really frustrating when 70%+time I have to wait because staff only allows 1 person in at a time and let’s face people mosey in places like this and now that recreational is being sold 100A–‘s worse medical patients should take presidence I have had to go to different shops due to this continuous issue which is terrible since you are located so close to my home

The guy who helped me the two times I’ve been in is very knowledgeable (my last dispensary sold me the wrong product…3 different times) and I’ve been happy with my purchases at the The Flowershop so far. Plus their prices are way better than the place I was going. I’ll drive a few extra miles to come here for sure!!

The store was great however Saturday and Sunday mornings bud tender was not helpful. They did not know their strains, my bag was under weight and overall I just felt uncomfortable. Will be sure to stick to weekdays.

i forgot to get the bud tender’s name since i was in a hurry, but he was the only person on staff when i arrived. his knowledgeable feedback helped me decide between 2 different shatter strains i was considering. xj-13 is also my favorite strain & its what i wanted when i came in, so i appreciated him NOT discouraging me from buying an eighth of the remnants on their xj-13 supply, despite having much better quality cannabis available. i will be back. please just keep your concentrate prices affordable.

went in expecting the same herb as everywhere else, but instead found many, new to me flower, and some amazing edibles! Staff was very friendly and both knows their stuff, and actually care about the medical patients and make sure you get what will work the best! One of my new favourite places to go!!
Place is pretty good and they have some good deals, but they aren’t very dependable with their hours. I have been here 3x in the last two days trying to buy from here but they are always closed. I have been coming during their normal operating hours and it’s always closed. I like this place, but they will soon be with one less Customer due to their inconsistent hours. If you post that you’re open from 10 till 10 I expect you to be open during those hours. No one answers the phone, making it that much more irritating driving halfway across town to find out that the place is closed.

This place is great! All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Personally Wade is my go to man, but everyone else is killer. The bud is great and there’s always a nice selection. I am a loyal customer and will drive past 5 other dispensaries just to go here. I highly recommend you check them out.

So I used to give this place 5/5 for quality, service and atmosphere and most importantly price/selection and it was less busy than the dispensary I had been going to. But I’ve been going here once a week for 3 months and over the last month I’ve decided to start going back to my old dispensary even though it is further away and busier. The selection of high end / high priced bud remains good, but the moderate range bud recently I have gotten seems too dry, and is is consistently unsatisfying on a regular basis now. So when I’m the neighborhood for the higher end stuff, still a good place to go. But most weeks I got a fixed budget for for bud this place is not were I go on a regular basis anymore. Sometimes the busier places are busier for a reason I guess!

Terrible service. After going to their dispensary this morning a little after 9am for their special only to find the front doors locked, I returned around 1 to buy what I had come for earlier. They told me “sorry,we can’t honor it. The doors shouldn’t have been locked so we don’t know what to tell you.” Well,I can tell you I won’t be back!!

They never had oil dude told me to call ahead and theyd hold it if in Stock…four days later i call and same dude is rude as shit about how theyvstill dont have it. Leafly menu says 12$ eigths but in store cheapest is 20$. Then refusing to honor what the app shows for same exact product (updated three hrs prior to my visit btw) we dont pay 8$ in tax so wtf. If u want to pay cheaper for the same mediocre product go a block up the street. Never again will i shop here and i can throw a rock at them from my house.

This is my favorite place to shop for weed. The staff is extremely friendly. Especially the two ladies. Their prices are extremely fair and their pre-rolls are great. Love the flavor of the ice queen! The selection isn’t huge which is actually a relief. I can pretty much get in and get out. There isn’t a crowd of people and the service is personal. Always a happy customer and will continue to come here.

went here looking for some OG or just some nice indoor and the budtender just kept on showing me leafy outdoor and trying to convince me they were indoor and dank…. I have been smoking for over 15 years I know the difference and was not impressed which kind of sucked because I had money to spend just needed quality meds…. at the end the budtender said “can I show you anything else?” I looked around and said “yes, can you please show me how I get out of here”?…. LOL

I spent 180$ on 2 new c02 pen and 3G of oil cartridges.
Well 3 days later my cartridge started leaking out the bottom.
I took it in and asked if I could switch it out and they told me no! I then asked if I could at least get a discount to another cartridge and they said no. They wouldn’t do anything for me!
Since then I have visited 8-10 other dispensary that before I made my purchase asked if any issues came up with my cartridges. They said they would replace them!! So needless to say I would not recommend this place or go back!
Super friendly shop! Just moved in down the street and consider myself lucky to have these guys in the new hood. That Violet Delight is something else! Will be back soon.

