While this has been the only dispensary I’ve used since getting my medical card, I am very happy with the product and customer service I receive at Have a Heart. I was initially reticent about asking questions, but all of the staff…Bill, Evan, Will, Carl and Josh, so far; have been kind and helpful. They understand the importance of a well-educated patient, and go out of their way to make suggestions for product as well as for information. Thank you!

I have been a long time have a heart customer and always loved the people and meds. But at my last visit I bought some grapefruit diesel and when I ground up the first nug I found a seed. Many more to follow. for an ounce that is a $240 donation I expect a certain level of quality. I will go back because of my relationship with them, but I’m still disappointed.

I’ve been a dedicated stoner for 7+ years and was a medical patient before recreational cannabis took over in WA. Have a Heart Belltown is one of the few places left in Seattle who’s standard of service, quality of bud, and overall prices approaches that of what the medical industry used to provide. If you’re a seasoned smoker with a refined palate, go for Royal Tree product – they really know what they’re doing. Middlefork is my fav!

Tonight was my first time in a dispensary and I was super nervous. When you walk up you can feel the energy and the security was super nice and inviting. The bud tenders were super helpful and eager to help and the prices are amazing! 10/10 would visit again!

I frequently stop by Have a Heart Belltown to pick up goodies after work. It is definitely the best location for those who live/work in downtown or Belltown area. For convenience, you can’t beat it.
It definitely has a tourist-y vibe to it, for which I can’t blame them. Washington is one of the few states in the country where bud is straight up legal, and considering the location here, it is a safe bet that a good chunk of the visitors to this location are travelers from other areas, looking to indulge.
It is hit or miss if I am able to get help one-on-one. Sometimes, there is only one sales associate on the floor, writing down shopping lists for patrons. The display case is vast. I like to look at the packaging to see the specifics with THC, CBD, all of that. That is hard to do here, especially if the place is packed and you are unable to get the help to look at the specs.
The best thing to do would be to look at the menu online and then go in to purchase. They have a pick up option but I haven’t used it.
All in all, definitely the cleanest/coolest rec stores in the area. You get a vibe that most of the shoppers are not local. The selection is vast. The cashiers are always awesome and friendly, too.
Have shopped with Have A Heart for years, and at this location for several months. Have never had an experience that was anything less than suburb – the staff is uniformly welcoming and knowledgeable, the product on offer shifts often (and so allows for me to educate myself on different strains and companies), and the atmosphere of the shop is a chill one.

My first visit to this clinic was a very pleasant experience. They had a great atmosphere as well as a knowledgable staff. They were friendly from beginning to end, and were very informative about the products they offered. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First off, the place is gorgeous. I felt like I was in Willy Wonka’s factory: my mouth was hanging open, I wanted everything and I wanted it NOW.
My Budtender (Myk?) was extremely helpful, answered my endless list of questions and helped me zero in on just what I needed.
Incredible selection of just about everything. I will definitely be back every time I’m in Seattle, it’s worth dealing with downtown traffic and parking.
P.S. The *only* reason I’m giving 4 stars on quality is because I haven’t used everything I bought yet, so I’m not 100% sure on it. But what I have used was superb, so I’m sure it will all be 5 stars.

Welcoming, large location that has their products behind a wall of glass. You pick out what you want via tenders that roam around the store, then when you are done, they have the cashier fill out your order. Super easy in answering questions and have a medical consultant on site as well. Definitely will be back!

It’s fine but the bud tenders never want to actually talk through my needs and help me find something. It’s usually a 2 minute aEURoewell I like this, get thisaEUR and then they run off. I didn’t leave a review on my first visit because I hate to give s store a review on one person but I think 3 times is enough to make an opinion.
If you want good bud and don’t need help, they’re perfect. If you’d like to discuss your options and figure out what may be best, try another store.

Man I really hate to give these guys a 1star review… but one guy spoils it for the rest. Literally have spent multiple of thousands of dollars at this shop, it’s always my go to place, awesome selection decent value and the online ordering is perfect if you’re on a time crunch.
I came in today after I made an online order, stood in line like everyone else and when it get to my turn I like to be ready…. ID ready, cash in hand and paying attention to the customer in front of me. Well the young lady in front of me had finished her transaction and walked away from the counter… this is when I got to meet ‘Raz’ or that’s what he said his name was. I walk up to the counter and before saying hello, or hi how are you (like every interaction I’ve ever had here) the first words out of his mouth were, “I didn’t call you up to the counter yet, you need to wait your turn”. Not only was he extremely rude but I thought it was a joke because that’s how off putting it was to me as a very loyal costumer. I was in no way on the heels of the young lady in front of me by any means, she was almost out of the store when I started walking up to the counter. Needless to say this left a sour taste in my mouth.
So I want to give a special shout out to Raz, you single handily made it so I felt obligated to give a 1-star review, on not one, but all platforms that Have a Heart Belltown uses.
Don’t be put off by this review, this place is awesome and they’re 99% of the time customer first and do it with a smile, not the case with Raz, unnecessarily rude.
Five stars all the way have a heart is the best place in the north end to get meds. Will is usually my bud tender a good dude who knows what i like and always has top notch suggestions. I always recommend have a heart for the best meds in town at a good price.

