10. WOW! Amazing! Who would have thought a dispensary in Portland would be such a gigantic waste of time and snarky attitude. But this place has risen to the occasion.

    For last 3 days I had been looking at one of the flowers they had listed on their menu and read the reviews, so when I got paid, I planned to head out to this place from downtown, and in the opposite direction of where I live in the SW. Hop on the Max for a 15 min trip then another 15 min walk and boom! I’d be in possession of a killer Sativa. Get to the place and noticed they moved upstairs so was let in by a very nice woman and went to the counter to get the green. They guy who helped me seemed friendly at first, but when I asked for the kind I wanted, he said they didn’t have it. I pulled out this very app and showed it to him listed in their menu. He made some lame excuse about how busy they’d been and while they had it on premises, it wasn’t entered into the computer. I refrained from suggesting that if he had time to dance behind the counter, which he was doing when I entered, maybe if he’d taken the few minutes to enter the item into the computer. Instead, I said that didn’t seem right and every other business of all kinds are required to provide the product if advertised. Guess he missed that part of business ethics class. He did offer to remove it from the menu “if it will make you feel better”. Could he have BEEN any bigger of a xxxxx (you know the adjectives that could fit this), and I told him that was a pretty smart
    a$$a,!d comment to a customer. He didn’t seem to mind so much about his comment or the fact that I wasted about an hour, round trip, to get from where I work and back, which was the time I wasted for false advertising. What could one do but just leave? I didn’t want whatever else he was pushing just to get rid of, I went there specifically for that strain.

    Funny thing is, he has since had time to remove it from the menu on Leafy after I left yet he couldn’t muster up the time to enter it into the computer. Don’t have just love it?

    Thing is, I’ve been there before, when I lived closer to the area and when they were downstairs. They had a great, unassuming space and vibe compared to the showier places around town so before I left to go there, I resigned myself to the hour long round trip because if past experiences with them. But the dancing xxxx who “helped”, and I use that term extremely lightly, me has soured me to them from now on.

    Good riddance to bad rubbish, as they say.

11. I just recently started going to this dispensary because its near my job and its so friendly. The budtenders are always quick and helpful. Their products are priced very well especially for how high of quality it is. One of my favorite things is their prices on glass. I could never find prices as low as theirs in any smoke shop around town. This is my new regular dispensary and I love it!

13. Folks here have always been nice. Tucked away down the street from H.O.P. these guys had some sweet deals through the Mercury. Nice Indicas, frosty buds for pain relief. Check out their BHO pens too, especially the 1:1 THC/CBD cartridges.

14. A great choice of indica, sativas, and hybrids ranging from your typical 12-15% thc all the way up to 28-30%. the staff are great and helpful, and its a smaller dispensary in terms of square footage so your not usually fighting a crowd. Love it.

They have really good prices and amazing deals, so you guys should always have an eye on their profile or website! 48. well my wife was in there a couple weeks ago and they push the product on her that was unacceptable. they pushed the brand of hash oil on her by hush called degenerate. first thing they have the label flipped over so you can’t see it that says it’s not for connoisseurs. then the budtenders there don’t do the job correctly and don’t inform you that the product you’re buying is bad product and taste like a bike tire. and then when you call him on it and you bring back the unopened product untampered with the way it left a dispensary, they will tell you that they’re not going to take the product back but yet take the product from you put it behind the counter by the register for you can’t take it without committing a crime for grabbing it will not give you your money back or a different product now unless I’m mistaken that is theft. so this place is thieves and they will steal from you they will keep your money without giving you proper product and if you do get your product or both they will push a bad product on you

I had asked about it but said I wanted the cheaper strain. I did not discover that he’d made the mistake until I got home and was out $12.

    I called to see if I could rectify the matteraEUR” perhaps credit if they cannot, by law, take a return. It was like talking to a bureaucrat.

    Really shitty customer relations. I’m never going there again and hope others find this review helpful and save themselves the aggravation and lack of socialization skills of some of the staff.

52. Excellent shop, I drive across town to get the great deals located only here. Sometimes it’s a long wait, but where else are you going to find options like these? Plan for 5-25 minute wait, and don’t lean on the counter.

53. Walking into this shop, I wanted to turn around and leave. the entrance is not friendly at all. The budtender seemed to know his stuff fairly well and service was expedient. The flower selection was not amazing but I liked all the price points they hit. I got a sativa that was alright.

Actually there are tons of places around here, but at 8:30pm not many willing to take the time this guy Will did to breakdown their selection, the local environment, a few hot spots in the area; all while satisfying my craving for some good budd. He actually was in the process of packing up for the night, but unpacked the top shelfs to give me the best selection. After shooting the shit, i grabbed a few treys.

