I stopped smoking a few years ago so this was my first time buying legal weed and it was a great experience. The employee that helped me had great customer service and very knowledgeable on the products. The shop was clean and very professional. I will definitely be going back to this place!
This is a great store I grabbed a handful of full gram joints at when I was visiting town. They have really good deals I wouldn’t expect in this area actually. You should check them out!

Every time my husband and I visit we are treated damn near like VIP’s. They always go above and beyond for us, showing us the best bang for our buck and educating us. The last visit we where served by Jordan Jones, he was kind, patient and knowledgeable, what more can you ask for? They have two life long customers and will always get glowing reviews from us.

The employees weren’t very friendly and just seemed like they wanted for me to pay and leave asap. The weed I bought was average, maybe a little better, but nothing to brag about. The prices were what stood out to me. They were crazy high on some of the strains.

This has been my store for two years. I have has the best retail experience in my life at this place. I have told every one I know to shop here for quality, experienced people and wonderful quality in their flowers. They treat me like family and know exactly what I am looking for from my herb. I must have come too early in the day, or maybe the tender was off his game. it was just an OK experience, I sorta felt rushed, if I hadn’t already checked their menu and knew what I was after, I would have been really stressed. clean store, good product, not so much on the customer service.
I had a really good experience at Cinder. This was the first time I have been in, and I thought the store was very clean, well organized and carried a good selection of consumables and flower. The various menus were clear and easy to find.
I bought a gram of White Widow (all-time Fave), some pre-rolls, and a few cookies (20mg). It’s been a while since I enjoyed some edibles, and I bought a Snickerdoodle and a Triple Chocolate – Both of which were very tasty, although I think the Snickerdoodle had superior flavor. It was sweet, and light, and had a nice balance between cookie goodness with a hint of earthy pot taste to finish.
The staff was very helpful, and I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase.

My third visit to cinder, but have not been to the northlocation . Answered my extra questions and gave me advice to buy my sour tsunami in extra quantity in case they stop carrying it.tenders name was Anthony,he was helpful.
shop was clean and staff was nice. been there 2 times both time the prices on here are not even close to the prices at the shop. the shatter i wanted said 30 on here but price at the shop was 42. told the staff that and they didnt even care. will not go back because of this.
So, I bought my first legal weed here. Unfortunately as time has gone by there product has gotten quite shitty. I bought a gram of lavender rosin, it tastes like shit. Seriously, burnt and acrid, burned my throat and mouth. And rosin is supposed to better due to being solvent free 🙁 also bought a bag of ewok by zen and its really old bud. From the beginning of last October. 🙁 I dropped a considerable amount of cash in there because all the times I’ve been there it’s been great product and service. Yesterday I was treated great and everyone was awesome, but the product was not. I don’t know if I’ll be going back, the product literally left thst bad of a taste in my mouth. I love the crew of people there, they are friendly and helpful. However, on the other side of the coin, I wish they took more time to make sure I was getting fresh and tasty product.
Spokane Valley Cinder is definitely the place to go for good customer service and knowledgeable staff
The store is nicely laid out, well lit, and in an easy to get to location. The service is OK but every time I’ve come in they lack energy or human emotion. I have never had a complaint about the quality or price of their concentrates but their glass products are cheaply made and break easily (3 broken pieces between my brother and I). The store staff is also not very knowledgeable about their glass products and will mistakenly tell you they were made in the USA when in fact they were imported from China. I go here when I’m in a bind and want to get in and out in a hurry and with a minimum of upselling.
Ordered online within seconds got a text saying my order was ready. Got to the store saw a line saw the online order sign went to the head of the line just like that. I’m ordering online from now on cant beat that!!!!!!!!

I’ve been a repeat customer to the valley location for about half a year now and won’t go anywhere else. Their hours are great, and the staff is always kind/helpful. I trust their suggestions as the budtenders seem to know their product better than other places I’ve been. I highly suggest checking them out if you haven’t already.
my first time in a disp. and I loved it! I went to the valley location. the staff was immediately helpful. I explained what I was looking for and she really took her time suggesting and explaining. she helped me pick stardawg and she was right on the button! very airy space. maybe a couple mellow pictures would be cool.
I visited most of the recreational stores in Spokane during a two day visit from Montana. The staff here was friendly and knowledgeable and I liked the big screen display with strains and pricing. Their prices were the most aggressive I saw during my visit. However, they only had six strain choices when I was there and none of it is visibly displayed. They were apparently getting more stock over the next few days. Overall, the vibe was pretty good, the guys were knowledgeable, friendly and personable, and the prices were comparatively low. I would definitely give them another visit next time i”m in town.