By far the worst service I have ever experienced at a dispensary in Seattle. I waited fifteen minutes without moving, while employees were visibly standing around doing nothing. They have a terrible system, their product list is NOT updated (I have been told “we don’t have that” over 50% of the time I’ve been there–which has been often).
They do not care about their customers. They are not efficient. They do not work hard.

I see that a Tax is now put on the backs of the customer yet so many in the area do not or place it in the total price making it not so in you face. A coincidince that new construction is being performed.
and for this new tax being imposed at this time I get to wait at least a half hour usual time to wait in other collectives, no more than 5 minutes. no testing of what we are ingesting is a hard pill to swallow.

This is my favorite potshop in the city. I live in the area and I love the hours. The security staff is always very welcoming and kind. Every one of the budtenders working here are incredibly informative, friendly, and eager to help. Though all of the associates are very knowledgable, Takashi (sp?) is my favorite! The variety and quality of flowers is excellent, and I’m always happy with everything I purchase. This isn’t always the case with other access points, so even though Have a Heart is further away from me, it’s well worth the trip.

Best prices for top weed vendors
1. I agree the music is a put off. Mechanical techno not appropriate for a Cannabis shop. Save it for the dive bar
2. Online ordering is great if you know what you want, but info on each strain is absent
3. I was there on a Saturday afternoon: crowded, noisy, and not enough bud tenders out on the floor to help with the wall of Premium products (an amazing display, sometimes confusing as the identification cards were not consistent with the product actually on the shelf)
4. Lots of variety and apparently extensive inventory according to the online site, which you can use on the pair of computers in the shop for this purpose
5. Net impressions are to go on a quieter day, have a conversation with a bud tender and see if their knowledge matches their inventory

Great place to find medicine. Lately my favorite overall strain has been their Sour Grapes – excellent hybrid that produced a warm cerebral high that can be similarly felt throughout the body. Have a Heart had been recommended to me by some of my favorite places so I was itching to check it out. My wife and I stopped by while in Seattle for an appointment and we were completely blown away. From the outside it wouldn’t draw you in but once inside it’s as if you’ve entered a new world. With bright colors and friendly atmosphere, we were immediately greeted and only had to fill out minimal paperwork. With no wait we were taken back only find ourselves speechless. From flowers to edibles, everything was top notch with a wife range of choices and good fair donation rates. If concentrates are your thing then you MUST check this place out. I’ve never seen a wider selection of QUALITY concentrates with all of your favorite producers. Normally you can only find a couple of these brands in a shop, but they have all of them!! Our tender Jake was super helpful and a fun guy to talk to. It’s nice to know there are still people out there passionate about MM without being an overbearing know it all.
One thing to mention is that they do charge sales tax but if you can’t get over that then you might as well get used to it in a few months.
Overall I can’t even fully express how impressed and honestly thankful for a place like Have A Heart CC!!! This is what a dispensary and MM as a whole should be about!!

I purchases a 5-pack of prerolls from aEURoelegendsaEUR farm and when i opened it, it was completely empty. I called and the lady said to come back and they would gove me a new pack. When i went in though the lead said there was nothing they could do and send me on my way out. So essentially i just paid 25$ for an empty tin can…kinda feel robbed. disappointing as it used to be my favorite dispensary.

So, I happened to be shopping in the area and realized that I had forgotten to purchase my meds for the coming week so, I looked up the closest dispensary and was directed to this location. Immediately, I was greeted by a lovely young woman named Jasmine and after some quick paperwork and a call for verification (which I always appreciate because it shows the people there really care) I was shown the on-site dab bar (super cool) and told about how they generally operate. Short wait later, I was shown to the dispensary which was down a short set of stairs that lead to a plain grey door with a camera mounted over the door frame which I found strangely humorous because I felt like I was heading into a bomb shelter 🙂 Anyhow, once inside I was greeted by two very informative tenders that I completely missed the chance to get the names of but will next time, helped me pick out some flowers and even convinced me to come back and buy one of their O-pens mobile vapes (which I’ve been curious to try for some time.) The overall experience was wonderful, received a free pre-roll for being a first timer and I don’t mind the pseudo long bus trip to get there. Definitely will be stopping in more often.

