Parking was easy off to the street. Security was hanging out side and he was friendly and welcoming. Inside has a warm natural vibe and nice bright lights to show off their product in the cases. The place is some what small. Budtenders seemed tired or stoned. Was greeted eventually, and they were courteous. Didn’t have anything in mind to get I was just browsing. I didn’t get much because of a small inventory and expensive prices. Asked the budtender for a recommendation and got steered in the direction. I don’t recommended this place nor will I go back.

This dispensary was fine… One of those places that has a ton of inventory & lots to choose from but if you’re looking to have the staff really help you find a great strain for you, or if you’re a newbie, don’t go here. Its better if you already know what strains you like and don’t like and are more of a self sufficient customer

Not impressed with the help I received, as a relatively newbie I had a few questions that were not answered,also I felt like I was wasting his time. All in all the weed is very good!
This dispensary is dope! Love the atmosphere, they could use some organization of customers though as no one knew who was next or who to ask for help. Having the menu inside instead of at the door check would also be kosher but I’ll definitely be making this my new go-to. Update your menu here on Leafly to get more people in, not that it wasn’t already jumping.
They have the best retail location in Seattle, near the waterfront and Pike Place market in downtown Seattle. The bud-tenders are all super friendly and informative. Their products are well priced, and they have a cool, vibe in there. I like their pre-rolls and their medicated chocolate bars.
I have a small hotel close to Herban Legends and send all my guests there because they are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and there’s no hint of the aEURoegangstaaEUR feel that other downtown locations often have (no unsavory characters hanging around outside etc). Because so many of my guests are first time legal cannabis shoppers, even the most straight laced looking cruise ship passenger feels comfortable there.

This place wins out of all west seattle for service atmosphere and quality. id been shopping at the purple doors the last few months but was recommended here by a friend. i had dank ass favorites to choose from, it was hard to pick. i learned a lot about concentrates and clear refined oil. they let me try some and i have asthma so i was scared, but i didn’t even cough… will have to come back for that for christmas. they have sensi sweet blackberry lemonade which is the one item i would bring with me to a deserted island, and i bought some pineapple god too so I am very happy. will have to also try the uk cheese though because it looked and smelled gorgeous. thanks for great service and great bud. ill be back with my boyfriend next time.
Love this place for oil. Great xtracted prices and actually has daily deals unlike have a heart down the street. My go to spot in the area.

I first came into this shop a month ago & I was instantly impressed with how much quality service I experienced and how well the bud tenders knew their products. I met the main man @ Herban Legends at Myrtle Edwards a couple years back, during a time in my life when I was in constant search of reliable high-CBD Cannabis medicines. He recommended the Strawberry Kush so I cruised to White Center the following weekend and avoided a meltdown while waiting for some Harlequin to arrive. I can’t speak to whether this was just Strawberry Kush or whether it did have significant quantities of CBD (the only reason 4 stars), but it did the trick in a pinch. I have grown to appreciate the Saturday texts I get with regularity. Hello from New Mexico.

Herban Legends has a small selection, but they have some high quality products and the budtenders are usually friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit high, but they do offer discounts on occasion. For several weeks, for example, their website had an offer of 20% off all online orders. While that discount offer was still active on their website, I ordered some items online and went to pick them up later that day. When the clerk rang them up, he hit the discount button but it only deducted 10% from the total rather than the promised 20%. The total didn’t seem right to me, but I thought that I had perhaps miscalculated and paid the charged amount. After walking a few steps out the door, however, I took a closer look at the receipt and realized the clerk had only given me a 10% discount, not 20% as promised inn their ad. When I went back in and politely called this to the clerk’s attention, he got defensive and said it wasn’t his fault that the discount came up at 10%. (I assume the discount rate had been incorrectly programmed into the computer by management.) OK, I said, no problem, as long as you correct the error and give me the promised 20% discount. The clerk, who seemed to be fairly new, didn’t know how to handle that, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. The obvious thing to do was to simply void the incorrect sale and re-ring it with the proper discount, but the supervisor gave me the runaround, as if it was too much hassle to do so. At that point, I told her that it was their fault the discount was incorrectly calculated, not mine, and demanded that they give me the 20% discount as advertised. The supervisor then went into the manager’s office and returned with this offer: to make up for the incorrect discount, they would sell me another item at 50% off. But I had spent enough money already (over $200.00), so I refused the offer and still demanded the discount I had originally been promised in their ad. Finally, after one more trip to the manager’s office, the supervisor came out and gave me a cash refund to make up for the incorrect discount. I was finally satisfied, but I sure didn’t appreciate their treating me like I was some kind of derelict off the street who was trying to rip them off when all I wanted was the discount I had been promised in the first place. So here’s my advice for cannabis store owners everywhere: If you advertise a discount, you can’t arbitrarily dishonor it. And don’t try to make the customer pay for your mistakes. If you mess up on programming discount rates into your computer, and I am charged an incorrect amount, don’t tell the me you are powerless to make it right. It took about 20 minutes for me to straighten that out when all they had to do was void the incorrect sale and re-ring it, which would have taken a few minutes. But in the end, they finally (and reluctantly) did do right by me and I appreciate it. I will continue to do business with them, but I won’t forget how I was treated.”

