do not buy their select strains flavored cartridges. They taste worse than a normal cartridge and cost MORE. Tried to return since I paid EXTRA for the flavor and they did nothing to help me, because that doesn’t qualify for their return policy. Was a loyal customer. Will now be going else where.

Budtenders are super nice and personable, and very helpful. The store has a decent selection of local strains. Most of the flower I’ve had from here has been good, though sometimes a little fluffy/leafy. Could do with a few more more high quality strains, but overall the prices are affordable.

Passing through. BY FAR THE NICEST MOST PROFESSIONAL DISPENSARY IN MADRAS hands down. You would expect that the nicer the store the higher the prices, but its not. Great pricing and the nicest store. Definitely recommend! Can’t wait to see your bend store!
I stop throughout Central Oregon at different dispensaries and by far, Plantae has created the safest & most relaxed environment I have found. Plus, the staff are always courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable… They aren’t “pushy” – they provide positive information that truly helps in making informed choices… Definitely will be stopping again soon…

it was a busy, festive experience the day before christmas! loaded up on all kinds of goodies: joints, oil, bud & best of all lemonaide (woo hoo!) and thankfully the tender advised dosages of 2 oz at a time. i most likely would have drank the whole bottle as a bottle of medicated Kofi days before didn’t impress me. gotta watch the concentrations on those medibles! i also love the squibs!

Had a nice visit up to Madras, 9/19/17 about 11:00 am. Kristina was my budtender. I like people who listen, so I say I prefer Sativas, but like it all, higher THC, she didn’t oversell, or push, just showed me good cannabis . Very friendly , and helpful. Nice assortment of smokable bud. Anyway, it’s a little further than a trip to Bend, but the experience was all good.

Best dispensary in Madras! All the other stores are shady to say the least. Plantae has the friendliest staff, by far best prices, and biggest selections. They don’t raise there prices when there’s shortages either which many other shops do. This is my only reccomended store in Madras and Bend!
Honestly I never thought that good killer quality premium buds ever existed until these guys rolled in to town! I personally recommend plantaes fine line of herbs, concentrates, edibles, oils, and glass to anyone , that consumes or smokes whether they are medical patients or recreational patients. This is a almost perfect spot. Its right off Highway 97 and right next door to Papa Murphys. I came in today, only three dudes wrking. However since it was slow at the time my budtender was very laid back, cool to talk to and just a prototypical stoner. The manager came in and talked about a advertisement from the Oregon energy company for growers. He was over the fucking moon about it and really added personality to my exprience. Good on ya lads! This dubee is for you!
Plantae Health in Madras, OR is a dispensary that has been in business for over a year now in the community and has shown time and again that they’re professional in following the rules and ethics that come with operating a recreational/medical dispensary (they lean more recreational just fyi).
Their selection is good, it’s not like some dispenseries where the walls are just filled with every kind of bud strain out there, rather they stock about 10-20 strains from local farmers and other Oregon distributors which I feel is a much better strategy and is less overwhelming for the average cannabis consumer.
The staff are always friendly and fast in handling customers and having gone there since they’ve opened business, I’ve gotten to know several people who work there pretty well and they’re professional, polite and hard working.
I have been to dispensaries all along the west coast, in California, Washington, the coast here in Oregon, and even in Nevada. Compared to other dispensaries I go to, Plantae Health is the most friendly and hence the reason I go exclusively there for my cannabis needs.
Make sure to ask about the deals and keep in mind that they have many deals and savings that you can take advantage of and this helps me a lot in saving a few bucks here and there.
I recommend this dispensary to anyone in the area, as you will most likely find the product of your desire there, be it flower/bud, extract, hash, shatter, cartridges, oil, or otherwise.
For this I give it a 5/5 and will continue going to Plantae Health.

Today I went in to buy some flower and wasnt even greeted with a “Hi how are you” it was awkward silence the whole time from a blonde guy who couldnt tell me what his favorite strain was and couldnt tell me about terpenes. I had to make conversation because I felt awkward and even when he did speak the music playing was louder than he was. Overall it was a boring experience I think cannabis consultants should be more outgoing and personable as well as make you feel welcomed and educate you on strains which I didnt get from this place.