    My tolerance is pretty high, and I prefer lots of KUNG & PAO after I hit the L. These 3 had the KUNG, but lacked the PAO.

    Id go back and try some other strains if ever in town again. Service is pretty important to me, and this place has THAT for sure.

They don’t wear gloves or use tongs to grab weed, while also handling money which is a bit off putting. Their edible selection is really well stocked and priced nicely. The last time I went in one of the guys was trying to sell a higher shelf strain to a group of guys as I was buying the 40 dollar ounce and was helllllllla talking shit about it… I almost said fuck it I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable… I mean even if u don’t buy lower shelf weed… like man.. im buying an ounce of it..and I always tip at least 5 when I buy too.. Obviously its the bottom priced strains… its not going to be primo fire… Im not sure 48 dollar ounces are worth feeling disrespected after spending money in a shop..

92. LOVE THIS PLACE. Tru was my go-to, neighborhood dispensary when I lived in Denver. I was thrilled when shops opened in Portland — once again, in my neighborhood! You won’t find better budtenders or service than you will at Tru. The staff went out of their way to restock a unique, hard-to-get strain I asked
    for (just yesterday!), and it was back on the shelves in less than 24 hours. Selection is great, and there are regular deals on pre-rolls that are hard to pass up. Strains are rotated regularly, so flowers are always fresh. And fun glass pieces are dirt cheap. I’ve never been disappointed by the quality of a purchase @ Tru. And I feel like if I were (for whatever reason), the staff

I have been going to this place for a long time and even though it is a bit far from where I live, I don’t mind at all the drive. I have about four or five dispensaries near me but I’m a loyal customer here; not only are their prices fabulous in ratio to quality, but the service is great (and my dog agrees with me; he’s always greeted with a treat). The atmosphere is great the women that work there ROCK! (they’re the one who take care of me generally though the guys are great too). They recommend without any agenda, and generally their recommendation are right on point. Kudos to you for remaining loyal to OMMP’s thank you!

112. This has been my regular shop for over a year, but the way I was treated on Christmas really hurt and I don’t know if I’ll be giving them another chance.

     I walked 1.5 miles to buy a couple pre-rolls for Christmas, stood in line and was then told they had none of the $3 pre-rolls left, despite it being on their online menu. It had been updated 12 hours prior and both pre-rolls are STILL on the menu as of this review.

     This really ruined my Christmas. Any other dispensary would have offered some type of alternative in the situation, especially being Christmas.

116. The employees are the nicest I’ve met thus far. The prices are out of this world for OMMP card holders. They are in the middle of a reno, so the atmosphere question is a little hard to answer, but the ramp leads right by the counter for easy viewing. Yesterday was my first time – I meant to write the review then – and I bought two types of flower and a few edibles. I haven’t tried the edibles, but the flower was really nice. I use cannatonic and, though it’s my favorite, every strain doesn’t work well for me. I’ll definitely go back.

The same great service and products in a convenient area right off NE Broadway (15 mins walk from my house!). And they’re open from 9-9 which makes it convenient for people like me who work all day, lol

132. The budtender was friendly & patient. I showed my ID to him when I entered & noted the veteran’s ID, asking about a veteran’s discount. However, when I got home, I discovered that he had not given me a veteran’s discount.

     So, I’d recommend that you check your receipt before leaving to ensure that you’ve received any discounts.

144. TRU FIND: Great neighborhood find in a convenient location with lots parking. Staff is super helpful and friendly aEUR” not at all intimidating for a single girl. They just opened so their menu is pretty limited. I’ve been in twice and so far the Obama Kush is my go to for an all-around indica. My other pick is the Sister D, but careful it’s a creeper. On a side note, the Sacred Herb product line they carry is excellent.

146. Beware of the tripping hazards! I almost tripped, because the employees are too lazy to do anything about the rugs that are curled up in the walkway. Next is how rude they are, they made a person with disability wait, even after asking if there was somewhere they could sit for a minute. The staff member just replied aEURoeBe with you in a minuteaEUR despite the fact that there was 2-3 customers and more employees to offer assistance. Also their prices for their child proof bags chances with each employee. Not to mention the yt women singing the n-word constantly with their POC coworkers around.

147. My favorite dispensary is Floyd’s, and this is even though it’s not in my neighborhood and I have about 200 dispensaries between my house and there. Reason: Killer prices, killer staff, good vibes! My fave budtender is Amanda. She is helpful, pleasant, no nonsense, and always sets you up with exactly the best items for your needs. Through her I’ve gotten cheap but excellent high CBD flower (Tangie), affordable flower options that fit my particular needs, yummy CBD candies (apple, with a carmel texture, can’t remember brand) and my favorite thc candy I’ve found (gummies, same problem can’t remember brand). All the folks who work there are cool, but she’s my fave. Repeat customer!