Herban Legends is great. I haven’t left this shop with anything other than a smile on my face. Also, the art/merch store attached to the dispensary is awesome!
We are visiting from Miami, and we could not be more pleased to have experienced the Seattle marijuana scene. Herban Legends was a cool shop we tried, and we were really impressed with the store and the staff. It had a young, fresh vibe, and everyone was super friendly. We ended up buying several pre-rolls, because that was the easiest for us, being tourists. Good branding. Good Pricing. Hot Bud-tenders.We will be back before we head home on Tuesday.
Me and my husband stopped in while on our Seattle trip for our anniversary; staff is friendly, funny, and outgoing. Very knowledgeable about product & had great deals. Very satisfied, we will be coming back whenever we are in Seattle!

I got here and it took 10 mins of waiting around for some to help me. they were helping other customers in their defense. the staff wasn’t very helpful in making a selection they pretty much acted as if you should know exactly what you want when you come in. and I don’t want to use the automated machine I want to speak to a human being. the product was old, stale, and far too dry to be any good. I don’t think I would go back. oh and can you get some light in there? too dark.
Great laid back staff who are helpful when needed but also let you just take your time and browse around.
Quality selection with reasonable prices.
The staff was very rude. The guy told me he would get a $5,000 fine for letting me hold a package. I know for a fact this is not true. A few of the girls seemed very pretentious. A little professionalism goes a long way.

Visited twice during my time in Seattle. Both times I browsed around until I had a question and the tenders were more than happy to help. No pressure. Prices are fair, will recommend.
I think that this location is great because they have something for everyone. They also have a great selection of concentrate oil.
first time best weed
Just stopped by Herban Legends for the first time, grabbed some prerolled joints and some edibles.. Wow! $8 for a gram joint and potent edibles (I got honu brand). The shop is really beautiful, well lit and inviting. I dealt with Briana, who helped educate me on the strains of prerolled joints as well as walk me through the edibles. 5/5 for customer service, and there’s two ATMs! I’ll be back.
Great place for out of towners and first timers. I went while traveling here and they helped me pick out the right edibles and oils. Normal prices, nothing too cheap but not the most expensive either.

I visited this shop with my parents from out of town, some baby-boomer generation ex-hippies who have never bought legal weed before. They had a good selection of concentrates, flowers, and oil, but their edible section was especially impressive. They also had these cool pot vending machines I had never seen before. The shop look fantastic, with wood accents and industrial lighting, and a gift shop next door (that didn’t seem to get much traffic.) The staff was helpful and patient with my folks many questions, and were a particularly attractive staff.
I went here to make my first buy of legal recreational pot. I settled for just one gram. I was unable to compare any samples. There were no prominent labels or prices conspicuously posted. The lighting was dim making it hard to focus on any one thing. I made my purchase of mediocre pot which I thought to be rather high. No doubt these guys sell quality dope at a good price but I didn’t feel very accommodated here. I only came here once. There is another outlet somewhat close by.

it was great until they took off the 20% discount on online orders on weekends, i use to spend a couple hundred but since they took it off, i haven’t been back and probably never will. I also stopped taking people to this place, I now give them choices on other pot shops that offer specials! Greed can kill a business!!!!!!
This has the potential of being a cool place unfortunately the service is TERRIBLE! Well the door guy is always cool. I have been in a few times, I got a dud cartridge and had to return it and it was like they didn’t believe me…. Other places never made a big deal about it they go bad? They made it right so I gave them another shot…. done, I had a question about what I was buying because there displays don’t show much (% and what not) it was apparently too much and I was met w a scuff and eye roll REALLY!

I love this location! So beautiful and clean, it’s a piece of art in itself. I worked with Mariah today who was so incredibly kind and patient as I bought my first oil pen and cartridge. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered the thousands of question I had. I wish I lived closer, but the service is so amazing I’m willing to make the drive.

Very nice dispensary in Fort Bragg, small but good quality selection of flowers, they also had some pretty good OG bubble hash and OG wax. Very nice people though they don’t accept cards 🙁 so remember to bring cash but overall a very quaint place.

