Mynt has been my go to dispensary because of their late hours, Thankyou! Recently they’ve lowered their prices to be almost as good as what I paid in Colorado. The tax here is inconceivable! My most recent visit was the most pleasant and was guided by Trista. She was engaging, she was knowledgeable, and gives excellent hugs. I can’t wait to go back just to have another Trista experience!

Mynt is absolutely a model dispensary. The bud tenders are always helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve gone to competing dispensaries in town where the bud tenders have no idea about the product, and I sometimes feel like I know more than they do! That’s not the case at mynt, alongside with their knowledge, is their outright friendliness and pleasant attitudes, which keep me excited to come back! As for their product quality, I’d have to say that it is the best I’ve seen in the Reno area. Another thing I really appreciate is that their menu on Weedmaps is updated very frequently, so that you’re not disappointed when you go in and something you wanted is out of stock. The atmosphere is comfortable, and open, and the decor is very modern and natural. Overall best place in town on so many levels! Heck them out, you will not be disappointed!

While Mynt prices are on the higher end, you are paying for quality bud. They have some of the most potent products. The budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Being a medical patient, they give you priority entry. Highly recommend (pun intended).

Went in on a Friday night and the place was pretty busy. This joint has more of a club environment, music was really loud and a lot more younger crowds. Also it being downtown, there were a few sketch folk loitering around the parking lot.
I find more touristy buyers come through places like this. The staff are pretty nice and engaging, apparently Mynt was originally medical, so they know their stuff. I wouldn’t really go back again but it was nice to check out one of “Reno’s Best” dispensaries according to the magazine polls.

They have a beautiful and comfortable waiting room. The check in process is smooth and easy. I’ve been here three times and each time I worked with a very knowledgeable bud tender who was able to help me determine exactly what I needed. They have a wide selection of high quality CBD products that I love.

I will never be back. My dad is currently dying of stage 4 pancreatic cancer and enjoys CBD honey to help with the pain. Normally I go elsewhere but they were out at the moment. I placed an online pickup order. When I went in I showed my ID and told the front desk attendant I had I pickup order. He scanned my ID and didn’t say a word to me. When he turned away from me I asked if he heard that I had a pickup order as I got zero acknowledgment the first time. With the most condescending attitude and sassy, slimy look on his fave he said “yeah, got it” and turned away to talk to a coworker. I’m sorry that me spending my money is an inconvenience to you, sassy front desk boy. I will never come back and will tell everyone else to stay away as well. I posted a picture of him on yelp if anyone in management wants to coach him on customer service techniques.
Living in downtown this is my go to place! The staff is super efficient, knowledgeable,and friendly. I love that you can look at the menu while you wait and it’s an accessible location. I’ve noticed that they are beginning to offer more flash sales day to day and if you’re a frequent customer like me the punch card is a great deal. I love mynt and highly recommend it to all my friends.

This store is great for convenience, it’s only right up the road from me. They have reasonable prices as well. All of the budtenders I have encountered have been great. Kudos to Misty for my last visit, she was really helpful.

I believe – very genuinely – that Shoni is an extremely valuable asset to the Mynt dispensary. Her ability to create a memorable experience for me is what will bring me to shop at Mynt again. With all respect implied, Shoni’s customer service skills are exactly what will propel Mynt to the top-spot of ‘The Best Dispensary in Reno’.
That said, the Grateful Breath pre-rolls seem to be outsourced to a separate cannabis supplier/packager (other than Mynt) because the quality is far less than what I have come to expect from professional cannabis retailers.
Lastly, why have propane heaters outside if you don’t use them when it’s cold? I mean, it’s not like y’all ain’t getting that paper…
Overall, I give Mynt a 4 out of 5.
I have been to Mynt several times already. They’re the only dispensary I have experience with. My last visit was what made me a customer for life. Upon checkout, I realized I was $1.50 of the total. I told my budtender, Cayden, that I would need to run out to grab more cash. He told me not to worry about it and that he would handle it. He grabbed the change from their tip jar and told me, “this is medicine, we’re not going to turn you away for $1.50” Kay finished checking me out and they both were so nice to me! I appreciated their help so much. Everyone who has helped me has made me feel so welcome and relaxed.
I’ve only tried vape cartridges and a few edibles but every time it has been quality product. Mynt is my favorite dispensary in Reno!

Going to Mynt was my first visit to a cannabis dispensary of any kind, and from the moment I walked in, through the excellent budtender service, to the simple act of paying for my goods – I was blown away by just how awesome a business it is they keep.
The place is clean, well lit, and oozes professionalism, warmth, and care.
I love that they make medical patients a priority. I don’t mind waiting in the recreational line while somebody who truly needs their medicine is being seen to first.
They’ve got a fantastic selection of product and as previously mentioned their budtenders are second to none.
Your first time in they ask the sort of questions that show just how much they care about getting you the right medicine for whatever it is that ails ya.’ There’s never any judgement, just a pure unadulterated desire to help folks obtain whatever it is they need.
I’m heading back in a few days, and I can’t wait!