This is now my go to local dispensary. I am able to get the medical edibles regularly. The staff has made some changes, but the service, no matter my mood is always good. They offer a 15% Veteran discount and even printed me off OMMP applications for my medical card renewal since I didn’t have access to a printer.

Budtenders are awesome, but the product options for flower is really lacking. You need to have growers in a co_op so all product for all your locations are equally available. Not just centeral growers for Madras, but ALL growers product from your Portland or Bend locations for example. Or, let us order product from a Portland store for pickup at the Madras store.
Please give us flower tokers a break and give us more options and stronger THC% content. You have no competition. You could double your profits if had better options.

Definitely the best bud in between Portland and Bend, the blow the other competition in Madras out of the water. I appreciated that the menu was up to date and reflected the current inventory as well as the fact that among some of the lower testers, there was some potent offerings. It was great working with Matt and discussing terpenes, strains, products on the market etc. He was refreshingly knowledgeable compared to the other places I’ve visited. I read below that due to some of the OLCCs BS you guys are having a harder time procuring top notch bud but actively do your best to provide what you would like to medicate with and I just wanted to say that I appreciate your efforts greatly as the competition seems to have no desire to ensure quality. Thanks again for keeping the online menu up to date! I cant tell you how helpful that is!

Location is off Hwy 97 next to Papa’s Murphy’s and parking is convenient at store. Fast, friendly service and store is brightly lit, clean and filled with edibles, flower and oils plus accessories – colorful and informational – the best layout I have seen to date! My come-to-one-shop-favorite place!

I love the fact they offer a substantial veterans discount everyday of the week, and I can shop online before I go there and know they will have it in stock. (They update their Leafly menu everyday!) I love this place , the staff are very knowledgeable, check in is quick first time or repeat customer. Store is in a great location , nice building , it’s even next to papa murphys which is amusing. Dream queen shatter is my favorite, I do however wish that plantae sold its flavored cartridges in a syringe for people that want to drip their concentrates .

Empty desk when I got to the front window to get checked in (weird), waited for about three minutes before someone came. The woman seemed irritated to be working or distracted with the phone, they were clearly understaffed. I waited ten or fifteen minutes before finally being allowed in to choose products. Excited to get more than one gram of concentrates at a time due to the recent law changes; I was ready to stock up. Budtender was friendly, but SLOW. I shortened my order so he’d hurry up. There were literally probably ten people waiting when I came out. My husband almost came in from the car to see what was taking so long! Not a huge fan of their flavored vape pen cartridges, though they do have high THC. Prices were competitive, bud selection OK. I would’ve liked the THC content displayed on the menu board for each strain or on the ID card in the viewing case, instead I had to ask the budtender. Maybe it was just an off day but probably won’t stop again.

I have been going to Plantae Health since the first day of Rec. Sales. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. I never feel like they just want me to hurry up and buy. The variety of strains and the prices are very good as well. Definately makes me a returning customer, and I will definately recommend to my friend’s. Plus it always smells like pizza in the lobby.

Absolutely the best place to shop for flower here in Madtown, and the reps are super smart, friendly and genuinely kind. All of their products are grown and produced within their own farm which is awesome! I love how there’s always something to watch in the Lobby when they get busy, and the playlists are usually on point. What’s really cool is that they have lots of information in forms of random posters and flyers that help not-so-savvy users understand some of the science behind cannabis. Very cool establishment. Highly recommend.

Cheap rec. Flower, sometimes lacks quality, or maybe it’s additives in the soil and not being rinsed proper, sometimes overly dry and lacking aesthetics. Service and atmosphere is on point though A+. And in defense to my first comments they do have Topshelf quality bud in stock from time 2 time, example: that Cinex, BlueDream,BerryWhite,
blueberry. The list goes on. And they’re prices are generous competitive compared to your average shop in Bend.

I shop at a few different dispensaries, but Plantae in Madras is by far my favorite.
I really like this dispensary a lot. Employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and chill. It sucks that the Prineville location stoped doing recreational sales. I was excited to know there was one in Madras so I didn’t pout too long lol. Great people. Great weed.
