2. Shop has good selection of decent quality, cheap oil cartridges. I’m a medical patient and use a vape for discreetness, and I can rely on them to have strains that are solid for a decade long chronic anxiety issue.

5. The herb I bought there, purple danish, turned out to be hermaphrodited so it was a big turn off when there is so much chronic in this town elsewhere.

10. Came all the way from Creswell just to get some Sugar Black Rose for Halloween. I have not seen it since early spring in any dispensary so I was pretty excited to discover Sproutly had some of my favorite herb!

    As a first time visit the staff was so friendly from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. All around just a pleasant experience! Definitely plan on going back again any time I am in that area!

13. They do not honor prices as listed on Leafly. Went in for the first time knowing exactly what I wanted based on the Leafly menu. Was told the price listed was wrong and refused to sell it at Leafly price. There are too many shops in town to do a first time customer dirty like that. It shouldn’t have been honored, then changed online!!

24. It was a nice visit, but the budtender, who seemed concerned about getting more customers into the store, ended up giving me two grams of the shittiest buds in the jar. I work at a grow site and the buds I got from here I would have put pretty much entirely into our “B Buds” bin where they WOULD NOT BE SOLD. Needless to say, I dont think I will go back. There is one place in town that has not let me down.

26. I have enjoyed Sproutly every time I visit. All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are my neighborhood dispensary but what keeps me going back is the service and excellent product. They also support local artists which means a lot to me.

Sure, sometimes I get a little frustrated because they don’t always have what I want, but when I get over my grumps I realize I really respect their role in the new cannabis industry. The staff is always friendly, the product is good and mostly consistent, and most importantly I really appreciate their association with CBD Oregon and its work on developing the next generation of medical marijuana and service to patients. I think its important to be willing to put up with a little less than perfect business-sense in order to help keep people with history and ideology driving Oregon’s cannabis industry. Not sure you agree? That’s cool, but I encourage you to have some of whatever makes you feel centered and introspective, then consider my statement again. Either way, I wish you health and wellness.

37. Sproutly offers amazing flower options at outsanding prices. They also sell glass, and some medibles–and their store is still growing! But for now; the reason to head to Sproutly is for quality flower at great prices. They also have low-cost pre-rolls–try something new! I say; go check out Sproutly now, for their flower selection. Even if it takes you a few tries to master their exact parking lot, it is worth a couple of drive-by’s just to get in there!

39. I hate to do this because the staff is incredible here, but I received an eighth that had seeds in it. And I don’t mean immature seeds, I mean beans. I wouldn’t have minded as much if I was warned, or was informed of it. This is a bit unprofessional of them and I had to say something.

40. I have been to MANY different dispensaries in the Eugene/Springfield area, none compare to Sproutly. The staff is Jovial, knowledgeable, and make you feel important(not just another customer). I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. I enjoy my time there(I am there at the very least once a week), especially the fact that I never feel rushed( even when they are extremely busy) when deciding which strain I want to enjoy next. They have a wide variety of flowers & accessories that is constantly expanding. The place may not look like much from the outside, but the inside is spacious, well lit, with everything very accessible. There prices are very reasonable, and best of all, they have daily specials! In the end all I can say is that Sproutly is my shop, where everybody knows my name

Came into this dispensary to pick up some herb, a cartridge, and some edibles… half way through my purchase the bud tender started reorganizing the selection of cartridges and the didn’t explain to me what he did; making my purchase confusing, I had to ask him three times what he was doing… then I tried to purchase an 1/8 and a gram of two different strain and he only gave me the 1/8… I only recieved 10% of my 40% discount of edibles and I just am overall disappointed with the quality of the product purchased. 1/10 experience, the only high point being friendly reception staff.

I’ve been in to a good portion of the dispensaries in eugene and sproutly is by far the best one imo. the budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. the prices are great and they have some killer buddY’ I have never once been into a dispensary that recognised me by name until I stopped by sproutly yesterday. the budtender asked me how my day was and what was new with me and actually showed interest in what I had to say. I’ve worked in customer service for 5 years and that was by far the best damn customer service I’ve ever seen. Sproutly is my main dispensary now!

44. I drive pass this place everyday. I decided to check it out. I wasn’t disappointed. My bud tender was Aron. He was very helpful with info. I ended up buying a grip of joints.
    I am very happy with my purchase.