I had a wonderful time at this dispensary. The waiting room had free samples of topical and lotions that they had waiting for the patients, this isn’t super important or anything crazy, but I really appreciated the gesture( in conclusion their waiting area is pretty baller).
My budtender( I am horrible with names) seemed very bright and instantly made me feel like a personal friend coming into the place, she gave the little tour of the store so I was aware of all the products available and started to ask me questions about how I medicate (not about my conditions for medicating)and proceeded to help me pick out the concentrates I was gong to purchase. Let me smell and get real close to the concentrates, and wow, they have the finest selection I have ever came across. The concentrates were all from very high quality growers and producers, there had to be 6 different strains that were perfectly translucent gold with not a single sign of imperfection. The cool thing was the prices for all the concentrates were about $5 or so cheaper than anywhere else I have been: $25 Half grams of Seattle Refine? Oh yes, its only $25.

I’m from Tacoma so most of our shops keep the buds behind the counter so I give Have A Heart an A+ for not keeping the display behind the counter. A woman named Kate who is terrific (or Katie can’t remember which) helped us and gave us $5 off our purshcase for being patient while their staffed searched for a joint for us. My first time was great and I’ll definitely be back!
I came in asking for an indica cartridge (the regular ones that screw on to a vape pen) and the guy shows me 3 kinds; I pick one, go home and find it doesn’t fit my pen. It’s an airopro that requires another $45 pen package.
They wouldn’t take it back as it’s not defective. Well why present 3 cartridge choices of a specialized pen then? You trying to rip me off? A brewery doesn’t only display beer that only fits one type of growler

This was my first time legally buying and the employees were super friendly and showed me around the whole shop! It was pretty early in the morning so it wasn’t very busy. They helped me pick out a perfect cartridge for my pen and some tasty prerolls. An extra preroll was added to my list that I didn’t know about until I was paying, but who can be mad at trying a new strain? I loved this place!

I went in suffering body aches and anxiety. The budtender ( nice guy ), listened to what i had to say and knowledgeably directed me to a beautiful strain called lavender. Cured almost all of my ailments, this budtender was right on.
This dispensary gives their patients a great experience with a great selection of product and a friendly knowledgeable staff to help you. I was helped by Will M, he provided details about each strain that helped me decide what would be best for me in a really positive friendly way. Overall this dispensary is a very positive and professional experience.

Great place to buy quality and affordable products. I shop here often, and while it is always busy and there are usually lines, the employees do their best to get people through and are happy to help out. I would recommend pre-ordering online to save time and jump in the dedicated line.
Budtenders seem to not be able to prioritize their duties when they have a long line and only have one cashier, but a ton of employees dinking around in the product section.
Have a Hearts are great, I always dig their layouts and all the products they carry. I had one experience where I felt like I was being up-sold on a cartridge, which is okay with me usually, but ish got awkward.
I’ll re-review and try again some other day.

It was always a hassle having to go a few miles away to some other place. This place is very convenient! Staff was awesome, attentive, and friendly! Fridays are my favorite day to visit, with their weekly special discount pricing on top shelf flowers. Very Very rude! Took my wife here (60 mile round trip) for some MJ to relieve her cancer symptoms. Her fresh prescription from SCCA was rejected supposedly for being the wrong form. The beast of a person behind the counter said they called the “Manager” and was told we should be sent away. We went down road & where treated well & polite elsewhere. I attempted to call the same manager the Staff supposedly called & discovered he was not even available! The staff LIED & denied My wife even though she is 100% legit serious cancer patient with proper paperwork. This CC should be shut down! Awful rude and HEARTLESS! SHAME ON THESE LOW-LIFES for treating PATIENTS without regard!
I love how open the space is and you can wander a bit on your own, or get help if you need it. The staff is aways helpful and super knowledgeable. The selection is vast, and they always have my favs in stock. Also, the prices are comparable or better than other rec shops. Another thing, I love having a place with security posted outside in my neighborhood. Plus, check out the awesome joint art installation.

I was a consistent customer in the past, but they stopped restocking the strains that I was seeking and their replacement suggestions were not only sub-par as far as overall quality and high; Ibstartedcecperiencing negative effects as well such as headaches and blegh. I actually have stopped smoking because it’s been crap.
I know that concentrates and edibles are “hot”- but Ivamba flower /pre roll cuztomervand I do not recommend this shop for that.

