1. Rad people, great place! Definitely somewhere to check out.

2. First time trying a recreational cannabis store, i was really impressed with the staffs knowledge about product. Something that was also appealing to me was being able to find out accurate thc and cbd percentages, where the bud was grown and who by. also knowing its pesticide free and passed quality control for consumption was a good peace of mind, something id never got from prevoius grey area cannabis stores. the store layout was simple but effective, i found it easy to navigate through strains and find what i was looking for. will defo use hobo as my go to store!!!

3. I loved everything about my experience here! The hostesses were lovely and welcoming and explained how it all went down – upstairs to explore and chat about product and downstairs is the express area. Product is basically the same as the other stores (OCS stuff) but the prices are a bit better here. Staff are amazing and knowledgeable and were extremely helpful to all of us! I will definitely be coming back!

4. The best part is the ethical accessibility to wheelchairs. Spent close to $500 and a happy customer.

5. I don’t understand how the previous reviews for this dispensary could be real…it is incredibly gimmicky and not what I ever want from a dispensary. The prices are incredibly high for terrible product. The entire store seems to have been made for people who don’t actually smoke pot.

   Also, a name like hobo is incredibly offensive. Even the manifesto likens smoking cannabis to some kind of journey into unknown…did the people behind this even smoke one joint in their lives!?!?!? I can’t wait for more stores to open up so I can choose NOT to go to HOBO.

6. This past weekend I elected to visit Hobo for the first time and see how it differs from my main dispensary.

   I have to immediately give them a strike for not carding me as soon as I went into the store, because the nice looking lady at the front who should have been checking ID’s was too busy chatting away with a friend. Now maybe she decided there was no way I’m underage (which is accurate – I’m almost 40), but I’m pretty sure she should be checking everyone regardless.

   Their showcase area reminds me of an Apple store, since every table has a tablet on it where you can browse the menu and actually place an order so that by the time you get to a cash register it’s ready to go. This makes this store the most efficient for placing and finishing an order and I really appreciate that efficiency.

   But I found their overall selection was lacking. Fortunately there was a selection so I’m not implying the store was bare, but my usual dispensary has more options at all budget levels. I think it’s for this reason I’m sticking to my usual dispensary, but I will come back again from time to time.

7. The location is great. Very clean and open atmosphere. Was impressed and I’ll be back.

   They have jars that you can look at the strains through a microscope, and has vents allowing you to smell. Prices are still high, so don’t think I will be buying any big quantities.. but to get a few grams here and there it’s great.

8. This was my first time in a Recreational Cannabis Store, and i can happily say I will be a returning customer. I really enjoyed the bright layout of the store, the atmosphere was extremely welcoming. The staff working were very knowledgeable and friendly, I was able to find exactly what I needed and then some! Welcome to the neighbourhood Hobo.

9. Great looking location , a lot of space , and the atmosphere is really chill. It feels like an art exposition where the art is weed lol. And on top of that you always have someone to help you find the best product. BUT the herb can be quite expensive

10. Nice looking store but the employees just want to get rid of you. They bank on the whole high tech thing to excuse for less than stellar employee service.

11. Cool jars, clean space, & option to take your time upstairs or hit the express in the lower level. From my experience I say the best products are anything by broken coast or whistler. Fresh buds, reasonable sized packaging compared to other LP’s( licensed producers) , which by the way are where HOBO has to legally get there product through, they can’t get stuff from a random unlicensed friends grow and sell it, & it also comes pre packaged in that oversized wasteful packaging from said LP’s, they don’t have a worker in the back room of the store with a set of scales people dY~,. If you are looking for good flower from a lower price point, go with anything by redecan, solid product and one of the cheapest.
