I walked in and was immediately super uncomfortable. The people seemed, not necessarily pushy, but eager to get the customer in and out. When I asked about products the lady working seemed more annoyed than anything. Probably won’t go back.
I love this place always friendly people and great customer service.
Cool spot. Great customer service. Only problem was I got on here to check the menu. It said they had Berry Headband for $40 a…>. So I journeyed up North only to find out they only had 1&2gram pkgs. They had only been open for 1hr so I doubt it sold out of a…> pkgs this morning. I just think they should update the menus online because some of check that before coming in.

Jump down your throat soon as you walk in. Employees know nothing about product or prices. Prices are going up but quality is same. Gotta hire employees who try product and are knowledgable.
the staff is very nice and obviously is accommodating but I had the northern lights oil from this location and I have never had a concentrate such low quality from a rec store. Got me high but destroyed my lungs and left me coughing for hours. dissapointed
I Loved it, I had a great experience with one of the ladies there she picked out a wonderful kind for me and etc me stand there for about 30 minutes asking her questions haha but yes I definitely recommend going there wonderful flower and people!

Visited a few shops on the North side, and was really impressed with our first experience at Cinder! Rayce was very informative and patient, and we never felt like we were being sold. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is great, and they run some great discounts. We have already been back and will keep Cinder on our route.

This is a great store, they always take care of me. I don’t always know what strain I want but all of the staff always make sure to point me in the right direction. If you are at this location and Tori is here, you’re in luck! She will learn what you like and don’t like, hell I don’t even pick the strain half the time because the strains chosen by her for me are exactly what I wanted, I just didn’t know it yet 🙂 Get stoned!
I was impressed by the staff here. I had a lot of pointed questions and I got a concise answer for each. I was walked around their store and recommended products based on what my preferences were. The staff made the experience wonderful, especially a young lady who had blonde dreads.
The store had limited parking (about about 8 spots for a 3 part business suite). It was laid out funky (but efficiently) on the inside with two tables with the product, a main counter for the registers and a huge file cabinet full of the product. There were two screens in the store displaying prices that were easy to read and completely up to date. I would visit this store again.
Great place, and I really dig the text list and bing able to get updates way before it hits the site. No pushy “I’m just here to cash in” sales staff, and all of them I’ve talked to are very knowledgeable! Great flowers and edibles as well.

Last 3 visits I’ve ended up in bad shape. Two times I got Artisan cartridges that didn’t work and the second time I asked for a receipt that they didn’t put in the bag. Paid for 2 non working cartridges could not exchange. Today I drove the hour again for wax Wednesday, got home to find out the tenders put blue dream “budder” in my bag when I asked for sugar Crystal because the sticky and liquids don’t work in my pen. All told I’ve lost 100$ in 3 visits now on product I can’t use. Very shady.
This was my first visit. I had a lot of questions since I don’t smoke very often and wasn’t sure what I needed. I asked for something mellow so I could relax. I have a torn knee and I’m terrible at staying still. Allen was super amazing and helped me find what I needed without making me feel stupid! His recommendation turned out to be exactly what I needed.

Its a really nice place, clean and professional. not all that impressed with the quality of the joints i bought from them though… i dont think i even got high from the discount joint i bought from them, which was the same price as the white widow. not their fault on the prices but the “lab tested” quality i got the spiel about didnt match up to what i was smokin. i wouldnt NOT recommend, maybe i just caught a bad batch? shit happens.

Something about the budtenders and atmosphere at Cinder is perfectly approachable and I feel like their knowledge of product is always consistent/honest. I’ve tried a few other places in town, but Cinder is one of the most well put together of all.
Really nice shop with good service and quality products! My only complaint is that their menu in the store doesn’t show THC levels for their strains from what I could see, and it is nice to be able to compare like at other stores.
My go-to,hometown Cannabis Dispensary. Every visit, I’m greeted with a smile and a most helpful “hello, how may I help you” Looking forward to hopefully being the one behind the counter as a Budtender.

My fiance and I just moved from Texas and we came here because we were recommended by a solid source. since we have not visited any other dispensaries. We usually grab some $5 pre-rolls and an eighth or two. Very affordable and never a stressful “sales” type of environment.

Staff is rude. Harvest dates on affordable bud are horrendous. A concentrate container I bought from them shattered in my hand; permanent scar. One of the worst rec dispensaries in Washington.
I had gone into the store knowing only that I wanted a concentrate. I had amazing customer service from a young man named Cameron. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, by giving me in depth knowledge on the different kinds of concentrates and how they would effect my body or mind. I would say my visit was a 10/10.
Of all the shops I have seen, this one is “Wierd”, not a bad place, Wierd vibe, Wierd set up. not my cup of tea. But they sell great strains and the staff is great. just set up Wierd. parking lot is always full, plus you can’t go wrong with a doughnut shop next store. 🙂

I love this store! You’re always greeted with a smile and they acknowledge you when you walk in. All the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable . I absolutely love Arian she knows me by name and remembers what I like. I would definitely recommend Cinder!
We went to Spokane for the weekend and had to pick a little something-something up.
We stopped in here and got Durban Poison (incredible clear high – awesome). The place was spotless. Almost like a medical office. Product came sealed and vacuum packed.
The young ladies behind the counter were very helpful and they sold me a $5.00 pipe (they should have also been selling $5.00 grinders but they weren’t).
We will definitely stop back in here the next time we are in Spokane.