I’m 50, with no patience for ghetto style dispensaries or experiences that remind me of getting help from teen aEURoegeniusesaEUR at computer stores (you know). This place is thankfully neither of these. The building and furniture may be a little old but all is clean and tastefully renovated with an artistic vibe. I appreciate the rustic hardwood floors and funky murals over the stuffy boutique atmosphere at high-end, high-dollar places. You can say the same for the staff (funky vs stuffy). Always professional, never pretentious, and I appreciate that they try to do right by their patients. Woody was my latest Bud-tender (definitely funky). I have to give him credit for putting up with me. I had a looooot of questions. This was one of the first places I tried, and I have tried more than a few. I ultimately settled here for all of my oil cartridges. And consistently top-notch dried meds, of course.

This is my most favorite and regular dispensary. The only time I don’t get my meds here is when I’m unable to make the trek up to north Seattle. I’ve been a regular customer here since I got my paperwork for 3 reasons: the delicious and excellent quality of the meds, the fact that they always have at least 20 different strains to choose from (not to mention the enormous amount of different edibles) and the staff freaking ROCKS. I love those guys. I definitely feel like I’m being pampered when I go in.

All of the employees here are super nice and willing to explain everything to the customers. The store is very clean and everything is laid out nicely so you can walk around and observe what they have.
This shop was freezing, and really dark inside. There’s a huge selection, the door guy was nice, and street parking was easy to find. My budtender was still sleeping or way too high, he kept grabbing the wrong brands even though I was specific in telling him what I wanted. This was my first visit because I was looking around town for a specific product, I wouldn’t choose to shop here regularly.

I had went in to this place a few weeks ago. It happens to be right by my house. When I first went in the receptionist was super friendly. WHen I went back the budtender was super nice and very helpful!! I left very satisfied!! Not only did I leave satisfied but the security guy walked me out to my car since it was dark and happens to be in a shady neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Rude customer service all around from the security guards to the aEURoebudtendersaEUR. Asked for two different strains even by the brand name and the guy still pulled out the wrong ones. Then proceeds to try to up sell me after multiple times of saying no. Will not be coming back and would never recommend this place.

I have been to several dispensaries in the greater Seattle area, and this is by far my favorite & my “home” place. I have no need to go anywhere else since finding Have a Heart! I have never been anywhere that the budtenders were so knowledgeable. Evan is the best! He explained the intricate details of how the flower grows & how certain strains affect the brain so that I could best choose what would work for my pain & my body’s fatigued reaction to most meds. That, plus the fact that their selection is HUGE with many unique strains I never see anywhere else, and their huge oPen Vape cartridge selection, and I’m a happy patient. I always leave feeling like the people there genuinely care. HIGHLY recommended!

They’ve got something for everyone, however you’ll have to be willing to wait to get back to all the cool bud stuff. I’ve waited up to 30 mins to get back to the bud room, shortest wait has been 10 mins (most of the time is somewhere between the two). But they’ve got knowledgeable, friendly, and beautiful bud tenders, so no wonder people spend forever back there!

I had a great first visit to the new Belltown location of Have a Heart. Staff were friendly and eager to help. I asked for help finding a good tincture, and ended up choosing two – one that I’d tried before and one that was recommended by staff. The one recommended by staff was pretty gross – Winterlife THC+CBD Peppermint Tincture. It has the consistency of snot and is hard to swallow. Like, gagging. Anyways, glad I grabbed another product just in case and I’ll be back to HaH, but it would be nice if the staff recommends products based on personal knowledge, so I don’t end up wasting cash on a product I probably won’t use.

Of all the dispensaries in the city, have a heart is the friendliest and most welcoming to everyone who walks in the door. their style of service is different in that there’s a big glass case of all the products they offer, and you can browse it for however long you want and then line up and place your order. they have a good selection of flower and edibles. this is definitely where I’m gonna take my out of town family when they visit.
This was my first time at Have a Heart,my second time at a dispensary. My experience was awesome from beginning to end, firstly I would like to say that the front door man was kind first impressions are lasting in my opinion. I know nothing about shatter which is why I was at Have a heart to get my first taste, it was nice because the guy that helped me was so very helpful and didn’t pressure me at all to steer towards something at a higher price which I experienced at the first dispensary, this guy was easy going and knowledgeable helped me pick the right products. Check out was a breeze also. I am definitely going to be back with friends!!!