I think the customer service at the Flower Shop was excellent, the atmosphere was comforting in each employee made me feel wanted and comfortable since I was a first time customer @ any dispensary… I suffer daily from chronic pain and anxiety so having AJ (a Flowershop employee) was very knowledgeable and familiar with their products that they sell. I have severe social anxiety and AJ took the time to go through each strain and let me know what the best strain would be for my symptoms as well as the ones I should stay away from and explained that there are hundreds of strains some of which could induce panic attacksmake my paranoia worse. I will definitely be returning and I will for sure referring my friends!

ultra friendly staff- very knowledgable “bud tender” with specific experiences to share of medical effects for certain strains. also another new employee seeming bright and willing to be real.
The interior could use some finish work, art and hominess. But the quality of the flower was great for a dispensary as well as the kind, (no pun intended) make you feel comfortable customer service.
btw out of the 6 strains the winning pair are… Samoas and Perqurkle.
They also carry cannabis seeds from Dynasty Seeds. Great suggested donation amount on those as well.

will never come back here again not only are ommp patients we put our cards in first then got harassed by rec customers both sides got loud and asked to leave rec users came to the parking lot threatened us more then pulleda bat on us i have both video an pics of these customers whoch I will use as i file my police report the staff at this facility is terrible at running there business which was established for customers such as myself using for medical reasons i will continue to post this here if it gets dismissed for being a negative on this store customers have the right to know the whole truth
I have only been once, but had a good experience, I would go back again. The only reason I didn’t score the atmosphere higher is because there wasn’t anyone at the reception desk, and it was kind of disorienting to have the guy poke his head out of a hole in the wall behind me. I think once they have the rest of the place open it will feel more welcoming.

I don’t recommend this place. I have my care giver card. When I was there, I was the only person in the establishment, the budtender checked me in and completed the sale. He should have known i was medical by the card i had just presented him. My total was a bit higher then it should have been. He was rude when I was discussing the total. Even though I knew it wasnt right I still paid. He didnt give me a reciept right way. He had to go to some back room to get it when i asked him for it. Upon leaving I realized he charged me $10.71 tax ( which im exempt from). I went back in to get my money back. He said he didnt charge me tax an I told him the reciept clearly stated the tac for my purchase. He finally gave in and began the slow process of refunding the money, which he only gave my part of to begin with untill i got mad an said I wanted my full refund that I was owed. Then again he didnt that right. I am definitely not happy and am not sure if I will return another time or not.

I love this dispensary! It not only has great, affordable strains, but it has great atmosphere. I thought the budtender was sweet and was really happy with his input. The different mix & match strains he suggested were a perfect fit and their preroll selection was tasty. I’m definitely a Friend of The Flowershop:)

I’ve been visiting different shops because I haven’t found the one that I’d call my own.
The staff is extremely helpful, friendly & patient. The higher end products are good, but there’s a very limited selection of the more economical merchandise, which is what I prefer when I’m hosting a group.
The disappointment came when I learned that their prices listed on Leafly are for medical customers. I hadn’t encountered this elsewhere & it sorta defeats the purpose of shopping various locations online before visiting.
I’ve been to quite a few MM dispenseries in Portland and never felt the need to write a review, however, PHAM is amazing. The product quality is way above the standard. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is beautiful inside, very clean, comfortable and spacious. I will be a regular at this flower shop and recommend it anyone who enjoys a quality experience when purchasing meds.

Awesome place ! Great medicine and selection. Coming from Colorado and smoking Pre-98 Bubba Kush for 3 years for pain there, I drove from Eugene to buy this strain. They are the only one in the state that have it right now and definetly worth it. Comparable to the phenom in Colorado, it’s pain-relieving properties were familier. quickly. Thanks Guys! Worker was not overly welcoming when i said it was my first time there. Items all priced over other shops I’ve gone to. No first time freebie or discount, but i convinced him to take off a dollar on one item as i literally had no more cash–as he’d watched my ransack my money to get the $67 cash. ( i was unprepared for shopping.)

This is my favorite dispensary in portland. Great tasting flowers, awesome concentrates, and I love their hours. They have always been open when they say they are and answer the phone. Not sure what that person below was talking about! Did I mention how helpful and friendly the staff is? Great place great service.
Nice clean shop with a very good selection. They weigh out the product right in front of you and the staff have always been friendly. Where they really score high is the $6.25 pre-rolls. $10ish at other nearby places. The wait time can suck at high traffic times, but the staff typically drop a “thanks for waiting” or something of that nature.

I’ve been coming here since they opened a few years back. Really impressed with my last visit, lots of nice flower to choose from. So happy to see the Violet Delight back on the shelf, can’t find anything else that smells quite like it!
