3. I have been to The Source now a few times and each time I go in, the people there working are truly and amazingly kind. Regan (I know for a fact that I am probably spelling his name wrong, but not the former President) is super cool and extremely knowledgable (definitely, then, not the former President). He knew exactly what kind of product I wanted and suggested the best option for my budget and I could not have been happier. Katree (also not sure on spelling, but I think I’m closer on that one… Dang, these products are effective…) is a wonderful human being. She is so easy to talk to and also really knows her stuff. She recommended a product that I got for my girlfriend as a birthday present and it did not disappoint (thank you again!).

   And Kacie (this one I’m the most sure of) is a great teller. She was able to tell me the different effects and variances on the products I was buying with relative ease and off the top of her head (super impressive)!

   I will never go to another dispensary again, because the people here make me feel welcome and that I’m going to get the best products and deals in the city. Keep up the great work, everyone!

4. Going to the Source since first day got my card…any anxieties I may have had were instantly erased as I was greeted at door! Instant family! Love the diversity and professionalism staff conveys towards all customers. Flower deals are always fair. Being on a fixed income and a plethora of medical issues…staff always knows my needs, and steers me in the right direction. Will always go there first. I’m one happy baby boomer at The Source!!

27. So I decided when I was in town to stop by this new location of there’s. I have not been to there other one. so I grabbed a couple pretty rolls a gram and a eighth. the gram and either were super dry and the previous rolls would burn so unevenly. there staff is great and friendly and very well knowledge. would give them a second chance but the buds I got fell apart in my hands.

30. I’m a medical patient who’s been patronizing The Source – Henderson since Oct 2017 (and The Source – Las Vegas since 2015). I’m always impressed with the flower selection, the atmosphere, and the top-level customer service experience they provide visit after visit. My only issue is they do not honor eighth and quarter prices when they are selling by the gram to medical patients. I understand supply and demand, and I also understand charging by the gram as a business decision re: recreational customers, but the policy should change back to the way it was before re: medical patients. We should be able to pay the “bulk rate” regardless of packaging, both because it is our medicine, and because we cannot visit dispensaries as often as recreational users. That’s it. Please change your policy to always provide the “bulk price” to medical patients, even when only available in gram packets. Thank you.

    P.S. I expressed this issue to a manager in person this past week — he sincerely accepted my criticism and request for change, he advised he would bring my concern to the owners, and he encouraged me to post this review. Once again, 5 star service! As soon as this policy changes back re: medical patients, I will happily upgrade my rating to FULL 5 STARS

41. I love the fact that most of the staff working there are friendly and helpful but there are a few bud tenders that could use training. Not everyone is a connoisseur of all things bud and when asking about other options like concentrates the guy that helped me talked down to me. I’m not an idiot and do know that my vape pen that I purchased from Kandy Pens is a brand of pen and not an actual type of weed. My experience was terrible with him and I’ll avoid him like the plague next time that I go.

44. I took my mom a few weeks ago. We just tried another place because they had the vapepins cheaper and it was terrible. We are going back to the source. We were nerves and not knowing what to expect. My mom had knee surgery but does not like pain pills. It was pretty busy and loud when we first got there. A woman asked us if we needed help. At first she was talking to me in English then she heard my mom ask me something in Spanish and then she told us she spoke Spanish too. I could see my mom relax so much. Estefani or Stefany? She explained CBD and THC and showed us so much stuff and taught us a lot. She is patient and helped my mom with lotion and 2 different vapepins one with only CBD and the other has THC. Everything works great and my mom told me as long as that nice woman is there she does not need me! lol

53. It’s a small upscale dispensary. Good quality, employees were knowledgeable. the line was slow very slow considering a small amount of people I assume its due to having a few cashiers. while I think it’s a nice dispensary I won’t be returning due to the Henderson tax. that tax made the purchase expensive so no I won’t be back. If you find the tax to be too much then go to the dispensary at the 215 and Gibson it’s close but they don’t have extra tax.