Poorly organized, poorly displayed products overall.
There were a few consistently good brands. However, they were all thrown together on the wall like a fast food menu.
Seems corporate and more like a fast food restaurant than a cannabis shop.
Better than other shops that do not even display the product, but little to no thought put into selection, variety, or quality.
From my perspective, it seems like their buyers do not spend much time meeting with different growers or middle people asking the right questions.
The location has served as dive bars in the past. The store seems to have retained that dark, dank, Belltown feel.
If you don’t know much about weed, genetics, original landrace strains, growing methods, etc, then Have a Heart Belltown will suffice for your needs.

the wall case setup at eye level so you can see everything is great. It’s probably one of the best stores I’ve been to in terms of atmosphere. The flower selection is pretty good… the only complaint I really have is that you have to show ID both at the door and at the checkout, which isn’t even really much of a complaint

I have been a fan of Have a Heart for several years and a frequent customer. The service and selection have always been great, even if the line wait times for both preorder and in-store have been increasing to as long as an hour.
Last Sunday I purchased 2 cartridges at the store from a reputable brand that I’ve purchased many times before. I tried the first cartridge and it didn’t work. I’ve never had this happen before. I opened the second cartridge and it worked without issue. The next day I took the non-working cartridge back for an exchange. The clerk tested and determined the cartridge was defective and returned the unit. He then promptly turned around and tried to charge me more for the exchange and blamed the issue on the POS. I refused to pay additional for an exchange and he figured out how to make it work.
Fast forward a few more days and I am out of town and went to use the exchanged cartridge. The new exchanged cartridge is also defective. Since I am out of town and there is a 7 day return policy, I calculate I will be on my 7th day when I return. As soon as I am back in town, I return to the store to exchange the second defective cartridge. The second cartridge was tested and determined to also be defective, but the clerk would no longer exchange the defective product. The reason he said is because the 7 days has passed. The reason the 7 days has passed is that my arrival back at the store was 1.5hrs past the time stamp of the previous defective cartridge exchange. The clerk was rude and became defensive when pressed on the rules by stating that its Cannabis and I am lucky there is any exchange policy at all.
I explained how this is awful customer service and the small placard sitting next to each register and the fine print on the receipts do not have any such restrictions to the definition of 7 days and they still refused. I asked for the product back and walked out of the store. I looked up the Washington State law which has no restrictions on return duration.
Later that evening I visited a new retailer and purchased a cartridge. Before purchasing I asked for an explanation of their defective cartridge exchange policy. Their policy is 14 days and there is no purchase time restriction in the day calculation.
I have separately tried to contact Have a Heart by email and have not received a response. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere as the customer service values and policy controls do not align.
A wonderful place to buy my medicine. I’ve had better bud before but not by much. Prices are $10 a gram and there are discounts for bulk.

Personally I enjoy being able to see all the product and know prices as someone who smokes a lot and generally knows what I’d like. It was easy to find what I was looking for and get help from their very friendly staff. They even took a picture of my friends and I with their display of a huge joint in front of a psychedelic neon Seattle skyline.

This Access Point is unlike any other. The staff is proffessional, they should win #1 for over all best access point around. Just moved here yesterday, first time in today, blown away by the hospitality, knowledge and overall appearance of the store. Will be my regular location!
Have a Heart – Belltown is my go-to dispensary. Yes, I love the close proximity and the discount that comes with it. But, really, the staff is awesome! From the guys at the door to the budtenders, everyone is super helpful and friendly.
The online ordering is fantastic as well. I bounce back and forth between the Leafly app (to find what want based on my needs) and the online ordering page to see what they have in stock. Then, I can just run in and pickup my order without waiting in line. It’s especially helpful on weekends and evenings when the line tends to be longer.
I love coming here everyone is so nice, they have great prices, budtenders are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they always help me to find exactly what I’m looking for! I’ve probably referred over 10 people now to this location, this place is the best of the best!!!!

I’ve been there a few times. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I got some great advice and assistance from Evyan and someone else about co2 oil cartridges. I was going to return one (which they were 100% nice about) but they had some great tips and I got it working. Also bought 2 other cartridges she recommended and both were great.

I am a frugal professional who loves to ride my bicycle, rather than drive a car. As I was about to lock my bike in front of Have A Heart, the security guard welcomed me to park it inside. So in my opinion, Have A Heart will save you time and save you money.

First time here today. Was helped by Takashi and greeted immediately upon entering. I was guided to what I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select some new co2 cartridges in a quality metal tank.
The selection of co2 oil is great and it sure beats driving to Fremont to find some quality goods. This will likely be my new go-to.

Now that I have time I wanted to write a detailed review on how amazing this shop was. I’ve been to a few and compassion is just as important as the products. Myk explained the difference in so many prodcuts. Being a newby, I really needed some education. I was trying to hurry and not be annoying and he was more than willing to let me go as slowly as I needed. He showed me so many good options and explained the differences. The prices are pretty decent as well. A tad bit higher than Denver but Seattle is more expensive. I hope you guys get in the little shooter/shot type drinks one day. This is pretty much the only dispensary I will ever need….Even if they are out of a particular strain their staff know enough to turn you in the right direction for option b. Never had a bad experience here and the place is always clean…Their stock is always incredible and never have I seen any sort of shwag even being put out. Great offerings on edibles and concentrates with more than just one brand or flavor and with a base price of 10 dollars/g for donation, like I said…don’t need elsewhere. 🙂
This is another $10 a gram shop big deal id gladly pay an extra dollar or two to have some quality and the wait here is ridiculous. There’s no testing or quality control what so ever which is another let down. With so many quality shops in the area i wont be going to this sketchy one again.

