History:
The Joint has a long history in Washington state, with its first medical dispensary opening in Seattle in 2010 and opening their Tacoma dispensary in 2014. Following Washington’s change in marijuana regulation, The Joint transferred its long history working in the medical marijuana movement to opening a recreational location. On January 1st, 2017, they finally were able to open their doors to the recreational cannabis-using public, serving casual marijuana users while working with a medical endorsement to continue helping those who use it for health reasons.

Thanks to their long history, the Joint specializes in excellent customer service that fits every type of cannabis consumer. Whether there to chat about cannabis or privately browse their menu in silence, the Joint’s dispensary staff strives to make sure every customer experience is a good one from the moment the enter their store to the last hit of their cannabis product at home. They are proud to offer some of the best marijuana product around at a variety of price points, so individuals with any budget may access top-of-the-line stuff across the board. The Joint treats people well and is more than happy to walk Tacoma customers through their line of cannabis products and explain their effects.
Menu:
The Joint prides themselves on their expanding cannabis product selection, always striving to increase their stock and add new growers and items that their customers want to see. Working with only the finest cultivators and licensed processors, the Joint offers 40 different strains of marijuana flowers, edibles, concentrates, and more in plenty of joint, gram and eighth sizes. Some of their featured brands include Top Cut, Fireline, Spark, Treedom, Three Tree Farms and Ardeda, and their Sweet Az live resin sells out often. True to their namesake, the Joint currently offers the cheapest recreational joint in the market at $3 per joint on Fridays with plans to make their joints three cents each in the future. Vaping and smoking accessories are available in their dispensary, and all products are lab tested with results kept onsite.
The Joint currently accepts cash only with an ATM provided for their dispensary customer’s convenience. They offer 20% for every ten visits to their dispensary and are proud to connect with their clients on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and phone and email. Street parking is available right outside their dispensary’s entrance.

As a person who would not normally frequent this type of establishment due to religious reasons, I was slightly hesitant to go in. My fears of being judged or made fun of because I was brand new to the world of CBD/THC for pain relief almost kept me out. These fears were quickly set aside however, when meeting the team. The staff were very genuine, thoughtful, and intuitive when dealing with my MANY questions. I have begun using CBD and THC for pain relief and was only able to begin the process with the help of the team I found at The Joint! If you are like me and are interested in pain relief options, but fear the stigma and judgement by others when you mention you use CBD/THC, I would recommend you give these guys a try! My list of questions is getting smaller and smaller as I go and learn from the knowledgeable staff. Good luck in your journey! Mine has just nearly begun, but im confident I’ll continue to find what I need at The Joint!

Also, you can snob over to other stores, this one hands down has them beat in pricing, variety, service, location, and in the personality as well. Be loyal to whoever. But this store and location definitely has my loyalty. No where in Nevada meets the level that this store is on. Rock on guys.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Most places I’ve been to have given basic advice and customer service (Sativas will keep you productive, indica’s are chill, CBD for pain, eat half an edible and wait etc.). These guys knew everything about all the products in their massive selection. I came in looking for prerolls and the bud tender brought out handfuls within my price range ($10), told me everything about each joint including awards won, which one had the best flavor, desired effects… I ended up leaving with 2 half-gram joints for $8. Definitely recommend this place.

I’ve bought tons of pre-rolls before, never have I purchased one that’s short, this promised to be 1.5 grams and was more like .7, disappointed I went back in to inquire. He explained how most pre-rolls are made, and told me that nothing could be done but contacting the grower.
We are buyers and there needs to be a better way to report goods that aren’t as promised. This being the first time I’ve every questioned goods purchased I didn’t know there isn’t much that can be done in situations like this.
Let’s just say for a first time purchase CAVIAR GOLD:CAVI DOOBIE-Doobie Strawberry, not only made me regret buying pre-rolls, but also question the establishments.
This is by far the best place to get your Preroll deals. Not only do they have multiple brand selections to choose from, but you get $2 off EVERY GRAM PREROLL purchased. They take their customers word and offer the best products in any price range.
JJ – you’re the realest motherfucker. Prayer Tower is Legit. I sampled before sharing with a friend and it’s got me on my knees for sure! It’s got a beautiful and complex citrus taste with a fantastic cerebral high. Listen to some heavy bass music to really feel the body effects. I’m coming to see you next time I’m in town!

This place is in a great location. Sometimes it hard to get out on the main road from Puget Sound Street but all in all it’s a convenient spot. The door man…shoot I cannot remember his name I think it’s Toby anyhow, he was super helpful about deals and ways to get discounts. The bud tenders are friendly and knowledgeable and that’s very helpful. Love this place. The Joint ROCKS!!!

Very modern feeling walking in very inviting the security guard was pretty laid back checking ID the person that helped me was really cool she knew the different strains the farms that grew etc…the parking situation is located on the other side of the street close to the rival urban bud I reccomend going into the joint before heading into urban to get a feel for the location and what the store truly has to offer everything is labeled you don’t have to ask for prices everything is informative the menu can be found on Leafly of course as I found the great special they were running