54. Although this is the most convenient place for me to visit, it’s also the BEST.
    1. They care about quality and quantity. I weigh my product every time and they’ve never short changed me. And while I’ve favored certain strain recommendations over others, I’ve never been disappointed.
    2. Some other places (closer to, if not on the Strip), hire sales-oriented/pitchy people. The Source Henderson hires people that know what they’re talking about medically. They really care…I love picking Stephanie’s brain. She’s quite calm and knowledgable. And if they don’t know something, they don’t pretend to…they find out for you.
    3. Go talk to Paul “The Chopper” O. Not only a well-rounded employee, but genuinely one of the kindest, most empathetic people I’ve ever met. He’d give you the clothes off his back…and he ALWAYS makes sure I get the best deal possible.

    One of these days, they’ll have to buy a space next door and open a smoke lounge. I will never leave if they do. :0)

58. Okay, I’m going to comment on a few things. Firstly, in reading some of the other reviews aEUR” I must admit there was an employee that should’ve plausibly stayed home, rather than bringing a clear-and-negative/sick energy. If you don’t want to be there; I certainly don’t want you there.

    Next, their prices and selection are about average for the dispensaries in Southern Nevada. Their ‘house brand’ is dry, does not present well; nevertheless irrelevant! On average, their merchandise is capable, pleasant, works as advertised, in sensible containers, and 30% less than shinier, and more ‘polished’ packaging competitors-in-price.

    The industry will shake out, the location is convenient, there are some things that need improvement in the Henderson spot (the only one I visited), and I’m sure if they are open to information aEUR” it has the potential to be one of the most productive locations in Henderson!

62. Love both locations, but this store is located in a nicer strip mall and overall better area than the store on the west side is, plus has a better selection of cannabis. The staff is courteous, helpful, informative, and friendly. The $10/g snap sales are amazing- great strains! Superb quality flower. On a side note (for straight women and gay men), I couldn’t help but notice that the security guards are very sexy!

64. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff and great quality products. Definitely a fantastic place for some beginners, and the budtenders are very helpful in figuring out newer products. My only complaint is that they’re not incredibly knowledgeable on some of the specifics, and I seem to confuse them when asking about phytocannabinoid-terpenoid effects or concentrations of other cannabinoids.

65. The quality of flower was very nice but the prices were too expensive and the selection was weak. The lady that helped us was condescendingly nice and became too impatient if you were to ask her to explain their deals over again. I won’t be coming back nor recommending to a friend.

75. Place was super clean and nice. Had good deals on the flowers and got free stuff for my first visit. Picked up some Glass Slipper Sativa that smokes great and tastes better. Also got some Jorge’s Diamonds that is dripping with thc crystals so I’m definitely going back!

81. It’s the most unique Dispensary concerning how it’s laid out. I love that there is a showroom instead of having to look down at a counter like a pawn shop. They separate the budtenders from the people who ring out so if you know what you want, you can just go to the window and be out in 10 minutes.

     1. I was greeted at the door and escorted to the window.
     2. At check in I was asked if it was my first time and given the appropriate SHORT paperwork then escorted to the sitting area.
     3. Before I was finished my documents were returned to me and they waited until I finished to collect my application.
     4. I was called into the showroom and the rep not only knew where everything was but was very very informative… I learned several tid bits of info.

117. Wow, I never knew there were so many different beneficial properties of marijuana. Paul T helped me find the right strain with anti-inflammatory effects to treat my arthritis. I’ve been to a few other dispensaries around town and nobody seemed to know anything about their strains besides the THC %

119. I came hear for the first time in search of Golden Goat, which was sale priced even though it had pretty much disappeared from the valley. Rachel, an awesome budtender, explained that what they offer is own-grown. She also said it’s great, but that was to be expected. When I got it home, I found that it differs from the Golden Goat offered by the previous monopoly in that rather than being fluffy, it needs to run through a grinder. Once that’s done with, it has a higher THC content and a sharper terpene profile than what I’ve smoked before, so I expect I’ll be back for more even at their regular price.

133. have been to many dispensaries, here and in california and this location of the source is the best of all, by far. the people are SO kind and helpful. they have the best flower, the best deals, great cbd selection and their canned food drive for christmas really shows what a wonderful company they truly are helping others and giving the customers $2 a can in store credit points is such a great incentive to help and definitely makes us want to come spend time and money here more often. honestly coming to the source after work a couple times a week just makes my day.