I went to have a heart for my first dispensary visit and needless to say I have yet to go anywhere else. This place has to be the mos professional and legit collective in seattle wa. Their meds are top notch and the budtenders are actually knowledgeable about everything from flowers to edibles, concentrates to topicals and tinctures. Really the only collective I go to now and for good reason, they want to help patients. Best in the west.

Great place. If been keeping am on the location while they were building and the just happened to walk by on their opening day. Although they were still working out some kinks with their ATM, several budtenders gave me advice on different stains. I’ve rarely received better customer service (and the shop interior is really cool and classy to boot)!

Favorite spot so far in the city. Nice layout, nice people who help write down your order so you don’t have to remember everything you picked out. Prices are fair and they have a lot of product. Definitely recommend checking this place out over the rest if you’re in town.

It’s a great shop! I went to have a heart when there was only medical marijuana and I’m glad that I can still go there now. They have a large selection that’s always changing (maybe it changes a little bit too much, in fact) but you can always find something you like in multiple price ranges. Now that the Belltown shop is open I like them even better for it’s much closer to my home than greenwood (though I love the greenwood store as well)! Try Have a Heart, guys, you won’t be disappointed.

Conveniently located near our house, Have A Heart has become one of our go to’s for some of our favorite companies and strains. Have a Heart is definitely catering to tourists but is still accessible for locals.

Good weed, great service
Came for a specific strain that their menu said they had. A little bit of a wait time if busy but not to bad. Receptionist was very kind courteous and fast with verification. When allowed into backroom, the budtender was very little help. Seemed spaced out and very little interested in my question of other products. Was able to get strain I wanted but turned out not to have the genetics I was looking for. This place should be given a try if you are in the area.
This place is super clean and the staff is super friendly. This should be the gold standard as far as how these places are run. No one touching the bud before you get it as it comes pre- sealed.
That being said, I DO have a problem with some of the prices. I am a daily smoker and have been for several years. On average they usually only have 2-3 options in the 10-13$/gram range. MANY of their strains go for a lot more. I have had both their expensive and cheapest strains and cant tell that big of a difference to justify the extra cost. If you have a medical card you can get an eighth for 25$ all day, everyday. Galaxy Market in Seattle is a great example of this.
For the non-frequent smoker, this place is for you! Good quality bud and easy access. For the daily smoker, this place will break your bank account in a hurry. Until the growers lower their prices, its just not a feasible option for the average person. I would look elsewhere or consider growing your own.
Rarely do I go elsewhere for my meds. Try the Gold Leaf Organics GSC. The difference between theirs and the other’s is high quality. What a treat!

The staff here is very nice and they hook it up with great deals and have some of the best Ice Cream ever, i recommend the cookies and cream.
I think once the marijuana bubble pops, Have a Heart will still be standing while all the other half rate shops will be forced to shut down.
All I have to do is say wow have a heart you came through. Went in there and was surprised with 4 “epic” strains that blew my mind. I had mentioned I would like to see the epic rainbow. BAMM there it was. The epic dutch treat was more then epic. This is a dispensary that will treat you like family and make sure the med quality is right where it should be. This is the dispensary I go to the most, even though I live in S. Everett. I have yet to visit any of their other locations, but the consensus among the budtenders I’ve talked to here is that this location is the best anyway. I started going here a couple years ago, not long after they opened, and didn’t renew my authorization when it expired so when I came back recently after renewing I was totally BLOWN AWAY. They have at least 10x the selection they used to, across the board (edibles, buds, topicals, etc. EVERYTHING). Plus, they have a clone shop next door now, but I haven’t been in there yet, either.
I went in today looking for Blue Dream and I was impressed when the budtender (Carl, I think) was up front with me that it wasn’t as high quality as usual, and recommended a couple of excellent alternatives. I ended up with an eighth of GSC Thin Mint (which is amazingly purple and smells SUPER) and a gram of Dutch Hawaiian that I’m excited to try. Sunday is 10% off day, so the bud plus a Vita Verde topical cream and three AC/DC CBD capsules (which both work amazingly well for my persistent back pain) was a great deal and I left extremely happy, as always. Carl hooked me up with everything I needed and THEN offered me a punch card, and I never turn down a punch card. They also have a passport-type thing going on now that if you go to all of their locations by Dec. 31st and get the card signed at each you can get a free eighth (and a free preroll at the cafe).
Bottom line: The best spot in town if you’re into high-quality meds, cool people, and good deals. I tell all my friends that they’ll never want to go anywhere else once they go to Have a Heart. And they usually agree.