False advertising! Many times I have tried to purchase what’s advertised on leafly only to find that it’s no longer available, never had it at that price point, sold out days ago, or overcharge from what’s advertised. I rely on leafly to know what’s available and how much it’ll cost before I leave the house, with this broken system I never get the product I want in quantity I was hoping for the price listed on here. I feel scammed by the process. Long time family of customers considering leaving.
Price point doesn’t always really equal quality. They have some good bud, if you wanna pay top dollar for it. It’s a 50/50 if you are looking for a slightly cheaper price point and don’t get their cheap stuff. Hit this place up when they have a good deal in a certain strain by a certain grower. The budtenders are always friendly and seem like they care and value their customers. I’ve been coming here for years so I know what to get and what not to get but you might not get so lucky.
whilst the weed was good the customer service was a tad to eager. wont let you just browse in peace, constantly asks if you want to see something. the shop its self is depressing and sanitary it kind of reminded me of the home we deposited me gran in when she got old. smelled like it to. but over all there good people.
I’ve been a frequent customer at Cinder, I’ve been in about 15-20 times buying vape cartridges. I always bought the same brand, Nuvape, and enjoyed it being a good product at a fair price. I bought one yesterday 9/25/17 and had an issue with it, no problem they have a return policy for these, so I go in and talk with the manager and she exchanged the cartridge for another and I headed home. Get home and realize the replacement cartridge had the exact same issue. I turn around and I’m back at cinder for the third time in less than 2 hours. I talk with the manager again and tell her they must of got a bad batch of cartridges, she says no it was my because the battery i had was too powerful and I must’ve melted everything and caused the issue. I informed her that I had bought this product dozens of times with no issues. She says I just got lucky this didn’t happen earlier, but she would exchange for a different product if I payed the difference in price, recommended a different product and informed me she need another $3. I find it absolutely absurd that a store that does that kind of volume couldn’t eat $3, in the name of good customer service after selling me multiple bad products and wasting my time and fuel for multiple trips back into the store, and then blame me instead of the product. So unfortunately I wont be shopping here again as there are many options to choose from, and I will go out of my way to feel as if I am appreciated as a customer.
TLDR: Sold me 2 broken vape cartridges, blamed me, made me pay a $3 difference to get a product that actually works after wasting my time and fuel for multiple trips to the store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I visited Cinder for the first time and had a great experience. I’m a Medical patient and have been using the dispensaries for my product for quite some time. I really just wanted to check it out! I understand where the confusion lies with the previous post. Because it isn’t a “donation” price the sales tax is not included. My understanding is that the majority of the taxes have already been paid by the shop and we are just paying plain ol’ 8% sales tax. Which makes perfect sense. The staff was awesome. They were excited about their buds and knew what they were talking about. I’ll go back.

I love the clean atmosphere of the store. Everything is presented really well and prices are clearly marked. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even close to closing…speaking of, LOVE that you’re open late!

So service was not wonderful but i guess thas what i got. Maybe people just like paying top dollar for weed. There is some top shelf here but 40 to 50 an 8th of flower with them prices i think i might have to go where the flower is same quality but cheaper in price. Ill go here if i have to
Had an awesome budtender named kelsey help me today. They ran all over for me showing me what was in and helping me find the right thing! I prefer cartidges and bho/rso, and i got what i needed;plus learned a little on the way. Obviously the other budtenders are pretty cool, but i wanna make a special shout out to kelsey for being patient and helpful!

The store is a tad small for how crowded it can get, but other wise clean and seemingly well maintained.
Was in the group of first 20 people that came in on 4/20. Had waited outside for about 30 minutes, get in, get a mani for the deals of that day, ask about some ‘pure’ indicas on the menu and get told about some “good” ones on their deal menu, comes to find out the ‘knowledgeable’ bud-tender sold me some harvested last year, dry, sativa. Maybe the menu itself should say what each one is and not just have the bud-tenders be the only source. I’ve had much better luck at the other cinder locations. It feels a little petty but I wanted to enjoy my 420 with good bud and not stuff I did not want to pay for.

