1. Every single person in the building said hi to me. Medication is sourced from several cultivators with an excellent variety at 3 different price points/quality levels. Good experience super nice staff. Location is much smaller and more intimate than, say, The Las Vegas location which I prefer.

4. I went to Reef a few weeks ago and I was rather impressed. Ryan the budtender was amazing! He knew all his strains and what would work for my diagnosis. The staff was friendly and the clinic was clean. Definitely will be coming back!

7. I was very happy with how the dispensary finally turned out! One thing that I liked especially, which I believe they do at all the Reef locations, is how you can look at the buds with a magnifying glass and smell them. It’s little things like that which help me find the right cannabis for me. I also appreciated the enthusiasm from everybody there, including Joseph who helped me pick out my meds for the day!

9. I had my first trip in on Sunday and worked with Jessica, and she was amazing! Even though I’m not new to cannabis I still had some questions, especially switching brands by going to a new dispensary. She was so knowledgeable and provided such an amazing experience. I can’t wait to go back

10. Loved my first experience here. Cesare, aka Chez, was personable, helpful, and made my entire shopping experience more fun. Definitely the aEUR~transaction’ feel fades away when you can nerd out about podcast interests with your budtender! She was very professional and Cesare’s love for her job shows in her service! Got what I came for, and will try her suggestions next time I’m there. The environment was clean, bright & welcoming, and conveniently located right off the freeway in Sparks.

11. By far my favorite dispensary in Reno/Sparks! It is a little hidden but the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s really hands on, they have the strains on display there that let you smell it and check it out with a magnifying glass.

18. Very low testing medications all strains i smelt smelled the same. Came in twice and couldn’t even make up my mind and left. They need to get better quality medication and step there game up! I will never come back agine. Not to mention I’m a first the patient and they charged me for a bag. Told me I get a free 8th and they had nothing that was even worth smoking. Told me I can pick a gram from the top shelf for free and then told me they didn’t get any top shelf I’m grams I have to buy an 8th! It made no sence and feel the guys there had no clue what they were doing. Don’t go here it’s a big waste of gas time and energy

19. First time at the reef, outstanding customer service by jess. Went in after a long day and she got me in and out very quickly. The 10%off was a plus for being a nv resident. Overall great experience! Cant wait to go back!

29. Upon entering for the first time, I was promptly greeted with friendly faces . I observed the spacious and ever so clean patient waiting area. It was very accommodating with tv screens , magazines and product information. The staff was wonderful, and the bud tenders are extremely talented and knowledgeable. Great place, great prices , great products. Love this place.

I love this dispensary they honestly have THE BEST tree in town prices are a bit higher but really still comparable to other dispensaries in Reno they don’t sell GARBAGE so they don’t have low ass prices like some of the other dispensaries in town but I PROMISE you you won’t be disappointed its ALWAYS money WELL SPENT for me and they really NEVER have a line dY’

37. Usually pretty decent medicine in the concentrates. Very informational and wanting to help. They know a lot about what they carry. Unfortunately due to my PTSD I can’t go back if they continue to keep the security guard in the dispensing area tapping on the female bud tenders computer screen while patients are trying to choose medicine. VERY uncomfortable! In my experience security is most often found outside of the dispensing area. I’ve been in all but one in Reno Sparks and no one else chooses to do that. ID’s have been checked or we can’t enter the dispensing area. Why have one in the back watching the customers? Bad form for those of us who are also victims of the war on cannabis. ONE LOVE

39. I really enjoy the product at Reef-Sparks. The only reason they got a 4 in quality is because there’s always room for improvement. I like how the containers are no longer plastic and flimsy. The concentrates they have are some of the best I have found and they seem to have good rotation and a nice selection. The atmosphere is great, The employees there alone keep me coming back. Always friendly and greeting you with a smile. It’s a great dispensary and if you have not been there I sincerely suggest that you do. Thanks Reef for coming to Reno!

Although I only bought the budget stuff the first time out, my bud tender offered me some options that I never knew about. This place is professional and cares about their patients. 5 stars, give it a try!

46. I had a pleasant and efficient visit to the Glendale location. The atmosphere was calming and provided a peaceful break from all the chaos of the outside world. As usual I’m horrible with names, but the employee who referred me to this review provided her Budtender name: Che2, as stated on this business card was very polite. Her knowledge of the available product provided helpful and efficient guidance as i selected the products that would best provide the results i desired. Over the last few months I have visited over a handful of different dispensaries in the Reno area and I’m happy say that the Glendale REEF location has become mine,as well as my fiance’s dispensary of choice.We Thankyou for your kind, helpful,and satisfying experiences provided by this dispensary and its staff.

47. First time visiting a rec store. Budtenders took time to show me multiple products as I picked them out, then put them away, and answer questions (probably a ridiculous amount) until I finally made a few decisions about the edibles and concentrates I wanted to buy. Knowledgeable and helpful staff made me feel welcome and the products I brought home were great. I will be a return customer!