Where to start….went in on a Saturday (july30) for a couple dank prerolls for a show that night. Parking was easy (plus), waited in line before being let in because they were busy at max capacity-ok I that’s cool. Get inside and there were maybe MAYBE 6/7 staff “on the floor”. And maybe 20 people browsing, buying, choosing etc. We took a quick walk around to see what’s product/brands etc were what and where. Locate dab corner- totally emty of staff.. Move to prerolls corner just as a staff moved to dabs… Kinda… More like he just did something of some nature oblivious to the people just waiting there. Finally get to the preroll counter! The was one staff helping one couple and we waited our turn. Waitin I overhear a customer ask what’s hybrid, indica, etc.. Staff response “well they are basically all hybrid anyways but this is…etc” (red Flag) as annoying as the question may be, that is not an informative answer. Anyways, OUR TURN! Yay! I look around the case kinda lost before staff hands me menu. I start with my usual, what prerolls do you have that are 100% flower, I don’t like the shake and trim prerolls. Staff rolled their eyes at me and very rudely pointed at a brand in a fancy plastic tube saying that one was her favorite- yes all flower. I wish I remembered what one it was… I didn’t see 100%flower on the package so I also got a double pack grape ape that I knew was a solid. Staff rolled their eyes again (I’m about be snotty back cuz oh no they didn’t!!;)) rang us up and sent us on our way.
We talked about how rude staff was the whole walk back to the car- noting to review the store cause I’m really normal and really nice and work in service industry. Fake it at work. I’ve never. (Hah)
Fast forward staff favorite was a $11 dud. The double pack $12 grape ape were the best prerolls I’ve ever smoked.
Won’t be back but hope you guys can train your staff better. God knows how hard it is to find good help. The struggle is real. Thanks for the great grape apie rollies doe!

I’ve been to Herban 3 times now and I’m well on my way to being a regular. The budtender was super sweet and helped me find some edibles that work well with my chronic pain. The next time I came in and ordered the same edibles she asked me how I liked them and then gave me a discount!! 🙂 awesome people, good weed, and the prices for edibles are pretty good. If I ever buy bud I may go somewhere else just because there prices per gram are a little too much for this college student. But $30 for a bag of AMAZING cookies that usually last me about 2 weeks isnt bad at all. I love Herban and am going to continue to go there as long as I live in the area.
Wasn’t a bad store. Didn’t get much help from staff and prices were a bit higher than my regular store. Perk was that they were open a lil later than most stores and I happen to be nearby.
I can’t even begin to describe how incredibly good the customer service is at HL. They accidentally gave me a .5 of oleum rather than the refine that I wanted and when I retuned; they gave me it for free!
I came here as a first time guest the other day. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. To start off my experience, I walked up to the door person who was sitting down focused on their phone versus guests approaching the store. When I entered the store it was busy with guests (or so I thought). I saw that both budtenders were with people, so I went to the machine to look over products and place an order. I was very impressed with the machine and was excited to use it for the first time, thinking I could just place, pay and receive the order without having to interact with a budtender. However ALL the machine does is print off a slip telling you to go see the budtender with the order you placed. What the heck is the point of that? So as I am placing this order I realize that only one budtender is assisting a guest while the other is talking to friends. I was a little put off by this, I have worked in the service industry for 15 years, when you have friends in vs. customers…learn to excuse yourself to greet and help paying customers. By the way I was not greeted. When I had my slip from the machine I approached the counter to only have one of the budtender completely ignore me and walk past me twice. AND I was the ONLY person in the shop at this point. THANKFULLY, the saving grace was the female budtender. But thats where the good review ends. I spent a solid amount of time at the machine and placed my order….ONLY to find out by the budtender that you didnt have ANY of the products I had selected. Again what the heck is the point of the ordering machine if it doesnt have the correct items currently in stock. What a waste of my time. My order from the machine was over $60 and I used your ATM for cash and took the ATM fee hit, but ended up spending $20 due to your not having the products you advertised on the machine. What a waste. This store reminds me of typical lackadaisical stoner pot shop who doesnt care about customer service. There are better options and places to buy from in the city.

Hey this place is pretty awesome! Got some really nice flower and some prerolls here that I’ve really liked! Kirsten was my budtender and she really knew her stuff (and a total cutie to boot), and made some really good recommendations.
It is a cool store with an artsy vibe and Hot bud-tenders who know their stuff. Great variety of products. I was like a kid in a pot-candy-store. These are my guys. Will definitely be back.

This hasn’t been my first time visiting Herban Legends, but it will be my last. I live in Belltown, shop regularly, and even some of the budtenders know my name. Yet there are some staff whom I never talk to, because they seem stiff and unfriendly. I wait for my favorites like A or K. While K was busy, I listened to a male budtender hurry through a group of customers questions with rude, blunt, uninformative answers while staring off into the space above their heads. The group exchanged glances with confusion, and ended up just buying whatever he suggested. I get that “the budtender knows best”, but what happened to the friendly customer service at this establishment? The budtenders used to smile, and answer every question with understanding that not everyone is from Seattle, or the Washington area. The budtenders have no patience, and it seems like Herban Legends can’t keep their managers either. I’ve seen the staff change, and the managers cycle every couple of weeks, and they have only been open since the beginning of May. I really hope this place can turn it back around. The energy the first couple of months was phenomenal, and I’m looking for that daily pick-me-up-attitudes I used to get from staff. I used to come here for the staff, because there is cheaper weed in the area. I’ll check back in a month or two, hopefully Herban can get their mojo back.

Not a good experience. Their prices are higher than most, anywhere from 5 to $10 more per half gram of concentrate compared to other stores in the area. The bartender was disinterested and not very friendly at all. They had virtually nothing in the way of a CBD product. That made me feel like they were doing me a favor to take my money. Not a nice place to shop.
