Only the Ontario government could create such a disaster of a store. First of all, the setup is atrocious. I felt as if I was in the Apple store, employees walking around with Ipad’s waiting to be approached instead of welcoming you upon entry. Very confusing for first-timers. Next would be the inability to see or smell what im buying, two very detrimental deciding factors. Last but not least, no wonder we’re not allowed to see or smell, the bud here is trash. I was told I was buying the most potent indica but the bud is brown and dry as dust. Employees were very nice but the business sucked. I will never return.
It was my first time visiting a cannabis store. The information I got on cbd oil was informative. Product reasonably priced and great quality. Store is very clean and classy. Staff courteous and helpful
Absolute trash. Employees had little to no knowledge off product. I purchased cannabis that was packaged 6 months ago and it was over cured bush. What a complete waste of money on sub par product. Your average high school student would have access to better cannabis.

Great location. Amazing set-up. Certain strains were on display showing exact THC percentage. Really liked that…keep it up Nova!!!
Hello all this store is absolutely fabulous. First time in there I couldn’t believe the layout of the store. Especially coming from the honey pot where the layout is just horrible. The prices are completely reasonable again compared to the Honeypot same weed double the price. Trevor took care of me, and listened to exactly what I needed. He was wonderful help and if you can get him to help you ask for him. I will definitely be going back to this cannabis shop again, there’s nothing I can say that’s bad. For a legal pot shop the store rocks good for you Nova cannabis!
great location, staff are helpful, but the convenience of the self-service kiosk make this one of my favourites in Ontario so far. if you already know what you want, walk in, place your order, cash out, done!