Great shop with many options. Just came from Colorado a lil different system but great product with help from a very knowledgeable staff. Paid what you’d think for some top shelf. Got some private reserve blob og smooth lush flavor with a very relaxing effect. Willies reserve la confidential some of the tastiest nugs I’ve had in a while the nitrogen seal must work. Great product and great shop would definitely return.

I’ve been to this location 2x now, and each time the service is great. Jason is super nice and patient. The medicinal selection is great. I have found a couple new favorites and even 2 must have strains. One strain that I tried wasn’t working for me, and it was causing me to have high anxiety. The team happily exchanged it for me which was great! Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for high quality medicine, nice budtenders and a great selection of products.

The bud-tender & checkout staff were super friendly & engaging. I haven’t smoked on the regular since college 5 years ago, so I had a lot of questions about the concentrate vape-pen products. A simple & portable solution for the was what I was looking for bc I was only in Seattle for the weekend. The staff was super friendly, patient & got me going w/ a Strawberry Cough cartridge pen. I would def recommend this place to out-of-towners looking to looking for a when-in-Rome experience.
The quality of everything tops uncle ikes by far. Its nice inside and clean, it is sadly kind of hard to find a non-busy floor worker to ask questions before i jump into the line but over all the whole experience is wonderful! I always get a quick budtender and they dont mind me asking a bunch of questions about the product i want to purchase.
I’m a regular at this dispensary and have been since they opened. Sadly though their inventory on cartridges is incredibly low and when they do get more in, its all the same strains and no variety. I’ve been a bit disappointed with their selection of cartridges and flower lately.
Let’s face it… we find dispensaries with the intent of sourcing our meds at a reasonable price with a minimum of hassles.
Have a Heart goes that far, and then some to say the least! Not only are the meds at rock-bottom prices, with almost everything for $10 a gram (with a few select special strains for a slightly higher price), but the selection is great, there’s much more available than simply flowers, the staff is knowledgeable, and beyond friendly. On my last visit Bud-Tender Woody helped me out and atop being very friendly, he had some excellent recommendations! In fact, other than the Have a Heart dispensary in the U-District, I know of no other dispensary that can even come close in regards to customer service. There’s even a call-in order service. I just can’t say enough good things about these guys and gals!

This is a really great place to go for your meds in Seattle…I don’t get out to N. Seattle often, but when I do I’m always very pleased when I stop by Have a Heart CC. The location is great, the budtenders are always friendly and knowledgeable, and with the daily deals + happy hour…you get some really high quality bud for a great value.
Woody and Nick have helped me out in the past and I was really happy with their professionalism. I am a big fan of the Kush’s…my favorite strains that I have gotten here were Blackberry Kush, and Rainbow Kush, but there is always going to be something that suits your needs

I’ve been a medical marijuana patient for a few years now, and have seen many of the dispensaries in Seattle; when I started chemotherapy, I was glad to be near this location. The people are friendly and kind, without being too overly-formal in business presentation. I’ve not found a place which shows better understanding and care for their plants and growers; this is a place that honours the long history of marijuana as medicine and horticultural art. At Have a Heart in Belltown, I was greeted in a friendly manner and shown the display of products that line their walls. Its great that you can “window shop” before getting in line. I appreciate that they have an organized system for taking customers in order. At other dispensaries, its a willy nilly first come, first serve type of customer service, which is not always fair (so the loudest and tallest customers get served first) Anyways, I love the customer service at Have a Heart! And the interior design/decoration is festive and fun. Basically, I love this dispensary for their service, organization and product selection. See you guys soon!

I have been to all the locals and a lot of the delivery services and HAH Belltown is the best I have found(which is why I have been there everyday since they opened) friendly and helpful staff, best selection I have found in Seattle and you HAVE to see the enormous Burning Joint! This is my 3rd review of my second home! If your like me and think anything over 10 bucks is too much then you will fall in love with have a heart. So much to choose from from flower to wax and teas or chocolate bars or even ice cream! Everyone there is GREAT! Never be afraid to ask a question they will love to help and if they don’t know they won’t make it up they will find out for you. They do everything they can to make you feel like a family member.