Located in a strip mall, this shop is reminiscent of an Apple Store – brightly lit, spacious, lots of hands-on displays. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but not overbearing. Good balance of pricing and selection.
This was my 1st, & it will be my last visit.
I called before driving across town to Spokane Valley Cinder to confirm that they had the product that I wanted. The tender who answered the phone said that they had several packets.
When I arrived the 1st person that I encountered said that the computer showed that they had 3 packets left, but he was unable to find them.
He was quick to try to sell me to something else, that he claimed is nearly identical to what I had requested. (Having been a cultivator for more than 55 years, I knew he was mistaken on that).
He, and another tender then fumbled around pretending to search for more than 20 minutes before advising me that they had somehow definitely lost the 1/2 oz. packets of the leaf that I came for……………Are you kidding me?
I left without purchasing anything, but with a certainty that I will never return.
Very helpful staff. They promoted Eastern Washington Growers. Recommended nice choices. Even though there were folks waiting, we didn’t feel too rushed.

Their Peach Dream flower is fabulous! can’t seem to find it on Leafly, but it smells peachy, tastes wonderful, and is a happy, upbeat effect with no downside.
Every visit has merited a review, but this morning the staff at Cinder went above and beyond. It was a genuinely uplifting experience. The crew this morning was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and I left stoked about stopping in. Thanks again!
The menu is great in my opinion, with a wide variety and reasonable prices. When you go for the first time, it’s helpful to have the menu explained and then it all makes sense. You could also just ask about anything, as the staff is as aforementioned awesome.

My first time there and it was great! The online ordering is a definite plus, even though it’s a little bit more of a drive for me this is now my new go to shop!
This place is nice, we stopped on the way out of town… kind of hard to get to, but once you are there… they have some awesome displays. It’s almost overwhelming if you have never been or not famliar with recreational marijuana stores. I loved the fact that they give you good advice and let you smell, pick and choose the packages you want.
Peach Dream was amazing and will be back to try other goodies when we are back in Spokompton!

Ive been comin here since they opened. And after the complete lack of customer service i had today i never will again. I bought a oil rig here. Which didnt work from the start. I bring it all back. They exchange a peice. Then i go home only to find out my charger was no longer in the box. I call and they make it out like im tryin to scam them. Whole ordeal and multiple trips just to get the charger back. They made multiple mistakes. And barely wanted to give me the charger. They did nothin to make up for there incompetence either. Im be goin to greenlight for now on
Great place to go. Friendly and informative staff. I felt like I could ask them any question and they would provide an honest answer. The only thing Cinder could improve is they need more of a selection of smoking devices. Other than that, best place to go in Spokane Wa.
The quality of product is consistent, and they are a fairly new location but the atmosphere could be a bit more warming. Still a great place.

I bought a Bodhi cartridge. It leaked and the top was misaligned. I brought it back a day after I bought it and showed the guy at the counter. He took me outside and said, it works, so no exchange. It exploded the next day. I threw away the receipt when he told me it was fine, deciding never to shop here again. I’ve been a client since they opened and they used to have good service. I won’t be back.

A bit sterile for my tastes.. but their quality has improved. When I first shopped here pre Christmas, I wasn’t too impressed. But my last few visits have been enough to give ya five stars.. plus right down the road.