i went in to cinder today to get a couple of pre-roles for my boyfriend and I. We smoke pretty heavily so i wanted to get something relatively strong. l I clearly told the man working that i wanted to spend about $10 per joint so that i could get something good. He seemed to only want to flirt and only mentioned the sale on preroles they were having for $3, $4, and $5, even though i clearly said i wanted to spend more and purchase something a little higher up. He didnt offer me anything else so i left with four $5 pre roles that are definately not strong enough for our taste. I will not be returning and instead will be going elsewhere that has better communication and sales.,

I stopped by cinder last weekend. I was impressed as I entered how clean the store was and how nicely everything was displayed. The budtenders were all friendly and helpful and helped me pick out some bud to smoke. I have to say I haven’t been this high off flower in a long time. Super Lemon Haze from Green Zombie was well worth the $70 a quarter I paid. Blew my mind! I will definitely be making Cinder my first stop from now on.

420/420 weed store. Would smoke again. I come here all the time, been to all the weed stores around town. Cinders employees really stand out. Product ranges from top shelf to affordable. They have a little something for everyone. Recommend asking for Cameron, dreaded lanky fellow. Knows a great deal about the product and always very willing to help.
I was excited to come back to Washington for good medicine, slightly disappointed so far!
They were out of a strain I wanted on my first visit, but found something for me very similar in qualities and price. Today one of the staff spread out the last four packs of the strain I wanted and told me to pick the best looking one. They dig when they have to and answer your questions here, and the selection and prices are hard to beat
First visit Saturday evening…fast service, great advise. See ya soon. The Montana Silvertip is a great value and solid medical strain. The Maui BHO 🙂 was/is wonderful.

I was very dissatisfied with the selection that I acquired two different flavors and when I give her feedback they pretty much just said you get what you got. With no apology and no root in knowing what she was talking about.the buds in Sour Diesel and grape durkle even being sungrown were garbage and smelled wet and of mold very unpleased

To the staff member that helped me yesterday, you are my new found HERO! I needed something for my dad who has back issues and trouble walking. I got him a vape pen and cartridge. I didn’t mention my dad is an ASSHOLE and angry all the time. Its been less than 24 hours and since he took his first puff life has been like a dream. His attitude went from hateful to happy in less that 10 seconds. Everyone who has to deal with him daily are so very thankful as you are a GOD! If only I remembered to get your name….

My first trip to Cinder, I asked for two specific different products. After I left I realized the saleswoman gave me two of the same strain. This was 55 an 1/8 and over a month old. Its a simple error but it irritated me and it made me stop at another store (Green Light on Trent) and there discovered a much better price, staff and freshness. Now I only shop there. Much better location tons of parking.
Cinder is by far, my favourite dispensary. The customer service absolutely amazing. Not only are the budtenders pleasant to speak with, they are the most knowledgeable and informative staff I’ve ever dealt with. Particularly, my favourite budtender Cameron. If you want to learn something new about cannabis, he’s your man.

The shop is awesome! They keep the leafly menu updated fairly regularly. The product is out on display, not all hidden in a back room. Josh was very helpful with sharing his advice and opinions. Both staff answered all my questions and were very friendly and patient (much appreciated when you’re as indecisive as I am). Felt nice and welcoming. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and it was a nice relaxed environment. It’s refreshing when a place cares about the client more than just selling the product. I could tell that they really make sure you get what is best for you not just what makes money.

I’ll be back to cinder just because of her service my first time in. Unfortunately she told me she doesn’t work the days I’d come in for concentrate deals. Super nice

The first time I ordered online for pickup I paid $8 more than what my online price said. Ok, taxes, fees whatever, not that big of a deal. The second time I mistakenly thought I’d be notified if something I had ordered wasn’t in stock, but no. I had someone else picking it up for me and they didn’t know what I wanted, so I ended up paying for “something similar” that was an extreme cut in THC value. I wouldn’t have paid for it had I known. From now on I’ll go farther from home to someplace that did notify and ask what I wanted to do about something on my order that was not in stock.
I got in on the 25% discount on Halloweed. I liked the vape cartridge prices and the THC to CBD balance. I will come back again.
I love cinder! It’s my favorite place to go for bud. They have a great loyalty punch card, $25 1/8’s, discounted display bud, $180 OZ’s, great pre rolls(with a $2 offTuesday), and their staff is nice and knowledgable!
I have had nothing but good experiences when I shop here, I highly recommend stopping by. The budtenders are friendly, the products are fantastic, and even if they don’t have a product I’m looking for they help me find somewhere that does.

My husband and I visited Cinder for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The young woman who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable, she gave us honest recommendations and I didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me something I didn’t want. Personally, this cinder location is most definitely my all time favourite weed dispensary in the Spokane/Spokane Valley areas. Of all the employees, I’ve had the most memorable and enjoyable customer service experience with Cameron. By far he understands the best in what I am looking for, and has always maintained a positive energy, no matter what.
