out minds! Not only does she have knowledge about the products, she also has a lot of knowledge on the terpines and cannabinoids and the medicinal sides to it. My father was even impressed! Love the vibe and the products. Definitely different from the other dispensaries I have visited, but overall a great place! And the staff looks so happy!

I was born early in the morning but not this morning to believe that. There is a rumor that another dispensary is headed for Pahrump. It could not come too soon.

104. This place is all about the money. We need two dispensaries in Pahrump. The Grove got a little to big for their britches.They only cater to young people. They rush you. Very unorganized and raising the price for medical was very bad decision. Poor management strategies.

Full gram Terp rich is wax 80$ it should be based off the THC level and overall look people in Washington and calorado are paying 11$ a gram of wax with a good 70% thc content. Like what? Cheaper place put in vegas just gotta look. 35$ eiths and a gram of wax not .5 for 55$ like it should be less but better than any other place like I said though tough to get out of pahrump.

This is the best location for me and has been for over a year but since going recreational things have changed such as long lines and a different type of people, however they do honor the medical patients to go ahead 1st and give us a 10% discount which helps since the prices went up, but the last time I was there there were 3 young men that came behind me and they were called 1st I was very, very upset with this action because I’m disabled and use a cane, I hope that it was an over looked action, but outside of that all is good but I do miss the way it was and I’m sure I’m not alone.

188. I went back to this location after having a bad experience, and am quite grateful that I did. The staff really do seem to listen to their clients, both medical and recreational. They got a whole bunch of new strains, which are amazing (>30%!), and carry a lot of CBD products to help me stay alive, and heal from cancer. They are amazing, they even put notes into the system to make sure that I am treated with kindness and respect, and am notified in house when they have amazing products in stock, like RSO! Thanks, guys. <3

It needs more flower choices, more straight indicas instead of indica/hybrid or stavia/indica just plain indica…when purchasing an ounce or 1/2 ounce the customer should be able to request the flower of their choice, not just any old (eight) 1/8’s that’s on hand…it seems the products that sells quickly has a limited supply and 9 out of 10 u don’t carry it again…smgdh also your grams are never the same it’s never a whole gram…the Grove can differently use improvements when it comes to their products.

     Uneducated ,unprofessional staff right down to bloto the mall cop. I have a very very limitited amount of income on disability I use medical marijuana for cancer. purchased some oil on the advice of their bud tender, that I could not use or had a device to use with the oil I puchased, thinking I bought oil for a vape pen. I didnt want a refund just an exchange for the oil I could use with the device I already owned. They claimed its the law not to exchange but the A.D.A board says different. So I was left with no money to purchase what I needed an no medication for cancer. also noticed WAY over priced but there is no other option in town an this dispensary is taking full advantage of being the only dispensary. if you are a true medical patient I would suggest the drive to vegas or as far as Cali for a dispensary that is more geared to helping people then just taking your money, an a properly trained staff to help you with needed medication. This place is geared towards recreational only. Not helpful at all to true medical patients.

     We are going back to our caregivers, superb meds “two oz” for $350 and “two budget oz for $300.

292. The location is clean and prompt, however the prices are excessive and the grove offers zero discounts for veterans, seniors or Nevada residents. If other dispensaries offer these discounts why can’t the grove. Lastly when I ask the bud tender the THC content what I’m told and what prints out on the label is different

293. Moved to Pahrump in 2016 and the bud tenders are very helpful and friendly. I enjoy going in there. The prices are on the higher side, now, but better than driving to Vegas.

     The check in window process is fast and easy.

     The longest I’ve ever had to wait was 20 minutes, not bad on a Friday after work.

     The bud tenders are always positive, friendly, and knowledgeable, but never pushy.

     I like that at this point of being open, they may not remember my name, but they still remember me and previous discussions. That’s a sign of good customer service and good management hiring a sharp, intelligent and friendly staff.

The staff takes the time to work with you, show you everything available, answer all your questions and they even helped me make decisions based on my needs and interests. Prices seems very good but the best part was just having such helpful and friendly people to work with me. The Grove in Pahrump is the place to go for all your weed needs!

350. This was a great place before Recreational. It was stated that medical patience would not have to pay the tax and get a discount. The Grove failed to do either of these. Without the Medical Patience there would be no recreational yet this is how they are treated. I hope they are happy with the choices they have made.