I recently had my first dispensary experience, and I am glad it happened here. I was passing through on my way (from one of the Dakotas) to visit my sister in Oregon. I looked at different menus online, to choose which place to stop on my way through. I didn’t look at the menu of every place in town, but I did not see a need to look at any more after finding Cinder. An easy-to-find, easily accessible location, with a huge variety, so many options, and good prices. Just what I was looking for. I was nearly giddy with childlike excitement as we pulled up to the front. It felt somewhat surreal, like part of a happy dream. Inside it was everything I had hoped it would be. Additionally, it was NONE of what I had hoped it wouldn’t be. This is important to point out.
I was quickly greeted by a knowledgeable budtender with blue hair. She expertly answered all of my many questions and was very kind, friendly, and patient. I was impressed with how knowledgeable she was about the products. I listened in on some other things around me and was equally impressed with the service the other employees were providing to people. Very informative, friendly people working here. I completed my purchase of Cinderella99, and then looked around a little more, just taking in the experience.
The selections in the cases were nicely displayed. The menus were easy to read and arranged nicely for one to quickly peruse them. There is something for any spending level, which is nice. The variety is outstanding.
We stopped in Spokane on the return trip. I visited this location again and had a similarly enjoyable experience. Having spent most of my recreational money over the prior week, I was looking for a cheap option. I got an eighth of the cheapest OG Kush they had, for $25. I wasn’t expecting much. It didn’t look like anything super special, but still looked good. It wouldn’t receive a high number of taste/flavor points, but didn’t taste bad. The potency and effects of it were fantastic and nicely in line with what you would expect from a Kush of a higher price. My point is that the expensive stuff is obviously, incredibly superb, but even their cheap stuff is awesome.
I have and will continue to recommend this location. And when I am in the area I will not pass it up.
I love this store. But if you take any interest in information about the products they carry do yourself a favor and go in at night. I went in last night and had a half an hour conversation about terpenes and oil and how it changes your high with one of the girls working, while the other guy working was having just as detailed of a conversation about pesticides with someone else. if you care about hearing what the employees did last weekend or have no questions about anything then mornings are for you. over all I still rate them 5/5 because of my good experiences with parts of their staff. I do wish their parking lot was less of a nightmare tho
Of all the disp. Ive been to (about 12), Cinder in the valley is the best. Their bud tenders are top notch and always willing to go the extra mile for me. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. In addition, the online ordering is AWESOME. Cinder in the valley is the only disp I use because of these things. THANK YOU Cinder!!!
I unfortunately did not catch her name but the awesome girl with the purple hair greeted us when we walked in and offered us a brief tour and helped us getting our footing for our first time after checking our IDs of course. She and the rest of the staff were more then helpful with picking out something just right for us including recommending some of there favs. The store was welcoming, clean and really well laid out most of all a great selection of products and awesome quality. I will definitely be shopping there again.

My fiancA(c) & I have shopped at every dispensary that is located in Spokane Valley and Cinder takes the cake! We shop at this location on a weekly basis; usually 3-5 times a week.
Not only do they have a fantastic selection of high quality products at amazing prices; they are staffed with VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE budtenders. On our most recent visit, JULES, went above & beyond as she always does to make sure we left with the products that are right for us. 🙂

Ordered online was able to skip long line out to the door. Budtenders were super chill and funny and checkout was easy and fast.
Purchased an 1/8th of Berry1 from Evergreen as per recommendation of the staff, however, after it was opened, I noticed that mixed in with the distinctly purple Berry1 were 2 buds of a variety that had no purple whatsoever and even had significant quantities of red hair making it not Berry1 at all. This bud tasted foul and was very harsh compared to the Berry1 and was not enjoyable at all (whoever grew this weed did not know how to finish the plant in budding as there were obvious flavors left over from excess fertilizer). I would not recommend visiting this place without paying careful attention to what you buy, you may not be getting what you pay for. It shouldn’t be the customers job to ensure that the bud in the package is the bud that was labeled (in fact I think that it is the law that the label must match 100% of the bud). The staff was nice enough but who wouldn’t be working in a recreational dispensary?
Great strains and the cure for the ones I went with, was really good. The atmosphere is chill. It would be nice if they did have some glass displays. It’s a huge shop, with alot of space to fill. The customer service was great! I just think they can make the experience a bit better.
Example: Being able to see the edibles u purchase at the counter; and the concentrates without someone going to the back to grab them.

First time in this new shop was great! Very personable owner/bud tender who was very knowledgeable and listened to customer input. Best prices so far this early into 502. Bought exact same strain SEVEN dollars cheaper than store few miles away. Keep up the good work gentlemen.
Came to Washington to hike with my best friend, and my friend I came with wanted to stop in for our first ever experience. The staff all showed us the menu and what color meant which strain. They were very helpful and knew their stuff. Ended up buying a brownie and some buds that ended up being top quality. Would definitely visit again!
I recently decided to give cinder another try. It had been 3 years since I had been there last. My last visit 3 years ago was so bad I was done and wouldn’t come back again, after horrible customer service for months. What did it for me was the friends of the employees walked in and went right to the front after there was a lot of us standing line for 20 minutes already. Anyways about a month and a half ago decided to try again and what a difference. I love the vibe now and the people I deal with are awesome like Jordan, Nate, Cam, Mitch, Mindy and Amanda, and the rest of the crew there. I am always greeted by big smiles and hellos. Handshakes, and daps, always have what I’m looking for or they will recommend something just as good or better. But I love you guys, and are doing an awesome job.