Was just there yesterday with a few friends, I’ve normally never had an issue coming here, however this was a review worthy experience. Walk in, get cash, waiting in line to order. Now in his very thought out space there is a beautiful chandelier hanging literally a foot over my head (I’m 6’2”) and o notice with such delete that the balls are filled with cannabis. I causally and easily reach up to inspect the beautiful work and see if it’s resin or glass. Immediately following that; a bud tender yells really loud aEURoeDO NOT TOUCH THE CHANDELIER!aEUR I stop, and look around in shock at how audible this guys decided she needs to be, and the other party next to use thought it was extremely over the top and rude, I felt the same. Lucky me I’m next and he’s the one taking my requests, I say hey loudy, hows your day going ( petty in hindsight) and he gets triggered oh man; he begins telling me I should be 86d from the place immediately for not following the aEURoerulesaEUR ( ?), I tell him it was an honest mistake, and hope he had a better day. As a costumer service position he failed on ALL fronts, and also, if you don’t want people touching things then Either post a sign or don’t have right we’re I can clearly inspect it and touch it, common sense in my opinion but I must have missed that part in the rule book… either way this place is never again going to get my patronage and I’ll be sure to Vier others to more friendly places with more obvious aEURoerulesaEUR
This was my first dispensary experience. I live in a Bible Belt state, so am very unlikely to see something like this soon. Upon entering this store I was overwhelmed by the selection. I just stared in awe at all the flower and edibles. I completely ignored the oils and dabs simply due to ignorance. An employee must have seen my face and came over to offer assistance. I told him I was interested in a full sativa and a full indica. He was incredibly nice and helpful. He gave me a couple of his favorites, and helped me decide which was right for me. I don’t have anything to compare this visit to, but it was amazing. Anytime I’m in the Seattle area I will be making a visit to this store.

The med quality is pretty good, they dont really have a lot of stuff other people dont have….they have a WIDE variety of medables tho.

I’ve only had my prescription for a couple months and spent the first month trying to find my “home dispensary.” I’d go to one and love the selection, but the service was awful. I’d go to another and they would have mediocre selection but be over the top nice. HaveAHeartCC on Aurora is the Goldilocks dispensary. I feel like I should be overwhelmed by their selection, but I’m not, as their medicine is laid out practically and cleanly and orderly with an eye on aesthetics and functionality. Their staff is well informed, polite and generally possessing of positive demeanors. I honestly don’t like going anywhere else anymore.

This was my first visit to Have a Heart and to a Dispensary. I had just gotten my card and decided to go get some medicine. I explained to Matt that I had never been to a Dispensary, never purchased any product and he would need to educate me. He was VERY helpful and was able to provide an great amount of information to help with my chronic pain. I will definitely going back and referring my friends.

As an out of towner, the staff was super helpful and very courteous. Being an occasional smoker helped a lot when choosing strains and with the help of a few budtenders it was definitely the first legal purchase I expected.
One of the coolest Rec Shops I have seen, not just in Washington, but for all Medical/Rec Markets. The place is warm and inviting and the staff is extremely helpful. The Security Guard was even cool. If you live in the Seattle area go to Have a Heart Belltown. They also give a incentive for a Leafly Review :).
It’s a nice place but you can find the same meds for the same prices other places and you won’t need to wait forever in their waiting area.

this spot is ok…..the people are very friendly…..but there is always a wait….and sometimes can be over an half hour….so if you know what you want call ahead of time and theyll have it for you when you arrive…..the parking is kinda fucked when it rains so beware your gonna be walking in water…..i must say there is better meds just north of them at 3 others co-ops but you might have a hard time finding $10 all meds but there is one new spot that has all top shelf ten dollar and it is very good stuff they also have other deals that are great but youll have to hunt them down like i did …..in shoreline you can get great deals at sea shore collective with there $8 a gram deals …….but all in all if you go here you probably will be happy with the meds……

I’m am a ‘rookie’ smoker and I had no idea what was going on. All I knew was that I wanted certain things to happen when I smoked.
Long story short, I spent a good 45 minutes with a budtender named Megan and she changed my world.
Yeah the prices were good, the selection was overwhelming (in a good way), and the store was laid out quite beautifully; however, the main reason I will be a repeat customer was because of Megan and the way she treated me.
This industry is all about customer service as a means to stand out from the competition and this place nails it.

I bought a cartridge, it didn’t work and they wouldn’t exchange it for me.
ALL of the oil was still in the cartridge. That’s just terrible service.
Have a Heart – Belltown is my favorite store in the Have a Heart empire, and with good reason! The budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable, and they work hard to get you your weed post haste, even during their busy hours. Plus, the two times I’ve had to exchange a vape cartridge, they did so with nary a problem, which is more than I can say for other pot shops in Seattle. I’m a regular at the Belltown location and would recommend it to anybody who wants an inviting experience and amazing selection.
