1. Everything about this place is perfect. From the friendly budtenders to the product selection. I came in looking for a sativa to help me curb my caffine intake and I left feeling more knowledgeable and with a smile on my face. This is my new favorite dispensary in Salem. Can’t wait to come back and try something new next time!

3. The atmosphere of this place is fantasic, very bright, welcoming, and almost futuristic. The quality of the weed here is very good and the budtenders are attentive and helpful. My only complaint is that two times out of my last four visits the advertised special ($3.75 grams) was unavailable/sold out, I had to settle for an alternative special on prerolls. The prerolls were fine but weren’t the strain I was looking for, would have much rather had the buds on special.

12. Parking is horrible. Place smells wonderful but I emailed them about a certain strain and was told one price and when I went there they charged me a lot more and I’m not talking about the tax either. 1 gram cartridges here are a lot higher also.

13. I got an eighth of the $3.50 a gram Purple trainwreak, and honestly it smells weird af and doesn’t tastes great. the only positive thing I can say (at least with the batch I got) is that it wasn’t a very hard smoke went down and up pretty smooth.

    In my opinion if you’re gonna go a deal like that make the bud top shelf for your opening sale. yeah you’ll lose a little money in the beginning but then you’ve made a name for yourself.

17. I am in love with this dispensary. We discovered them because it was after 9 pm and I needed some good flower and wax. I found Diem on Leafly and they are open till 10, plus pretty close to our house. So we ran in about 9:30 and the atmosphere, the display layout, the warm greeting from the gentleman from the counter that was sincere and relaxed, and the quality product (with some great deals dY~ZdY’)….Diem became our neighborhood go-to dispensary

    They grow amazing flower. They have a philosophy I agree with. They always have high quality flower and product at all price pts. every diem day, so I know I have my pick of amazing flower/product and if I’m broke AF, I can still get some awesome flower and we always have a positive experience.

My son, boyfriend and I came rushing in Wed. the 10th about 5 to closing (We were unaware of the rd const. on the bridge ‘so bad & superslow’) hoping to get what we wanted, and Chris is so nice, the atmosphere is relaxed and he invited us to look around. he’s knowledgeable and totally chill so we were engaged in different topics that had to do with what we were seeking.
    Overall – A clean open environment – the product is displayed nicely and he showed us every bud of the 1/2 ounce we bought and weighed it in front of us – I love dispensaries who do this and they’re getting harder to find…

74. I want to review their new “Diamond” concentrates. They are THCa isolate that has been soaked in oil and actually does have the appearance of a yellow / cloudy diamond. As far as the product itself it was great. It hit extremely smoothly but hit hard. There was an immediate head rush that was pretty cerebral that wa followed with a solid body high. It is pricy at ~$80 but it is worth the buy if you have the money to spend.

88. Menu online is not updated often. The computers are not working a lot especially in the last few minutes of delivering time. They give a 2 hour window for delivery but they don’t come for about 90 minutes most times. I like the place the idea and think the intent is good but I’m not some kid ordering from a friend act professional, get a working computer and be punctual and update your menu if you want money

90. I just moved here from Dallas, Texas 4 days ago, today was my second time back. The first time I was greeted by a super sweet lady as soon as I walked in even though she was busy with another customer. Today was the same way, very attentive! They have a really nice setup which for a first-timer like me was very helpful. The lady that helped me was very sweet, understood what I was looking for and the whole experience was great. I will definitely be going back.

96. Currently I believe this shop has the best deal in town with their Cinex. I went by the other day and picked up 3 eigths and this stuff smokes really good, keeps me energized and super HIGH.

    Only place you can get cheaper weed in the area as far as I know is on $4 dollar gram (taxes included) joint day at Healing Greens in Independence but that is only on Wednesdays and is ground up/ possibily shake. This Cinex is quality quality, I don’t see any popcorn buds and my container.

    Oh and aside from the price, the staff is really nice. They have a cool labrador retriever that is super friendly and the owner shook my hand when I walked through the door. Shop is clean too.

    I actually drove by the shop multiple times not being able to find it because I would see their sign that said WEED and didn’t notice that they weren’t part of the laundry mat right next door, (Diem and deinum are really close words).

    Anyways if you want the best deal in town right now as of 05/28/2017 I’d go there.

I asked about the Veteran discount he was more than hospitable in explaining what that entails in its entirety. I am gonna take a moment to explain what the Vet discount means to me. It means Service before self, Not I should take money out of a dispensaries pocket by getting double dip discounts.      Wow! They are LOW! I know it might only be for a short time, but wow, you can’t beat them. They had some oils that sold for twice as much elsewhere.
     I tried out their super cheap bud: $3.50. It was as good as anything I had gotten for even much more $.

     Came back again and they had an AWESOME preroll special of flower- not trim- prerolls: I think their might have been 8 of them in the pack and it was only $15! (Will go back tomorrow and hope they still have them.)

     The owner here is great. You can tell he’s really trying to “win” your business. He’s putting up with a lot of LOW margins now, so that you’ll stick with him in the future. I’m sold. Can’t wait to see this place thrive.

Diem takes my expierence to another level, from the customer service to the selection they are amazing! I have never had a budtender who really listened and cared about what I want like they did. My partner took advantage of the 30% off pre-rolls deal they offer every Thursday & Friday, and he had a full stamp card, so he got to spin the Diem Weed Wheel… and won $50 cash! All the prizes are awesome freebies, but a crisp fifty dollar bill is hard to top! I also bought some Sunset Sherbet at a very fair price, and I’m really enjoying it 🙂

     Now that I’m a customer, I’m filling my own stamp card and excited to spin the wheel one day soon. I really like the clean, minimalist atmosphere here, and they have a lot of top-notch product. The budtenders are also knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

Your budtender in the morning actually remembered me from a few weeks ago after I decided to follow-up again and was able to more than meet my needs, specifically remembering me. That impressed me so I came back the next day with that full loyalty card after hearing there would be more shatter supply and used that 30 percent off card on some higher-than Hush quality Mango Kush shatter, total was just over $20. I’ll enjoy being a loyal customer and understand why your prices are so low. It’s just a little confusing as an Oregonian when advertised prices don’t include the recreational tax. I suppose that’s easily something you can move past when you’re experiencing good customer service, thanks!

261. I’ve been shopping at Diem since November, and it is hands down the best dispensary I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I appreciate the free delivery on orders, and the daily deals. I have no idea how they afford to keep prices so low!

     Every strain we get is fresh and cured well. Prerolls are excellent (and usually really cheap, we got a sour diesel preroll for $2.75!). Their best deal is on Mondays, where you can get an ounce for $50. Those are 4/20 deals, and you get them weekly with Diem.

Not only were they knowledgeable but they were very helpful as well, and unlike most dispensaries they did not seem as if they wanted me to leave.