This store seems to have the most accurate updates/online inventory of strains from the menu leafly option, especially when compared to local recreational pot shops.
This store has video monitors that show the menu/price. Everything is well organized, nicely presented and costs are obvious. The ATM in store is ultra-convenient for debit card addicts such as myself.
CONS: store could use more cash registers, as they have two and this area is always bunched up and congested a bit. That’s my only criticism.

I’m a big fan of Cinder. Their selection of buddy boy farm bud is extensive and potent for discerning smokers like me. The atmosphere is clean and aesthetically pleasing, and the salespeople were very knowledgable, helpful and engaging.

Great place to get whatever you need. Glass to flower to concentrates to edibles to pre-rolls…you get it. The staff is super chill. No pressure in this place. I love the layout. You can actually “shop” the products before you go up to the counter. With the giant price boards it is super easy to make your decision. Great prices, too. Keep up the great job!

I created this account just to talk about how confusing my experience with this store has been… I used to love coming here and always got great service from the tall girl with brown hair. Sorry don’t know her name or if she still works there but I haven’t seen her much anymore. The last few times I’ve come a blonde guy has “helped” me and the experience has left me feeling like I don’t want to go back. Not friendly whatsoever and I felt really rushed and like I was an idiot for asking his opinion. Consistently the worst weed store employee ive met. Another person and I shopping at the same time even complained to each other about it in the parking lot and he said ya it has happened to him before too. I’ll probably go back in and give them another shot to turn it around and hopefully the rude guy is gone. ~jackson

So I’ve been here multiple times great selection good discount for industry workers like me. Today I went in and asked for a Blue Rasberry Dieseal was that was on the cheaper menu the budtender gets it out and rings me up. I assume what she grabbed me was the right gram I was wrong for assuming and that is my bad, but Blue Dream does not look like blue rasberry Dieseal was there’s a lot more words to that. So please just remind your people to look for the names told to them and not the closest thing to it.

Best location since I moved from California. been to others but they misinform on the strain, this shop will exceed your expectations and will deliver a punch of fantastic quality service along with the quality buds! concentrate is my game, and they slay. highly recommend, both jessies at this location are fantastic influences and very knowledgeable in the field. Will never be a traitor!

love the craftsman style of this store. Very good prices on buds although the quality just wasn’t there on the strain I bought but have heard not the best reviews from that grower. Will def be back as prices are on point.
Best customer service in the city, very knowledgable staff there to help point you in the right direction without being overly aggressive with their sells. Product was great for its price point.

I have been to every rec shop in Spokane and I think Cinder is the total package, good product, competitive prices and a nice layout and selection…. hard to give much feedback they do an awesome job here.

I’m from Virginia, and this was my first shop (and first stop!) upon entering the lovely state of Washington. Jordan helped me, was patient and knowledgeable, and I enjoyed my time in the shop as he guided me.
Easy to find what you want. The selection is awesome and the prices are incredible. They have a different deal daily. The staff is knowledgable and happy. Jess is the Bees knees!

just a heads up the donation prices they show on here and the tv behind the counter are NOT including taxes. I thought I found a cheaper place but come to find out I paid about 10 dollars more here.
Also the info he was giving on vaporizers was not good. they need to be able to supply good info for people that want to have a healthy alternative to combusting. and that was not available.
I have gone here multiple times. Now I moved to Spokane And happened to get a place close and still love it! Friendly staff to explain things to the newbie or veteran. Also very clean and has nice sharp screens with the menu. This place is the best.
Definitely an amazing place. The atmosphere was great and the staff are great, they know what they’re talking about. I got in there and ask for suggestions and every single time I have its been great quality atime amazing prices. Definitely my permanent store. Just the parking lot is my only complaint
Having this be the closest shop near me is a blessing and a curse.
Upon entering Cinder, there is a familiar atmosphere, similar to an Apple Store which is nice as you browse their products. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful which makes any visit pleasant and comfortable. The selection of products does vary, however. Some weeks it seems like the inventory is very reasonably priced for good products and other times it seems like they are charging a premium price.
I have never bought anything and regretted it from Cinder. Definitely recommend anyone to stop in! Daily deals such as Munchie Monday (discounted edibles), wax Wednesday (discounted oil), and etc.
I’ve always been a fan of Cinder, all locations…but the addition of online ordering is the best! My order was ready approximately 15 minutes after I placed it, and I was able to skip the line that was about 10 people deep to pick it up! Great experience, I will be utilizing the online ordering process for sure!