MYNT was the first place I came when recreational became legal; and I’m glad I did. At that point I had gotten my tooth pulled out and couldn’t smoke. The budtenders and I were talking about edibles and other alternatives to smoking. They are very helpful and I ended up getting a CannaPunch (which was very good). A tad bit pricier than most dispensaries, but the product makes it worth it. Nice shop; nice people. Will recommend to others fer surely!!

It’s easy to write this review about MYNT. From the first time I walked into the downtown Reno location a year ago, to my most recent visit with my friendly budtender, I haven’t had a disappointing experience.
What keeps me coming back to MYNT is the excellent customer service. I feel welcomed and well taken care of by everyone, every time, aEUR” receptionist, budtender, cashier, and supervisor.

I absolutely love it here and I seem to love it more and more every time I return. I also love the emplyees here they are so kind and welcoming you couldn’t ask for nicer people here but I have to point out Kendall. My wife and I have been in most of the dispensaries in Reno/Sparks and I can say that this one has the most knowledgeable budtenders when it comes to actual medicinal use. Our tender was Quran ( the manager).
As my wife’s caregiver I thought I knew about the different components of mmj, I was wrong.
I received invaluable information about CBD’s from him, especially on the use of tinctures.
The waiting room is the most pleasant of all we have been to. Modern rustic, Tahoe like. The prices can appear on the high side but it is only a matter of “you get what you pay for”. We have tried identical strains from different shops and think that the quality
is worth the difference.
The Mynt is a division of Kynd and they are certainly maintaining their brand.
Even though they are downtown they DO have a private parking lot in front of the building, so no hassle parking
is provided.
You should try this place out and check out their sales.

The kind products they sell aren’t that good and the selection is on the weaker side.the last concentrate i got triple g was was less potent than good flower and they always act like your getting fire from them to find out upon smoking its not that good. The cadillac purple taste great but it’s low on thc.the last good reasonably priced flower i got was super glue haven’t seen that in like 18 months. Good bud tenders deserve better products to sell .

Mynt gave me a great impression of Nevada dispensaries. You enter, get your name written on your smell proof bag, and then take in seat in their waiting room. Waiting is comfy with lots of history about Reno and the dispensary itself. Plus they have sheets with all their current deals and a screen that shows you what flower they have in stock and some info about the strains. They have a WIDE selection and keep it up to date. Then, pretty quickly, your budtender calls you through the door like a doctor’s office. Kaytea was my budtender and she was wonderful and friendly. She helped me pick between two similar sativas. You get to look at the flower in a little magnifying box as well as smell it. Cash only but ATM inside. Everything you buy gets a big sticker that has not just THC and CBD percentages but main terpenes too.
I like the cleanliness, the high tech look and feel of the actual showroom floor. They have a massive selection of products and if you get the medical marijuana license, they open up the more powerful Cannabis strains to you. Plus I pay no taxes on my weed purchases. I have two more stamps to get on my “frequent weeder” card and I get $75 off my 12 or 13th visit. 1 stamp is like $200. I only go to Mynt and soon will open a location in Lemmon Valley I hear next to a taco joint. So I can get my great weed and crush my munchies in one area!

Paid about $15 bucks (incl taxes) for a preroll…which is about twice what I pay in AZ. Decent meds (kynd brand), but they definitely know that they are the only place within walking distance of strip-felt bad watching first time elderly medical patients paying ridiculous prices for large amounts of medication. This place seems to be for out of towners looking for a couple of joints only-shop accordingly

Excellent site and great customer service from all involved. Was a little shocked that with my 100 dollar order the sales tax was almost twenty bucks but the veterans discount helped a little. Will definitely return for a third visit.
That was my first time ever playing in any dispensary ever in my whole life and it was a very professional experience And finally talked about fifth teen I’ve been smoking since I was 14 and 45 now. MYNT Cannabis is one of the best facilities I have visited. The staff is incredibly educated, and the product selection is fantastic. Great atmosphere perfect addition to downtown Reno, the location is close to downtown lodging and events and has a secured parking lot.

I may have not smoked pot in a few decades but I wasn’t thrilled with my bud server who told me that Dark Plasma was “69% Sativa dominant” while his tattid fore arm buddy to his left cracks a smile. Was buying grams from this location but because of this treatment I’ll be taking by business elsewhere.
I have visited here 3 times. First visit was a great one and loved Vincenzo, great experience, good bud. 2nd time, bad budtender, ok bud. 3rd time ugh same bad bud tender, ok bud. Not returning

I have been a loyal medical patient for quite some time now and feel disappointed that meds have gone up in price so much, and there are no specials for medical patients any longer. I hope these changes are temporary because I have come to really rely on these meds..