50. My second visit here, definitely a great a knowledgeable experience this trip. Angel helped me a lot and gave me all the answers to some of my questions about edibles. She showed me all sorts of options as to having a fast metabolism and really took her time to meet my needs. Angel opened me up to bake goods and was very satisfied with the Pumpkin Delight Bar and the Josh D OG strain I tried. Definitely my new spot now thanks to this great experience there!

59. I’ve been there several times and have not been disappointed. I have PTSD and insomnia and use Gorilla Glue #4 to calm the effects of both. I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis and use Harlequin to lessen the fairly constant pain… doesn’t take it all away so far, but it certainly cuts a LOT of pain.

62. This was my first time visiting any dispensary. I walked into a professional atmosphere and was given great service by the whole staff. Daniel gave me recommendations based on preferences, seeing as there were many choices on their menu. I would recommend anyone to go there

67. Been here a few times now, hardly every a crowd when I go. The concentrate section is best around, Tryke makes great extracts and today I found out they make some fantastic flower too!
    Super happy with what I got here today and for less than planned!

68. I have been to several places in town and I find that this store has the best bang for your buck concentrates.

    They have quite a few different types for $20-25/g when most places are 30+.

    The taste isn’t always the best with them, but they are definitely very potent to make up for it

72. got a selection of flowers from 5 of their strains. first the bad then the good: there were no amounts above an 1/8 pre packed, they combined 1/8’s to make a larger quantity. most of them were packed with small flowers. all but two of nine packages were not properly cured and smelled green (like immature weed while its growing). only one of the strains smelled and looked right, all of the others smelled the same: grassy/green/chlorophyll. Buds were far to dry which seems to be a common problem among the nevada producers/dispensaries.

    Well laid out display areas for all the products. example buds were good looking, smelled right, and appeared to be of top quality. Friendly staff, nice helpful atmosphere. The one strain that was cured right was an excellent smoke. prices are mostly decent.

    would have been a 5 star visit but the badly cured buds and misrepresentation given by the samples when compared to their packaged counterparts brings it down to 2 star.

74. This is the dispensary I go to! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Francesca and Clint are some of best bud tenders and really knowledgeable about everything! Even the security guy with the long beard is pretty cool and dances to the music they play. It’s a super cool place to shop!

76. must say you have gone from my top choice to the bottom due to your over priced items you raised your prices well before recreation was available your the only dispensary with 2 locations in reno sparks and your quality is lacking lately. no one else even the ones selling recreational are a high priced as you. your 121.00 half gram concentrate is only 60 else were and they have a higher thc content as well. Get a clue.

82. This was the first dispensary I’ve ever visited. All new patients get a free 8th. Staff is friendly and fast and the location is convenient to the interstate. They don’t have as many stains as other shops, but you won’t be disappointed at the quality of REEF’s weed. My favorite strain is Jupiter OG. The best thing about REEF is their pre-rolls, you won’t find a better deal anywhere.

Walked out today after doing a express pickup,which is as I would expect from the best staff in town quick.I was in and out in 5 mins! The product was there Tryke Gorilla Glue #4 shatter and at a whopping 91THCA, 83%THC is phenomenal from the price $20 a gram, to the delicious taste that just hits the palate perfectly! Great buzz and crushes my anxiety and glues me into whatever I am doing from TV to Music to PS4! Great #ashtag product just in with a few others I will be checking out for sure. Favorite place in town!

89. Everyone here is super kind and welcoming. I love going here. Love the little snack bar they added and cant beat the prices they offer. Bryan was so knowledgeable about everything I asked and was sincere with recommendations. Every time Ive Gone into Reef, Im always satisfied and ecstatic about the quality of service, product and just simply the whole experience. Its always amazing!

99. The pre rolls are horrible! They keep flower that’s been sitting there at the dispensary for awhile and still sell it! The flower is dry and of very poor quality. You have to literally ask what is the freshest drop they have so you can avoid them giving you something that’s old! I will think twice about coming here again!

100. My first visit and I was impressed with how fast I was processed in and then the personal service I received by my bud tender, Ryan. He listened to my needs and recommended multiple products. 101. On my most recent visit to this Dispensary I had happen to meet a staff member by the name of Giovanni . Giovanni was one of the best dispensary employees i have ever met .Giovanni turned one of the most frustrating days and turned that around . Ive been to many dispensaries and this one is one of the best . They have people who care and go that extra mile . They ask about you and strains. They care from the second you walk in . But most importantly they have good quality buds good smelling and beuatiful . They are always fresh and good looking . They never have shizz for buds they are 100% . They take the time and find amazing people who care .And it really shows that they do care . You see it in the staff and their attitudes.They really make your dispensary one of the best. Because of people like Giovanni is why people like me still have hope . I have never had something like that happen . Thankyou Giovanni for being so caring and kind. I didnt have much in life and went through a hell of alot mentally and physically . Without cannibas i wouldnt have my liscense or even a high school diploma. These types of days are ones i will never forget .
