1. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection with a live menu available! My go to dispensary.

2. This companies concentrates are absolutely awful, I’ve bought all of the strains they’ve put out and they’re just garbage.

3. The quality of service was great! Torah was very informative and did not make you feel rushed at all! The fresh feeling and atmosphere is very welcoming. Even if waiting, one is able to walk around and look at various products. The parking was great and it wasn’t busy in the middle of the day! I was extremely pleased with my service and will definitely be back

4. Absolutely amazing experience coming in for my first Pharmacist visit, helpful and knowledgeable staff and amazing atmosphere! Worth the visit!!

5. Not sure if you noticed but… Your online menu never matches your actual inventory. Why post live feed when you never update it. Finally, I picked up some blueberry skunk thought it was 19-20 percent THC come to find out once I got home it’s only 15% I honestly am really upset with this because your online menu is misguiding.

6. The staff and pharmacists at Liberty are so friendly and helpful, and the environment is very comfortable! Everyone is so easy to talk to, and really went the extra mile to listen to me, and answer questions that I had. All questions that I had for the pharmacist were always answered on the same day with a personal phone call.

7. What a clusterfffff. The Black Friday specials brought the people in. But the incompetence to prepare as well as to process people in a timely manner had me walking out after waiting an hour with no end in sight. It’s a shame they are as poorly run as it is.

8. Great place. Staff is incredibly nice, efficient and knowledgeable. If someone cant answer a question, they will go grab someone who willl answer it properly instead of giving you the run-around. Products (both company-made and contracted) are top-tier. I can compare them to other dispensaries that I have been to in MA, DC and CO.

   One would think that if there are limited dispensaries open in PA that I would pick one of the two located much closer to where I live….but I will gladly make the drive to Liberty in Norristown, every time I need to, instead.

10. I have been to multiple dispensaries throughout the quest of getting medication for my extreme nerve pain. There are a few things about this particular dispensary that should not operate the way they do:
    -They aren’t federally compliant for patient security. All the talks with your pharmacist happens in a wide, open space with everyone else in the room being able to look at you, walk up to your conversation, and listen to your medical issues. That isn’t HIPPA compliant.
    -Most people only give this place 5 stars because you can buy THC products here; they have good deals and prices and offer raffles for patients. It’s fun, but at the same time I see the people working there giving illegal advice to patients and willingly letting patients sell products they purchase from this store specifically in the parking lot. It’s super sketchy, creepy and illegal. I’ve seen at least 2 transactions happen in the parking lot at this dispensary. I’ve only ever been here 3 times.
    -Liberty is, indeed, the only dispensary open on sundays. That leads to lots of long waits and overcrowding.
    -The waiting room is a concrete box with a single bench that can fit 2 people that don’t mind touching a little bit. Patients with pain or bad legs are left to stand for sometimes an hour at a time because their couches and all comfort items are stashed in the dispensing area. It’s awful to sit in a concrete room and not be able to ease your weight off of your legs.
    -Lots of bad advice from employees, selling bunk concentrate rigs that can shatter easily and hurt customers, and generally all of their problems that get brought up get ignored because most people than come here are customers instead of patients.

    I’d probably never come back to this place until they’re actually following the law. I don’t want my medical information spread around, I don’t like them breaking HIPPA laws and claiming they don’t need to follow it but they totally do to be medically compliant.

    I will probably try to reach out to the department of health to tell them these issues too. Would not recommend to ANYONE until they’re following the law.

11. Convenient, safe location with easy parking. Super knowledgeable and professional staff. A place where you can get great products, unbeatable customer service and low prices.

13. Some liberty carts were defective. Told us there wasn’t too much they could do about it. Menu is never correct.
    Some people are very friendly some aren’t.

14. I go to this place weekly. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable,friendly and Helpful. This is my favorite dispensary