great location, I did like inside very modern. The only thing I didnt like was I couldnt see the weed very well in the shelf displays.
The prices are high, the variety is poor, and I was treated rudely on my last visit to Mynt. On a prior visit I received a card that offered an unnamed incentive for leaving a positive review. I wrote them a nice review (which I greatly regret posting) and brought the card back on my next visit. I was treated rudely when I showed the card and was told, “a lot of people have been taking advantage of this system.” The budtender then held up a basic tee with an ugly logo and said, “I can offer you this t-shirt which is valued at $20.” I was so disappointed in the way he treated me after I was doing something they asked customers to do that I walked out without spending any money. There are other dispensaries in Reno and Sparks that have better variety and prices and sell dope tees featuring local art that are actually worth wearing. However, my favorite part is that they treat me with kindness and respect. I will not be visiting Mynt again.

mynt is usually where I go. most of the staff is friendly & helpful. so far I’ve gotten quality product from this location.
Never again! I went here for my very first and last time last week. I purchased an eighth of tangerine dream that was on sale. The quality was AWFUL. It was so dry, that I didn’t even need a grinder – moving my forefinger and thumb back and forth a couple times and the nug was completely eviscerated. If I wanted to deal with questionable quality, I would stick to other means of obtaining my meds as opposed to paying the higher prices you see at dispensaries. With how dry it was, it burned so much quick that something that should have lasted two weeks only lasted one, and I have to wait before I can obtain more meds. Not cool!
My husband and I came to Tahoe for our honeymoon and stopped by this dispensary before heading out of town. We’ve been to countless dispensaries in Colorado and some in California, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had! Great product, helpful and very friendly staff, and super knowledgeable and willing to give recommendations!

I used to use another dispensary religiously but decided to try this one out. I’m super glad I did. Brandon definitely knew the product well and helped answer all the questions I had!!! Check this place out!!!

I am a 45yo disabled autistic veteran on a very limited income. I’ve been to nearly every other dispensary in town and none come close to the service and affordability of this one. Most others see me whip out a $20 bill and rush me out to make room for bigger spenders. But not here. They take the time to answer questions and don’t judge my poverty. As well, they offer a great discount for vets.

I love this amazing dispensary, their customer service is amazing and their specialty cannabis brand; Kynd, is awesome quality. I love the chocolates. The feel of the lobby is relaxing and earthy with a distinct Tahoe/ Truckee river vibe and its a really modern and clean facility. I recommend this place to anyone, and its proximity to downtown, and the ballfield is prime… all around amazing place. Check it out.
Awesome beyond my expectations. Rita went way beyond to address my apprehension and made me feel really comfortable being there. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Explained to her that I haven’t used any for over 30yrs and that so many changes and types of products had me intimidated. She took her time to answer all my questions and made sure that I was at ease and that when I left I would be fully informed. 10 STARS for this place and all their staff!!

I had ordered an ounce online of Miss X Baker at the cost of $115. The picture on the website clearly is on a flower. When I had arrived at the location in Reno NV, they had my bag ready for me. There was no show of the items inside the bag. When I had walked out the the store and looked inside the bag the iteam of Miss X Baker was not flower but bakers batch Cush. As soon as I realized that i headed back into the store to explain to the manager about the situation. When walking in the representative was nice and was willing to get the manager after i had explained everything that happened. When the manager had came up to me I had explained what I purchased online and what I got. He told me “obviously it says Kush on the jar. How did you not see it?”. I had explained to him “sir, I was no aware because you as a store had it ready and already in the bag I wasn’t able to look into it before leaving”. He then responded with the same answer with “it’s a lush jar it says it all over the jar” I was trying to ask if there is any way I could replace it with something else of the same price. He responded with “no, because you could have contaminated the jar”. For a reference of the situation the jar still had all the plastic, stickers, and rubber band on the jar. He didn’t want to come with a compromise and sent me on my way. I do have personal evidence of what I purchased and what i had gotten from the store. I am not satisfied with my purchase or how the manager had handled the situation.
The only dispensary located in downtown Reno. Plenty of off-street parking. They offer med patients 10% off on Mondays. Wish they would have told me about the 75 cent bag fee. I’m bringing my own bag next time.
Service:
I try to avoid this place, the budtenders are all super pushy on their store products and it’s rather annoying. It reminds me of used car salesmen trying to make their commission.
Products:
Their flower is the same you’d get anywhere else in town, and most of their other products that aren’t flower aren’t reliable quality. The quality on most things seems to differ pretty drastically (with most of it being pretty bad, especially their store cartridges). I only go here when other places in town are out of what I want, and it’s always been a bad sign to me that these guys are the last to sell out of most their products.
Cosontrates is what like the most and staff and service are very helpful and ill be coming back here all the time never had to wait longer then 10 minutes thumbs up
I think the north (valley) location is great… the people are friendly and knowledgeable, and the place has a nice atmosphere.

Very quick service. No wait really. However i did not like that the service was rushed. I got something specific, she grabbed it, rang me up and signed me out. I wanted another item so she had to sign me back in. So a bit rushed. Overall a great exp. i look forward to testing the wares.
