We’ve been coming here for a while now & compared to other dispensaries they seem to be more of a high line choice with a consistent choice of phenomenal quality flower. They may not have the biggest collection to choose from in town, but they do have a great selection of flowers, concentrates, edibles & clones. Here you’ll definitely get frosty buds which appear to be hand picked rather than tumbled, loosing some of it’s frosting & keif. The Hindu Kush was beautiful & is absolutely delicious. Alien OG packs a punch with 29% THC. Being a veteran matters here & membership has it’s perks. Great place!

26. The medication station is rightfully named as it’s a healing place. The staff is compassionate, caring, and concerned with its Bend citizens…both high and bottom class.

    The ritzy and pretentious won’t likely frequent this place, as it’s a small earthy mom and pops place. It’s not cutting edge or hip…it’s homey.

    This place is where you go when you’re not trying to be cool; The Medication Station is where you go when you already know who you are and you just want some good weed.

32. Great shop, you can tell this place is focused on good product and good service, no hype marketing or fancy decor. Some of the best staff, the budtender that helped me admitted he didn’t dab but still had lots to say about their concentrate offerings, nice change from most of the shops in Bend where “I haven’t tried that yet” is all you ever hear. Speaking of concentrates they probably have the best selection in Bend right now, you can tell someone did their homework and is bringing in the guys doing the best work at a great value. Flower selection is on point too, lots of unique strains.

33. We got lost in Bend and found heaven at Medication Station. This is a small comfortable shop with a great selection of high quality flower, edibles, and concentrates. All the staff were friendly and helpful even if they were not specifically my bud tender. I have already been back after checking out two other dispensaries in town. This one was the best in my opinion. Go here. Pick up Super Silver Haze and Galactic Jack if you’re in the area for the eclipse.

36. Great budtenders, very cool people. However, the quality of flower was not enough to keep me coming back. Non organic buds have a chemical infused taste to them. This is something that bummed me out because the people who worked here were so friendly.

37. There are lots of stores to choose from. Have been to 6 other locations in Bend. Medication Station has a nice clean, non overwhelming setup. I mean there is lots of information to look at when purchasing. There counter strain labels are easy to read with all the info on the sides of their jars. Let’s be real, we used to have a contact that could get us some herb. Now we have lots of choices to filter through. The staff is knowledgeable without feeling like they want you to hurry up. AND they have the best deals/specials I have found so far. Plus they have a 10% off for Veterans.

38. This place goes above and beyond. BY FAR, the best dispensary in all of Bend. Jordan is genuine, incredibly knowledgeable, and represents everything this lifestyle should be about. Love and Happiness always at Higher Elevation. Go visit them already. you will not be disappointed

43. Visiting from Portland and stumbled across this place on the Leafly app when I was downtown. PLEASE open a shop in the Willamette Valley! By far the best dispensary experience I have ever had and that is saying a lot. I have been to over 200 throughout WA, CO, OR, and CA. The place just looks like a house but don’t let that fool you. Thank me later.

45. Higher Elevation is my favorite place to get my medication. Great staff…I have had a problem with the Select batteries. Bad batteries is frustrating, but I haven’t had any problems getting a replacement from H.E shop. Thank goodness H.E.has a good supply of medical inventory. Hunter, and Grace are an a set to Higher Elevation.

My visits are always fun and educational, I never feel pressured to purchase anything, and the product has all been awesome. This is definitely my favorite dispensary in Bend.

64. Not only are the service and products fantastic, I just learned that Jordan, the Owner, is from Central Oregon. They also sell locally grown and manufactured cannabis products. I feel so much better supporting a business that was not founded with “out-of-town” money or with Owners that are not present in the business. Jordan is there almost every time I pop in. Unless there of freshies to be had on Bachelor. 🙂

70. I’ve been all over Bend and the Vibe at The Medication Station is right where it should be. Their staff is very knowledgeable and create a very warm and welcoming environment and most importantly they are down-to-earth & kind. Unfortunately other dispensaries in Bend seem to have an attitude but this place feels like home. Definitely found my dispensary.

71. Asked about a product on the shelf (no names) and the bud tender was very upfront and honest, he told me why I should choose something else. Showed me some very high quality live resin hooked me up with 3 different strains, each better than the other. Now I’m stoned to the bone and extremely happy with the service I was provided.

73. This dispensary is, by far, the best in Bend and is easily in my top 3 in the entire state of Oregon. Higher Elevation is the spot you go to when you already know who you are. Other dispensaries in town show a complete lack of thought and heart that goes into the products but a focused effort on branding and profitability and missing out on the needs of the customer base. Jordan, the Owner of HE, is obviously building something different. He is involved with the day-to-day operations and I see him often – always willing to talk life while I decide on my purchase. He personally tests the products prior to putting them on the shelf and his recommendations are excellent. The budtenders and managers here are the best I have met. Remember the days of going to your homie’s house to buy a bag of the best green available? Higher Elevation recreates that atmosphere perfectly and is why I visit them 3 times a week for my medicine. Thank you Jordan, Hunter, Grace, Michael, Mason. You’re all the realest!

74. This place is my favorite when it comes to customer service but they could add a few more strains to choose from to top it off because variety is key. I have been to almost every shop in town and I stick to 3 of them that I go back to time after time and the medication station is one of them. Keep up the good work.

77. Been coming here since it was medical only around 2014 and it’s only gotten better. They still cater to the medical side which is rare. Friendliest place in town. The closest dispensary to downtown. Ask about deals because they aren’t always advertised. Last but not least, I was told by a Hunter that every product in the shop is tested by the crew. This makes knowing the product and personal recommendations so critical. I’m ever impressed with the recommendations as this medicine helps me tremendously with PTSD and severe neck pain. Thank you guys for the love, the discounts, and the knowledge. <3 <3 <3

80. This has become my favorite dispensary in town for three reasons…price, flowers and service. I consistently see some of the best flower at the best price and all the bud tenders who have helped me have been very friendly. Michael especially is more knowledgeable about cannabis than most bud tenders I’ve met and she cares enough to help customers pick the right medicine.

95. I just moved to Bend from Colorado and have been to a half-dozen shops in Bend so far. The Med Station is a fantastic overall dispensary. Here’s why:
    – Fair prices on bud (I like the Cheese Quake), although I have found generally bud in Bend is a drop in quality from Colorado.
    – They give lots of discounts: veterans, 10% off Mondays, etc. I went on Friday for the deal where you can buy a gram of oil (I got 2 cartridges) and get a free vape pen battery/charger. My battery was a dud. I went in this morning for a replacement. Not only did I get a replacement of my FREE battery, but I walked out of the door with a big free joint for my “hassle”.
    – The atmosphere is really chill and you don’t feel like a bunch of sardines with 22″ of counter space to yourself. Parking is also very easy. Just a chill place.
    – They take credit cards. I love getting airline miles for purchasing bud!
    – The cartridges at the Med Station are much higher quality than the crap I bought at another Bend store. $20 gets you a half-gram of strain specific oil in a cartridge that test in the low 80s, and has a very decent flavor with terpines.
    – I will definitely return!