45. The bud quality is good and the tier system was good, but I didn’t like the atmosphere…or my budtender. I asked to see sativa and the budtender directed the top tier and that was it. Showed me all the different sativa ratios in the top tier, but neglected the 4 or 5 other strongly sativa strains on down the tier spectrum.

    Also they balked for way too long when I asked them to fill a bud container I try to recycle over and over. Also they wouldn’t or couldn’t calculate a dollar amount of pot. They treated me like a secret shopper. False deference. I guess the paranoia I understand.

60. I recently moved to Eugene and Sproutly is the first dispensary to earn my repeat business. The receptionist is extremely friendly and genuinely upbeat and welcoming. The budtender with the longer hair (sorry i can’t remember names!) has been incredibly helpful and knowledable during both of my visits. You could tell he has actually tried the products and was able to give me a good recommendation for an indica hybrid concentrate. Also, the rewards system is easy and the overall vibe is very relaxed. no high pressure sales, etc. Will definitely be going back.

68. Sid took care of us on our first visit. My fiancA(c)e and I both have specific tastes and she had great product knowledge. We were looking for an uplifting sativa at the time and we ended up getting some Queen Dream. I’ll update with pricing when I find my receipt. This place is definitely worth a visit.

69. I went in a little nervous–I use cannabis for my Crohn’s disease but I’m not currently a registered medical patient so I bought as a rec user. I had done a little research on what strain I wanted trying to help my panic but to no avail. My hands were shaking (I have terrible anxiety issues) but I was met with nothing but kindness and patience. The guy behind the counter knew what he was talking about and pointed me in the right direction. I felt cared about and I was able to relax a little bit. I left with some Banana Kush for pain management and sleep and WOW. Nice quality, great product fantastic smell. I practically wept when the relief raced through me. I didn’t have to use too much of it, an eighth lasted me two weeks. Mostly I was just very relieved at how well I was treated as a customer. Thank you so much. You never know when you show up to any business how they’re going to handle you when they find out you need a little extra help. Here? They treated me like a human being who deserved respect and accommodated my needs. 5/5–I will be back and will continue to do business with this dispensary.

77. Very nice, kind staff. However very disappointed that the 3 pre roll joints I bought were old and tasted like shake. All 3 pre rolls were harvested fall 2016. Today is Feb 24th 2018. Nobodys fault but mine for not checking but overall not happy with the product I purchased.

80. Do you ever kibitz just because? Well it was my first time to this establishment and the guy at the front was just awesome I almost forgot to go into the shop. The girls behind the counter were extremely nice. Incredibly helpful and we even chatted about this cookbook they were looking through on how to make edibles.

    My main goal for the visit was to learn about and purchase herb that was higher in CBD so that I could medicate and still function. Chronic pain doesn’t just happen at night! I would definitely come back for more Lucy’s Lion and Savannah’s Smile. Thanks!

My questions are always answered and I never seem have to wait long either, which is nice. I was surprised at how cheap their glass was too, especially at 20% off. 97. Yesterday I purchased approx. 6 grams of Phantom. I knew it could contain seeds but didn’t expect to get over 1 gram of seeds. I went down today and spoke to the Manager about my shock at getting so many seeds. He said they looked good and viable and that I basically got a good deal because it would cost me more than that to buy the seeds. I don’t grow and can’t smoke seeds to they are of no use to me. I have bought from their may contain seeds shelf before and the most I have ever gotten in 3 grams was 2. If they had told me that this contained so many seeds I would have seected something else. Too many other dispensaries around this area to deal with someone with that kind if attitude. PEACE OUT 🙂

99. What one receives for one’s money is the whole point. The quality of this dispensary is baffling for the money spent… affordable yet psychoactive, and so far out of 7 strains I’ve bought here, there’ve been no harsh buds or low quality or any of the usual bait and switch or burning throat problems that so many other dispensaries sell.

I asked a variety of questions with regards to strains and how they help people with issues like mine and they pointed me in the best direction they have available to care for them. I have tried a variety of the products they carry and I was extremely happy with all of them. 115. Huge selection, great quality, large and clean facility, and the staff were fun to interact with. Apparently the 60+ strains or so are primarily from the same farm, and it seems the quality is consistent throughout the various flowers I examined.

     Platinum Cookies had a high %, and the flavor profile and effects were spot-on. I will return to try other strains.

     Also, there is a single bar/rack outside the building to secure your bike. This is nice, but it can’t hold more than 2 bikes.
